I applied for a sim exchange and submitted my documents. They started the services on my number in an hour. After a week, my simcard stops working. All services discontinued. I call up customer care and they say documents have not reached for verification. I go to the store, they ask for new documents, I submit the documents again, still they do not activate my sim card after 3 days. I am a Stock Market Investor and this behaviour has coated me loss.

Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have explained the problem to executive he forwarded my call to supervisor, he said he is forwarding my call to Team lead. The call was ringing but Team lead didn't pick my call, After few rings call was dropped.
So I called the customer care again. this time call went to executive --> to supervisor ---> To team lead. Team lead said, he is forwarding my call to next team lead. this time call was ringing but team lead dint pick my call then call was dropped.
If this is the way how customers are being handled by customer care guys. who is going to listen us and resolve the issue?. To whom we should call ?
I am completely hopeless.
