My name dr dyal saroop phone [protected] idea company stopped service suddenly on 06/09/2017 on contacting idea store prince telecom nawan shahr punjab on 07/09/2017 they told me that my services are stopped for want of adhaar linkage while my phone number is already adhaar linked they forced me to purchase a new sim for rs 150 as post paid connection or my phone number will never be restored i had no option except to agree. They told me that i will be getting a call for verification. Nobody called me i also called mr sidhu at[protected] who told me to contact mr. Prince owner of prince telecom to resolve the issue, mr prince supporting his staff members said the same and told that my postpaid connection is verified. And my phone will start functioning in the evening. My main issue is that by stopping my prepaid connection company forced me to get post paid connection that is very disappointing.

    I was also a airtel user. On 12 of july, 2017 i have ported out my number from idea postpaid to airtel prepaid as i want to use airtel 4g. On 15th of july, 2017 my number has ported. I agree that my previous operator i. E., idea, will generate my bill as per pro rata basis of 15days bill. But unfortunately idea has generated it for whole month and said that they never make prorata upon monthly rentals. This is really seems like theft of my money. As i have used their service for 15days and they going to charge me for a whole month. Kindly help

      Hi,

      In the past 1.5 hours, i have received multiple flash messages and some crazy services are getting activated on my number - like bollywood secrets, hinglish pack, cricket pack etc.

      I contacted customer care twice but they are not accepting that there is some problem with the service provider.

      Dnd is active on my number since many years, yet my mobile has buzzed at least 35 times in the past 1 hour or so.

      I have raised a complaint with idea customer care:[protected] asking to stop these annoying flash messages.

      I have sent the sms 'stop' to 58595, yet the flash messages have not stopped and the money keeps getting deducted from my balance.

      Finally i have had to switch off my mobile to stop this nuisance.

      Please ensure that this is resolved at the earliest and the incorrectly deducted amount (35 rs. Until now) is refunded.

            I have made a recharge of 249 which provides unlimited local calls and a data of 1 gb. Even i was informed the same after activating it. But when i was on cal suddenly it was disconnected and when i enquired in the customer care, they say you have activated this pack but it has a cap of 250 minutes per day on phone calls. Now it should have been informed before me activating the product but it is misinformed as unlimited. This amounts to cheating a customer by providing wrong information.

              I niyazahmed mulani, had brought the said number [protected] around 8 years back & enjoying the postpaid connection since then. Since i m located in mumbai there were no issue faced.
              Recently i temporary got shifted to village near satara distt in maharashtra, and then on ward i’m been facing the overcharging issue by idea cellular. Initially i had made a complaint at customer care, but there was no response from them & they kept saying that they would look into it. And this was never resolved till date.
              Then after i was contacted by an executive who told me to do the payment of due amount, so that they can look into the matter 7 resolve it immediately, but for that they wanted to switch on the number. So on assurance i did the payment of rs 4000/ & paid the due bill for resolution & refund.
              But here i was cheated again, and there after no one responded & i was speaking to n number of people for resolution & refund.

              This did not end here, i was surprise to see the immediate next with amount of 1300/- to be paid. This time i was little smart to not to pay the bill immediately, before resolution.
              So what i received a threatening call from idea executive that, if i do not pay the bill they will deactivate my connection & my number would be given to someone else. But this time i remaining speaking to customer care, with no resolution.

              Yesterday when i was in pune, i had visited one of the idea department store for enquiry, so to my surprise, they told me that i number was deactivated & now i do not hold this mobile number.

              My question is,
              What kind of service provider idea cellular are??
              Can’t you be transparent with your customer & provide them resolutions??
              Do i really need to go to consumer forum for this small issue??

              Im sure that if i dont get refunded my money & get my number back. I will file a complaint at consumer forum.
              Also i will have negative publication of aditya birla group, and make sure that i break you each customer thru social media.

                My balance is deducted from my idea balance account without any information around 7:35 pm on 7/09/2017. Firstly 3 messages sent automatically of cost 4.5 rupees to an unknown number and then 30 rupees deducted automatically without any reason informing and then a message from number 58010 was came in my inbox (Sorry! Your payment request of rs 30.00 for fortumo payments through mobile on[protected]:50 pm has failed due to low balance. Please contact [protected]@iappgame.com for any further queries.) this message came after automatic deduction.

                  There is a problem with Idea, the app shows me free data, messages I have got for data available in my account, but these guys have charged me 5351 extra just because of their own rules, I have been paying around 1000 rupees per month to idea since last one year, please check the screenshots, you can get a clear understanding.

                      I don't like postpaid connection because it take 500 tax +gst and if we recharge for 397 we got 3 month internet free calling the we take a balance of 500 for international calling and we got 800₹ for a 3month then today's my bill in calling 500 internet 250 tax total monthly bills is 1700/some time it goes to3999 also so intake a prepaid connnection if anybody take postpaid connection of idea pls change to prepaid and also i[censored] have dual sim phone buy a jio sim and use internet on jio and calling on anouther today's idea internet is very slow and bad network ok pls avoid postpaid

                          I tried recharging my idea sim [protected], for 2g internet pack five time using idea online recharge portal as well as paytm. Every time i recharge my account gets deducted and a message of failure and refund comes.

                          Since september 2, 2017, i am trying to recharge my sim. Every time it is showing ' failed'. ' idea cellullar didn't accept your transaction. ' either i should get a refund of my amount (I e 257 x 5 =1285,) or recharge my account.

                            My idea no is [protected]. I am in roaming now in up west. I am facing very bad service from idea that is how a company wants to retain its customers.
                            I am unable to use internet at my area. I got 20-40 kbps speed in 3g network sometime even 4-5 kbps.
                            Idea customer care executive misbhave with me, specially with whom i talked around 12 pm on 7 september 2017
                            I am complaining from more than a week that speed is very poor.
                            I had also mailed on up and delhi circle complaint mail id but i did not receive any feed back
                            198 complaint care is not resloving my problem

                            Is there any appellete for these matters.

                            Shameful for a big company

                            Summing up
                            I did not get any good speed on 3g
                            Behaviour of customer care staffs is disrespectful
                            I had tried to make complaint about 10 times but no resolutions.

                              Actually i have done a recharged of rs. 446 on mobile. Amount got deducted from my account. But recharge is showing unsuccessful in received message. So either refund my amount or do the recharge of the mentioned amount on the number. I have attached the screenshot in which you can check the transaction number, amount and mobile number.

                                I recharged my father's idea mobile no. With idea plan 404₹ in it they give 300min daily local and std, 1 gb 4g internet daily for 84 days. But when i use the internet they give me sometime 2g net sometimes 3g and occasionally luck by chance 4g. When i asked them about the speed they refused that point, and says in your area it may be sometimes 2g 3g or 4g, i ask them when i charged for 4g internet then why get 2g or 3g internet? A week ago i go to rajasthan the network is not working there but when charged my suddenly network comes and deducted my main balance even i have an active the plan, when i complained about that they says when you are in roaming area the plan is not working. And whenever i asked about the speed they always ignore me by saying that it's not our company policies.
                                But i think i have rights to know everything about me and my product.

                                  I recently ported to idea, i had requested many times for internet setting for continue 4 g, i cant able to get service 4g or internet and network coverage issue and i had send screenshot tooabout idea network my location (Hoodi bangalore).
                                  Problems:
                                  No network in my location - idea network - difficulties to connect the call/ call was disconnecting many times during the call
                                  Internet unable to get 4g.
                                  As per today conversation with idea executive all complaints are closed without resolve.

                                  Now bill was generated me to pay, how come i need to pay without proper service?

                                  I totally fed up ur network issue and internet access 4g till now i cant able to use not even 1 gb data bangalore.

                                  I was ported beacause of your tariff plan which idea as advertised by your executive, if idea could not give the proper committed service why should to continue?

                                  It wasting my time and my business!!

                                    I have been migrated from ap circle to karnataka circle in the mid of august. Just before shifting idea has activated some service charging me rs 150.00. Within half an hour i called customer care and asked to deactivate it. They have done that and promised the charged will be waived and shall not reflect in bill. But now when september bill generated, they have charge rs 150.00. From last four days i am talking with ap customer care and they are just delaying the matter and not providing any solution. Karnataka circle lifted their hand telling it’s not under them. Even your customer care shop at kg road, karnataka reluctantly asked to leave telling they can’t do anything. Highly disappointed with services. Idea is compelling me to pay the charges which i have not subscribed for even after promise that bill wont be generated.

                                      Hi,
                                      I requested for port on my idea number [protected], immediately, idea executive called me and offered rs 404 recharge, giving 1gb/day and unlimited local + std for 84 days. Sr no for this special recharge is st[protected].

                                      After recharging rs. 404, i didn't get the benefits that idea promised, instead i got 5gb limited data and unlimited calling for just 50 days.

                                      I reached to idea customer care, first they took complaint[protected] but after some time when i called again, they refused to give the promised offer and didnt refunded money.

                                      I also mailed idea ([protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) but no response, please help me.

                                      Dear sir, on 1/9/17, i was recharged my idea prepaid number [protected] of rupees 350₹...my balance deducted from my bank but recharge was failed which's reference number was (#1.47732c31.[protected].808df0f5)... i humble request to you that please return my money(350₹) or recharge my idea prepaid number [protected].

                                        My mobile no [protected] number is prepaid. I haven't used for 3 months from april 19 2017 because i have been on trip to usa. I came back on august 6th and came to know my number is cancelled. So i asked idea kphb branch members i want the same number. After a lot of struggling on september 3rd they issued me sim and told by tomorrow verification will be done. But not yet done. My alternate number is [protected].
