    I kept mnp for the idea network (karnataka) to bsnl (andra pradesh) I got the mnp code and submitted all the documents at the bsnl retiler and paid the monry also later the customer executive callwd me for the reason of leaving the network.She said ok and put the call( I told I dont want to be part of idea any more).She agreed.I wait 15 days till now my network not not changed when i met the bsnl retiler they told we cant do any thing u pay again and repeat the entire process again.why should i pay if there was nothing wrong with me

      Sir;
      I am customer of idea cellular and facing lot of problem with idea internet conncectivitiy in Khasa Amritsar Punjab area .inspite of having recharged as 3g data internet I am not able to get even 2g internet speed.such a pathetic condition of this telecome service provider of idea and cheating us by giving promise to provide 3g net connectivity but this idea company not providing the service for that its charging its customer .plz take stringent action against this company.

        I made a payment of 1500 for closing my postpaid idea number [protected]and get a NOC also on the last of august.BUT idea customer cares call me on last ten day that you have a pending amount of 1096, but i refuge to pay beacause i have already settled my payment.but today i got a call from govt. lawyer that idea has complained you against your non-payment of bill, and you have you come to lok adalat and pay 17000 as a penalty amount.
        so i want to complain against IDEA over this issue and also file a case for mental harassment.
        So please help me in this issue

          I was an idea post paid customer from last 2 years, recently (On monday 3 october 2016) i submitted my documents for pre paid conversion of my connection.
          Its been 6 days, my pre paid sim is not active, i visited your idea gallery (Celltone mahim west), they said my documents were rejected (Omg!! How can my documents can be rejected when i was using same company, same number as a post paid plan), i submitted my documents again, but still my number is not active yet. Its been more than 6 days.

          I called customer care, went to idea gallery, but no solution.

          I really feel idea customer care is not upto the mark!!!

              I always put 298 unlimited 2G net pack. It used to give me a good speed. But now it does not even work. M hating this. It takes alot of tine to open facebook and youtube. What you gugs are doing fooling us really? Please do something for this. Or else it makes no sense using simcard. We expect a good speed atleast after soending 300 rs on net recharges

                My phone was stolen on 6th oct. And i request you to track my idea no. So that if any activities take place i can locate my cell phone and be saved from all the misuse done by thief. Is it possible to track the phone through imei no. Then please mail me the details on [protected]@gmail.com so that i can share with you the details of the incident and mobile phone.
                I hope that idea cellular helps me relocate my lost sim and phone as there are various important files and contacts which i have not backed up.

                      Hi this is Sainath from Chennai. This is complaint which I hope will be addressed not just for my benifit but prevent other consumers from being a victim to the fraudulent services by Idea. I was approached by Mr. Michael, Cathy Enterprises, Keelkatalai, claimed to be an authorised dealer as listed in Sulekha.com. They tricked me into buying a 4G LTE smartWiFi hub with the following Plan.
                      4G unlimited, 950/m
                      4 month advance of Rs.3300.

                      Mr.Michael took the money the very day he gave the device. But the activation was done a few days later. I intercedes with the Idea agents and the dealer for the detailed plan and the billing information and I was informed I will receive it all through email .

                      Upon confirming the plan through the dealer and the various Idea agents who called for feedback they confirmed the same plan.

                      But after one month o[censored]sage my connection is barred stating i never paid the bill. Upon probing I was shocked to find out the dealer cheated and paid only 2300 and the billing team did not even update after one month and the actual plan is

                      4G 20GB, 950/m post FUP unlimited 2G

                      My sister a cancer victim who tried to resolve this, has been bullied by Mr.Michael and the Idea agents in Chennai without giving her a proper response.

                      It's our hard earned money, when we wanted a refund post deducting the usage for one month and cancel the plan as well they said they cannot do it. They need time to update the billing information then they will think of refunding the money which may take 45 days or more. We have all the conversations recorded.

                      This complaint is not just for us. On behalf of all the citizens of India,

                      1. Unauthorised dealers should be taken off the list
                      2. Idea services in Chennai must first learn to be professional and resolve issues on time
                      3. Any Consumer service support should have strict guidelines for resolution of respective issues

                      I want justice for my sister. She is a proud fighter surving cancer and she has been broken down emotionally by the Idea services and it has taken a toll on her health.

                      It's her wish for every Consumer

                      1. to have the right service and value for money
                      2. Services providers and dealer should be under check for QOS.

                      We want our refund and cancel the plan so that we can afford a new connection from a good service provider. We want this Issue resolved asap and strict action taken against

                      1. Mr.Michael, Cathy enterprises, Keelkatalai. PH:[protected] . Kindly check Sulekha.com for reviews of this dealer to confirm my allegations against him

                      2. Idea WiFi services Chennai.

                      For any queries, I am willing to Cooperate for the betterment of Chennai and to prevent other people from falling a prey to such unethical service providers.

                            मैंने एक आइडिया नंबर([protected]) लिया था पर मेरे घर और मेरी कॉलोनी मे आईडिया का नेटवर्क बिल्कुल नहीं आता जो की डेल्ही मे ही है कई बार कंप्लेंट भी कर चूका हु पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई
                            फिर मेने Department of Telecommunications मे complait करी पर आईडिया ने जवाब मे कहा की हम ठीक नहीं कर पा रहे है
                            जब आईडिया नेटवर्क ही नहीं दे सकती तो नंबर क्यों बेच रही है

But i'm getting bill every month, and i paid two times even though i'm not using that sim.I requested them to deactivate my sim card, but they are not doing it. I'm getting overdue messages like, criminal action will be taken on you if don't pay the bill. Without using the services how i can pay, and they are not deactivating the sim

                              I stopped using idea post paid sim ([protected]) form last 6 months.After 2 months i stopped using sim i got 850 rs bill. I paid that bill and i requested customer care to deactivate my sim, they said okay. But now 2 weeks back i got the bill again that is 850 rs, then i called customer they asked me to pay again 500 to deactivate the my sim. I paid that money after that they keep on sending messages like you have to pay remaining amount other wise we will file a case on you. They simply not deactivating my sim and they are not responding properly . idea has the worst customer care service that i have got. Now they are saying your sim is temporarily disconnected, so we can't deactivate. The point is when sim is temporarily disconnected how they can generate the bill.I paid them 1300 till now with out using their services. They are not deactivating my sim. Even i lost the sim now. Really idea is the worst service

                                I would like to bring into notice that i want to convert my postpaid no [protected] to prepaid. From last 2 months i have visited each and every idea store of pune and they provided me with no assistance telling me that they dont have any mnp sim card available. This has forced me to unnecessarily pay their high rental for 2 months, as these people know a customer dont have any option since one cannot simply stop using their permanent number. From last two month i had wasted my half of my time behind this issue and i have received a very poor service from idea people.

                                    I did mnp from airtel to idea. I paid all dues to airtel and submitted proof through mail to idea. Despite all this, services to my mobile number has been put on hold and i keep receiving messages to clear all dues.

                                    This is a clear case of harrassment. I do not know if it is idea or airtel to blame but i am putting forward complaint about idea because they never updated their records.

                                        Now from the last saturday our connection has been terminated stating tht we have to pay a tax due of rs.285/- per connection in order to resume our connection..
                                        We got no idea whats happening with idea cellular now the agents from whom we bought were saying that the concerned sales person who logged in these connections has resigned his job and and says they dont knw what he has done.. Having been paid all the amount now we are annoyed with the way idea treats its customers like this
