My two Idea mobiles nos have been disconnected for several days now and several complaints in the matter simply ignored.

The paper bills have not been received regularly for more than a year now and several complaints in this regard have been willfully ignored and the e-mailed complained "closed" on flimsy grounds. On top of this, the next bill comes with an additional "late fees" charges.

This is nothing short of electronic highway robbery.

Several recent e-mails have been met with an Auto generated reply of resolving within 48 hours, but, in all probability the company clocks do not work.

Even an e-mail to the MD is not acknowledged, yet.

    It has been two weeks that I have been facing this issue... which I thought was resolved but unfortunately it hasn't been. I am unable to either receive or make calls from my home - Pimprigaon, Pune -17. It is frustrating and creates unnecessary tensions when people can't connect with you. Its pathetic services have changed my life for sure...in a wrong way. Also, I have a loyal customer for almost 11 years now...this is how they pay us back...

    I called 198 in the afternoon today and your customer care executive took all the details. When i asked him about the complaint number, he advised that I would receive a SMS. Sorry to say I never received it. I had to call up again... and was told that the complaint was never registered. Pathetic...so I tell him all the details all over again... my phone's model number etc etc... this when I tell them that I have no issues when I am at office or any other place other than my home. Also they told me that call forwarding was on on my mobile. When I checked the settings, only when my main is unreachable, then the call is forwarded to my another number. My issue is why my main number is unreachable. My complaint number is 1-[protected]. I was able to make calls and receive calls from home today. However, not sure if I will have to call up you guys again...because two days it will be fine and again something will happen... I really am fed up... maybe it would be easier and wiser to move to another service provider.

      I am using IDEA sim quite for a longer period having a No. [protected]. i have been using a 2 G net pack, on Wednesday with a balance of around 10 MB left i opened my data pack. I got a message in whats up and just after that attended a call (Normal Phone call), after 10 to 15 minutes without using any net service when i closed my net, i found Rs. 49 has been deducted from my main balance showing an excessive use of net by 18 MB. in this regard it may be clarified to me how this has happened to me even though i have not used any internet service in my phone.
      why all these other apps get activated only after completion of any net pack and when it comes to charging from main balance and not before.
      why no message or stoppage reached to me.
      this is HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES, HOW IDEA MANAGED TO CHEAT PEOPLE IN THIS WAY.
      No customer care executive attending the problem properly.

        Refer my cell no [protected]. I am regular idea customer with three connections at present/
        In the current bill, i observed a call charge of rs 488 towards a call to usa[protected] on 20th aug 2016 at 16.59 for 60 minutes 59 seconds.
        I confirm something is wrong somewhere as i confirmed with usa no where their incoming call log shows the call, but was for 0 minutes and 2 seconds.
        Request to investigate and confirm since this is impossible as we talk to usa on regular basis but definitely not 61 minutes.

          His is to bring to everyone’s notice that bad practices being used by idea cellular india to recover the dues from customers.

          I had a connection with idea for last 1.5 years number- [protected], last month i port out the number to rilaince telecom. My last bill was pending of rs 1605/- due date is 7th of aug.

          Today i received a call from legal officer number-[protected]([protected]@gmail.Com) threatening me to pay the money by today or he will take some legal step.

          I ask him for some time till last of this month due to my bad financial condition.
          So i am asking for time till last of the month to pay the amount.

            Recently I got a bill of around Rs 5000 for my Rs.199 plan (Account number:[protected]. The bill says, it is prorated overage charges. I did some research on this policy. I had changed the plan. I had a 1gb booster pack with some data still left. This policy changes it to daily usage and charges it. This is completely illogical. Did i consume Rs:5000 worth resource of idea infrastructure? Also they increased my credit limit without my approval to increase their earning with such surprise bills. Looking at so many complaints against idea with respect to their ridiculous policy of data pro-rate, It looks there are many victims of this suspicious policy. It looks there are many victims of this money hungry company. We should not tolerate anyone cheating citizens of India so openly.
            @idea, scrap this policy immediately and refund all the money that company has made using this ill-intentioned policy of prorated overage charges.

            I have already ported to new number, but If idea does not stop cheating Indians like this, then friends lets plan a big protest which includes legal, media, and physical protest against this company. If we join together and protest then no one will dare to cheat our people like this so openly.

              Hello, I am Chaitanya Jadhav from Pune and my idea Postpaid no is:[protected]. I had registered a complaint against idea for not providing assistance to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid. After submission of the complaint i did got a call from idea support and they provided me the number of one of their idea executive Mr. Anand Kulkarni, No:[protected], I did call him and he asked me to visit idea store at dhayari pune. Accordingly, I visited the store third time in a row, and a employee over there asked me to pay the outstanding bill, and so i did and the bill reference number:[protected]. After paying the bill i was supposed to submit the documents and i provided him with my passport copy, at the first he denied me telling that photo is not clear, so i provided him with another copy with most clearest picture of mine on the document, and after he again denied saying that there has to be some kind of stamp on the passport and started giving me useless reasons. I have provided with original copy of passport, still he refused to accept, and henceforth i called Mr. Anand Kulkarni, even he did not provided any good assistance. With this com[plaint i am attaching the photocopy of my passport, bill paid receipts.

                I made a payment of 1500 for closing my postpaid idea number [protected]and get a noc also on the last of august. But idea customer cares call me on last ten day that you have a pending amount of 1096, but i refuge to pay beacause i have already settled my payment. But today i got a call from govt. Lawyer that idea has complained you against your non-payment of bill, and you have you come to lok adalat and pay 17000 as a penalty amount.
                So please help me over this issue,
                And how idea customer care react with their customers, they have no way how to talk.
                I have already settle all the amount and i want a apology letter from idea side.

                  Account number is[protected], I am using idea from the last one year and as per service provider commitment it should 2MBPS but i am always getting less than 1MBPS, then also i continued using service. But from last 4 to 5 months getting very less speed(it is less than 0.4 or 0.3 MBPS) logged complain many many times but no vain. And finally decided not to continue with Idea broadband and asked them to disconnect INTERNET connection. They are not disconnected Internet services and generating every month bill.
                  I want final settlement bill amount with exclude non usage bill amount.

When i contacted its customer care then in starting they said that contact your nearest customer care center with id proof and photo you would get your number but this did not work again i contacted their customer care center then they told that your number has been closed by company because you had not used it from last 3 months but i used my number on[protected] to check my balance and i also checked my pnb account balance so i want my number back.

                      I am port my number idea post paid to bsnl but . But money has bill are pending on 1947 rs . This msg show I will pay the bill on idea perinthalmanna costemor care office on 17/9/2016 reciept no.[protected]' but 10/10/2016 from my number is barred in this reason . One hour I will wait solve my problem not in case I will complaint in court vs idea. I will pay the bill on currect time . But they cheating me so long profit are loss in this case me 25000 rs are lost me in this reason so plz solve my problems

                        Sir/ma'am i m student of gsvm medical college., kanpur...208002.
                        We have poor network connectivity of idea. So much so that not 2g data is available in some sections of the.. Especially the girls hostel. Voice calls too are a problem.
                        It becomes a compulsion to move to terrace just to a make a call.
                        Kindly upgrade your network. I have been a costumer network services since last 3 years... But this area has seriously poor connectivity, though present in heart of the kanpur city.

                          And after three months completed I have requested idea to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid

                          I have visited somany times Ramamurthy Nagar idea store to request change they are not willing or solve

                          Now I am getting out standing payment is Rs 676

                          I don't want to continue their seiver better is Bsnl only I will go back to the same

                          Idea is one of the fake and cheating company as I used this service for almost four montn

                            I purchased a premium number [protected] on payment of rs 5000 at idea showroom, s r enterprises at rama mandi jalandhar. The number was disconnected for non payment of bill. On several occassion i asked for the copy of bill but the same possibly was forwarded by them on wrong address. I requested to send on my email id but i have still not got the bill till today... On 08 oct 2016 my number [protected] was also disconnected as this was my alternate number.. Having spoken to idea rep at mohali. Mr raj, i was told to deposit the balance amount of rs 2480 to activate both the numbers.. Inspite of not getting any bill, i still went to the ibid idea office and paid bill of rs 2500 on 08 oct 2016.. My number [protected] has still not been activated and now i am told that it will take 10 days to activate as the number has been permanently disabled.. Through out i have been misguided and harassed by reps of idea.. First they told me it will be activated within 48 hours and now they are telling me it will take 10 days.. Inspite if all the payments done to them.. This is causing me lots of mental agony and anguish.. The bill for [protected] have still not been forwarded to me inspite of my repeated requests and my email id been given to them atleast three times... My email id is [protected]@gmail.com... Please look into the matter and activate my number at the earliest or pay me the premium amount and the additional amount of the package imposed on me when i have not even asked for it.

                                After the launch of reliance jio sim...
                                We are facing problems in 2g data of idea... Without open any application... The 2 to 3 mb used showing how is it possible if the apps are just opening... And after that the amount deducted from the main balance when i opened my app on my mobile..... Last night rs 35 deducted from my balance without confirm anything... Facing problem from last month.. And now today i used the code *369*50# 5 rs recharge for internet... But when i checked they deducted 10 rs and given 60 mb...
                                I want back my deducted amount and i have not subscribe anything...

                                Your local executive visited on 17th october at my location ...they had tried to sort it out from their tower location at rajol ...I appreciate the efforts ...but the main concern is now that if you install a tower nearby the location at tiara so we can get proper services of idea ...kindly visited with your sales person ...as if you are looking at the location area is too large from tiara to salol ...and the population round about 3000 to 5000 ...because when you are moving from tiara to salol side ...signal frequency is zero ...IF YOU CONTACT FOR A TOWER LOCATION THEN CALL ON -[protected]

                                    We have recharged with roaming pack for free roaming on incoming calls.
                                    Even then we are charged for incoming calls. We talked to company representatives. They are telling even in roaming, if the idea network is not available, if the idea is have tie up with other networks, incoming call is chargeable as per idea cellular customer care. We have recharged with roaming pack for seven days with 38 rupees.
                                    Here money is not important. We have already paid. Even then, no incoming free. The call is ignored by representatives when it is transferred to superiors
                                    Eventhough trai has given clear instructions, the company is not following. There is no clearcut messages from the company when a customer moved to other states

Has collected documents for some other purpose. And they have generated one idea mobile number [protected]. Now i am receiving calls day two times sometimes three times they are forcing me to pay pending bill amount of above number. I have not used above number.                                         I had purchased the corporate sim of idea number [protected].Since, this sim was not dicta-table on my mobile, I didn't use this service till now.

                                        This is intimated also. Even-though it is dictated in other phone, it didn't work in my phone.

                                        Thus, till now, i diidn't use its service. This is also communicated to idea customer care, , but the matter is not resolved.

                                        Whenever, i called customer care, they said, they will check and tell me. But, no reply has received till date.

                                        Moreover, every month, idea bill generated and showing this amount has to pay.
                                        Why to pay the bill, if am not using or not used? You can check in your account for that.

                                        Today i got a message showing that " Post repeat follow-up, u have failed to pay bill O/S Rs. 603/- of IDEA BA[protected] Request to attend LOK ADALAT at Shivajinagar Court on 08th Oct 2016, Call [protected]."

                                        Subsequently, I called on to [protected] and she told, she will check and tell me before 2:00 P.M, Otherwise, requested me to ring a call. But, she didnt call me back. Hence, I rang her again, then also she said she will check it and tell me . After long call waiting, i dropped the call.

                                        However, the matter is not resolved yet.

                                        So, i request you to please look into the matter and waive off my charges against unused services of IDEA NO- [protected].

                                        I bought Idea prepaid sim day before yesterday and i am expecting my number will activate by yesterday, but yet there is no signal on my phone.
