While taking a billing 4g idea sim card via a idea gallery, they told me that i will get a perfect full network at my residence area; but unfortunately i am failing to get the full network, so i request to please; make my internet speed perfect and also the network which is nill all the time. so i kindly request you the please do the need full. and make my idea network more better for life time.

I have plan of 20 GB per month with 2mbps and after 20 GB, speed is 512 kbps.
Till 19th Sep 2016, my internet usage was 14659.85 MB i.e. 14.7 GB and I have seen my mail box on 20th Sep 2016 morning that I have got mail at 3:30 AM on 20th Sep 2016 that 80% of data you have consumed, I am not getting when i was not online at that time i.e. 3:30 AM then how that mail have come of 80% consumption.

And on 21st Sep 2016 at 00:32 AM, I got a mail saying that Bundled data usage limit of your account[protected] has been exhausted.

I have spoken to Idea Billing department also, But didn't get any positive response and they are not ready to listen my talk.

I had to pay for unused data.Really this is ridiculous.Please help me for this issue.

Now they are threatening me with legal notice.

I have recharged with Rs 100 on idea cellular website on 17 Sept but the recharge was not done and money was deducted from my account. Till now I have not received any kind of refund or balance .Please look into this matter this is the third time i am facing the same problem.I have the reciept from the bank stating the reference no of the transaction.

I took a number [protected] postpaid for postpaid uses. But i was totally unsatisfied with that services as at the time of purchase they had committed something which they failed to delivered. I was ok with that also. I told idea people to stop my number as it was so much expensive and i also stop used that number. They told me to pay bill of 1700 (Which i have not used) and after that we will stop your number.

I just asked them to reduce my bill to 900 as you have committed me this amount and stop my number.. But they was not ready for it. After 3 months i have received a call from their lady representative and she said that you have done fraud with idea cellular and asked me to pay rs 70000 as penalty. As she was claiming to be speaking from any delhi tis hazari court.

I enquired that what kind of complaint it is, then she gave me a number of some advocate named "ashwin mehra" his number is [protected].. I called him then he said that you pay the bill of rs 1700 and i ll stop this case file against you.

I told him that you can send me a legal notice and i m ready for it, but instead he said that i have the call list of your numbers and i ll start calling your friends and relatives and will tell them that you have done a fraud of rs 2.5 lacs,

And then they literally did it. They called almost 30-35 contacts from my call list and started rude talking with them including my mother and sister. I even had the recording of that...

So i just want to ask does company holds rights to harrasse customer by doing such illegal acts?

This is so depressing and i was not even able to treat my patients due to these fraud callings..

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had port my vodafone number to idea. And just after porting process has completed, I realised that my balance is deducting on regular basis without any usage. When I tried to call on customer care number, customer care executive receives my call and disconnect the call after hearing my issue. This had happened to me almost 8-10 times.

I request you to please take some strict action against this company so that they will refund the amount that they had deducted without any reason.

No. Me unhone calling krne ka try kiya kintu mera number unreachble rha. Vastvikta yah hai ki unhone try hi nhi kiya.

Maine apna mobile no reliance se idea me port kiya tha, lekin idea walon ka network issue tha maine kai complaints kar di unka representative bhi aaya mere residence pe uska moble bhi no service mode pe chala gaya company wale bole we cant able to provide more service yo can port ur number. but i cant able to port . because 90 din ka locking poora karna padega, i m invery trouble, i have 2 nuber in idea cellular. my numbers is [protected] & [protected]. my numbers is also on emergency call only. what can i do now, please help me in this matter

With reference to my number mentioned in the subject, I regret to inform you that my sim has been deactivated for no reason whatsoever.

On having called up the customer service number, I am being my your customer service executive Mr. Nikhil Gaikwad that it has been deactivated on account of non usage.

I did like to inform you that outgoing sms's had been sent through the same number on 13th of Aug '16 and my number was also recharged on 11/08/2016. You can confirm the same from my account history. To my disappointment the customer service executive informed me that he is unable to check my account details.

This is really disappointing to know that even after the number being kept it use, the number has been deactivated.

Kindly see that my number is reactivated again as it's currently linked with all my bank accounts and other important offices.

70 Rs deducted from unnecessary services activated without touching mobile on 19th and 20th sep 2016.Idea has activated 3 services and made my balance zero. New comers joined idea to make loss. This type of deduction make consumer to switch. If I do not get money back I will port it. its really irritating. Govt should take action to stop these kind of deduction. I will go to consumer court. I had called your customer care at 8:35 PM on 20/9/16 regarding my network issue. I am facing network issue from past 3 days on my mobile.
when asked for the resolution I was told that my internet balance is low and that's the reason I am not getting internet connection. Whereas I had 700 MB of data available but still I was misguided and given wrong information by one of your operator and asked me to recharge my internet pack This is really disappointing that your operators are misguiding the customers .

I was about to cancel my connection with your network and switch to other network but thought of giving a chance to idea in helping me resolving my issue. I want my internet pack amount to be refund

Problem still not resolved by the Idea Company? But, fake bill amount also charged on my number.

I was activate the plan of rupees 250 for 02 months with the benefit of 2GB 3G speed on my Idea number [protected].
After my 1GB usage data over later, I had checked my current bill amount shows 413 rupees. I had doubted as my current bill amount was wrong.
Therefore I had inquired to Customer Care regarding my current bill amount, they said when will be bill generated, we will share you proper bill details.
Hence, instantly I was deactivated the following service.
But, after my bill generated my current bill is amount 838.

In my view my monthly bill is approximately Rental charges Service Charge Internet Data Service Charges 460
Why should I pay wrongly bill amount? Which was not used by me? I am not ready to pay any single paisa now.

The facilities have been used by me, I am ready to give up such bill with my monthly rental.
Nervelessness, humble request to Idea organisation please don't charge any fake bill on my number.

I have receive some same fake message again and again from the Idea Network this type as,

How could Idea company send the messages and telemarketing calls, these types.
If in the case DND activated on my number so then?

I have been using Idea network since last 4 months. The network offered by this service provider is damn worst. Every now and then I have raised the complaints and this guys dint even tend to inform customers about the complaint status and simply close the issue saying they cannot provide more than this coverage.

I have even informed appellate and even that person is not less than the normal customer care executive. Even he didn't respond t o my repeated emails.

Because of this poor network, my calls are getting dropped. I am in minute pulse and each time when the call is connected and dropped in middle I would be charged per minute. By this way I have been levying with 1697/- rupees every month.

I cannot afford to pay this much bill every month just because of poor coverage they provide.

I am using a idea postpaid connection of [protected] & i have paid my bill on yesterday through online on idea bill desk of 90 rupees but it is not reflecting in my account so far & i am unable to write down the traction id of that but is all ready deducted from my account so please check that & update that as soon as you can & regarding that contact me on [protected] (Krishan kathuria)

Idea customer care executive have threatened me, my family and colleagues telling that I had pending bills. The threatening was from Pune idea Shivaji Nagar branch. I would like to file a police complaint against them because verbal abuse and threatening continued inspite of an assurance that bill will be paid within 3 days.

Problem with std offers, while recharging over online we are unable to get the offer which is mentioned in idea official site offer plans.

For example, rs68/- is one of the std offer which is valid for 28 [protected]@25 paisa per minute for all std calls
When we recharged with rs68/-, offer was not coming

Can any one tell me that is this offer expired? Or not available?
