We would like to inform you that my mob. No. [protected] have been disconnected by idea cellular ltd without any reason from 11.00am of dt.19.06.2017. I have informed idea service cenrer, singrauli (M. P), but they does not replied satisfactory. I had also contacted with mr. Rohit mishra (Tsm, idea service, contact no.[protected]) and they are least bothered to solve my problem and keep delaying and repeatedly replying it take 15-20 days to resolve. I am very surprised, no body of this company can say why they have disconnected my mobile no. I have recharged for rs.255/- for data usage for 28 days on the same day. Who put my loss for these deactivation period.
I am very disappointed as this mob no is valuable for us.

Therefore i request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve my issue as early as possible.

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated 17th jun 2017 from web for my no. [protected]. For this it took 150rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied with his response and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. Waiting for your prompt reply

After calling to customer care firstly they didn't receive my call for 2 times. Then when they receive mmy call. I am not satisfied with his response that call after some time to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. My idea no. Is [protected]. I had requested the appellant authority and the customer care to disconnect my no.in the month of january 2017 and i had paid all the bills up until that time. Still that did not disconnect it and now they have come up with a bill of rs 4869.30. And told me pay it or appear in court.

This is ridiculous, i have not used this no. After january 2017. Where have you summed up this amount from.

Can someone please urgent help me in this regard

Today i received message stating that mydala has been activated on my number and that service deducted rs 29 from my account. I did not subscribed to that service, it automatically got activated. I dont know what that service is, it just deducted money from my account.
Please stop this type of cheating and refund my money.

My mobile number is [protected]. What a nonsesense "mydala deal pack". I don't know, why my balance deducted. I got surprised message about mydala deal even i don't know what is mydala deal. When i call customer care i talk them around 24 minutes and they totally hopeless and helpless. Idea deduct my balance but till i am totally aware from mydala. They deducted rs.29 without reason even i don't what is use of mydala. I want my money back otherwise i'm ready for portability within 2 months.

I have not activated any blue lima service and still my balance is geeting duducted daily by 7 rs. Please stop this service and refund my money.

When i checked for special offer on my number; i got offer for rs 348 in which calling plus data was given.

I have done recharge of 348 on 12 jun 17.
Under this order my internet was free daily 1 gb.

Currently; no internet is working on my phone number.

I have also contacted customer care but no solution were found. They told that offer is not there.

It is bad that i didn't got the benefits of offer even though i have done the recharge.

This type of customer service is not expected from brand like yours and also with old customer.

I request you to provide the benefits of offer that was there when i checked.
Kindly look into the matter and solve this problem.

Kindly activate my internet pack with compensation to validity.

No satisfactory response from idea. They are saying that i have done recharge on other day but i have checked about offer before doing the recharge.

I was an employee in idea cellular ltd in idea cellular head office of guwahati assam in the sales section from 9th september 2015 to 7th january 2017. I had submitted my documents twice to ikya human resource office in guwahati and has twice couriered it to the ikya office myself from march 7th 2017 till june 2017 but still they have not paid the pf amount on the pretext of adhar card not given. However adhar card has not been provided to all the citizens of our state except government employees. I have submitted the required documents twice correctly with the uan card attached as demanded by the officer there but till this date i have not received my pf amount reasons best known to ikya human resource company. Thus i have sent your esteemed office with this written complain so as my issue gets resolved quickly. My details are given bellow.

Dear team,
From last 3 months i trying to convert my mobile number [protected] postpaid to prepaid but no any idea store entertaining me. I went to idea store located at deccan, tilak road & bajirao road location at pune city but everyone telling g me they don't have simcards. Everytime they telling same reason from last 3 months. Please help me in this asap. Please arrange an executive from your end to change my postpaid number to prepaid.

On 17 june rs 35/- deducted for flight tv which was not requested by me. Today on 20 june rs 90/- deducted for bollywood buzz again never asked for by me. Plz investigate the matter on top most priority and refund rs 125/- immediately to avoid consequencies of consumer court. I am using idea pre paid services and no vas have been requested by me. To my surprise on 17 june rs 35/- were deducted and on 20 june rs 90/- deducted for flight tv and bollywood buzz which were never askef for by me. Plz resolve the matter on priority.

Hi i am aishwarya. I got a call from delhi lok adalat. They have filed a case against some payment issues. I had called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my account. Still they kept sending the bill. Now they have given the case to some icms company and have asked me to talk to some legal advisor ashok kumar. The bill is unnecessary and it is fraud case.

This is with regard to request reimbursement of my security deposit with idea cellular (Up west) for my postpaid mobile no. [protected].

Despite my repeated request for re-reimbursement of security deposit by mail and a numerous occasions that i have visited idea office, university road, meerut branch for issuing a cheque for security amount on my name, i have not received any positive reply.

Fyi, a cheque for re-imbursement of security amount was sent to me last year but i was not available in india during that time as self being an nre customer.

Then on visiting the idea office, university road branch (Meerrut), in august last year, i had submitted the details and copies of my nro a/c for the purpose of neft, but same could not happen as the neft could not be done on an nre or nro account or on my wive's name. I do not have a normal resident saving account.

The office further informed me in dec 2016, that they could possibly try to re-send the cheque on my postal address as there is no other option.

Now after re-visiting the branch on numerous occasions i've been told that i will get a reply on email.
You can refer to the trail of mails that i have tried sending to the idea office-meerut, but nobody seems to be interested in replying.

On 17th jun, i personally went to the idea office again and requested for an explanation, but the executive told me that her seniors were on leave and she could not do much on the issue.

Though the security deposit is a considerably small amount of about rs. 2000, but that money was kept as a security deposit which should be returned to the customer after surrendering the number specially when the customer has never been late in payment of your dues or has been a defaulter for no reason.

May i request you to please look into the matter and assist in getting my security deposit reimbursement.

I'd submitted the request for converting my idea postpaid number to prepaid, but the distributor/service center is not allowing me for the same conversion. I'd made complaint for 2-3 times and paid all the bills they send to me even though they are not responding me satisfactorily and told me that my postpaid sim will not going to be prepaid because of rejection. Please take care of this complaint and inform me. Thank you!

Idea internet is not working. I have recharged with 347 rs pack but i am not able to use it due to poor network it keeps on loading.. I tried calling customer care bt they hav never answered back after 1st lodging the complaints.. I guess they are doing on purpose.. If this is the scenario then its really difficult to continue with idea.. All idea no. S in my area hav the same problem with 3g services

On date 20/06/2017 @ 02:39 pm first transaction of 5000/- rs at idea money.

Kindly request you to immediately block this account and revert back the all the credit card transaction.

I have been charged twice for vas i did not ask for. Rs 50 were deducted on june 18th, 2017 and today (20th june 2017), 35 rs have been deducted for another service. I have been trying to call the customer care on 12345 but they are too busy to attend the calls. There is no provision of speaking to their executive on 198. I have been unsubscribed from the vas services for now but what is the guarantee that this will not happen again. I have been duped of rs 85 from my balance. Idea, please look into the matter.

I am writing to let the world know, idea cellular is denying payment receipt for the post paid bill, which is paid online. No one responds to customer email, including nodal officer (Andhra pradesh circle). Its such a pathetic service. They only offer the transaction reference number, which is of no use to get reimbursement.

The motive behind not providing payment receipt could be, idea is defaulting on tax amount collected illegally? I will take the matter to legal department, if required, as its illegal to deny payment receipt after the payment made.

Dear sir/mam, i have put my mobile number for porting on the date 9th june, 2017. My current mobile network operator company is idea cellular. I wanted to port this number on bharti airtel. The same was to be actioned by 15/06/2017 1:24:43 pm through communication id c1-[protected]. I received at least 6-7 calls regarding the same from idea and told them that i need to port anyhow. But the same did not happen. The process was cancelled and when i called to the customer care number 198 i was told that i had cancelled my request on my own. When i told them that i did not give any such request, i was ignored. This is my 4th time i had given my number for porting within a year and was ignored every single time, reason being the same all the time. I have spent 100 rupees every single time for previous portings and has been harassed by idea every single time with so many calls. Please help me regarding the same and help me get my number ported.
