I am Joshua. I am using idea network since 2012.But few days ago i request for mobile number portability due to network problem.Now i change my mobile i have full network coverage.But my portability request accepted by idea yesterday.I cant put any other network sim in my mobile, .what i do now??My mobile number is [protected].My sim card number is[protected]...

I just wanted to to do a complaint against my network issues to idea customer care, but none of the executive was able to help me out in this.
As there were no one on the floor to communication with me in English. And afterward no one answered my call.
I was totally helpless in this situation..
I just need a response of my complaint, and want to have a word with some of the customer care executive......

My prepaid mobile connection of delhi/ncr region been terminated on 25 aug 2016 without any information to me, they have not even given me any valid reason and supporting for the act done. I sent many mails to the customer care and called them many times to understand the problem and asked for supporting valid reason for termination of services but they didn't provide me anything till date. Also they have forfeited by balance amount available...

I called the customer service executive for deactivation of my account and they tell me their server is down and cannot take any complaints or request and if i wait till tomorrow my next billing will be activated.
What kind of service is this.
I have tried to call them last month too, they did not take my deactivation request and tried to convince me to continue.
There is no option to deactivate on their website too....

Company deduct balance without information after calling in their customer care they informed that i pressed 123 through my cell phone to activate joke and cricket services and all. I didn't press any no. After asking for refund they told that the amount cannot be refund by us (Idea).

I facing this issue three time in august 2016

Hello, My Name is Satish Kadam. I used Idea cellular service and opted for a selective plan. but due to a miscommunication between the service centre and Idea I was never provided with the plan I had selected and ended up getting the wrong bill. after many chains of emails, still the issue remains unsolved and finally I had to stop using the services without paying the O/s bill.
I also received a threatening calls from lawyer Rana...

From last two months there is nocoverage in my house.Not only me but all the Idea subscribers are suffering from the same problem.I have complained in CSC twice but still no change..It means there is poor transmisssion in my area Bhuravav, Godhra.We are not complaining and waiting for the pfoblem resolved ..But the operator is not taking action...If it continue for long time we have to change our operator means company ....

I have opted for porting of one number from Reliance to Idea last week. Completed all formalities and their executive handed over a sim card after taking Rs. 50/- from us.
The telecaller had confirmed the following scheme:
Monthly bill: 399/- Postpaid
600 minutes Local+Std+Unlimited 3G+ SMS
I have confirmed thrice if the net connection is Unlimited 3G for a limited period or same scheme is valid for longer tenure...

I am a loyal user of idea since last 3-4 years. I have 3 numbers which are connected to idea cellular. I am working in office located at ito.

There is no network coverage here in my office. This is really pathetic.

Every time my mobile shows emergency on screen.

Kindly resolve this issue. I am not able to get calls and messages.

My idea no is [protected], is barred due unbilled amount of rs 3600/-, i lodged complaint at helpdesk, they reply that the charges is charged against my net usage, i use idea app which is installed on my phone to check my data balance, whenever is use data my data balance was in my account, it shows in my idea app, then how they charged me above my credit limit?, even was i not received any sms while exceeding credit limit,...

On april 22nd 2016 i purchased two postpaid sim cards from idea cellular they said they will call for address verification and after that you have to call 59059 for full activation. On 25 th i got a mail that "your new idea connection request for [protected] and [protected] is awaiting approval and will be activated shortly" after one day a idea representative call me and said "sir your number is ready for activation you have to call 59059"...

I have been experiencing very poor coverage since day 1. It has been almost a month now. Call drops are in every single call. Can't hear other person clearly. I made complaint to idea and I got the resolution reply "there may be poor coverage in your area and we apologize for the inconvenience caused". Nothing further than that.

I also made complaint in the local store, the guy told me he will send someone to check the network...

i buy an corporate plan of idea for my computer center of monthly rental of rs 199 which includes free group calling service on group numbers firstly i buy 3 connection then i add on more connection in this group but the 4 number is not group calling free and & get charged from idea i complaint about this to custemer care & requested to repay the amount which is wrongly charged to me since last 4 months but idea doesnt do that...

I am using idea form last 4 year from past few month idea gives very poor coverage and when i had complained about it on 198 idea told that it was low coverage area and my problem is still running, i am not satisfied with answer given by idea they just tell that we can not do any thing and i complained many time and another users who are living hear also complained about it but still we are facing it so please help me to out...

My number is [protected] and i was ported from airtel last month. I am really disgusted with idea services. These sales guys and the customer care didn't explain me that they're not certified to provide the 4g network to iphone and irony is they use airtel network for 3g connection.
The call quality is the worst i've to mention here because the other person cannot here what you're talking and the calls will be disconnected ~6 times...

I did a recharge for Idea 4g mifi device of Rs. 998 Odisha Circle but recharge is unsuccessful.
