Incoming and outgoing services for my mobile number [protected] was barred on 25th September 2016 as the number was ported from idea Maharashtra and the bill was not cleared. On 27th September I cleared the dues and submitted the receipt to a idea showroom in Bommanahalli. I was assured the services would resume within 2 hours. But it has been more than 24 hours and the services has not been activated yet.

My idea prepaid number is [protected].I want to dicuss an issue regarding unwanted deductions from my main balance of Rs.70.I had done with a recharge of Rs.200 on 27.09.2016.Last night it was showing a balance of Rs.194 but by today morning it has been reduced to Rs.126 and there is no reasonable cause showing such deductions.Although i have already discussed my problem to your call centers but they are not showing any interest in it.Not only that but your customer care executives are arguing with me and are not listening to my to that extent.A girl named LAXMI and many others don't even know how to deal with a customer they are just trying to prove me wrong .Not only once but i am facing these kind of problems after every 2-3 months.
kindly, show your concern regarding my issue and refund my deducted balance of Rs.70 to my account as soon as possible.

I reached a 23 rupees pack so get 18 rupees and next recharge 180 so get 180 my total balance was 198 .
I take a 36 rupees call rate reduce pack and one or two rupees call . so i spend 38 rupees from 198 . but i have no balance . i call cutomercare to return my balance but they did not help please help me . and before to days i recharge 10 rupees so get one rupees 4 rupees unwanted cutting why i am fedup this please help

Company deducted my balance for vas which i didnot use or apply. Company castomer care did not agree to refund my money which i didnot use. It is a small money of rs70 but money is not a factor in my view company cheated me this way, my point is that. Some time we ignore this issue for small money issue and company cheated us several time small small money deduction.in my case company deducted balance with out any intimation. My deduction is done on 25/09/2016. If you solve this problem many castomer like me is benifited.

My name is Dinesh. I m complaining about Internet plan. Idea offering 4 GB 2G in 398 so I have recharged this plan but after crossing 1.5 GB speed is very slow . How I don't know.

I have idea broadband internet connection. And i have complaint regarding speed issue to customer representative 40-50 times within 100 days. But still issue is not resolved.

I have complaint against idea broadband to consumer complaint for fraud, but for that i didn't get any positive response and i have tolerated but now i will not do the same mistake. If you are unable to do, then just please let me know. I will take strict action against idea broadband.

Hi today i m recharge from mobikwik idea prepared from app in that special offer for full talk time in 100 out of 100. When recharge didn't get 100 out of 100 got normal recharge, idea service care didn't support because it done from mobikwik.

I have a mobile Rechage and computer shop at Shaheed Nagar Agra U.P.
Further We take flexi scheme for mobile balance but local operator force me for buying of recharge COUPON other vice he will bane my mobile balance and not allow me flexi for next time.
Kindly solve the problem and do the needful.

Company has given wrong excessive bill dated 27.8.2016.for Rs.853.01 for my mobile no [protected].whichis not according to my special jumbo plan in which 60000 seconds std plus local talk time+300sms+ 1 GB 4 G data was assured.No reply from customer care of Idea despile several reminders.Same excessive charging in next month also. Forced me to pay exceesive bill. This is cheating, fraud and coercian by the company please take action against company.From radheshyam somani

I purchased idea wireless hub last week for immediate connection of network services to check my emails and other things..the sales man said it'll activate within a day in phone enquiry..after purchased he completely dragged to 10 days..and he told the activation is not in his limits..still now we r having the useless hub with no service..so please don't choose idea network service..

I have call in idea custmer care many times and still they ca not slove my problme. My problme is my phone always show no signal and my area is new ashok nagar new delhi and i am facing this problme for 2 months. When i call custmer care they always say that they will solve the bt they do not solve my problme. Due to this issue i missed so many important call and also i can not use my net banking. Custmer care are saying this problme of causes is low network coverage area. I want to say that i[censored] know the then why are taking so much time to solve. To solve a problme 2 months is enough time. No singal problme is not a big problme bt if you are unable to solve this isseu then why are making fool their custmer

I am getting billing related emails from idea for mobile #[protected] which i am not owning it. it is flooding my mail box. i tried to notify over email listed in disclaimer section "[protected]@idea. adityabirla.com" which has responded as invalid email.

Please help me to pick mobile owner and correct his email address so i would be flooded with unnecessary emails. or let me know any way i can get my email address added in donotdisturb list.

I got a call from a number which clams that they are calling from Idea Cellular and offer me a package like that my existing package is 499 champ 1 GB free Hyderabad they offer me that if you get a additional number from idea you will get the same benefit on other number that is 499 champ 1GB free plan now the issue is that i got a call from address verification they are saving that there is no such plan i want my money back they collected 600/- from a stating that 500 deposit and 100 for SIM cost.

I’m subscriber of idea cellular since few years. I’m using 4 post-paid number. Out of these one of my number [protected] got billed rs 2116 for month of april.
In this bill, the rs 1699 charged for data usage which is surprised to me. My bill amount never go beyond rs 300 since i took connection.
So i followed up many times with many idea customer representative but no one help me to sort out the issue. Now my connection is blocked i got notice mail about the outstanding payment.

Can you please check and help me out as i want to close this asap.

I asked to activate international roaming on my idea number and they told me that i can activate it for free if i pay a security deposit of rs 2000.
I paid a security deposit of rs 2000 to activate international roaming. Now they are charging me an additional amount of rs 87 every month since i activated international roaming which was told to me as free. They should not charge this amount in my bill. I want my bill to be corrected by removing this amount. They cannot charge customer for services which they should receive for free.
No action is taken on my complaint till now. For what reason an additional amount is charged to me on bill for activating international roaming. I already paid rs 2000 to activate this feature as requested by idea.
All other network providers provide this as a free feature. You are utilizing your customers by charging this additional amount on bill. It is a shame for the company by cheating customers by putting extra amount in their bills. Kindly take action against my complaint by removing the additional money charged to me in the bill..
