Hi,

Received a call from [protected] on 9th june at around 5:30 pm with a lady on the other side. She introduced herself as from citi bank and said my rewards points are going to expire and can be redeemed and credited back as cash to account. She asked me to confirm the credit card number and expiry date.
When i objected to it, she shared details like credit card number, 1st 4 digits of cvv number, dob etc - which is a data breach happened from citi bank side.

Following which 4 transactions happened each amounting to rs 4, 785. Oo at ideamoney

I use two mobile no. Of idea cellular. When i get the idea conection then they told me a plan of a month of rs. 499/- per month per mobile no. And now last two month i have recived the bill idea verry costly.
My last month bill was 3300/- and this month bill is 6139/-. So sir i request to u please do the the leagel prosuser against idea cellular. The idea cellular is meking fool to all country. So sir please this is not normal. 998/- is my plan and i recived the bill of rs. 6139/-. This is not normal sir.

On 17/06/2017 i was porting my idea cellular no. [protected] to jio network. I got call from an executive named anjali who asked me the reason for porting so i said i need better 4g offers so i am switching to jio, so sh said about th offer of rs. 347 in which i will get daily i gb 4g data with 300 free minutes daily and also 5% cashback if i recharge from idea app. So i did as she said and instead of 4g they gave me 2g data. When i called back the customer care they are saying you have not listened it carefully, and it is 2g pack, which is not written anywhere in pack details. Please help me out in this regard

I have 2 idea numbers at my home and now i am fed up with the worst services of the idea. They are now doing fraudulent activities by deducting balance for unknown reasons.

Earlier one of the number was on postpaid and then they billed an amount of around rs 1300 for no valid reason. The reason they gave us that somebody dialed the teleastro service. We assumed that it may had happened.

Then we changed it in prepaid and our rs 180 was deducted from balance. Again they told us the same reason.

And now they are continuously deducting rs 3 and rs 5 on daily basis and that too for no reason. They are saying that it is for some game service and this time i am damn sure that no such numbers are dialed at my end.

Yesterday i recharged for rs 50 and within minutes i received another message saying you have been charged rs 5. That phone is a basic feature phone and hardly one uses such third class services. I also own a smartphone and we do not required such services. As idea is going into loss so they are charging for no reason. Till now i have lost around rs 1600 for their fake services. Also i am planning to port my number but i want to take legal help against this fraud company. Please suggest...

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated in 18 june 2017 for my no. [protected].
For this it took 150 rs+ taxes. Charges per month.

I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up services is activated without my knowledge.

I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used

So please deactivate and refund my valuable money.

There was an illegal deduction of rs 29 from my idea account in the name of mydala powered deal. Mydala was a name i heard the first time and i had not used or availed any of its services. This deduction of amount from my account has infuriated and disappointed me. Also i request the concerned authorities to take some action against this illegal move. I just got a message saying that i have been charged 29rs of my balance for downloading mydala powered deal from mydala. I didn't ask for any deal or register for anything related to mydala.
I have seen many such complaints here but not solution. I would like to get my money back and please make sure you resolve this asap as this is effecting many customers and we don't fancy our money being cut without our consent.

I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money.

Wap download charges in idea no [protected]. This to inform you that in my mobile bill extra wap down load charge has been added costing rs 498/-. I even does not know wap downloading and so could not understand what is wap charge. The customer care said you have downloaded the wap and that’s why these charges is included in your bill.

I had been charged with an amount of rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal got a in a mail from idea that rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
It has neen charged in my bill cycle not know what the hell mydala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything. Is that # idea was trying to do. They were cheating the customers i'm not getting what was wrong with this idea people...

So i will better quite the rubbish idea network. There are other service provider also where i can get a better service.

I had received a call from [protected] on 11.30am (Dated 13.06.2017) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from icici bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. I checked & the amount of rs.4985 and 4980 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

Sir i am a customer of idea from last more than a year my idea no is [protected] & my billing plan is 299/- a month ago idea call center executive named makhan called me to obtained a plan of 399/- which i agreed after discussion with makhan after few days i got the msg that your limit has excedded. Now we have received the bill of rs.2341 plz check it and resolve the matter and refund our overbill.

I am not able to pay rs 4779.93 bill for one month. Please try to understand my problem. I want to pay monthly reasonable amount. Please reduce my data charges for last month, that happend without knowing me. I don't know how it happen.
So, please send me another bill after reducing extra data charges.

I called to customer care a lots of time, but i didn't get proper response. I talked to higher authority (Superwiser), but he disconnet the call in middle without giving proper solution.

I am unable to pay rs 4779.93 bill for june month. I am using 249 paln.

Dear sir/madam,
I’m murlidhar singh from gopalpur, katras bazar, dhanbad (828114). I’m a consumer of idea no-[protected]. I got an text message from company (Ib-612345) that is recharge with rs15 and get rs15 full talk time. This message i got on 16/06/2017 at 11:38am, so that i recharge with rs 15 on 16/06/2017 at 06:21pm but i got only rs11.54 instead of rs15

I lost my idea sim card [protected] its lnked with many of my accounts and I need an another sim with the same number how much time does it take n whom should I call for further information

My account was deducted with an amount of rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 17.06.2017. I got a text from idea that rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
Before that text, i did not know what the hell my dala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.
After that when i search for my dala i got to know that it is an app. App doesnot charge any amount for installation and here i have not installed any app but downloaded a deal that too without visiting the particular site and downloading app.
When i contacted customer care, they are repeating only one line like parrot that i might have downloaded something because of which the amount has been deducted.
I dont understand that how can i download a deal without even visiting the site or app of my dala or idea, further in every app or every site before activating anything the site ask for the number to be entered manually for which i want to activate the deal, how can it automatically gets activated and amount has been deducted. New way of looting the customers and making fool of them.
Further even if any of the deal is activated in any of the app then how is it possible that i did not get any of the promotional text from mydala till now but only one text from idea about the deduction.
Isn't it strange that we had paid for something and we dont know what it is for or what are the benefits we'll get.
There are numerous complaints from the customers of idea regarding deduction of the amount for this non sense mydala or i can say that the internet is flooded with this type of complaints that means i am not the only victim. The only solution to this is to stop recharging on idea as when there will be no amount then what will be decduted.

Idea should understand this that by doing such things it is not promoting my dala but putting its goodwill at sake, specially at this time when jio is holding number one position/choice among the indians or making each and every effort to retain its customers.

I want my entire money back which was deducted wrongly.
