shefeena shamsudeen's response I had purchased the corporate sim of idea number [protected].Since, this sim was not dicta-table on my mobile, I didn't use this service till now.
This is intimated also. Even-though it is dictated in other phone, it didn't work in my phone.
Thus, till now, i diidn't use its service. This is also communicated to idea customer care, , but the matter is not resolved.
Whenever, i called customer care, they said, they will check and tell me. But, no reply has received till date.
Moreover, every month, idea bill generated and showing this amount has to pay.
Why to pay the bill, if am not using or not used? You can check in your account for that.
Today i got a message showing that " Post repeat follow-up, u have failed to pay bill O/S Rs. 603/- of IDEA BA[protected] Request to attend LOK ADALAT at Shivajinagar Court on 08th Oct 2016, Call [protected]."
Subsequently, I called on to [protected] and she told, she will check and tell me before 2:00 P.M, Otherwise, requested me to ring a call. But, she didnt call me back. Hence, I rang her again, then also she said she will check it and tell me . After long call waiting, i dropped the call.
However, the matter is not resolved yet.
So, i request you to please look into the matter and waive off my charges against unused services of IDEA NO- [protected].
