I recharged my idea number [protected] with rs 195 /- through my idea app. My money debited from bank account but recharge has failed. What should i have to do now? I checked recharge history but there is nothing about 195 /- recharge. I got transaction details to my number and here it is details
Txn no: ap[protected]. I am facing lot of recharge issues with my number. Every time recharge failed except top-up of general plans like 10, 20, 30, 50. I have been facing this issue since 3 months. Every time i contact customer care but no result for my issue. They are very careless. Now i want to money refund back which i have done a recharge of 195/-.

On saturday10nthjune at 4.31pm in laxminagar area rajkot gujarat i requested to masterpay using retailer for 50/_ idea prepaid recharge then he demanded 50/= before recharge and my mob. No. Which is [protected]. Then he used masterpay app. For the same and shown me the message of success. I was in very hurry that time becoz of heavy rain forcast. But till date i have not received any type of recharge message.. I checked n talked to idea cust. Care also but no recharge history found. Finally i revisited retailer but he refused to listen anything & shown me that message success on his mobile which he received from masterpay. And this is how i lost my 50/=... This is full cheating...

I don't know the issue will be addressed by posting here or not, but let me also share my grievance here, as idea doesn't care or not able to resolve internet connection issues after contacting them many times... This company charged 3g internet charges from customer, but not even provide 2g speed. It's really a scam...

My message to other consumers is that never use idea service, as i am also going to disconnect or port out my service to other network...

We have blocked the card for now.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

Please reverse the amount asap.

I got a message from idea cellular that i had been provided 10 gb of 4g data for the next 3 months.
Normally i dont believe such messages so i called customer care and confirmed the same from customer care.
I also checked my mobile app and it was showing balance data of around 10 gb.
I started using data and all was going well for 2 to 3 days and suddenly my unbilled amount jumped to around 550 rs which was quite shocking.

I contacted customer care for my grievances and he rudely told that i was using 3g data in between 4 g data, by the way that was a fooling statement yet i want to clarify that my phone mode was selected on lte and 4g was showing on my phone.

Now just tell me that if i book an ac room in an hotel and uses fan instead of ac then would i be charged more.

By mistake i paid additional amount to idea through online. The refundable amount rs 64300/- they agreed to send as cheque as per their company policy through courier. After i had discussion with idea customer care representative provide n no of false statement like you will receive soon, short communication address etc. But still. I'm not received any amount from them. Each time they charges more amount to talk with customer care. Even if short address also the bill should not delivered. But i received monthly bills correctly. Why not cheque delivered in same address?. Even i request to send nearest idea showroom i will collect it also but no response. I visited near idea showroom.. No co-operate. I'm facing more problems with them. As a government you know the value of food expense etc
I'm helpless now. I request you take immediate action to recover my amount. It will helpful for another person who face the same issue with idea.
I hope trai will support for justice.

I ported my my mobile network from tata docomo to idea on 05/06/17 and my tata docomo network was deactivated on 09/06/17 at 10:30 p.m. . Since then I've been trying to contact 59059 for tele verification but everytime it shows notwork busy.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

In up aligarh showroom it located in rajdhani complex we having network problem, it's fluctuating again an again not able to do call.
In their head of showroom owner charged 100rs for sim exchanging and told to qe will recharge it still balance not come yet..

Their services is pathetic not ready to work and customer ask to visit again an again.

Why are you charging to when aadhar no. Linking to our idea numbers. Cannot you provide this freely? At your idea store (Palakol of wgdt) they are charging rs.50/- for this service. Is it lawful? I had received a fraudulent call from a number [protected] on 6/8/17 at 5:00 pm and they told me they were from citibank. They had information of the type of card i had and told me that my points were getting expired and can be converted to cashback provided i confirmed my information.

They told half of the card numbers of my citi credit card and asked me to confirm my card details such as expiry date and cvv number to make changes in the citi website. A total of 4 yransactions worth 4785 rs were made fraudulently and it seems that some one from the bank is involved in the same.

Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, i am trusting that you will help.

I got a fraud call around 3.30 pm today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they

Already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about transactions.

I raised complaint near police station and attached is the copy of the police complain.

Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

I have recharged with rs 495 for my idea number [protected]. The offer given by the company is 3000 mins to other networks and idea to idea calls + daily 1.5gb data for 70 days.
My offer is valid upto july 2nd 2017. But idea not giving my data for last 10 days, hence i have lost approxmately 15 gb of data. On this issue i have already compalined to the customer care. But i did not get any solution from the company.

So please consider my req as complaint and do the favour to me

I am using idea postpaid pack wherein the data network pack that i have selected is 2g gprs happy plan (512mb). However, in addition to my base plan following 2 data plans are automatically activated for my idea number:
1. Mh_4g3g_aop_200_1gb
2. Nat_10gb_4g_30days_3mnths

This is happening since last 2 months resulting into unnecessary charges.
Even if i try to deactivate the net plans from 'my idea app' still it's not working.

Please deactivate these 2 plans (Mh_4g3g_aop_200_1gb & nat_10gb_4g_30days_3mnths) else i will have to switch on the other network.

We got the mobile connections 4 no. S disconnected on 30th march 2017, but we are still getting bills from idea and threatening us to take legal action. If the number was disconnected on 30th march 2017 and got confirmation on sms, then how can idea raise bills on disconnected numbers???

We will be forced to take legal action against idea cellular and claim compensation for the harassment and for billing us for disconnected connections. We have all the proof to win the legal case against idea.

I have been charged for rs.29 by idea for downloading powerdeal mydala. I don't even know what's mydala and i haven't downloaded any deal from any site or even not installed any app.
How can they deduct the amount of rs.29 and when i talked to customer care and complaint about that they are telling such stupid things that you have downloaded the deal or subscribed. I'm not satisfied by talking with customer care. I wanted to know what's the reason for this deduction in the name of mydala.

Police complaint acknowledgement no. [protected]@ 7:50pm dated 8/6/2017 against unknown person online credit card transaction.

I had received a call from +91 [protected] on 8:49am (Dated 06/06/2017) in my mobile number +91 [protected], where he said i am calling from bangalore sbi office chief manager for my atm renewal verification. He asked the credit card details for the purpose of my atm card renewal. I refused to give otp but they said the call is under recording and he said he is working in sbi as chief manager in bangalore so i gave the credit card number and he asked the cvv and otp along with card details. After a short time the message came and i realised that the amount of rs 4999 debited to idea money from my atm card. I rushed to the bank where i opened my sbi savings account and with the help of the bank executive of sbi aizawl main branch, we sent a mail to : [protected]@idea. Adityyabirla.com, [protected]@idea. Today, after seeing your response in the mail and as per your suggestion i write a mail to you again. I kindly request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount as it was a fraud transaction.

Sir/madam,
I have lost my sim card of idea more than a year ago and someone is using the sim from my name. I want to switch off the sim card forever. I phoned on 198 from another idea number and they asked for last recharge. How could i know that, it was lost a year ago or it may have happened that, the thief have done some recharge.
It would be helpful if you provide me with last three calls and last recharge, or you shut down the sim card number [protected] (The lost sim card of idea).

Despite having recharged for roaming within india for 7 days pack my balance decreased from 500+ to 50+ in just 4 days. There was data pack for 30 days on my mobile. Idea company just eaten up my balance. I travelled within india during 4.6.17 to 8.6.17 covering assam, west bengal and meghalaya originating from chattisgarh. No international roaming was required. They debited rs.150/- at one occasion. I want full enquiry of my case of excess metring.

बैलेंस कटौती से पहले मेरे एकाउंट में 91.58 ₹ (स्क्रीन शॉट 3) थें।
ब्राउज़िंग लिंक्स और स्वतः खुले पॉप अप लिंक के विवरण स्क्रीन शॉट और html रूप में नीचे संलग्न है ।
श्रीमान जी प्रार्थी के इच्छा और अनुमति के बगैर ये धनराशि प्रार्थी के एकाउंट से काटा गया है, आईडिया के कस्टमर केअर एक्जेक्टिव और सुपर वाइजर एक्जेक्टिव से बात करने पर भी ये धनराशि वापस नही की गई, जिसका कॉल रिकॉर्ड भी संलग्न है ।
अतः श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी की धनराशि लौटाने हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करें और भविष्य में ऐसी असुविधा किसी और व्यक्ति के साथ न हो इसके लिए मेन एकाउंट से बैलेंस काटने से पहले ग्राहक को OTP प्राप्त हो और OTP वेरीफाई होने पर ही बैलेंस कटौती मान्य हो ।
