Hello,
i was given false plan by idea while porting from vodafone,
my mobile number is [protected]
they gave me plan of Rs 349 which they said included 1 gb 4g net per day,

i ported 5 numbers to idea, which includes 3 number with this plan,
after porting got successful, i called customer care and now i am being said that there is no such plan activated on my mobile and i get 1 gb internet for month,
vodafone customer care warned me about this false promise by idea support,
even they offered me better plan in that case while porting, but not as compared to idea .
there fore, i approved the porting request.
we have registered for corporate connection with 5 numbers,
now i cannot go back to vodafone since porting has already been done for 1 of my number that is [protected].
kindly take action on this concern and revert back

1 week before I bought idea sim card portal (Vodafone to idea )and also submitted all necessary documents.
then I send SMS PORT to 1900 to get my UPC then this MSG send to your sales team Mob No [protected]

    I am fed-up with service provided by IDEA as it passes 4 days but my sim is not activated yet. As branch representative said it will be active in 4 hrs. How wrong commitment they say. Now they are not receiving my phone. On this no only I recieve all the messages & OTP .

        Want to complaint about misbehaviour by customercare representative to me. I need to call two times with idea customercare both of the time i was insulted by your customer care representative without any solution of my quiries. Thats why i decided to port out this number. If a prominent promisse or step taken against my complaint regarding misbehaviour i will be promissed to think so...

              Sir today I visited Taashvi Enterprises IDEA store for idea 4G sim, because I got sms idea 4G 50GB free data offer and now I'm using 3G enable but idea representative Mr Karan misbehaved with me and told to me we are not providing any 4G or that type of Services so its my request to the team please take action against him and provide me sim.

                I am doing recharge 151 rs in every time I get 2 gb 3g or 4g but today I get i 450 mb 500 mb .

                I does't know offer an what ever .i talk your customer care centre but disappointed .

                I have made a recharge of Rs. 254 in my idea prepaid no. [protected] on 23.05.2017 for unlimited calling with the validity of 4 weeks. But still they are charging from main balance while I make a call. And whenever I ask for help to the customer care they are telling that they are not able to help due to system update.

I'm in Saudi n my idea sim has enough balance to keep it active but still m also facing the outgoing call barring issue do whatever it is saying "error call barring rejected" tried calling customer care for help but they say they can't help at all in getting n instead of helping they r getting rid of calls... Please please help me in this issue m using Samsung Grand 2handset n facing the problem from past 10months so please help please Please as soon as possible please...

                        They activated some vas and deducted 75rs. I deactivated by dialing 155223, they say that since I deactivated they won't give me refund. Most stupid reasons which I hear from their customer care. They deducted 104rs in last 10 days.

                            I am an ICICI account holder with the Powai branch. On May 26, around 10.45 am, I received a call from [protected]. The person on the other side identified himself as Mohit Dubey
                            and claimed calling from ICICI Payback Headoffice to help me with the payback points expiring on my credit card. He claimed that he
                            would pay the amount to my debit card. He had my personal details including date of birth, and my name.He
                            also knew that one of the credit card has expired. I received one OTP @10:52 which he asked me to share and the amount was 4985/-
                            and he asked me to share the same. This OTP was shared and there was no OTP sent to my number for all subsequent transactions.
                            3. I received a message @10:59AM where a new 3D Secure PINonline Txn Pin on 2605 and called the customer care to block the same.
                            4. My account was debited for Rs 19936/- using 4 transactions as below:
                            1 26/05/2017 MIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 Dr. 4, 981.00 - No OTP received
                            2 26/05/2017 MIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 Dr. 4, 983.00 - No OTP received
                            3 26/05/2017 MIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 Dr. 4, 987.00 - No OTP received
                            4 26/05/2017 MIN/IDEAMONEY /[protected]/0 Dr. 4, 985.00 - OTP

                            The person kept on calling me post that and I did not answer. Kindly help me get the money since the transactions are fraudulent.

                            The exact same thing happened to me today. And the person at the other end insisted that I give him my Cr. card CVV no. At this point I sternly refused. Following which he started speaking in a very rude tone.

                            The thing that completely had me bewildered is that he said I would receive a particular text message ("you have initiated a payment of Rs. 4950...") and I did receive that text message from a valid ICICI no. (I usually receive text messages from that no. when i make any transactions on my card).

                            I got cheated today for the similar call. The caller identified herself that this is a call to Activate your new debit card. It seemed genuine to me as last week itself I had applied for upgraded bebit card, its shocking to know that these people have all our transaction details. Later they asked the debit card number, I refused to share, i told them why are you asking these confidential details, later asked for expiry date, i refused, i should have stopped and disconnected the call, but no I continued assuming genuine call, as they knew that I have applied for upgrade debit card, and then CVV was shared meanwhile that call was transferred to a guy and said that I will receive an SMS from bank itself, and say that a ₹1 transaction was done against MIN*IDEAMONEY with OTP. I asked what is this IDEAMONEY so he said that its a partner, for my foolishness I didn knew what it was, and shared OTP, without thinking. I clearly had a chance to hang the call at 4 stages, but dont know why I continued. Then an SMS stating that ₹2498 was debited from my Account, also another SMS stating a 3D secure PIN was generated. I called that number back and he said to me that he had already informed me abt the money debited and it will be redunded within 24 hrs. I called up customer care and blocked my debit card, customer care rep checked and informed me that another unauthorized transaction was initiated from the same caller, but as my card was blocked the transaction was denied. As this was a month end, and luckily didnt had a huge amount in my account. Else I think I would have lost approx 4900. I understood their trick from the responses above, if the amount is greater than 5000, they will deduct 4985 at single shot, if its less they deduct 2498 as in my case my total balance was less than 5000.

                            I have submitted a complaint to ICICI bank.

                            I know I lost that money and will never get back, as it was my mistake to share details like card number, expiry date, CVV and unfortunately the OTP that was generated.

                            So people, please please please never ever share your Card number even if they pose that they are calling from a bank.

                            It was my misfortune that at third attempt fell to their con. Initially I remembered that I got similar call but then I had cut the call as soon as they asked expiry date. But today was my unfortunate day that I fell prey for this.

                              I had just recieved the below msg to my phone..

                              What does it mean.. When i call idea customer executive, they told a third party has activated this deal.. I am hearing about mydala first time.. For what and with whose permision did they have taken my cash from my account.. This is actually cheating and stupid.. I need complete amount back to my account within one day..

                                This is to inform you that my number [protected] was port in idea from docomo.

                                Amount of rs.53.00 which was pending at docomo from my end due to which outgoing-incoming services was bared and when i paid amount at docomo outlet the next day my number was closed.

                                For this issue i coordinated with idea and docomo store for resolution but both keep saying not at our end, now i am fed up in coordination with them.

                                I want my number to be active as soon as possible because its registered with many of my bank accounts and other services. Same has been informed to idea applet authority.

                                Today get re-confirmation from docomo outlet that they do not have any concern in closing my number as this number was port out in idea in march month and now with idea.

                                It seems like intentionally my number was closed due to unique number series.

                                Please help and let me know further on this.

                                  With reference the subect i wish to inform you that i had purchased post paid mobile connection from idea cellular. They have provided me connection in corporate scheme. Now i want to get my both mobile no. Ported out from idea cellular to airtel. I have received unique porting code as on 17.05.2017 for both mobile. I have submitted all requisite documents at airtel showroom. I have also received call from idea and they had tried to convince me - why i am porting out?. I gave them suitable answer about porting my no. Then they agreed to process my request. But till date my both mobile no. Has not been ported out. I have contacted to customer care then they replied that your porting out request does not persist.
                                  Reason for porting out - being postpaid connection, i usually pay my bill on time. They have charged rs 462/- extra in my mobile bill in march april 2017 bill cycle. I have availed plan rs 499/-. Mean while i have got it changed just after 6 days from the date of new bill cycle date which was 12.03.2017. But they have charged rs 499 /- for entire months.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and solve the issue.
                                  Also impose some penalty if possible upon the current operator which is idea cellular up west circle.
                                  Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have ENOUGH Balance in my account though they forbidden my cell in USA, GIVES HUGE BILL AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS.
                                    My 1941 RS bill problem requested since last 5 month no solutions. PAYTM AND IDEA BOTH REDIRECTS CUSTOMER.

                                      Dear Sir, I m having an Idea post paid connection. But last 2 yrs I am facing some network coverage issue. So many time I registerd the complaints to Idea customer care, but no solution. Now I decided to Port out this number to another service provider. I generate a UPC code on 24th May 17, yesterday night I was received a mail from Idea cellular, my UPC request was closed without any discussions with me. This is third change, they have closed the request.
                                      My service request no is C1-[protected].
                                      Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        This is geeta. I have used idea postpaid connection for 3years 2 to 3 and i am not using that connection from february 2017 due to bill disputes. I have received wrong bill in the month of february for that reason i have raised complaint against the bill which was wrongly provided by idea cellular. Till date issue not resolved even that today, i got call from a lady she said that we are from delhi court and we are lodged the fir against your dues of icms pvt ltd i ideq has charged me for the service i did not take. I m ready to pay the bil but for the services i took.
                                        Everytime i was getting a bill amount for 2000 for a month. So i stopped calling from that number and after that also i was getting the same amount of bill.
                                        These people are calling and using abusive language
                                        Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
