My account was deducted with an amount of rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 17.06.2017. I got a text from idea that rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
Before that text, i did not know what the hell my dala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.
After that when i search for my dala i got to know that it is an app. App doesnot charge any amount for installation and here i have not installed any app but downloaded a deal that too without visiting the particular site and downloading app.
When i contacted customer care, they are repeating only one line like parrot that i might have downloaded something because of which the amount has been deducted.
I dont understand that how can i download a deal without even visiting the site or app of my dala or idea, further in every app or every site before activating anything the site ask for the number to be entered manually for which i want to activate the deal, how can it automatically gets activated and amount has been deducted. New way of looting the customers and making fool of them.
Further even if any of the deal is activated in any of the app then how is it possible that i did not get any of the promotional text from mydala till now but only one text from idea about the deduction.
Isn't it strange that we had paid for something and we dont know what it is for or what are the benefits we'll get.
There are numerous complaints from the customers of idea regarding deduction of the amount for this non sense mydala or i can say that the internet is flooded with this type of complaints that means i am not the only victim. The only solution to this is to stop recharging on idea as when there will be no amount then what will be decduted.

Idea should understand this that by doing such things it is not promoting my dala but putting its goodwill at sake, specially at this time when jio is holding number one position/choice among the indians or making each and every effort to retain its customers.

I want my entire money back which was deducted wrongly.

I want to file a complaint against a fraud of 19, 140 debited in 4 transactions of 4785 from my citi bank account. incidence is of today 17 june 2017 18:15 pm ist. a person varun sharma contacted me from [protected] claimed himself to be citibank payback department employee and told me that my citibank debit card reward points is to be redeemed and he will refund it in cash by crediting 4785 rs in my account. He asked me to confirm the debit card number so that he can confirm that i am the owner of that debit card.

Hai my name is rahul from kerela my no is [protected] i recently ported from docomo to idea just because of your new offer 1gb per day data offer of ₹347 but when i recharged for the same i got a lot of talk time and 2 gb data for 28 days i already have an idea post paid sim provided from my company so all the talk time the offer buys me is not at all useful, and if i dont get a refund or the 1 gb per day plan i am going to port to bsnl after 3 months i need to remind you i ported from docomo as soon as i got a job and i trusted that idea can give better range and even its costly i can use internet everywhere because my work demanded it

I am ajay. My madhya pradesh idea number is +91 [protected].
When i checked for special offer on my number; i got offer for rs 348 in which calling plus data was given. Attached find the image of proof.
I have done recharge of 348 on 12 jun 17.
Under this order my internet was free daily 1 gb.
Currently; no internet is working on my phone number.
I have also contacted customer care but no solution were found. They told that offer is not there.
It is bad that i didn't got the benefits of offer even though i have done the recharge.
This type of customer service is not expected from brand like yours and also with old customer.
I request you to provide the benefits of offer that was there when i checked.
Kindly look into the matter and solve this problem.
Kindly activate my internet pack with compensation to validity.

I was using idea post paid services for 4-5 years (Vide mb no [protected]) and this feb'18 i ported out from idea (Mumbai) to other telecom and paid dues before portability of my mobile no. But now idea company comes back and states that an amount of rs.600 is due towards their gprs services for period post porting to other company, tried reasoning with the company/customer care officials but my request has been declined and on other hand few people from their recovery/legal are threatening me with initiating legal action causing agony and mental torture.

I've asked them to charge me for period under usage proportionately but idea refuses to agree on the same. The question is am i supposed to pay for services unused and for period when my connection is terminated under portability. 2. I as a customer am not inclined for paying for services not rendered to me and am feeling cheated despite having good repayment record and that too coming a reputed telecom.

I hereby request you to kindly do justice on ethical / moral grounds.

I got call from [protected] from a lady she said that she is from lok adaalat and i have a case lodged on my name for some financial transactions with icms pvt ltd.

She offered to speak to mr ashok malhortra for help. On asking to send the said details by email, she disconnected the call with some angry words.

I see multiple cases on this name, i dont know whom to blame for.

But just for the record. People should not get mislead by these calls.

Dear sir,
I want to complain regarding unfair trade practices done by you company. Please read the following in detail.
On 18/5/2017 at 12.28 pm, i received sms that 10gb free data was activated on my number [protected] which was done without my approval. I wanted clarification so i chatted with your online executive mr amarjeet on same day at 12.58 pm. Details of the conversation is enclosed in the attachment. I was told that the 10gb data was free.
Thereafter after using my current subscribed internet plan, i was under wrong impression that i had 10 gb data free of cost. I was surprised to see that my unbilled usage was rs350+. I contacted your customer care where i was told that the 10gb free data needed new 4g sim. I replied that i was not told regarding new sim activation and that your company or your executives had not clarified about new sim in previous online chat or in the sms sent on 18/5/2017.
I therefore want you to revert all the unbilled amount because you are doing fraud by practicing wrong communication and activating various plans without customer approvals. You are requested to do the needful at earliest failing which i will complain with government authorities with the enclosed proof of communication.

Arjun or mr. Sanjay mis behave me or mr sanjay said in dnd i am getting all service sms form idae side when i am tell him dnd means no sms for your side he e start misbehave. I flew to usa on 6th may and activated the uc2999 plan for 10 days which got activated at the same day, but on 9th my services were barred without any intimation and, i'm in no contact with anyone from my country. I tried contacting idea over email (E1-[protected]) but you they have pathetic service provider team who doesn't have any "idea" on what's going on.
Then i checked my outstanding amount it was somewhere 9k i don't know how it happened but still i deposited some amount to activate my services then my credit limit went to 19k and still no response from idea and my services were still barred
Then after so many follow ups with ur service provider team who just went ahead and closed the request (E1-[protected]) without resolving it, i checked the outstanding amount again a two days later it became 30k rupees, i mean really since 2 days my phone wasn't working and the amount directly reached 30k what magic are u guys doing?
Then, when i arrived at pune i went to idea service shop at hinjewadi, and no surprise to me they were also clue less what's going wrong and didn't get the help from them as well.
My phone services were barred for a month, due to which i faced a lot of loss in my business.
On 6th the bill generated of rs46235 which was wrong off course and i again raised a complaint, which closed on 15 may without resolving it and also i have not received any call regarding that also.

My mob no is [protected]... Today from my mobile nearly 250+rs balance deducted on 15-6-17 around 1.30pm.. For that i called customer care, to solve my issue from 4.30pm-5. Pm... One customer care girl,, rather than solving my issue... She shared my private mob no which i called to company,, she shared that number with her boyfrnd or relative to abuse me... Dat fool called me and abuse me like anything. He scolding me that, how dare to talk recklessly with my friend or g. F who is working in idea, i will kill u... Whats happening here... Am an educated graduate and responsible citizen.. Y the bloody stupids of idea care people shared my private mob no for their selfishness... He is calling me repeatedly and irritating me.. Am not going to leave this issue.. I already talked with their higher authorities with proofs.. They agreed but till now they didnt resolved issue... Who they are to share my mobile number... Am not interested to leave that employe who worked their and who sharing my no and other numbers too.. Am going to file a legal case against this... Kindly support me abt this...

We have requested idea customer care for several times and also contacted at 198 for detailed financial year payment detail for income-tax purpose for five times but we were refused to serve. This is the worst case scenario towards customer service. This company must be punished for their lethargic approach towards their customer.

I am a retailer of idea cellular. My. Flexi no. Is [protected]. I have upgrade customer mob. No. [protected] today. As per company rules for rs. 36/- commission i have done massage: *122*customer mob no*06# and press 1 as per company rules where rs. 6/- will be deducted from my stock balance and rs. 36/- will be refund in my stock balance as commission. But company deduct rs 54/- from my stock balance in place of rs. 6/- and commission of rs. 36/- not given. When i call customer care, care officer asking that rs. 54/- is not refundable.
I want refund my rs. 54/- & my commission of rs. 36/-

I ported my no. [protected] from tata docomo to idea 1 and half months back. Yesterday idea barred my no. Stating that i have not paid the bill of previous operator. This is not true.. Still i paid rs 1200/- and sent them the receipt. Now they are saying it will take 24-48 hours to activate the no.
This is my hospital emergency number and i m feeling tortured as they did not intimate me prior. They are telling a lie on customer care that they contacted me on phone to inform and when i asked them the proof they said they don't have any information regarding that.
They have defamed us and i want to get my no

Last week i recieved a message regarding the activation of skillderby service. Without asking my permission they have charged me 3500 rupees for this unwanted service, which i didnt even know existed. I am a senior citizen with limited understanding of such services and their activation / deactivation. Yesterday, i again got a message that skillderby gaming service has been renewed for another week for 3500 rupees. I am very much alarmed. And a quick search showed that this is something to do with idea cellular. Who gave you permission to activate thus service on my phone and charge me for it and then renew it? I am very angry and expect a prompt reversal of this nonsense.

What is wrong with u idea agents. From yesterday me, my relatives, my collegues including seniors authorities are receiveing a calls from this no [protected] and asking for my no & address and using fake company names like balaji enterprises courier service and saying that i mentioned their no's as alternate and i have a courier to receive and when they decline to provide any contact to your agent they are using abusing languages and the agent was girl. And when me & my knowns are calling on that no the no is busy. Why u r using my personal contact details and making calls to them only because o[censored] guys my senior issued me a warning letter today & in my entire carrier i didn't expected to be in this situation. N now m raising a police compalint against ur agent who is using this no [protected]. Even u called up to my fiance parents and using unappropriate words like what the # u guys want. Previous to previous month i cleared my idea bill n told your executive to deactivate my no & from last month m not using your idea no. I am not going to pay single penny.

After that no sms nothing. And it's been 12 hours that and i am still not able to activate through the number of 59059.

They drop the call when the verification comes. And after forwarding to the customer support at that stage they also drop the call after so many efforts to connect the customer support.

I am using idea prepaid in pune and i am very much annoyed by the flash messages they keep sending every now and then. I have checked on the internet and there is no way that we can disable this. Can you please lodge my complaint against idea?

I am k g shankar, a retired bank officer, settled in house no. Hig145, amarnath colony, kolar road, bhopal (462024). I have taken idea prepaid mobile sim bearing mobile no.[protected] in the year2012 by submitting my pan as id and voterid as address proof. Now, ihave received message from idea cellular to register with them my aadhar card as id, which is mandatory. When my daughter visited their local office to register my aadhar card, she was informed that the said mobile no. ([protected]) is in some other person's name and hence they are not imparting any details of the id and address details. However, they say that they will transfer the number in my name provided if i avail their (I) postpaid services and (Ii) submit my pan card, address proof and fresh photograph. They are not willing to continue my present prepaid service. Why should i be penalized for their lapses if any at the time of issuing prepaid connection, and why are they now offering only post paid connection.in view of what has been stated above, kindly look into the matter and redress the complaint at an early date.
