I have not activeted any servises & i have activet dnd but its 2nd time u have diducting my balance. I want ti cimplant against it but coustomer care represntative is bussy from an a 1 hour thats why i cant conect with them i have call them 18 time but they have bussy....

I have ported my services from vodafone to idea. Idea people took one month to port it. (Disgusting). And when i received the sim and msg that it has been successfully ported, it is not activated still. Poor assistance over such small issue.

@rahul singh from navi mumbai is my poc and has not been able to solve this issue.

Idea postpaid collectors calling my family, friends and using abusive language and warning messages. A lady abused my sister and threatened my friends.
The calls were from the number [protected]. Please somebody take strict action. I told them that i will pay the money as i really dont have a penny now but still they are threatning.

Dear sir/madam,

As per government rule it is mandatory to link aadhaar card to mobile numbers, but some retailers are charging rs. 10/- per head per mobile number as processing fees from us.
Though it is declared by government of india that it is free of charge then why are they fooling us by charging.
Kindly look into this matter asap.

Idea customer since last 5 years.
I want to register a complaint about my last billing charges which is 592 in total.
There was a data pack of 250rs activated on this no ([protected]) and has not been activated by me. Because at the same time my phone was in service centre for repair and the sim card was with me without inserted in any other phone.

I have check in offer on my number shown rc 154 and get 10 gb data (6 gb 3g +4 gb 4g)
But received 600 mb data i sent comlaint to company said that is upto 10 gb but offer displaying is different and not provided benefit of said
Now immediately send this to trai for severe action and also all not to switch idea as thisis fake company!

I am an idea postpaid user of the number [protected]. Due to some good offers in prepaid, i want to convert my idea number into prepaid. I am trying this since last few months but idea cellular is not converting my number into prepaid by giving several excuses, reasons and non-sense rules made by them.
First they said that you can convert it between 1st to 5th date of the month. Then they said that it can be converted only after generation...

First complaint:
Idea charged extra 502.16 rs. Amount on mobile number [protected] without any intimation via message or mail.
This charge for aug.2017.

Second complaint for wrong response of customer care of idea:
As i send mail for activation of new ultimate 499 plan on mobile number [protected] on aug. 1st 2017, but customer care told me we do not receive any such mail. Still, this plan was not activated...

I m idea postpaid user in company my m. No[protected] name of arisudana industries ltd. Im facing some problems in your idea retail showroom im given the letter dt. 05.07.2017 to change company sim to individual person idea retail showroom ludhiana in cheema chowk retail office. I am having regular network issues on my idea number, where i can't use my internet indoor. The worst part is whenever i try to reach the customer care they ask to restart my phone and disconnect the call, no further explanation why the issue is happening. They even didn't ask my location where i the issue. If this is the customer care feedback then i never expect the issue will be resolved....

I have been using idea since a year with a add-on card, recently i changed plan of one of the cards to ultimate 999 plan where i get everything free including roaming, but idea is still charging me for roaming charges. From last 3 months. I called up customer care to raise a complaint, i was given waiver in first month bill but next 2 bills the waiver was refused stating my other number doesn't have same plan so i will be charged for roaming....
