I have an AP circle Idea sim, postpaid (corporate plan). I am in Mumbai for the next three months. So I want to disable my corporate plan and monthly internet service as I cannot use them over here. On 11th August 2016 i called customer care @12345 and I requested to change my plan from Rs 499 to Rs 199 and the submission of request was done by idea operator . But my next month bill was again according to 499 plan.
My current bill is Rs 705.26/-

I was Charged Extra on Internet Usage on my Idea Bill for August 2016, I Changed my Plan from my Idea Login, i was not given any notification regarding extra internet Charges .
Idea Representative are denying there mistake, and telling me to pay my Bill, other wise they will add each month bill in my account, till i pay the complete Bill.
If they reduced the extra Charges from my Bill i am Ready to pay pending Amount....
