What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money from my account without any solid reason and makes my life uncomfortable. They deducted 29 rupees for this pack. I am using 'idea'internet but their customer care services says they are also helpless to me and cant do anything. What type of this company is, they are making fool to us. My mobile no. Is [protected] please do something, i want my money back any how.

    I'm using idea cellulars postpaid services on my number [protected].
    My due date of bill was on 30th may 2017.
    Since today my outgoing calls & messages other than idea have been barred.
    And also my internet services are deactivated.
    When i called up at customer care number 12345 and enquired about same i've been informed that yes we have done so as per company policies.
    We are receiving plenty o[censored]nwanted calls / messages for the offers and promotions. But we never receive updates regarding such policy changes.
    Why is it company doesn't update the important things which really matters for the customers.

      My idea sim card is not working in my phone .When my card is linked with my. Adhar card my sim card is not working in my phone. At That time I called customer service center but Your grahak seva adhikari not give me perfect answer. So I complain our district idea show room. But they didn't answer. Then I complained in internet complained center.

        Rs 29 have been deducted from my idea main account in the name of mydala powered deal. I have not subscribed to any such stupid deal. Kindly justify the reason of such deductment.

        I have contacted customer care and complaint no. But no effect on them. They are given.. Waste fuxking money to sit there.. I havent got any help till now.. My mobile no. Is[protected] and this transaction took place today on 5:30 am..
        At that time i was sleeping and i am in single room only my internet was on. And phone was on table.

        I want my money back any how..

            I gave a call to customer care for getting my query resolved. When I asked about the balance deduction the executive told due to call to non-tollfree number the balance was deducted.
            I simply asked whom to contact and confirm whether the number is tollfree or not?
            To this executive told that she could only tell that I need to call the number for which the balance was deducted.
            Instead of listening to my words, she was in hurry to close the call without satisfying my query.
            When asked where to complain about her, asked her name or employee ID, she told, it is not possible to tell. She stayed arrogant and proudly told I can do anything I want to.

              The amount transferred message was also received

              The customer support center had called me and told the bill should be paid through idea cellular site only
              Then what is need for sending messages
              From hq to open browsers to pay bill

                  My grand mother has recently ported to idea from docomo details of mobile no given below.

                  She has a balance of rs.200+ before porting to idea. Because she dont know how to get the details i have called your cystomer care in 15 mins back. Your employee named surendra from hyderabad, nampally branch has picked the call and he rather clarifying my doubts he spoke very rudely. Being a customer care executive how he can speak with a customer. He is also not transfering call to his next level tobreport this...
                  I need a revert on this else will post on trai portal also so ial media as i already recorded the call.

                  I rather suggest my friends to not to go for idea connection if i dont get proper reply.

                    My account was deducted with an amount of rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 05.06.2017. I got a text from idea that rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
                    Before that text, i did not know what the hell my dala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.

                    I want my money back. Thats why i understand why idea cellular share is getting down... Coz they are making fool the people and looting. If your company is not doing any profit then shut down it. But dnt use such kind of tricks.

                        First of all thank you for providing an unmatched internet speed your network is amazing. Even when network bar all full it can't stream hotstar. Wow great internet speed what is meaning of internet if you can't stream a 360p video. There is no network issue but your internet is great it switch off without any reason thanks idea for destroying my evening can't watch last overs of indv/s pak match thanks alot. This is not just case of one day but it happens everyday. I can't bear it more i am switching operator as soon as possible thanks once again idea appreciate your work alot.

                          I received an offer of 303 rs. From idea which include free calls idea to idea and 1 gb daily for 56 days. But when i goes to the idea retailer there is recharge is failed. I goes to 3 to 4 retailers but there all places it not recharged. I also call idea customer care but there worker told me that no one interrupt in my recharge process. Please take action against it. As soon as possible.

                            I got a message in the morning saying that rs 29 is deducted from my account for mydala service... I haven't even saw that page, i just came from uae yesterday and i am getting fooled by these kind of things.. What kind of service is that... I tried to contract idea customer service and they keep saying there is no service activated in my number and still they don't know how my 29 rs gone... If i don't get back my money i am going to complain in retail ombudsmen

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have recharged my mobile no [protected] with a pack of Rs 289 "unlimited local & STD calls 28 days" on 25th May 2017 and now after 10 days my out going calls have been stopped, every time I am calling a number it says "Please check the number you have dialed", on the other hand I am receiving all incoming calls & messages. I checked out with all the methods like restarting my phone, removing and re-inserting the sim and other settings too, but none have come out to be useful.
                              The idea network is acting too smart with its cheap tricks in deceiving the customers, and this is not the first time I am forced to complaint on IDEA network, I have confronted such cheap marketing tricks earlier also.
                              Please solve the issue immediately.

                                I have a idea postpaid number it was good but from last two month it is producing excessive bill. Last month i haven't use my postpaid number neither for calling or internet then also it produces bill of rupees 958.
                                I request to please have a look towards my complaint because it is making trouble for me or i have to change from idea to some other cellular company

                                  I have changed my monthly plain from 249 to 199 and 299 for mob. Numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively.
                                  I see excess unbill amount than uses.
                                  Plz give satisfaction.

                                  Also i got excess bill amount than regular plain for my idea postpaid number [protected] for last few months.

                                  Plz. Reply by solving both the troubles as early as possible.

                                    I recharged my number on 31st June of ₹ 347 according to which I should ha e got unlimited calls and 1GB 3G/4G data 4G daily but I just got partial benefit o[censored]nlimited calls.
                                    I already visited idea store 3 days, also talked to customer care, emailed to customer care and also lodged the complaint but I haven't received any positive response. I even talked to regional manager of idea Mr. Yogesh but I didn't get a fair treatment.

                                      A couple of days ago idea deducted rs.29 from my talktime in name of some # service called mydala.
                                      On calling up customer care, they said i clicked on some link and a third part wap application was downloaded although no such thing happened.
                                      I wrote their customer care about this issue but sadly they had the same reply.

                                      It's very disappointing to see a reputed service provider like idea running such petty scams to rip-off people's hard earned money.

                                      I'm expecting a full refund of my money.
                                      It's not about the loss rs.29 but it's the entire racket that needs to be exposed.
                                      I would be seeking a proper legal counsel to tackle this issue on a national level.

                                        My account number is[protected] and my idea number is [protected] and this is regarding the discrepancy in my bill in the month of March and April which was not resolved even after a series of customer complaints to look into the matter. My March bill amounted to 1500 where I was charged for VAS & Roaming services and not signing up for the service and was continuously charged even post registering multiple complaints with your customer service. Since the issue was not resolved, my account and number were disconnected yet a bill of Rs 1665 is added for the month of April(this was charged even when my services were disconnected by the company itself) in spite of the number not being in use. There has been no resolution of this issue since two months in spite of complaints in the double digits. Kindly take an action.
