As I was surfing idea internet they unexpectedly charged for that nonsense mydala deal pack which I didn't opt for. I want clarification from the company that how they offered & charged me for such a service without my permission. This is 3rd time I m facing such headache from idea. Plz. let me get rid of such fraud from idea forever. I want my money back & an apology from company

    Visited idea center at sadh nagar delhi. Wanted to upgrade my existing sim card to 4g. My old sim working. They gave me 4g sim as lost case and told that rs. 50 will be deducted from my account as fee. I asked for free 4g sim. I was informed that whether its a lost case or upgrade case the fee is same. But why? All operators are providing free sim. Why idea cellular is cheating.

      I ported out of idea 3 months back after suffering a great deal of money loss. My mobile number is [protected]. they said pending bill amount of 147.30 rs.

      i dont want this type of harrasment after porting also.

      finally i'm ready to pay for that amount. how can i pay that amount.
      when i pay for my mobile number in idea website, it said you are not a idea customer.

        I have an idea prepaid sim. From past one month i am facing a problem. Whenever i call someone from my idea sim. A computer voice narrates plans. Idea promotes its packs like recharge 90 and get upto 120. For 5-10 seconds. This is annoying me. Every time i try to call same thing happens. I complained about this thorough email on ([protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) this email address but my issue is not resolved. Please stop this immediately

          Hi sir. I have ported from BSNL to idea and my no is [protected]. Although i received a message for tele verification the nos such as 59059 cannot be connected despite multiple attempts. No numbers of customer care can be made using that SIM. Only few messages came on this number.

            I have same problem. I got may month bill dated-23may 4237.90 which is very high called prorated overage charges.
            Previous my plan is 666cug plan and then next switch to 299plan. Now they are charging for 13days 3235.44. At which cost they are applying?
            In previous bill also they are applying 75 rs for 18.525mb.
            Even couldn't connect to their customer care device.

                I dont know from where do i start, so one bad day i bought this idea no #[protected], hoping to like it but every month its increased bill amount and bad ntwork coverage motivates me to close this number. So i closed it some month back and after closing we payed some money also to the idea showroom stating that everyting is clear now and no dues receipt has also been given to us. We were relived till today, today a lady named Anjali Sharma from contact # [protected] called my husband Abhishek Shukla stating that we have 2500 rs bill pending since we have no idea about and he is travelling so he asked me to call her. Oh god what a miserable and illiterate people idea have, I was not expecting this no manners, no respect for the customers, she put me on hold while i was talking and after that her so called senior Mrs. PRIYANKA SHARMA was on line, god she was so rude, I am offended right now the way she speaks is very abusive, dat too with a very harsh voice and tone, it feels like m talking to or arguing with a street vendor or sabji vala, gosh she was so annoying, i was also out with my friends, out of a sudden u guyz realized dat dere is a bill due out of nowhere and you are calling us for like 20 time within an hour and aaking ys to pay right now, seriously man i am gonna take it forward. You guyz dont know how to talk to people i have recorded all my calls with priyanka sharma, her personal number is [protected], she asked me to send acknowledgment after making payment on this number. My due bill was of 2503 rs I paid 2510 just to make sure I will never go through this abusive calls again in my life, Guyz one thing Ur service sucks, i hate being your customer, i will never suggest u to anyone and we have one more no of idea by mistake, first thing I am gonna do is to close it. Because being from a very reputed and respected family I never wanted to go thriugh all this, i never denied dat rude lady for making payment i just want answers that after all dese months why Idea has realised today that the payment is due after like 2-3 months. I am gonna call head office or whtever it takes but i want a written apology from that lady. I am so pissed off right now, thanku for spoling my day

                    Really shocked and frustrated to see my idea postpaid bill. [protected]

                    I am using idea services from last so many years, the reason for being with idea is that they are always transparent in charging customers.

                    But now they have changed... And trying to fool people with their cheat tricks.

                    Usually i get around 1000 rs bill per month.

                    This time i got 4000+ bill, i checked the bill and noticed that i have been charged 2700 for my data usage, however nothing different or additional data was used as compared to previous months.

                    I called customer care 7-8 of times but didn't good any justification for this...

                    I mailed them couple of times.. Still no one replied... I only got automatic replied with below reference numbers :

                    My usual monthly plan covers 2 gb usage... Apart from that i activated 1 gb per day offer plan.

                    As per the customer care executives... I myself asked them to deactivate my usual plan and confirmed to charge me on pro ration bases... For 7 days 21st to 27th...

                    And they charged me 2700 rs extra for 6 days net usage on pro ration basis!!!

                    How does that makes sense!!!

                    Surprisingly... My bill says i have only used 1.81 gb only in that month...

                    So as per them... I had all my plans activated from 1 to 21st... And then from 27th to 31st... And for remaining 6 days in between they have charged 2700 rs..!!!

                    Can't believe this...

                    4619 rs bill for one month and 2700 rs only for 1.8gb data usage!!! That too with so many data packs on my plan.

                    This is forcing me to switch to other operators, and also i other idea connections at my end.

                    Not even a reply on emails... What is the use of raising queries on calls and emails...

                    This is the last option to raise concern in this forum.. Else... I am forced to switch my all idea connections to other operators...

                      I applied for mobile number portability and i received a callback from one of the idea representative (Sandeep gupta: [protected]). He asked me to send my id proof and security amount of 300 via wtsapp and paytm. I did the same, but due to some reason my number was ported. I asked for my refund, first i was told i'll get it within one week. But now they have refused to refund my money. I talked to his supervisor (Abhishek:[protected]) as well. First he accepted that sandeep gupta works under him and he needs some time to investigate the issue. When i called him after 3-4 days later he clearly refuned to help me saying he do not know anyone with the name sandeep and he does not have any record of my payment. I've sent him snapshot of the payment made to [protected], but he refused to help me. Is it the kind of service you are providing to the customers who wants to join idea. Now i feel that its better that i did not join idea if such pathetic people works in this organization. Even though i've all the proofs with me.

                      I am not sure if this issue will be taken seriously, because my first experience has been very bad with idea. I'll nt suggest any of my friend to go for it if it is not resolved.

                                I was mentioned by one of idea customer care executive on call as well as in Retail shop that the International Incoming calls are free on paying 3000Rs and I had paid for the same on April 07th in Mysore city(Near Surya Bakery) before travelling to the US. I used incoming for 2 days and I got the message saying that I will be charged 270Rs/Min for incoming calls then my service was completely blocked. When I returned to India I got back phone service along with that I received a bill of 14728/- R.s for the incoming of 2 days which was mentioned to be free by your Customer Care Executive. It was your Customer Care Executive’s mistake that they have cheated us giving the wrong information on recharge of 3000 R.s the service will be free. They were not clear on what they were saying so i requested to Check the recordings of 5th /6th April from your side to my number [protected](You can hear how they were responding to customers, don’t even understand English properly, cut my call once) regarding the discussion.then after one day I got a call from idea team(No-[protected]) on
                                8th of May, she told me if I have paid 3000rs my international incoming charges should be free. After this information My all calls are barred and they didn't even respond back to me again.

                                This is the worst experience i have ever had. At least they should hire people who knows proper English for customer care support. They have the dumbest executives i have ever seen.

                                  On 29.04.2017, I have purchase on Myfi router for Rs. 1950/- with a IDEA PLAN 4G_MiFi_2GB_DAY_525 Sim no. [protected]. Accordingly, I was informed that I will get 2 G.B. per day with 4 G. I used it suddenly on 09.05.2017 services on this number stopped. I have taken up the matter with customercare / Idea-gallery / idea on twitter but no resolution. On 22.05.2017, I got the bill and apart from monthly charges, they charged Rs. 3399/- for data usages, while I have used the data less than 2 G.B. per day according to their Bill.

                                  On taking up the matter with their customercare, no resolution is provided and they are trying to defraud me.

                                      I am residing in Bangalore, I have received a call from mobile number +91-[protected] at 6:56 P.M on 20-MAY-17. The caller pretended to be from SBI rewards said your reward points are expired and if you want to adjust the reward points to your outstanding credit card bill you need to perform the ivr transaction.
                                      I suspected the call as fraud but the caller has convinced me by telling all my card details and my date of birth and finally the ivr transaction happened and soon after four transactions each of 4785/-, total of 19140 /- have happened with merchant as IDEAMONEY. I realized the fraud the next day morning when I received a message from SBI CARD stating suspected activity on my card and blocking your card.

                                      I request the IDEA MONEY to block these transactions and revert the money. Also furnish the details of fraudsters involved.

                                        I had a worst experience with the idea postpaid service. I am using idea postpaid form last one year but every month there was a worst service and high bill generation by idea but it was minor amount generations so i ignored it. But suddenly this month the bill generated rs.2276, i am surprised and there were only 2 days bill rs.1600. It is just because i had changed the plan. I didn't understand how can they charge rs.1600 just for 2 days data usage. Really poor service by idea. There customer care executive know nothing about that. I made complaints everywhere but no response from anyone. I want full details from idea about that.
