My account was deducted with an amount of Rs. 29/- for the activation of my dala deal on 03.06.2017. I got a text at 09:53 AM from Idea that Rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
I did not know about my dala application, and I didn't know about it's downloading.
Then I search for my dala i got to know that it is an app. I didn't download this named my dala app and without visiting the particular site.I have full proofs with guaranty to prove it that I didn't download this my dala app and I challeng to you I can prove it with whole proofs of it.I have all the call recordes that what is told me about this matter.
When i contacted customer care, they are repeating only one line like that I might have downloaded this my dala app that is shown by our computer screen because of which the amount has been deducted.
I dont understand that how can i download a deal without even visiting the site or app of my dala or idea, if I download ed this app why charges is deducted from my idea phone num I have dual sim so one way possible that it is deduct from my vodafon num also.
Any app they are chargable first ask for do it or NO they are not deduct directly without any ask and coformation, further in every app or every site before activating anything the site ask for the number to be entered manually for which i want to activate the deal, how can it automatically gets activated and amount has been deducted. This is worgly deduction by idea company and if you are not solved then I will go to the consumer because is a cyber crime.
I want my money back that deducted by you 29 ru.

I complaint against idea celluler that deducted my money.
and i want my money back. I have all proof to prove it. I already told that I didn't download any my dala app why you diduct money.
If the my dala app. Is third party app so why idea company supporting that app.

    Idea I ported out from this awful network because although you gave me a 4G sim, there was no functional 4G for over a month. In areas where other operators received 4G and LTE, Idea only showed 3G. Today I realised that your network not only had terrible service, but also has rude representatives who don't know how to talk to customers.
    After almost a month of porting out, one of your representatives from Delhi--Anju Sharma: +[protected] calls me and starts yelling on the phone about some pending amount. I told her that all my dues had been cleared at port out, she of course refused to listen. After I hung up because I lost my temper at her for her cantankerous attitude, she called me repeatedly and yelled at my father who was trying to explain to her that there is a certain decorum that is to be observed while talking to customers.
    I am going to disconnect my alternate Idea numbers for both my iPad and iPhone now. Terrible service and badly behaved, bullish representatives. Be certain that I will clear any "pending dues" only after you have sent me a break up of the amount (in a civilised manner hopefully). Your customers/ex-customers are not thieves-- You should be ASHAMED of treating them like they are!

        I have a idea maharashtra sim and am in delhi now.. My number has 5gb of 4g data available.. Am unable to use.. Your customer care is the worst ever i found.. They are asking me to recharge 3g as 4g is not available in delhi... As i asked him wat to do with the 4g data which i have, you people are saying me that u cannot convert it to 3g and your 4g data will be expired if not used.. Then what for did i reacharge? You people are saying me tat it is waste... How can u be so irresponsible when u deal with issues.? I want my 4g data to be converted or my money back or i will make it an big issue... Do not play with customers emotions and money...

          I want to change the idea sim into prepaid from postpaid I have submitted all at idea store in Telangana Nizamabad before 2 months Before 2 months only they gave Sims but Daily saying request sended unbilled and outstanding bill paid. Than also not converting why there are not converting into postpaid .
          Please change postpaid to prepaid fast

              I sometimes recharge my number by paytm after login in my paytm account i entered the mobile number and wanted to recharge special offer i recharged the offer which was showing rs 11 (Local idea to idea mobile calls @ 10p/min; local others and std mobile calls @ 30p/min; local/std landline calls @ 1.2p/sec) vlidity 90 days. After the recharge the sms came into my mobile in which it is written (Recharge done for rs 11 enjoy all calls at 40p/min validity 2 days) i just want the offer which was showing to me in paytm. This is today's incident 02/06/2017. U can contact me in [protected].

                  Regarding data charges - please note due to high charges of data from idea, i was suppose to port my number to other network. I had sent you request for mnp before 12th May. After that your idea executive convince me to stay with idea with changed plan of 349 which has unlimited data & so no data charges. Thats why I changed that plan & that too after lot of follow ups from my side as your executives closed my Port request without even changing the plan.

                  I accepted the plan on 19th May.

                  Your executive just tells that Pro Rata charges will be applied. Who will explain what will be pro rata charges & that too such huge amount of 1041. When i had active plans for entire month & I am using data as per the plan why should i pay for it.

                  Also when i call your executive after this, she tells me why did you change your plan in between of the billing cycle. This should be informed or conveyed while changing the plan not after complaining.

                  This time I will be porting to other network as Idea is one of the worst services.

                  Please note i already have charged wrongly before & you dint entertained that time, still i paid the payment keeping in mind the same thing will not happen again.

                  But this time this will not be accepted. I really don't have time for your nonsense things. Refer previous communications or the executives who knows this matter & please remove such wrong charges.

                  Such kind of poor customer service not looks good from aditya birla group.

                      Now read very carefully.
                      I dialed *121# where i got to know that i'll be getting 6gb of 3g data at rupees 97! (Refer screenshots) i found it to be of good value... And activated the same but this idea!! Its a fraud... It charged rupees 97 and provided me with only 400mb of 3g data instead of 6gb as mentioned in their dataoffer... You guys are cheat.. I want my money back else i am going to esvalate this issue to social media as well as i am going to file an f. I. R.
                      Either refund my money or provide me with 6gb of data with 28 days validity as mentioned in your offer you cheaters.. Fraudddddd peaople... Refund my money backk... This is a warning!!

                        Hi,

                        I have ported my sim to idea cellular. I have inserted my sim in moto g5 plus which is a 4g handset. Just after the sim activation i went on to recharge my sim with idea app in which i got the best offer as a recharge of rs.348.in this recharge i had to get 1gb/day as my handset was moto g5 plus and unlimited calls for 28 days. I got unlimited call but for the data i received only 1 gb data for the whole 28 days.

                        I have raised 2 complaints at customer care. They rejected the complaint saying that there is a term exclusively for this recharge that the data benefits of 348 recharge is only applicable if the recharge is done after 48 hrs from sim activation. It has not been mentioned anywhere in the app or the site. The first thing i get to see after opening is this recharge.

                        I am highly disappointed by the service and the fake promises made. Even when i call customer care they are very rude to me. They should mention the terms or if this 48 hrs is the case then they should not have shown me the recharge. And what is this rule which is exclusively applicable on only one recharge.

                        I am stuck with this pathetic service and i cannot port my sim till 90 days.

                          I applied for a sim exchange and submitted my documents. They started the services on my number in an hour. After a week, my simcard stops working. All services discontinued. I call up customer care and they say documents have not reached for verification. I go to the store, they ask for new documents, I submit the documents again, still they do not activate my sim card after 3 days. I am a Stock Market Investor and this behaviour has coated me loss.

                              Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, please take acion and help in the refund of the amount rs. 9965/-

                              I got a fraud call around 11.27 am on 13th may as calling on behalf of icici bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

                              2 fraud transaction using my icici bank credit card towards (Idea payement) ideamoney with two transactions each of 4985/- and 1 transaction of rs 4980 making the total amount of 9965/-

                              I call to bank and stop payment and blocked my card.

                              Requesting you to kindly please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

                                Fake transaction on my debit card for Rs 5000

                                Today morning my dad got a fake call from number ([protected]) and he told calling from Bank head office, then asked card debit card details such as card number, CVV and OTP.

                                My dad thought it was bank so he gave all the details and OTP received for the transaction, after a few 5000 debited from his account. They have misused his debit card and purchased for 5000.

                                Hello,

                                I was an airtel customer, I was ported to Idea on 21st May 2017. On the same day I have recharged 349rs plan from Idea mobile App, under this 349 offer I should get unlimited call and daily 1GB data for 28 days. As my Mobile is Apple Iphone 6, I should get 3g/4g data daily 1GB.

                                But I got only unlimited calls and 1GB data on first day. from 2nd day on wards I am not getting daily 1GB.

                                I gave multiple complaints over calls and mails. But customer care guys are not responding properly. They agreed that this issue happened because of their technical problems.

                                Its been 9 days since I gave compliant. Every time when call them to ask status of my problem, I need to start explaining from starting and they will transfer my call to next high level employee, then again I need to explain but at the end they will say wait 24 hrs. but issue is not being resolved.

                                This is the worst customer experience I ever had.

                                I do not know, weather I will get my benefits or not.

                                Now I called customer care 198.

                                I have explained the problem to executive he forwarded my call to supervisor, he said he is forwarding my call to Team lead. The call was ringing but Team lead didn't pick my call, After few rings call was dropped.

                                So I called the customer care again. this time call went to executive --> to supervisor ---> To team lead. Team lead said, he is forwarding my call to next team lead. this time call was ringing but team lead dint pick my call then call was dropped.

                                If this is the way how customers are being handled by customer care guys. who is going to listen us and resolve the issue?. To whom we should call ?

                                I am completely hopeless.

                                Shame on Idea services.
