I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 5 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. I have a idea cellular sim as per govt rule link with aadhar card. I try to do this but idea dealer reply i am not able to link this because of my aadhar card is from haryana and sim from rajsthan. I have been charged with 500 INR as roaming, however there was no service given in Andhra Pradesh (A.P) and there was no network in A.P, i have issued 3-4 complained to Customer care at that time but was asked to do numerous settings which i did and there was no network, after repeated complaints which i have proof of phone recordings.

Also I haven't received 4G connection till this day i have complained...

I have opted for National MNP from Idea to Vodafone. The number is prepaid and I do not owe any amount to Idea. The tele-verification has also been done but they are still not processing my MNP request.
I tried calling '198' and tried to register my complaint with them first, but the bot doesn't recognize the very number which I am trying to port. This is foul play.

I have a active data pack of 2gb 3g on my cellular device. Today since morning i have been charged for data usage, even though my data use is set off. Till now the company has deducted around 90mb even without usage. Someone has done fraud transactions using my citibank debit card with idea money. It is for 4 transactions each of value of rs.4785 on 19th june 2017, that is for rs.19140.
