Hi,

I am using Idea corporate plan. I complained to Idea customer care earlier and the response was the area that I stay in is a low network area and this is the maximum signal strength that we can provide for. I pay my bills timely every month without a lapse. I am using 3 cards on which a average bill amount is 380-400 a month. I have call drops every day and there is a lot of network disturbance.

If the company is not able to provide signals then why are they getting the rights to service in the entire area. How can they go for enhancement from 2G to 3G to 4G when their 2G services are not proper everywhere.

Please help us resolve this issue as we are paying unnecessarily every month and the bill amount exceeds without a reason as we have to call back to the numbers on which we get a call.

    This is to bring to your kind notice about mine billing issue related to idea number: [protected]

     i used this number only for data purpose.
     i called customer care on 30 june 2016 to change the plan, representative suggested to change plan on 01 july 2016 so that no extra charges would be levied.
     i called customer care on 01 july 2016 and changed the plan, unfortunately on that night mine connection went to barred status.
     called customer care, they told that credit limit exceeded so disconnected.
     contacted idea customer care center in marathalli, bangalore, they sent request and connection established for 2 days again barred.
     paid rs 300. But still barred.
     got bill on 02 august 2016 with rs. 3358 for just 800 mb data.
     raised complaint with idea cellular
     got a reply call from idea stating that i changed bill plan on second half of the day, so bill is on prorate basis. But when i am changing the plan no customer care executive told this.
     but customer care executive told that they informed me while changing the plan, which is a big lie. I asked him to show me the proof where i said yes for pro rata charge. If i told yes, i am ready to pay the full amount. But till date no one came back on this.
     customer care representative told that it is not under him and will open a new service request. Till date no service request generated, i sent reminder mail as well but no one replying.

    Harrashment:

    Daily one or other guy calls and asks for payment. I say the above point, he will say that he will check with idea. But next day same story.
    Today got call from number +91 [protected] introducing himself as a delhi magistrate and using rash words and asking me to pay the amount.
    He is giving one hour time to pay the bill, else rs 50, 000 would be fined.

      Hello sir/madam

      My name is murali anand and my number is [protected]. Today this idea cellular company has deducted 75 rs from my main balance. I have never apply nor click for any additional service. A reputed company cannot loot money from public like this. This is unfair, unless we ask for additional service, they should not take advantage by doing things on their own just because they own the company. This is so cheap. This money is huge for us. For them its not at all problem. Why should i have to pay 75 rupees without taking anything from them. If we ask customer care they told vas deduction it seems, really we never no this at all. I am strongly telling that they are cheating the people and making the money

      So please i am requesting concerned persons please do take some necessary action to avoid this in future for others.

        After struggling so much for 6 days to get my sim card started, Finally I have got another sim card from Idea Care by paying 50 rs and it get started.After checking my postpaid plan i am surprised that 500 minutes included in the plan are not valid for STD calls but at the time of offering plan idea executive said that this minutes are valid for both local and STD.
        Really so much disappointed with the worst service and fake promises of idea. I am already having two prepaid connection of Idea and this is another one.

        After that i have called customer care at [protected], They are not providing my plan details and asking me to go to Idea Care.

        too much frustrated with worst customer service of idea and planning to get my all idea connections closed.

        See if you guys can help me out with this situation otherwise no other way saying good bye to all my idea connections.

          In this regard, it is requested that my above mob no,. May kindly be discontinued with immediate effect. I have paid my last bill on dated 14.10.2016.

          Reasons:

          I paid my mob. Bill of aug.2016 on dated 5-6/09.2016 but the above center did not issue the receipt. I received a call on 20-23.09.2016 from center that i have not paid the bill. I told them that i have paid. I received sms on 23.09.16 from idea about non-payment of bill. Simultaneously, my internet was also blocked for the payment reason. I visited the idea center, they immediately made the payment but the internet remained blocked for two days.

          In next /current bill, i received late fee of rs. 50/- whereas the fault was of idea colection center, they should have paid the fee or redeemed. Rather taking the payment at 5.00 pm on 15.10.16, they made worst behaviour with me even manhandling was done.

          So please discontinue my mob no. [protected] i do not want to remain associated with such rude company's staff.

          Sir, I have idea prepaid number [protected] in PUNJAB circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also.(ANDROID MOBILE) I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times.                   I am existing customer of idea since 12 years with following No :- [protected]
                  I would like to bring to your notice unfair billing in name of Pro Rata.
                  I received bill for month of October with Rs 1972.21 as payable which includes rs 1354 as over usage charges.I was using plan i299 till september and switched to i399 on 24th september as monthly usage of internet was not sufficient with i299.If i am upgrading to higher pack, extra usage from previous plan should be adjusted with upgraded plan and subscriber should not be looted in this manner.This means that i did biggest mistake of switching plan in middle, also if people are charged so heavy doesn't it become responsibility of company to intimate same in advance so that customer have enough knowledge and time to understand. My monthly bill ranges from 450- 550rs, and with 1972 is almost 4 times my limit which is very unfair. So request of reversal or making adjustment with new upgraded plan.Also i may have to think of switching to some other provider if the bill is not adjusted, as there are many provider who are providing voice and data at such great rate and great network.

                  I had call with one of customer service executive, and they told me that charges cannot be reversed.
                  I would like to mention that is is clear fraud in name of pro rate charges, for data consumed not more that 300 mb i have been charged 1300 + rs, where the other providers are providing such cheap data.
                  Also if you think it is correct, I should have been informed when I was switching the plan about this wrong billing practice.This behaviour with old customer(more than 12 years) is really not good, and give no reason for me to stay with IDEA.If it would have combined rental for both plan, then also it would have been acceptable.

                        I would like to thanks to you and your team. your team member Mr. sunny regularly in my contact after loading complaint and hope very shortly i am able to use my contact but due to your store attender i was suffering from last more than 3 month (Approx.) and i lost my professional business some clientele due to their silly mistake and 10-15 days is ok but this disconnected period was too much i am very shamed to tell your company customer feedback before posting here my complaint they are behave like a stranger again i am requesting you to settle my compensation that was 93471 INR i can justify my amount if you want please solve it with remaining formality of Number as a concerned citizen i cant tolerate this loss amount because if you are in fault and you are even not agree with mistake nor proper service so please solve my financial issue as you can otherwise i will suit file against you.

                          I recharged today for 4G internet in idea for 2GB. Within 2 hrs i received a internet settings.. after i installed and overwrite the setting ( default) . My internet GB was cleared. Im sure that i didnt used the internet much.. that too for 2GB ..

                          Im sure that its due to that internet settings installion which i received from idea..

                          1. Why it is reset to 0MB after installing internet settings
                          2. How i ll get my GB back..

                          Y did they send that internet settings msg after i recharged.

                            From the past 2-3 months, my Idea Postpaid Cellular bill has skyrocketed. Initially, I was using the 1GB-3G plan but due to the regular addition of booster packs, I was nicely approached by the customer service that I could instead change the base regular plan for a mere Rs. 100 and enjoy the same benefits. This change of plan which was supposed to be reducing my bill has rather increased it and now I am being forced to pay double of what I used to pay. Moreover, when I stated this concern to the customer service, the guy was unable to answer anything and he quickly cut the call. I am really frustrated about this. Being a engineering student, I am unable to pay for all this additional wrongly charged bills.

                                I went and met bsnl customer care they told that the service provider which you are leaving is nothing to do with the proofs you had submitted and literally they are saying that the service provider cant be able to see the proofs you had submitted to us, By the way you can change the proofs if you wish to change but the executive of idea told me that because of proof mismatch we were not able to process your request the bsnl provider told we had kept the request to idea about your porting but they are not dactivating ur signal to change the network plz take the necessary action as soon as possible

This is Venkatesh ...[protected] this my RMN ...I got my balance debited that is just only 10 np or something ...that's not an issue ...but the way your CSE by names Naresh and Chandra ...and also ur escalation desk Ravi teja all from Hyderabad have responded to me and the way they spoke to treated me way to much to called as humiliating to feel as a customer ...that's not the way you speak to a customer ...it's too low to ur brand u own in market ...I want u to take action on this ASAP ...all the calls were on 16/10/2016

                                  I beg to say that I am regular user of idea cellular and I follow the ₹ 847 plan from August 2016 which was providing unlimited voice call all India all network 24*7 for 28 days ...but suddenly idea cellular change this plan and provides only 500 minutes in a day and didn't gives any information for these type of changes . So I feel astonished.. Sir please help me !

                                    I had Paid Rs.3300 for 3 months Rental free on October 6th 2016(Promised by Ashok-[protected]). On September 22nd they send bill of Rs.430 to pay immediately. And disconnect the connection.
                                    Enquire to customer care; they said it is the tax amount due to the policy change after my connection
                                    I request to return my Amount or give the connection. They said it is impossible.
                                    I had used below 5 Gb only for 17 days.

                                      I am frustrated to that level that I am counting my days to complete 90 days and leave your services. Completed 72 days today. I have made complaints several times to you via online forum, also made complaint to local idea store in Motera. Mr. Moreshwar in your local Motera store told me that he will send the technician. It has been over two months, I followed up several times, he never sent anyone yet. Do we really expect this from Idea?

                                        My two Idea mobiles nos have been disconnected for several days now and several complaints in the matter simply ignored.

                                        The paper bills have not been received regularly for more than a year now and several complaints in this regard have been willfully ignored and the e-mailed complained "closed" on flimsy grounds. On top of this, the next bill comes with an additional "late fees" charges.

                                        This is nothing short of electronic highway robbery.

                                        Several recent e-mails have been met with an Auto generated reply of resolving within 48 hours, but, in all probability the company clocks do not work.

                                        Even an e-mail to the MD is not acknowledged, yet.
