I am a idea customer for about 2 months, before i was other company customer as my mobile number is active from year 2009 till today my mobile number is [protected] using from 7 years
This number is ported from other company to idea in this period of two months i am facing so much problems regarding network coverage etc and main cause is my 5 rupees balance is deducted from my prepaid number without my permission for any service,
That when i tried to complaint to 198 customer complaint helpline on 17/sep/2017 at 5:33 pm they said that you have activated this service and they denied to refund my deducted balance
Even they are not listening form issue
I am using a simple mobile handset that is nokia 130 which is a simple handset with keypad buttons locked with key guard

Very negative feedback for this telecom company since i faced after porting in idea

    Dear sir/madam,

    I have been using idea post paid connection from past 3 months and i have not got single day voice and data network due to unavailability of 4g network idea peoples are cheated me giving fake promise about network simple i have paid 3month bill without any service.

    After lot of complaints they not solved me the problem then i decided to go for other network after my porting also they have charged me 15 days extra billing where i already using other network getting bill form them also for valid usage.

    I am wondering that how come idea can generate the bill after exit also i. E 16th august 2017 and 15th september 2017 where i have ported on 5th of september itself still they are not billed on prorate basis.

    Kindly take action on this network and also suggest others that don't use idea post paid full of fake and irresponsible customer care service fake proposals.

      Worst experience with idea service tired of calling idea but my call isnt connecting. Not satisfied by the idea network so i tried to go with another network.I have registered for MNP on 9th of sept 7 days are over but still my network isn't change.tried calling customer care but my call always bounce back.worst experience with idea.So i request to plz solve it much possible as u can.

        आपकी कंपनी द्वारा लगातार उपभोक्ता के बैलेंस में बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के लगातार कटौती की जा रही है जिसके विषय में सम्बंधित सहायता के लिए दिए गए नंबर 198 पर भी संपर्क किया गया मगर वहां से भी कोई भी समाधान न निकलने पर आपको पत्र एवं अन्य माध्यम से सूचित किया जा रहा है,
        प्रार्थी जो की आपकी कम्पनी का ग्राहक है उसकी उम्र 86 वर्ष है एवं किसी अन्य प्रकार की सेवाओं में रूचि नहीं रखता है मगर आपके यहाँ के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र द्वारा गलत तरीके से गलत जानकारी देकर बस ग्राहक को टाला जाता है,

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          My sim card is blocked by the reason of non-linking of kyc adhaar.
          So, completed the procedure and I submitted my kyc adhaar to the Idea Gallary(4S communication) in BOISAR.
          They assured it will be re- activated within 4 days and even charged also RS.100 for this procedure. But its 15 days gone and my sim is still blocked and they are responding they have no idea when it will unblock.

            I have already registered DND in IDEA before 20 days but still i receive commercial SMS and CALL. I am really tired about this this. I dont want any commercial sms /call.

            How to take action regarding this ? Who is responsible for such things.
            IDEA or SMS service provider ?

            It seems that SMS service provider may have allowed to send SMS to DND number too. Let me help to resolve this issue.

              The number 155223 has been charged 35₹ from my account, for the "Mandir Darshan" service which i was not requested for. after my cacelation of this service, they not refunded 35₹ in my account, they have cancelled the request.They have to refund my balance but thry didn't .They not even asked for the refund of money.And it is not the first time .please help me.

                2 months before i ported out to vodafone because of inconsistent network to idea.

                I was also aware that bill has to be paid before porting out from idea which i did and then only vodafone people handed over me new sim card.

                Now i'm getting constant calls from idea as well as from vodafone to pay residual bill.

                I have already paid 210/- and now after 2 months they are demanding 350/-

                .

                I'm sure they must be having previous bill details. I'm concern why are they calling me to submit the proof.

                I request you to provide me my previous bill details as i paid online

                  Dear sir,

                  It is with utmost disappointment that i am writing this mail to you in regard to my porting request which i had to process 3 times as 2 of the times my porting request was rejected as i had outstanding payment pending.

                  For your information, i had already cleared my dues even before applying for porting. I am going to attach receipts for your reference. When i call the customer care they say its in process even though i didn’t receive any call from your side for the reason for porting.

                  Also in my bill, i don't know what i am being charged for an extra service which i have never availed anytime. Currently my account is 900 rs in credit.

                  Instead i got a call from the receiver operator regarding porting request, for which he suggested me to talk to the donor operator for the same.

                  Now i have no doubt that idea indeed is worth leaving, as the professionalism of staff and their harassment towards customer is still prevalent.

                  I would kindly request you to please get back to me to the earliest.

                      I was trying to move from idea to other network due to bad experience to network. I was facing problem due to poor network from last 2 month. When i put a request for mnp it's was rejected because of outstanding. I do the payment of 591 ₹ & ₹ 65 against billing amount of ₹588 but it is still showing outstanding of ₹ 54. It is only to stop my mnp. Please suggest where to complain.

                              I have recently ported to idea and i have recharged with ₹443 instead of ₹444 due to lack of information. After recharging i have noticed that it was not that plan was not the same as ₹444 though both the plans offer 84 gb internet i have called customer care and also lodged a complaint of this for which they said that it will be alright instead of getting ₹444 benifits you'll get ₹443 benifits and after some days i have started facing problems with internet then i contacted idea store personnel, they said that you have been given some free internet which was expired by the time i contacted them. They also said that that plan was only for moto mobiles even after calling 3-4 times no customer care executive has asked me about this information. Yes, i agree that it is my fault to recharge unknowingly now, i question why the scheme is not available for me and why i'll not get my money/ recharge pack of ₹443/- back.
                              I feel this network may be a good one but with out customer satisfaction they arr going to get nothing
                              I feel guilt of porting to this worst showoff network its better to continue with other network which do not confuse their customers and donot cheat.

                                  I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
                                  I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

                                  When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

                                  I have been facing lot of inconveniences & problems due to this, i lost some faith by my regular customer.
                                  Because my business work nature is — quick service - tatkal money transfer... But due to this message problem i can not do my work as per tatkal...

                                  I took new connection from idea store phase 5 mohali n no is [protected] on 05.09.17 n store employees said it wil starts in 24 hours now 6 days but no not started i visited the store daily but my efforts are in veins ..
                                  kindly do the needful on urgent basis..

                                  Today I upgraded my idea sim from 3g to 4g. Now I am unable to recieve text messages but can call & recieve and send sms also. Please resolve the issue ASAP. I need urgent access to OTPs from my bank.My no. is [protected].

                                  Because my business work nature is — quick service - tatkal money transfer... But due to this message problem i can not do my work as per tatkal...

                                    Executive at customer care are unprofessional and unaware about the outlets location and keep disturbing every now and then. I m really unhappy about the service and i m asking the location or the landmark to pay the bill and close the connection as i m not supposed to do it online. And not even the manager from the bangalore is able to give me guidelines. Its so sick that people behave like uncivilised category. I want an immediate solution for this or will give police complaint as the executive keep calling at night time also

                                      I was using internet on postpaid connection by cell number [protected]. 1. Its service quality was very poor and my password was changed automatically. I had tried hard to open my account, but was unable to do so. 2. The company is sending inflated bills even without usage. Please disconnect this immediately. I will pay only genuine dues. If you don't disconnect this i am not liable to pay any charges.
