    Idea cellular what is your motto? By increasing the feature charges unreasonably you can't be the best mobile network. You must know that i am a student and i got mobile by my father as a reward of good marks.
    But i think you will take it back as my bill on average of all months is getting up 1100 rs. And due to that my father warned me that if it will continued then mobile will be taken.
    Can't you can show some mercy on this poor child. Please i am nothe telling that you decrease feature charges directly from 900 to 0 but less it to nearly 200 and it will work and if possible make it 0 rs.

      I use bsnl internet via wifi.
      My phone runs on idea.
      I do not use mobile data via idea.
      And i make sure it is off at all times.
      However, idea has been deduction 0.04 paisa regularly, even ten time a day.
      This is looting the customers.
      Kindly take action against such deductions.

        Sir/mam,
        Subject: complaint for misguidance and harassment by idea
        Request for reactivation of number [protected].
        I am using number [protected] since 2006. Originally it was vodafone number. Then i got the number ported in airtel. On 25th january i applied for porting of number in idea. I cleared all dues of airtel upto 07.02.2017. On 10th march my connections were lost. I visited idea service centre on 21.04.2017 they said that my number is permanently disconnected on 20.04.2017 (I. E 1 day before my visit) as a bill of airtel was due to be paid. I visited airtel they said that my bill cycle in airtel was from 8th to 7th of the next month. I was informed that number was ported on 07.02.2017 due to which bill of 1 day was generated which is outstanding and i was never informed about such outstanding amount. It may be noted that i had applied for port on 25th january and same was ported on 8th feb which means it took 15 days while i was informed that number will be get port in 3-4 days only.
        Then i paid the outstanding bill of airtel and idea people informed me that my number will be reactivated if i pay the bill of airtel. Then i visited idea centre many times on regular basis but they kept on saying that they have sent a mail but did not get any response. They ensured me that my number will be active in a short span. Meanwhile i received a letter dated 03.05.2017 which was dispatched on 16.05.2017 and received by me on 20.05.2017 stating that bill of rs 455.47 of idea is outstanding. It may be noted that i have not received any bill on my mail id although i have registered for electronic billing. It may further be noted that i have visited the idea center many times but they have not informed me about outstanding dues.
        After many visits i was informed that as my number was originally from vodafone so i can get this number from vodafone only. Then i visited vodafone center but they informed me that they can give the number only after 90 days of disconnection of number from previous operator. They also informed me that my previous operator can get the number reactivated within 60 days of disconnection.
        I again visited idea center then they said they will ask it again and will inform me. Today i. E on 08.06.2017 i again contacted idea and they informed me that they could get the number reactivated in 30 days only. I may be noted that 30 days was lapsed on 19.05.2017 while i am asking for reactivation since 21.04.2017. Now they are again saying that as time is lapsed so they cant help me in getting the number. I asked them that i am asking for reactivation since 21.04.2017 the they said that they did not get any response of mails from their higher office so they couldn't help me at that time and now time has been lapsed.
        I am using this number since 2006 and it is registered everywhere. All otps are generated in this number only. I am feeling harassed. Using idea number is my worst experience. You are requested to kindly help me and resolve the matter. I just need the same number as i am using this number since long and i cant afford to loose this number.

          I have a prepaid connection (operator: idea cellular) having number [protected].
          I am staying in Goa in margao city and works at Verna industrial estate. I use 4G enabled handset for internet and I do recharge for the 4G internet on regular basis. But at both the places the speed of internet is very slow. Even less than 2G speed. Most the time it is below 80 kbps.
          I am paying for 4G internet. But idea as well as Vodafone both the companies are not able to provide 4G speed. If compare to Reliance jio, reliance Jio speed always remain above 600 kbps. But jio don't have coverage at Verna industrial estate.
          So idea as well as Vodafone need to develop their services. Specially idea cellular. If not possible to develop their services they don't have right to charge for 4G internet as they are unable to provide 4G internet.
          I have added herewith five screenshots in which you can see the maximum speed is 10.2 kbps.

            I recharge 346 1gb/day 3g internet scheme. When activated this offer i fetch net speed problem, i got only 20kbps. So i complained but still not solve my problem. Every time they told me that we provide 21mbps speed but i can't get 2g net speed

Please note nisha got the contact details of our employees from the dialed list of their customer.

                I have migrated mobile number on mnp from idea celluar services to other service provider. I have requested mnp on 27th april, 2017 and later on completed all the necessary formalities.

                On 1st of may, 2017 i have paid the due bill of idea cellular. After this process gets over on 2nd may, 2017, idea cellular had relieved my number to other service provider and mnp process successfully completed.

                After completion of may 2017 month, i have received my phone bill from idea for the entire month of may, 2017, though i have used idea services for the 2 days only.

                After that i have made complaints to idea customer care, as per their cc personnel it is rule of the company to charge the bill for entire month when one customer leaves the company but when one customer joins the company, it can charge the bill prorata on per day usage.

                Why billing on mnp when one leaves the company should not be on pro rata basis on per day usage? Is it trai rulings?

                  Dear sir

                  My monthly mobile billing is in range of 2, 000- 3, 000. However this month i have been charged over inr 24, 000 for my mobile billing. The reason mentioned is that there is additional data consumption of 4.42 gb, but how can operator charge 18, 000 plus for this much data is what i fail to understand and they are able to give convincing answer.
                  Idea has tried to overcharge me and in spite many complaints it has not helped me in closure of issues.

                  Request your intervention as this is real concern.

                    I brought new idea card ([protected]) 4g sim from idea stores, poonam chambers, sadar, nagpur on 29th may. I recharged it with rs. 446/- which gives 4g 1gb per day for 70 days. But i am getting 3g speed. Inspite of complaining many times to idea problem is not solved. Idea customer care executive is saying there is some technical problem. But they are not resolving it.

                      This is a complain regarding my post paid number of Idea (DELHI). I am getting threatening call from number [protected]/[protected]. Myself along with my relatives and friends are getting threatening call from the idea cellular department ([protected]/[protected]). When my payment has been already paid (on 9th May 2017)after a settlement was done with idea customer care, then Why I am getting these calls? My grand father is very old and suffering from diseases and he is also getting call from the above number. They change the number when call to my all well known friends, offices, relatives. Not only I am getting the calls but also I am getting the new bills every month where as my number is no more active and settlement has been done and requested the idea customer care to port my number to another cellular network. but there is no response from the customer care.

                      I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you in few days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives along with the help of social media.

                      I look ahead for a reply from you asap.

                        I was using a corporate vodafone plan earlier. Today only i have ported from vodafone to idea. I had received a call from idea in which they told me that i'll get a plan 299/- wherein i will have unlimited local plus std all operator calling and daily 1 gb 3g internet after that 2g unlimited free. And today i got to know that i have plan of 349 activated by idea. I hate this type of fake info given to customers and make them to port from one to other operator. I don't want idea. Please respond and resolve this issue or else i'll have to escalate this matter

                            I m 5 years postpaid idea user. One day i received a call from idea for new 499 plan. Details the plan in 2g unlimited and 3g data planned. Then on 7 may 2017 afditional charges shown. Discussed with customer care about additional charges. They said. It will clear out in month end. I request for disconnect the service. They said it will resolve. But problem same. Again said for disconnect service one 01 jun 2017. They again promissec it will short out on 07 june. 17. Then again complain today. They said. To pay 1600 rs. Bill then we will disconnect.
                            Why we pay this amount. I m already said for disconnect. Then why given suggest it will resolved. They why current month bill 1600 rs. I will pay. Plz resolve it.

                            i m 5 yrs back customer in idea post paid service. several times complain about network issue.. approx. 10 compaints about network. they never discussed about it.

                            when 499 Rs. offered by idea. its unlimited calls and 6 GB 3G speed then used as your previous plan. again asked about after 6 GB. then unlimited 2G speed.

                            but i have seen extra charges 450 rs. detected on 7 may.2017. discussed please closed my existing plan. disconnect my service. i m ready for pay. then they said to me that After billing cycle on 27 may. then we will adjust the extra charges. then again call month end. after 28 may. discussed again plz disconnect service or deducted extra data charges. then again promissed it will resolve on 7 june. so again discussed what happened about my bill. they again reply you will full bill money. i again warned why. i will extra money.
                            please disconnect my connection. i will pay. then again said. now you will pay two month charges of plan plus extra charges. i m discussed already discussed disconnect my plan in last month. why
                            they promissed me again and again..
                            adjusted bill in month end. then some time.

                            now said to be paid otherwise you connection cant be disconnect wirhout all bill...

                            pls settlement my bill.

                              Hello my name is sachin, and i have been confirming about the 799rs data plan offer since a few days from the idea representatives on the idea website live chat, and they all confirmed that yes i do have that 799rs pack available, so i did the recharge while talking to the person live, and what i received was not the same benefits, i received a totally different pack, which is 3gb total data and 3000 min calls, and no daily data given thats it for 799!! I have the chat snapshots attached, plz check.
                              Already i was about to port my number to other affordable operator, and i just asked if idea has any 2gb plan, they said yes they do, 799rs, i confirmed that from about 4 to 5 representatives, they all said yes the offer is available for my number! So i did it, and what i received is this.

Sir my idea postpaid number [protected] but i was out of town for my work for a long time and i wasn't using that number when i came back to delhi i found that number is permanently disconnected and a bill payment is also due i'm ready to pay the bill with all the penalty but i'm not able to pay it on your website https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/express-paybill this site shows its a wrong number. Plz help me in getting my number activated again & i want to pay my dues with all the penalty imposed on me due to non-payment because i was not in town and the mobile phone was switched off.

                                i have also lost the sim card and i visited my nearest idea store but the said they were not able to get any details regarding my number and were not able to issue a new sim & they only told me that my be my number is now under disconnection. plz help me in getting my number started and help me getting a new SIM of my number.

                                  With due respect i would like to say that i am so unsatisfly with your company service. I was stock when i came to know that a well reputatied company like you can do such activity.

                                  I m from a small big name : damoh located at madhya pradesh... Pin code - 470661.

                                  Customer care located in our city is provided cheap service. I went there for my 4g sim upgradation. They told that my sim will upgrade within 1 hours and it was not. I weng again there nd found that no one was to attain customer. I wait there for an hour nd yet no one come. All the customer was angry but unwilly there was no one on whoem we can shout.

                                  So end i have taken a dicision to stop your company setvice not only i my all frnd, relative is stopping your sevice...

                                  Hope you will take a strick action againt them and can save your remaing customers...

                                  I investigate quite and got one of them personal no. . His name is tanuj . I have added is name below . yesterday i have call him many times, he didn't accpet my single call . Take a strick action especially againt him .

                                  one thing more i m happy with your fast reply and might be continue your idea services, if you take a strick action .

                                  hope you can search for office and i will action soon as possible .

                                    Team,

                                    At the time of taking idea postpaid sim i was told that the plan which was not the actual plan as per company so my bill got increased so i stopped using the sim after 1 month. After few months today i got a call stating that they are from delhi high court and asking me to pay the bill immediately. I informed that there is an issue with the plan but they didnt listen to me and disconnected the call. So i need to get a call from idea to sort this. Bill amount is rs1000.

                                        I am your idea customer my idea phone no -[protected], my bill payment date[protected], but idea store shyamnagar, shyamnagar, kolkata, west bengal continue coll me phone no [protected], and miss behave on me, he said also legal action against me, but why, my phone bill parment before your bill date, then why your employee phone coll today and said pay phone bill today,

                                        But sir, my phone bill paid[protected], attachment payment receipt

                                        Service provider, because i know you don't any action against this mater,
