I am using idea number which is[protected]. I did not use this number from last three months neither any call or mobile data. But idea always send a large amount bill to me against this mobile number more than my mothly plain. And idea always barred my number due to not submit bill. Last i paid 1000 rupees. But they not acitvate my number.

    Hi,

    I got a call representing idea. She offered me postpaid plan for 399 or 349 (Not sure). The sim card got delivered. And it was not yet activated. And the lady is not answering my calls. I mean what is going on?? Is this fraud?

    Please revert asap. Before i provide with fraud charges. This is insane.

    I dont wanted to start the relationship with you guys in such a way. It shows your irresponsibility. I am not sure whom to contact now.

    Hope you would at least respond to this. Or i need to file a complaint to your headquaters.

      This is chandu therani. I got called from your side for my prepaid mobile conversion to postpaid i. E idea postpaid for my cell no. [protected]. Your person collected the document from my place and he also filled the form himself from my given documents. I also confirmed from him too (As from the madam who called me for the conversion) that my cell number would not disconnect till my new cell activate. He also agreed that my cell number will active till postpaid sim activates. Now problem is that i called several times to activate the new sim but my address mismatch for the reason is they are saying my 99% address and all details are correct but landmark is missing and i should inform them about landmark. Sir your person filled the form and collected the documents form my place. Taken rs. 400 from me. I just want to know that why i am facing that much problems.
      I am businessman. I am suffering a lot because of my cell number. I request you that i do not want to convert my prepaid number to postpaid so please reactivate my cell number to as it was i. E to prepaid itself.

        I placed request to stop services of my mobile number [protected]. Your customer care executive agreed to refund 400 rs to continue the service up on that confirmation i agree to go for new monthly plan 499. Instead of refunding the wrong billed amount to me idea started billing of new monthly charges.

        My verbal agreement was if idea refund the money i will continue the service as idea failed to stay on its word my service stay cancel on the day i asked for on 3/17/2017 under reference c1-[protected].

        Idea made false promises to keep charging bill to the customer.

        I do not own any money to ideas and i am not going to release any money to idea as i am not using idea's service however i am still receiving bill from idea.

        If i receive any further email from idea. I will be filing case in consumer court form against idea cellular. This is my last and final notice to idea cellular

          Hello sir/madam,

          I was a idea customer using the number [protected]. Due to my personal reasons i couldn't use my idea number for a while. But when i get back to my number following a online recharge of rs.249 through paytm app i have to come to know that my number was transferred to another customer since the number was found inactive for a long time. I haven't been informed in any way nor they reacted to this issue in a comfortable manner. Kindly help me to sort this issue at the earliest.

            Dear idea,

            I have query regarding my bill, as soon as i start my bill plan wih 399 plan with immediate effects,
            After 3 days i get sms as your internet limit exhausted and then i have word with customer care,
            They said that your plan 399 is not activated, and you have charge rs 500 extra.
            Excecutve said this charge will vaid off as bil will generated,

            Please do the needful and please deduct the internet charges, as i already taken plan of rs. 399.

            There is no response from customer care of idea cellualar.

              My no [protected] is now done portability to relience where my no was converted into reliance on 26 march 2017 my bill cycle is 26-25 of every month. So a bill is generated foe the period of[protected] to[protected] for 1000 where as i already stated that my no was converted to reliance on 26. So for 1000 one day is big amount as well as not applicable. I have sent emails and done complaint to have detail bill o[censored]sage but i am not getting any response now they are sending notice. Please look into the matter

                Unknown person used mine citi bank card for fraud transcations. He main total 4 transcation for converting welcome points. I have logged fir against same and also mailed idea but they are saying they need 48 hours for processing

                Person name is kunal sharma and he is saying call is for verification purpose. And asked for card detail. After call i immeditely blocked card and also called idea but they refused to give me any details and asked me to email them along with fir. Have idea stopped transcation immediately there might be change getting me money back but now they are saying 48 hours required for processing request.

                    I am holding two idea connection in my name from mp. I've shifted base to haryana and am not interested in retaining these. I've approached the customer care at panchkula who turned me down. Similarly i've approached customer service at bhopal who told me that i've to send mail to appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com. I've sent three mails till date without getting any reply. I've been presented yet another bill for next billing cycle. I'll pay this bill but will not be paying any more bills as i consider this to be a tactics of the company to force me to continue with the services. Please discontinue my connections immediately

                      Sir i purchased this sim in karnataka while studying but now i came to my home for vacation then i recharged msg pack of 12 rs on 4th june in night from mobile app of my friend, the recharge was successful and also they gave 300 sms extra for special offer so on that plan was working but suddenly from yesterday that plan wasn't working. So plz solve my problem either give m balance back or activate my plan beacuse this not 1st time happening with me, so many times happened these things if im in roaming area then why u r proceeding recharge, let it be unsuccessful i will try on another no, this is simply u r manipulating us

                        My phone number is [protected]. I received a sms saying 29/- have been deducted from my account. I called the customer care and all they said again and again was i must i downloaded some content. This is ridiculous. I have not downloaded any thing. Such a great way to loot people. All over google hundreds of people have the same complain. I want my money back.
                        Your customer care didn't even lodge a complaint after me asking again and again. They said no complaint can be lodged against idea services. Wow!

                        If you dont wanna unwanted deduction from your account means dont not use your primary sim for internet usage. Also have the alternate sim as a 2nd sim with internet facility (must be Rs.0 as a balance).

                          My name is akhil vijayan and am having corporate connections of my company with idea cellular. My company is at perinthalmanna its in malappuram district. Its a pharma company and am having 8 cug connections. Now i want to change these connections to prepaid. From last two months i was contacting the person mr sahir (T-techs marketing angadippuram contact number:[protected]) but he is not responding. From him only i had taken these idea connections. So please help me to change these connections to prepaid. Unnecessorily am paying the bill for last two months.

                            On 30th may, 2017 i got some messages for debit from my account. I have not done such transactions. These are debited from my account without my knowledge. Please reverse that amount of all transactions as noted below:

                            1. *boi star sandesh* rs 4500 has been debited to your account xx0237 from pos-ideamoney on[protected]. (Transation number: bdipg/ib[protected]/ideamoney)

                            3.*boi star sandesh* rs 4998 has been debited to your account xx0237 from pos-ideamoney on[protected]. (Transation number: bdipg/ib[protected]/ideamoney)

                            4. *boi star sandesh* rs 5000 has been debited to your account xx0237 from pos-ideamoney on[protected]. (Transation number: bdipg/ib[protected]/ideamoney)

                            Please note that i am not in india. I am currently in west africa. If you require, i can send you visa copy. There is no question o[censored]sing debit card on pos in india as i am not in india. Further, i have neither given my atm card to any one nor the pin has been shared with anyone.

                            Please look into the matter and expedite the process of reversing back the above noted amounts.

                              My account was charged with an amount of rs. 29/- on my mobile number [protected] for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 14.05.2017 for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
                              But the thing is that i didn't download anything of this sort. Neither i have mydala app. When talked to the customer care of my network provider (Idea)
                              About this, they said might be you have clicked on a pop up. This answer did not satisfy me because without my consent how could a pop up gets activated and deducts money. It must send a confirmation message, which it did not.
                              Even that could be tolerated if i got to know what was downloaded. I checked my phone but i could not find what was downloaded or the deal itself mentioned in the message anywhere. Now i want my money back that's for sure.
                              Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I called help center to know when will my address change request will be processed. He said 24 hours.
                                However after taking efforts to go to store fill form attach required documents now they gave action date as 22nd june (Today is 5th june.)

                                When i asked call center they said it was call center fault and it will take time till 22nd.

                                Is saying it was call center fault will my issue be solved?

                                It is very urgent for us to change address and we have required documents.

                                  The mentioned prepaid connection is in the name of nagarajan. For the past few days i am experiencing few concerns on maintaining my balance. Starts from 2june, i have been charged rs29 for downloading some content which i did not do. So i gave a call to one of your customer care executive @4june 15:41.

                                  She provided the below reasons, i activated some internet pack. Because of that you have been charged.
                                  Call transfer made to supervisor gomathi, she said that i downloaded some chargeable content because of that it got deducted from my balance. Also the way she spoke is literally so hard. Its a worst experience it got from her.

                                  Onething i wanted to mention here, you can see the communication gap between call center executive and the customer care (Wrong information been given by call center executive)

                                  I want my deduction amount back into my prepaid account on 2june it is 29 and 5jun again it was 10. Total i need 39.

                                    No network in Germany, I tried to select it manually many time, not showing any range.

                                    Hi

                                    I am residing in bangalore, i have received a call from mobile number +91-[protected] at 6:56 p. M on 20-may-17. The caller pretended to be from sbi rewards said your reward points are expired and if you want to adjust the reward points to your outstanding credit card bill you need to perform the ivr transaction.
                                    I suspected the call as fraud but the caller has convinced me by telling all my card details and my date of birth and finally the ivr transaction happened and soon after three transactions each of 4998/-, - have happened with merchant as ideamoney. I realized the fraud the next day morning when i received a message from sbi card stating suspected activity on my card and blocking your card.

                                    The transaction numbers are below

                                    I request the idea money to block these transactions and revert the money. Also furnish the details of fraudsters involved.

                                    I request vodafone to verify the kyc of mobile no. +91-[protected] and block it and furnish the details of fraudsters involved. The transaction took place at 5:19

                                      What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money from my account without any solid reason and makes my life uncomfortable. They deducted 29 rupees for this pack. I am using 'idea'internet but their customer care services says they are also helpless to me and cant do anything. What type of this company is, they are making fool to us. My mobile no. Is [protected] please do something, i want my money back any how.
