Dear Sir/madam,

I have an Idea mobile number [protected]. I made a payment for online recharge of Rs. 60/- from My Bank account Internet Banking on 15/09/2016. It was not done. The amount is debited from my Bank account but I didnot received the balance.

Today again I made online payment of rs. 100/- through net Banking but didnot got the balance into my account.

The Idea Cellular is collecting money from customers also they deduct the balance unnecessarily.

    i call the agent form my phone they told me to refund my money shortly but after this they did not pick up my phone

      Idea Cellular has barred by outgoing services due to non payment receipt. However, I have already made payment of my outstanding on 11 sept 2016 through "Idea My app" successfully and my transaction ID of bank is "040418". But on 13 sept 2016 idea barred my services due to non payment. I have provided all information to idea on 12345 call as well as i have mailed them thrice but didn't get any reply yet from Idea. I am really very upset with customer support as i think idea don't want customer.

      Please can this issue be resolved?

            Dear Sir,

            I got Aug 2016 bill in which I never subscribed mhealth service (Value added Service). For which they are charging Rs 75/= per month. When I inquired, they informed me that this service was started when you using internet. Without my knowledge they stated charging.

            I therefore request you to delete mhealth charge of Rs 75/- as have not subscribed the service than why should I pay for it.

              Dear Sir,
              I am suffering from unwanted due bill from idea. on 31st August I received a massage from idea that i have used 9.8 GB data from 0.00hr to 6.00 hr morning. however i was in my bed at the same time. i called to customer care and also visit to Local Idea Care at Rudrapur Awas Vikas Holi Chowk.

                Idea is not releasing my mobile number from IDEA, Previously i had applied on 27/08/2016 they rejected due to sign mis-match, then reapplied on 3/09/2016 with the letter of sign mismatch submitted to idea, Still rejected without any reason and re applied on 9/09/2016 and still not realing it.
                Its A CUG connection: Mob: [protected] total number of connections 9.
                I want to port out of IDEA Rajasthan and Port in into AIRTEL Rajasthan.

                Please help us in this matter as they are not giving us any reason for rejection of all the connections.

                    My name is Rohit Kumar, i have port my number from airtel postpaid to idea.!! At the time of porting ideaexecutive ask me to pay Rs300, But now 1 week completed but sim not activated and when try to contact with that executive, she's only give fake response. Now i am fade up..!! I think Its my big mistake i have ported in idea! No one solve my problem, customer care told to contact executive who give me sim and executive not answering any calls

                      Its been 5 days I was not able to use my idea post paid sim. I am not able to connect to internet. I have contacted customer care several times. But I haven't received any response from them. I also visited idea service store. They just said a "sorry". I am losing my money by paying their bill.                           Dear Sir,
                          I have recharge of rupees 71 on 6th September 2016 for roaming after that incoming should be free at the time of roaming but it won't work anywhere in Bangalore my number is belongs to Andhra Pradesh. The customer care saying that if you are in idea friendly network then only this roaming pack will work, if your network is coming through, with some other network then it won't work. Here I have a question. I would like to know that anywhere in Bangalore why idea network is not there?

                          Please help me here they cut the money for each and every call I want back my money.

                            Without my request the Company has started Pretones subscriptions of Rs.10.00/- for 10 days.
                            In fact this is fourth time continue deduction. I had instructed to "STOP" SMS but still continue sending SMS. This look to me they are doing forcibly.
                            However please look into the matter seriously and STOP sms onwards.
                            I had registered my complaint to Idea REgistered Complaint who gave me Complaint No. 1-[protected], saying your complaint is under process but last they informed me to file the complaint to Consumer Complaints and I did the same.

                            Without my request the Company has started for DEVOTIONAL PACK of deduction of Rs.30.00/- for one month. This is a THIRD time are doing. The last Pack renewed on 27/08/2016 and valid for ONE month.
                            In fact these renewals are done without my knowledge where I get message from them and my reply is SMS "STOP".to 155223.
                            This look to me that they are forcibly deducting the AMOUNT for D. Pack.

                            Without my request the Company have started deduction for MRP-23 for Rs.23.00/- to SR. No.850015 and SMS UNSPK to 51985999.
                            2 ) N-15 PLAN[protected] for Rs.15.00/- SMS.
                            In fact this deduction of amount for both MRP-23 and N-15 PLAN we sent complaint to STOP SMS. Insite this the DEDUCTION of Amount is continue.
                            This look to me that they are doing forcibly without our wishes.
                            Request you please STOP SMS as early as possible.

                              Number of follow ups (mails, calls from other network and visits on store), I received a phone call and message regards "pre litication case notice" to pay amount or will charge the 80% of amount. Is it the service you provide the customer who is using Idea network last 4+ years?? Why will I have to pay unwanted amount? I have one month payment due when my number was active and I'm ready to pay this amount online and in store.

                              After received the message on my alternate number, again I called to customer care number +91-[protected] number and talk with executive, he suggest wait for 2 hours, I'll receive a phone call from his senior person on my other network number (+91-[protected]).
                              Still waiting for Idea person phone call if they really want to close the issue. Below is the message description which I received today.

                              Ms, Sandeep Pandey
                              " pre litication case num 375391/2016, setting num 425, Notice as been sent to your residencial address from lokadalath because of some due balance pending in (idea) connection ' to dis num.[protected] and amt is 1412 attain the court...on 25/09/2016... clear The amount within Today 4 clock itself and send me recept details the issue wil close. if not u need to make a payment by 80% charge.. in court! dont ignore to visit an a court for anyother details kindly give a cal. I[censored] fail to pay dis amt ua doct will be block...

                              Hi Idea Team,

                              I received 4-5 calls from Idea guys and ensured that the number [protected] will be activate asap, executive will come and collect the documents, verifying etc etc which is the process. No Problem. But what about the unwanted amount which I already paid (1412.00 Rs.), included 1 month bill till the number was activated. Where is detailed information of this amount? Why did I receive this pre litigation notice and force to pay the amount? How can I get the settlement amount? No one is talking about this. Why??

                              I've multiple emails which I sent to Idea to share the bill detail when I received messages that your number incoming / outgoing will be deactivated. I also visit to Idea store 4 times but executive told to talk with Delhi Circle, Delhi circle told talk with current circle service provider, I was moving around IDEA. Finally number has been deactivated and received pre litigation notice. So dear Idea guys, talk with each-other, return my money (cut one month bill amount; i.e. 265 Rs approx.) and activate the number.

                              Nobody talk about above concern and address the issue. One more thing is when I told customer care or any person of Idea, they always told me old loction telecon payment was due so they disconnect the connection from backend while I was connected with current Karnataka circle, and when I talk about the concern then you guys are suggesting no issue with current telecon. So why you added the unnecessary amount in my bill and forced to pay (Credit limit : 1000 Rs., Bill :1412 Rs.) ?? Answer this concern.

                              Concern 2: Connection has disconnected. Now connection activated again and working. Thanks a lot.

                                  Dear Sir/ Mam, I have already inform you to billing complaint of mobile no [protected] .the bill of call on 23-AUG-2016 amount of rs. 1269 and call time 140:12 minutes continuously on 055365 without any interruption. how it could be possible to talk a person more than 2.5 hours without breaking the connection. if you have a solution for this bill related problem so please resolve it and remove the bill amount of VAS services for above mentioned dates and calls I hope favorable response from your side otherwise i will go to consumer forum for the same.

                                      Then i did the recharge of 56 but i didn't get the benefits that was agreed in your message after that i called the helplime on 198 and spoke to your Senior Executive name Surinder kaur but she didn't want to understand my words and was just repeating her words again and again. So now my request is you should solve my problem and give the benefits that was given in the meassage. And take strict action against your executive and revert me back ASAP. I'm using your idea services from last 8 years. I hope you will resolve this issue so that i should not port my number into any network.

                                        Recharged for Rs.251 with data benefit of 2gb 3G/4G +1GB of 4G for 28 days. After finishing the first 2gb, I am not able to browse internet. I received the message again, so I recharged for 251 again and got the same data benefit, but the 1 gb of 4 g data still cant be used. Now i have 2gb of 4g data which I can't use.
