I tried four times to call at 59059 for my ported no. [protected] to activate
Firstly call automatically dropped
Second showed the reason of data updation process require more time and told me call after 4 hours
Third i called for 15 min but no response was there
Fourth i called for 17 min but same no response
As it is a 24×7 facility but no response

I brought idea sim[protected] ph. No [protected] on 21/6/2017 from kollapally, kottayam, kerala and done a recharge for 451 rs. But my sim was showing no service and i was not getting idea network. So i shown this to idea customer care at melukavumattom they issued a duplicate sim[protected] and charged rs. 70 for that on 23/6/2017. But that sim is also showing the same issue. I think they have done something wrong in activate my sim. I lost rs. 521 without​ any benefit. Kindly resolve this matter.

I have got an idea sim.[protected]. I have a complaint about my data connection[protected]. So contact my service provider for related issue. One of the custemor care exicutive interacted very badly. Her name was anjali in kerala circle. She also said some lie and. She forced to disconnect the call. It is so irritable. I would like take an action against her from the service provider. So. On my above mob, in the past 2 weeks useless vas has been activated 6 times without my consent costing me rs 305. I told this to customer care asking for refund but it proved to be worthless. For this reason i made a request for port to other operator. My phone was flooded with calls asking me reasons for port. They assured me that no deduction will occur afterwards but once again i received a msg of deduction of rs 90 today. Why are you looting customers this way.

I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 5 for my request of activating service of blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. I have immediately cancel the vas activated. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. I think if the company charges rs 5 from all the customer base they get at least rs 50 million in a single strike. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

I have a idea cellular sim as per govt rule link with aadhar card. I try to do this but idea dealer reply i am not able to link this because of my aadhar card is from haryana and sim from rajsthan. I am a private sector employee than tell me how can i solve this problem, i am using my sim from lat 8 year approx.
This mobile no also link with my all online faculties like banking, gas, dth etc.
Please solve my problem throw idea. This is not only my problem this is all for private employee who have out of state job.

I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 25 june from web for my no. [protected] for this it took 35rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied with his response that call after 4hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. I have received a phone call from num +91 [protected] saying that my payback reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 12785/- adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and 16 digit card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 4785/- will be credited immediately. After providing otp 3 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

The transaction was for idea cell-billdesk mumbai in.

Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

This is for your kind information that i recieved a sms from idea about special offers on data recharge. Screen shot of message recieved is attached herewith.
According to which in rv 94.00 benefit of 10gb (9gb 4g/3g and 1gb 3g/2g) for 28 days is applicable.
I recharged with same rv 94 but recieved the benefit of 512mb only. On enquiring with customer care, got the information that no such offer is applicable on my mobile no.. I ve already registered my complaint and the complaint id is[protected].
I just want to say that if i have recieved the offer message then why it is not applicable on my no.?
Kindly pass on me the benefit which i have been informed by your end through sms at the earliest.

This happened today 24/06/2017, when I got a call from Mobile No, [protected] where the person said we are calling from SBI Credit Card and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of issuing a fresh card and updating my reward points in the new card. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP which I gave her. When I checked the SMS the transaction has already been completed.

Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

I have been charged with 500 INR as roaming, however there was no service given in Andhra Pradesh (A.P) and there was no network in A.P, i have issued 3-4 complained to Customer care at that time but was asked to do numerous settings which i did and there was no network, after repeated complaints which i have proof of phone recordings.

Also I haven't received 4G connection till this day i have complained numerous time but no resolution was provided.
i have asked them so many times to fix but no resolution was provided.

I have opted for National MNP from Idea to Vodafone. The number is prepaid and I do not owe any amount to Idea. The tele-verification has also been done but they are still not processing my MNP request.
I tried calling '198' and tried to register my complaint with them first, but the bot doesn't recognize the very number which I am trying to port. This is foul play.

Recently i had got my connection port from idea to jio. I talked to customer care. They made a bill for my usage near about rs. 1700. I made the payment of rs. 2200 approx, as guided by jio service provider. (They told that extra money will be refunded later). Finally my connection was ported from idea to jio. After ten days, i got a call from idea company that my may - june bill was pending, while in may and june i was using jio connection as on 8th of may, my number was ported. But they are harassing me calling again and again daily. I asked for the bill. They send it by e-mail, whose copy is attached here. Kindly check into the matter as in copy there is no calling bill, only internet bill has been sent, that too has not been used by me.
The company is making harassment by calling many times a day. Also the company representative uses the very rough and scolding language. They also give the warning for termination of the connection.
Please do justice.
