Hi
I have recently acquired your idea postpaid service ( # [protected] ) upon repetitive insistence of your authorized retailer ( V M Telecom, Borivali West, Mumbai 400091), was actually wanting a prepaid connection.
I have been an Airtel user for last 10 years, and was extremely happy with all the services provided by them, but due to some personal reasons wanted a new connection, hence opted for your service .
My work location is Mindspace in Malad West, to my surprise I could not get any network signal at all on the very first day, so I had called the helpline number and registered a complaint for the same, followed all the
steps to rectify the issues, but didn’t last long, additional started facing call disconnects, voice cracking, no signals . The Helpline team did reach me asking for more details the very next day for the location so that they can pinpoint the problem ( Nearest Tower etc.), since I was at home I told them, it would be better if they could reach me when I am in office so that I could provide more info, but they insisted me to get more info, which clearly mentioned that kindly call me later ( gave them time and date), which they didn’t get back. Hence I decided to check with V M Telecom, Borivali West, the dealer, I clearly explained my problem to them, on which they did not give any satisfactory answers but promised that they will do the best to rectify the issue, also the Franchise owner ( Mehul Gogri ), was also present, he didn’t showed any concern or bothered to least listen to my problem .
On 29th August due to some urgency at home my wife tried to reach me 15 times but could not, which resulted in unnecessary ruckus when I reached home for not fault of mine saying that I was upto something not in office etc. Not Acceptable .I waited for 5 days, but no improvement, dismayed I again took effort to visit the V M Telecom . Again explained all my issues but no reaction or concern by the Franchise Owner . He was blank and absolutely not bothered to listen, cleared seemed that he’s just interested in getting more customers nothing else . I would seriously not recommend idea services to anyone, and in the process of disconnected the service with immediate effect. Would even raise this issue to an competent authority .
