Hi sir/madam,

Ported from vodafone to idea, idea sim is not recognized in mobile, showing in sim settings as sim is empty.
Vodafone sim is deactivated, showing as emergency calls only and no service.
I am facing this issue from today[protected].
Please help me to resolve as soon as possible.

I have made a recharge of 249 which provides unlimited local calls and a data of 1 gb. Even i was informed the same after activating it. There is a problem with Idea, the app shows me free data, messages I have got for data available in my account, but these guys have charged me 5351 extra just because of their own rules, I have been paying around 1000 rupees per month to idea since last one year, please check the screenshots, you can get a clear understanding....

I tried recharging my idea sim [protected], for 2g internet pack five time using idea online recharge portal as well as paytm. Every time i recharge my account gets deducted and a message of failure and refund comes.

Actually i have done a recharged of rs. 446 on mobile. Amount got deducted from my account. But recharge is showing unsuccessful in received message. So either refund my amount or do the recharge of the mentioned amount on the number. I have attached the screenshot in which you can check the transaction number, amount and mobile number....

I recharged my father's idea mobile no. With idea plan 404₹ in it they give 300min daily local and std, 1 gb 4g internet daily for 84 days. But when i use the internet they give me sometime 2g net sometimes 3g and occasionally luck by chance 4g. I requested for port on my idea number [protected], immediately, idea executive called me and offered rs 404 recharge, giving 1gb/day and unlimited local + std for 84 days. Sr no for this special recharge is st[protected].

I contacted idea store of model town panipat haryana for converting my idea postpaid no. To prepaid. Two times i submitted my id but the store madam didn't convert my idea no. Either time. Two months i tried paid 5 visits but she didn't convert my no. Reasons best know to her. 2nd time she told me. Aapke bill banega thode dino mein uske baad aa jana bill bharke. I did a recharge through mobikwik on 19th aug 12.08 am, of rs. 250, but the amount got deducted from mobikwik and recharge didnt happened in my idea number.
