This is to bring to your kind notice about mine billing issue related to idea number: [protected]
i used this number only for data purpose.
i called customer care on 30 june 2016 to change the plan, representative suggested to change plan on 01 july 2016 so that no extra charges would be levied.
i called customer care on 01 july 2016 and changed the plan, unfortunately on that night mine connection went to barred status.
called customer care, they told that credit limit exceeded so disconnected.
contacted idea customer care center in marathalli, bangalore, they sent request and connection established for 2 days again barred.
paid rs 300. But still barred.
got bill on 02 august 2016 with rs. 3358 for just 800 mb data.
raised complaint with idea cellular
got a reply call from idea stating that i changed bill plan on second half of the day, so bill is on prorate basis. But when i am changing the plan no customer care executive told this.
but customer care executive told that they informed me while changing the plan, which is a big lie. I asked him to show me the proof where i said yes for pro rata charge. If i told yes, i am ready to pay the full amount. But till date no one came back on this.
customer care representative told that it is not under him and will open a new service request. Till date no service request generated, i sent reminder mail as well but no one replying.
Harrashment:
Daily one or other guy calls and asks for payment. I say the above point, he will say that he will check with idea. But next day same story.
Today got call from number +91 [protected] introducing himself as a delhi magistrate and using rash words and asking me to pay the amount.
He is giving one hour time to pay the bill, else rs 50, 000 would be fined.
