We have poor network connectivity of idea. So much so that not 2g data is available in some sections of the.. Especially the girls hostel. Voice calls too are a problem.

We are facing problems in 2g data of idea... Without open any application... The 2 to 3 mb used showing how is it possible if the apps are just opening... And after that the amount deducted from the main balance when i opened my app on my mobile..... Last night rs 35 deducted from my balance without confirm anything......

We have recharged with roaming pack for free roaming on incoming calls.
Even then we are charged for incoming calls. We talked to company representatives. They are telling even in roaming, if the idea network is not available, if the idea is have tie up with other networks, incoming call is chargeable as per idea cellular customer care. We have recharged with roaming pack for seven days with 38 rupees.
Here money is not important....
