Location sector6, bahadurgarh, haryana, in my family we are using 4 idea connection, i am facing network problem from last 2 days. there are no network due to which we cannot make contact to each other. and not able to recieve and make calls. kindly resolve the network problem as soon as possible. so that i can be in contact with my fellows and use internet connection.

    I bought an Idea SIM card from a vendor and provided my Aadhar Card as a proof. He used an online activation machine for biometric verification of my proof. As stated by him, my SIM was supposed to be activated in a day. Its been more than 3 days and yet my SIM hasnt been activated. I asked the vendor about it, but he doesnt have any solution. Nor does my SIM show any network. Its always in No Service mode. Tried connecting to IDEA network manually, still no luck. I kindly request you to please help me out with this and activate my SIM. I really want to use IDEA because i love its service and plans. Below is my IDEA number which hasnt been activated.

      This company provides fake details about offers given by them.I recently recharged by INR. 347 and not got valid benefits and customer care is not responding at all this shows how company is cheating there consumers and since they don`t have enough network in Pune city also.

        I dropped a port request for my prepaid mobile from vodafone to idea (Delhi/ncr circle). Being a corporate professional i requested for a corporate connection to the person sitting in my office on behalf of idea. I gave him my documents and he gave me a sim as well. Later i got a call from idea and they asked that if i had dropped a mnp request to idea. I confirmed them that yes i requested for a corporate connection from vodafone prepaid to idea postpaid then the lady on call said that you have to again submit the documents as the plan described by the local idea guy sitting in your office is no longer valid hence i will send another person to your residential address and collect the docs again. I believed her and next day another idea person (Shiv kumar) came to my place and collected the documents and took rs. 150 from me and handed over a new sim to me. I asked him why giving me a new sim while i already have one which i received from the idea person itself sitting in my office as a corporate connection, he said this will work only and also did not give me any receipt for my money which i gave him. He said you will get the receipt on whatsapp as he is not carrying receipt book. I did not believe him then he called to his senior guy (Mohit) and mohit confirmed that he will send me the receipt in no while.

        Just after 1 hour of this all i got a call from idea for a physical verification of address. The person who came for verification told me that he has come on behalf of the person sitting in my office who offered me a corporate connection plan.

        Now the collection agent shiv kumar who collected documents from my home and took money switched off his number and the senior guy mohit who assured me to send the receipt on whatsapp also misbehaved with me on call. Then i called to that lady who called me last evening and informed regarding the agent visit and docs collection, she handed over the phone to a guy named gagan just after i told her my name and asked for receipt. I asked this new guy gagan for my money or receipt and clarity on this whole scenario that which sim will be functional and why you guys lied to me regarding plans and collected money, he is not giving any answer.

        Now i have two sim not sure which will be functional, and moreover quite possible that the guy who visited my place and gave me another sim just to make money from me. But what if both the agents submit the docs and later idea find the port request from two different agents???

        Who will be responsible for my loss if idea don't port my number due to conflict while i have already surrendered vodafone services. My number will not be in service.

        Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            I have done recharge of 248 for net pack70 GB for 70days and unlimited local call as I receive offer but I did not get it but got net for one night i.e is on the very recharge night. So one the next day I log a complain to customer service and thy said that thy will solve the problem in few hours but thy did not do it so on the next day I complaint again and this time thy said again that thy will solve my problems by 4.27pm i.e 31 may so by trusting then I waited but as the time goes by I did not get anything still. So I try again to call the customer service but whenever I call then thy are always busy where I have call them for more then five times (seriously can all the customer service be busy every time) so I try again other method but thy say that my mobile no is invalid .Today I have recharge my main balance and I receive a massage that I have recharge it but when I checked it still my balance was zero. So I want to know what is this all about

              I made a recharge today, on[protected]:33:29 to a number from idea website using my debit card. I want to cancel the recharge since the number was wrong. I tried contacting customer care which was not of any help. If i go with recharge from retailer they have the option, but why is it not available for recharging from website . The reference number of recharge is IIC[protected]. Cancel the recharge and credit the money

                Changed to post paid a month back. But suffering, the idea executive (Prashant [protected]) who took extra charge for internet services, gave me the answer after 1 week that those services are not for my handset (3g) then another executive called me saying that i'll get 2gb extra every month as i have paid extra or booster kind of charge. But she ([protected]) also said that they cannot provide internet service for which i was charged extra, after a week and also i'll get the refunds. One more idea customer care is the worst of all, you'll never get to talk to a customer care executive if you want to. The above 2 executive gave me their personal no.

                    In last month im activated a Rs.349 bill plan from new bill cycle.

                    There is charged Rs. 499+tax for period 23-Apr[protected]May-2017 and same Rs. 337.370+tax charged for same period 24-Apr[protected]May-2017

                    Rest
                    Rs. 39+ tax charged for WAP Download.
                    Rs.48.330 charged for 1GB_Daily_4GHS_3GB_OthrHS_Mid
                    Rs.3.50+ tax
                    Rs. 5.0 + tax for sms

                    Kindly explain
                    1. Why the wrong bill generated?
                    2. If 4G was free with my account why Rs.48.330 charged??
                    3. If sms was free then why Rs. 5.0 charged for sms
                    4.If all calls free then why Rs. 3.50 charged?
                    5. If Im changed the plan then why Rs. 499+ tax charged for same period??

                    I also launch a complaint with ID C1-[protected] but it was rejected. With Im not changed the plan in end of bill cycle. It was happen due to improper connectivity with helpline no.s

                    Im trying to call your helpline no.s 198 or 12345 but it was not able to connect, Im attached a audio clips which I disconnect frequently with this reply while connecting to customer care. Due to this im not able reach idea and due to this the bill issue happen. This is very ridiculous service getting by idea.

                    I request you to please look into wrong bill generation and waived off the wrong charges to pay at the earliest with correct amount and look into why Im not able to connect with helpline. If my no. Blocked for customer care then please released it.

                    If Im not get any resolution from your side then I have no way to go away from idea with Port my no. To another service provider.

                      My account was deducted with an amount of Rs. 29/- for the activation of some stupid my dala deal on 15.02.2017. I got a text from Idea that Rs. 29/- has been deducted for downloading my dala powered deal from my dala.
                      Before that text, i did not know what the hell my dala is, so how can i even access for it and download anything.
                      After that when i search for my dala i got to know that it is an app. App doesnot charge any amount for installation and here i have not installed any app but downloaded a deal that too without visiting the particular site and downloading app.
                      When i contacted customer care, they are repeating only one line like parrot that i might have downloaded something because of which the amount has been deducted.
                      I dont understand that how can i download a deal without even visiting the site or app of my dala or idea, further in every app or every site before activating anything the site ask for the number to be entered manually for which i want to activate the deal, how can it automatically gets activated and amount has been deducted. NEW WAY OF LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKING FOOL OF THEM.
                      Further even if any of the deal is activated in any of the app then how is it possible that i did not get any of the promotional text from mydala till now but only one text from idea about the deduction.
                      Isn't it strange that we had paid for something and we dont know what it is for or what are the benefits we'll get.
                      There are numerous complaints from the customers of idea regarding deduction of the amount for this non sense mydala or i can say that the internet is flooded with this type of complaints that means i am not the only victim. The only solution to this is to stop recharging on idea as when there will be no amount then what will be decduted.

                      IDEA SHOULD UNDERSTAND THIS THAT BY DOING SUCH THINGS IT IS NOT PROMOTING MY DALA BUT PUTTING ITS GOODWILL AT SAKE, SPECIALLY AT THIS TIME WHEN JIO IS HOLDING NUMBER ONE POSITION/CHOICE AMONG THE INDIANS OR MAKING EACH AND EVERY EFFORT TO RETAIN ITS CUSTOMERS.

                      I WANT MY ENTIRE MONEY BACK WHICH WAS DEDUCTED WRONGLY.

                        Today i recharged my mobile with 350 rupees. After few seconds 150 rupees deducted from my account. I asked customer care. As per them dindo service is activated in my mobile, whereas i have never activated the same. It is very difficult for me to prove the same. As per the customer care it was activated on same day. Whereas i had no any message for activation of same.
                        I had the message in form: —
                        Dear customer, below service are activated in your mobile
                        1 dindo

                        To deavtivate sms 1 on 155223

                        As i receive the message i deactivated the same, but 150 rupees was deducted from my account.
                        This is totally fraud.

                              Hi idea,
                              I have port my this nunber from vodafone to idea and in evening i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

                              When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059

                              I am every day getting sms on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting. Pls provide any other number or activate services on thus number [protected].

                              My alternate number is [protected].

                              I think porting to idea was worst decision.

                                Sim replacement charges are very high. Rs 200 is unbearable. How could we afford that much money for the sim replacement. Other networks are not charging that much. So reduce the the price.. Any how i had taken the sim and paid rs200 because that number is very important to me. After activation i will port to another network which will provide better service... Good bye to idea

                                  I have ported from postpaid to prepaid in idea network. What the hell with this network. I'm not getting any signal in either postpaid or prepaid. I contacted customer care but they are saying it'll activate in 48 hours. That is my permanent number and they should tell this conditionbefore i'm transferring to prepaid. Go through this problem and solve it by tomorrow morning.

                                    I have got a message saying that 29rs deducted for some mydala powered service. I have not opted for anything. Even mydala confirmed that they will not deduct any money from any number without request. Please take some action to refund it back. I had the similar case back in last year which later resolved. I cant keep any balance higher than 5 it will get depleted for so and so reason. Contact me for mobile number.

                                    Please copy mydala also in the same complaint if possible.

                                        Hello,
                                        i was given false plan by idea while porting from vodafone,
                                        my mobile number is [protected]
                                        they gave me plan of Rs 349 which they said included 1 gb 4g net per day,

                                        i ported 5 numbers to idea, which includes 3 number with this plan,
                                        after porting got successful, i called customer care and now i am being said that there is no such plan activated on my mobile and i get 1 gb internet for month,
                                        vodafone customer care warned me about this false promise by idea support,
                                        even they offered me better plan in that case while porting, but not as compared to idea .
                                        there fore, i approved the porting request.
                                        we have registered for corporate connection with 5 numbers,
                                        now i cannot go back to vodafone since porting has already been done for 1 of my number that is [protected].
                                        kindly take action on this concern and revert back
