Dear sir,

I had received a call from [protected] on 6.39pm (Dated 14.06.2017) in my mobile no.[protected], where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. I checked & the amount of rs.14355 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

I changed my service circle from gujarat to rajasthan on 04/03/2017. A bill was raised on my number by gujarat circle on 08/03/2017 of rs. 598/-. For the payment of the said bill i called your customer care twice before making payment on 14/03/2017 to confirm regarding adjustment of the amount because i had a doubt that as this is a case of circle change the payment which i'll make may get adjusted in rajasthan circle and my gujarat bill will remain overdue, to which your executives replied that i should make the payment through online mode and the amount will not get adjusted in rajasthan and gujarat dues will be cleared.

On 21/03/2017 received a mail from gujarat stating that my bill of rs. 598 is still pending and on the same day rajasthan circle bill was also generated and you guys adjusted rs. 598 against that. I informed gujarat circle regarding my payment on 14/03/2017 with receipt. They advised me to pay the bill through https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/disconnected-number this link as my number has been disconnected. Which i paid on 28/03/2017.

In the month of april 2017 another bill was generated of rs. 1068 and i started receiving emails from your guys to pay it as early as possible otherwise my services will be barred. I called customer care and asked them for the reason to which they told me to visit idea store. I visited idea store situated on tonk road, jaipur in april and met ms. Devika there at. She told me to pay the bill of rs. 1068 and my earlier payment of rs. 598 will get adjusted because gujarat has transferred their dues to rajasthan circle on 27/03/2017 and after that she gave her number and told me to have a follow up this issue. I agreed to it and paid rs. 1068 in april 2017. Now, just before 3-4 days i called her for the third time since april 2017, she replied in a very rude manner and told me to take up this issue on my own as idea in rajasthan cannot do anything. I asked her to inform me the authority to address to which, she replied she doesnt know anything.

I again called gujarat circle officials on 10/06/2017, they told me as my dues have been cleared and the error of transfer of dues to rajasthan circle falls under their jurisdiction, i'll have to contact rajasthan circle officials.

I am totally fed up with this issue, as none of your executives or any of your staff is able to address or resolve my issue. I have neither received my money back nor any adjustment has been made in my account. Therefore, i am contacting you and expect an early resolution of the issue as this is very unfortunate that a company like yours which is thriving to topple global giants in its business is suffering from this kind of internal control paralysis and a failed administration under your aegis. I am very much disappointed by the way my issue has been handled and i expect that, at least some disciplinary actions will be taken against those involved in this misrepresentation by your company and if not, i'll be compelled to explore other means which might be disastrous for you because despite being a shareholder of this company you are treating me like this.

I have complaint against your idea store sn.14 & 15 fatima nagar pune-411040 near renault showroom.

I have application for convert my postpaid number to prepaid at said idea store. When i was in store the person who was on counter no 'b' he talked with me very well & pleasantly. He was trying to convinced me to do not but when he knew that i am going to prepaid my no anyway. Suddenly he changed his talking style. Finally after half an hour i managed to pay my outstanding amt. As per his advice. He told me that card will convert to prepaid after 3 days.
But after 5 day card status not changed, today, after 6 days from application i again visit to same store. There was worst behavior from your idea store keeper. He has no sense of handling the customer. So i have kindly request you to make some changes. After all customer is very important. This is second time i got this treatment take some steps to improve your service at my idea store.

I am really disappointed with the behavior of your store.
I am expecting that you will take action from your side i will be waiting for your ans

I got a call from 4-30 pm today on[protected] from mobile no [protected] as calling behalf of icici bank credit card for verification to redeem my credit card points

They already had details of my card no and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me with a few minutes i received sms about fraud transaction using my icici credit card with transaction

I raised complaint near police station and attached the copy of the police station

Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back

Before 10 day i was recharge 348 on my idea numder [protected] and is this recharge i get only free calling and get 1gb data only but offer is 1gb/per day on 4g handset and im using lenovo a6000 plus. And suddenly today night i check my internet balance and then i became to know that no internet balance credited my account on that time i call to customer care (12.02 am) and mr. Amit received my phone and he give solution that restart the phone and check and misbehave with me. But after restarting not get any kind of net balance then call again on 12.12am then told you get your balance on 1 o'clock but till now i am not get any kind of net balance.
So my request is that please resolve my issue and help customer and maintain a good behave and relation with customer.

On 10th of june i have applied for a new postpaid connection from idea of rental 349 rs which they offered 1 gb of data per day and unlimited talk time. On by 12th of june my connection got activated. On the time of activation i havent got my 1 gb of data which, till date i haven't got my data, to which i have raised a complain to it. Additional to that problem other issue raised was that my bill has been generated with 3 days of the service got activated, and the bill amount was 509 rs. To that concern i have called to the costumer care. They have raised a complain regarding the internet data usage but regarding the billi amount they have told me that i have to pay the amount.

Myself kanna raj, recently changed network from idea-maharashtra to idea-andhra pradesh through mnp. Sim has been activated after 4 days but network fluctuates continuously and shows network not registered. Even i tried to login/register in idea portal and myidea app but throws message as "not a idea user & check for portability" but unable to proceed further "shows invalid request" for portability now.

I have approached idea store locator directly and customer care as well but no one is responding properly. They are very unprofessional. If i tried to complain on website simply throws error as not a valid user please check number.

Idea is a very chep company...
Because i was a regular customer of idea at 8 years prepaid and 3 year podtpaid user.. I have some network problem so i complaint in idea customer care but no resolution i complaint again and again but same condition no resolution. So i monthly paid the bill and decide switch to another network.. When i done port my number to another network 1.5 month later idea care call me that my bill is pending worth rs. 9621.00
But my plan is rs 1299 unlimted how can possible is that my bill is pending when i paid already the bill. I was using the 1299 plan since 3 year no problem in that time and my bill is not much more then rs 2000 above with tax include..
I have proof that i am paid my bill and i am not a defaulter but company harresment me to give the faulter bill and i told him that i can paid any bill that he asked that i gave him rs 3000 and he adjust the bill but i have already paid the bill why should i have

I received benefit of only 1 gb data but not the unlimited calling service. Now, your customer care executives ms. Arti jadhav telling me that we are offering the same benefits at two different cost. Isn't it illegal to sale same service at two different cost in india?

Hi team,

I have raised a request to close the broadband connection on dec 14th 2016 to customer care as i am leaving pune. Cc representative has informed us that it will be done in 4 days and advised us to leave city by removing the connection and keep the wire outside.

Later 3 bills were generated even though there is no usage. Attached the screenshot for the same. On the other hand one of the customer care representative today claimed that there is usage in these 3 months and the other says it is not possible to retrieve data before the month of april 2017. I dont know whom to believe. I have both the recordings.

I have all the proofs, 3 bills with 0 usage information, recordings of the closure request, details of my shifting from pune to bangalore.

Request you to stop legal procedure and provide me noc.

On behalf of my wife triveni v, i am anil kumar j raising this complaint. We received idea post paid bill for 01-apr-2017 to 30-apr-2017 for mobile no. [protected],
Which was counterfeited with an amount of rs 720/-. When we see itemized bill that says on 08-apr-17 13:36:03pm call has gone to no 055555 total 120 minutes which costs rs 720/-. Which is not possible because the number 0555555 is not a valid number to dial!, i tried calling the same number once again from that phone and from other phones too (Isd activated). If no phone could call to this number. But how idea generated bill on this.
My questions
1. I tried calling to no 0555555 (From many other phone) also it said "it is not a valid no" why?
2.in case wrongly dialled by miss touch, why 2 hrs it took? Destination costumer must be ended call within one or two minute if no voice heard.
3. If it has to be paid, can you produce us the recorded call from server?
We spoke to customer care executives but as they could not understand the logic behind this counterfeit and simply said "pay the bill". I fed up with this issue since from last month. I am not paying the bill until it gets resolved. I think i would discontinue other 3 connections very soon... : (.

Please help me in this issue.

I received call from unknown number asking for my credit card details which they already had and later amount of inr 19992 was deducted against the transaction of bill payment at idea bill desk. This fraud transaction is not done by me.

Greetings to you once again, thank you so much for your response in the mail that says the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I am trusting that you will help me.

In my previous mail, i wrote a brief story about how the fraud transaction was made. Once again just for you kind information, i had received a call from +91 [protected] on 8:49am (Dated on 6/6/2017) in my mobile number +91 [protected], where he said i am calling from bangalore sbi office chief manager for my atm card renewal verification. He asked the credit card details and said the call is under recording. So i revealed the credit card number, cvv and otp along with card details.

After a short time, the message came and i realised that rs 4999 debited to idea money from my atm card, very quickly i rushed to the bank where i opened my account and with the bank executive of aizawl main branch, we sent a mail to : [protected]@idea. Adityyabirla.com and [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com.

Today on this day dated 13/06/2017 i went to meet the bank people trying to see how far they've progressed the issue and the present status of my problem. We tried several times to contact you through the grievance officer. But we could not reach you out, i don't know why maybe because of poor network connection. Anyway i am happy to see your response in the mail that the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. But till date the amount is not credited to my sbi account.

I would like to request you to refund my money back to my account, please do the needful. The following are the transaction details :

Even after that My No.[protected] has been disconnected on 11/6/17. I request you kindly resolve my issue by renovating the same no. to me

The service is terrible! One of the worst gallery i have ever experienced, they don't respect their customers. Who hung up when the customer is speaking? They do!
First of all they lie, secondly they don't show respect and thirdly they hung up straight on your face!

I moved to idea from airtel through mnp. The initial thing which pulled in me was the network and internet speed. I had complained but the response was it will get cleared after few weeks. Later, before mnp i had asked should i use my balance, they said it will be adjusted in your bill. They lied!!

My idea issues remained unresolved. Within 2 months i am writing this review.

This is how you lose your customers idea - jo badal de duniya? Please "badlo apne worst employees and attitude".

Idea cellular ltd stopped services to my prepaid number [protected]. The reason could be inactivity of my number as right now i am studying in usa. After repeated calls to customer care, emails to customer care and appellate authority and personal visit by my family members, they could not resolve the problem because either they don't have information (Idea local office and customer care representative over phone) or they don't reply back (Emails). I was a customer of idea with the same number for 6-7 years and my adhar, banking and every other services are linked to that number. Idea cellular never informed before deactivating my number and right now the customer care people do not have solid information. Some says visit idea office you will get the number, then the idea office people says we cannot issue it here call customer care and they say it's a rajasthan number call there and idea rajasthan said we don't have information on this number. Well, seriously! Idea cellular do not have information on their own number. I understand the company might have deactivated the number but every company has process to reactivate it. I don't understand why such an old company can have such a poor and non knowledgeable staff. I am suffering a lot please help.

Sir. I am using idia postpaid service [protected] this number my plan is 349. Idia sels exucativ teling this plan 3000 local and national out going calls and local and std incoming free calls. But idia company as my bill generated 1736 rupese. They put extra roaming charges even asked to idia customer care many times but they didn't respond me properly i triad avoid my bill but they told after generated the bill..
Now they are calling me and torches me to pay 1736 and they are warrning me to take ligaly action.
Last time i am complent to consumers court then i got a msg from idia that's complaints is closed without resolved my problem.
I am ready to pay my bill plan amount with service tax.
