I have been charged Rs.3.00 Multiple Times in the last 2 Days. I even complained this to the Appellate Team.

Even after speaking with them on the same day i have been charged 4 times Rs 3.00.

I have given this mobile to my grandmother to attend phone calls and Call us only on emergency.

If IDEA is stealing money like this. And if the balance gets to Rs 0.00. What will happen to my grandmother on emergency situations.

We are in the thought of recharging the mobile. If we are not aware of this situation and something went wrong, then who is responsible.

I am going to sue IDEA for this.

I am meeting consumer lawyer tomorrow, if IDEA dont respond on this.

yahi problem to mere sath bhi hai dost. Bina mere koi request mobile number [protected] me jokes messege centre No.51998 se bhej diya jata hai aur Rs.3.00 deduct kar liya jata hai. Customer care No.198 se baat krne par unke dwara customer ko hi doshi kaha jata hai ki apne *123# dial kiya hai, jbki maine Idea number se kabhi *123# dial hi nhi kiya jata, unke dwara kewal yh sujhav diya jata hai ki 123452 / 123453 me dial kariye aapko deduction ki jankari mil jayegi, jb in number pe dial kiya jata hai to yhi sandesh sunne ko milta hai ki pichhle 03 dino ke record ke mutabik deduction ka record nhi paya gya. hm customer lut rhe hai. Meri samajh me yh nhi aa rha ki jb Idea Cellular wale Jokes nhi bhejhte, customer *123# dial nhi krta to beech me aisa kaun cheater baitha hua hai jo customer ke balance pe daka daal rha hai. iski complaint maine bhi (ID 1374291) consumer complaint forum me Date 07 September ko ki hai. Mujhe asha hai Honble forum hi kuchh action le sakta hai aur hm customer ko lutne se bcha sakta hai
Idea Cellular dwara ki ja rahi unecessary deduction se mai bhi pareshan hu. jaisa ki maine 8 Sept.2016 ko apni problem uper likha tha, aaj bhi meri problem usee tarah hai koi nirakaran nhi hua. Idea Cellular dwara abhi bhi apne aap kabhi Jokes bheja jata hai kabhi animation link bhej kar Rs. 3.00 Jokes ke aur animation link ke Rs. 8.00 main balance se deduct kar liye jate hai. Idea Cellular me koi bhi sunne wala nhi hai, sirf customer ke balance me dakaiti dali jati hai.

      From last 4 months I am being charged additional rental(Feature Charges) of Rs.100 to my bill without any reason and use of it.I raised a complaint several times in Local Idea Store but they are not helping me out.Idea is basically fooling me from last 4 months adding this charge to my bill without knowing me a valid reason for it.Form last 2 months I am trying to call costumer care and complaint help line but the call is not either connected too. I am highly disappointed with the kind of service Idea provides.

        I have applied for MNP from Chennai (Vodafone) to Pune(Idea) on 25th august.
        everything i have given. but till now nothing updated. when i call to the Idea Store. they are saying i got some negative feedback from verification.

        verification guy is saying he came to my office two times. and i have not picked the phone.

        from my end, till now nobody came for verification. nobody even missed call me.

          With reference to the subject, I have registered a complaint on date[protected] about my date is not working. Today I got a call from your executive Mr Manjunath & He informed that I have to change the Sim card due to company plan changes.
          I would like to inform you that I have never received any massage, E-mail, Call from Idea amount change to plan & customer how can get the information to change the SIM card. Now there are not any outlet of Idea nearby my current location. I requested to your executive for send a Sim to my location but it has been denied.

          I upgraded my idea Sim to 4g, got 1gb 4g pack but, it's very slow 50kbs speed only, after I called customer care, they aren't also given correct solution. No response. Waste of time

              I just wanted to to do a complaint against my network issues to idea customer care, but none of the executive was able to help me out in this.
              As there were no one on the floor to communication with me in English. And afterward no one answered my call.

              Yesterday, I recharge my phone with Rs.200 and I got Rs.200. But today I got a call from Idea customer. They giving me some offer in my Idea sim I did not talk and I cancel the call. after some time I saw my balance is deducted Rs.120. I call to customer care and told them i did not accept. but they are not accepting. so I want money back.

                My prepaid mobile connection of delhi/ncr region been terminated on 25 aug 2016 without any information to me, they have not even given me any valid reason and supporting for the act done. I sent many mails to the customer care and called them many times to understand the problem and asked for supporting valid reason for termination of services but they didn't provide me anything till date. Also they have forfeited by balance amount available in my account. Due to number being inactive i am facing a lot problems financially and mentally. Please help to get my number activated or ported to other service provider.

                This is to inform you idea cellular deactivated my sim card without informing me about that. Even there customer service are reticules so i want to port my number from idea to another service provider but for this also there response is too bad and i am getting too much heactic and financial loss as well

                  I called the customer service executive for deactivation of my account and they tell me their server is down and cannot take any complaints or request and if i wait till tomorrow my next billing will be activated.
                  What kind of service is this.
                  I have tried to call them last month too, they did not take my deactivation request and tried to convince me to continue.
                  There is no option to deactivate on their website too.

                  I had already raised my request to deactivate by account form[protected]. All formalities regarding that is already done and ticket is closed. Then Why you are always sending me BILLS.

                  All my bills are already paid but after repetitive call to your Customer Care, they are not deactivating my account.

                  Kindly Check my Tickets for your confirmation. If you will continue with these behavior then I am sure that I will never opt for any IDEA services.

                    Company deduct balance without information after calling in their customer care they informed that i pressed 123 through my cell phone to activate joke and cricket services and all. I didn't press any no. After asking for refund they told that the amount cannot be refund by us (Idea).

                    I facing this issue three time in august 2016

                    If this happen again and again i will case against your company to the consumer court...

                      Not enough grounds for someone to spy on your husband's number, no crime has taken place making it necessary to trace his calls, even if someone does try to trace his calls is "illegal". This is not the place to place such complaints.
                      Mine using idea network in Chennai circle.. . They illegally... Without permission... Deducted rs 6..per day saying social networking service is active.. I tried to 198.unable to contact.. Bad idea network

                        Hello, My Name is Satish Kadam. I used Idea cellular service and opted for a selective plan. but due to a miscommunication between the service centre and Idea I was never provided with the plan I had selected and ended up getting the wrong bill. after many chains of emails, still the issue remains unsolved and finally I had to stop using the services without paying the O/s bill.
                        I also received a threatening calls from lawyer Rana - [protected] from Delhi to pay my bills. even after telling him about the facts, he tried pushing me forward to pay my bill.
                        I still intend to pay the O/s if Idea is ready to accept their fault and send me revised statement.
                        I can provide the email trails upon request of conversation between me and Idea customer care.

                            I have opted for porting of one number from Reliance to Idea last week. Completed all formalities and their executive handed over a sim card after taking Rs. 50/- from us.
                            The telecaller had confirmed the following scheme:
                            Monthly bill: 399/- Postpaid
                            600 minutes Local+Std+Unlimited 3G+ SMS
                            I have confirmed thrice if the net connection is Unlimited 3G for a limited period or same scheme is valid for longer tenure like 2 years etc...The telecaller confirmed every time that net is unlimited for long tenure.
                            Later on I kept on receiving message from Idea that number is hotlined and it is due for televerification.
                            Televerification has not happened because the sim card given is different from the one linked to my number.
                            Call centre executive of idea has not helped in this regards.
                            The telecaller who had sold the sim card is not picking my calls. She was responding for 2 days wherein she kept on saying first that her executive has started to our office to handover the simcard. Then she told that the sim card has been posted. I have been trying to call since 3-4 days

                            This is a clear case of fraudulent attempt and in this bid i have lost connectivity of my earlier number

                              My problem has not been resolved, as per the feedback from IDEA customer service, they can give that much of coverage in my location. My number continues to show Emergency or No Service. And they are saying please wait for some time to get the solution to this. But no commitment how much time i need to wait.

                              No body even visited me or tried contacting with me to check my problem. How come i know that they even visited my location and diagnosed the problem.

                              Worst service from IDEA, I should think of porting all 3 of my numbers to other network that's the best solution i can think of if IDEA can not do anything.

                                    On april 22nd 2016 i purchased two postpaid sim cards from idea cellular they said they will call for address verification and after that you have to call 59059 for full activation. On 25 th i got a mail that "your new idea connection request for [protected] and [protected] is awaiting approval and will be activated shortly" after one day a idea representative call me and said "sir your number is ready for activation you have to call 59059" and i said i changed my plans and i don't need this new connection right now so i am not activating it, there after no one approach me for address verification. So i think it's ok.
                                    Then the real story begins on 30th april they gave some request for sim swap and they activated that sim. (And they also changed secondary number, so i didn't got any message about this there after) right now they are using fake sims in my id, i need a proper clarifications about this subject, already i approach idea customer care they said they will take necessary action but no actions are taken yet.
                                    Phone number of idea representative called me[protected]Trivandrum, kerala).
                                    This was noticed by me only because of an unpaid bill send to my email id, right now i have those sims which they gave me first, as a proof.
                                    So kindly make sim activation process a little bit serious one and take necessary actions against these employees of idea cellular.

                                      I have been experiencing very poor coverage since day 1. It has been almost a month now. Call drops are in every single call. Can't hear other person clearly. I made complaint to idea and I got the resolution reply "there may be poor coverage in your area and we apologize for the inconvenience caused". Nothing further than that.

                                      I also made complaint in the local store, the guy told me he will send someone to check the network at home. I have been there thrice and its been 15 days. Noone visited so far.

                                      I do not understand why you are making customers food. I really want to switch my network back to Airtel now or I wont pay your bill at all. I am not getting any service from you guys.

                                      You can check yourself how many times a call in dropping in between if you check my records. I really need a resolution at this time. I am super pissed.
