Hello,
I am using idea form last 4 year from past few month idea gives very poor coverage and when i had complained about it on 198 idea told that it was low coverage area and my problem is still running, i am not satisfied with answer given by idea they just tell that we can not do any thing and i complained many time and another users who are living hear also complained about it but still we are facing it so please help me to out of this trouble.

The netwok courage of 3G/2G is so poor and worst it up and down so fast .The call drop problem is too much.The internet quality is shameless.we trust on this network but at current services providing we loose my trust from idea netwok.

    My number is [protected] and i was ported from airtel last month. I am really disgusted with idea services. These sales guys and the customer care didn't explain me that they're not certified to provide the 4g network to iphone and irony is they use airtel network for 3g connection.
    The call quality is the worst i've to mention here because the other person cannot here what you're talking and the calls will be disconnected ~6 times within a min.
    I want to switch back to airtel or any other network now.
    From now on i suggest my colleagues to never port or never go for idea.

    Dear idea, instead of false advertising get idea yourself you loosers.

    This maybe the 10th complaint I've been reporting and your sales person Mr. Bhanu [protected] who exaggerated your network before porting is also not responding any of my calls.
    Make sure the issue should be resolved this time and I don't have time for this nonsense.

      I did a recharge for Idea 4g mifi device of Rs. 998 Odisha Circle but recharge is unsuccessful.

      Following are the details :

      Amount : 988.00

      Talked to customer care executive he told that recharge is not done. I do have the payment receipt slip and SBI Statement. What to do ?

      Idea give ₹148 netpack 1gb data...but provide very very poor internet service... I cannot even play a game through Internet...           My problem was

          As per msdm retail (it's idea cellular marketing division)

          1) calling on both the number will be totally free
          2) data will be shareable with each other
          3) 2 gb 3g data will be free
          4) bill will be for first connection 499 and for second connection 199 or 99 rs with service tax
          5) 600 rs they are taken, that will be adjustable in next bills

          Please take it very seriously, becoz at the activation time customer care executive are told that, may be it will active later or...

          Note:commitment of executive are recorded (i was given that call record)

            My mobile no. Is [protected]. Today i called to idea customer care no. 198 because without my knowledge music service got activated and balanced deducted. I called today at 10.20 am to your customer service no. 198. I spoke with satish kumar and explained my issue. He was good. He transferred my call to supervisor who is a female executive. She was very rude and no respect to customer. She did not even bother about my issue and she scolded me. This was the worst customer care executive. Plz take action against her. I called again to customer care no. 198 around 10.40 am i guess to address my issue. Again another female executive received my call. She was such a rude executive i have ever seen in my life. Don't understand why do you keep such kind of executives in idea company. Plz listen to my call and take action against both ladies. Plz terminate them. My sr. No. 1-[protected]. Plz refund my deducted amount and don't forget to terminate both female executives.

              I never activated gprs pack. I have received a message that it has been activated. Since, i have not requested any of it, no amount should be inclusive of gprs pack. This is pathetic service. I will not recomment anyone for idea. I have been receiving excess amount almost every month. Fix this this, orelse i am gonna never use this sim again. Fix this!!!

                My sim continuously faced severe jump calls for two weeks, and moreover for every single sms sent, 10 sms's were going to the recepient.

                idea calls before due date everyday are quite irritating (in a day more than 3 calls). when idea cellular people called me for bill payment before the due date, i reported the issue. bt it was said that they dont deal the issue and said that the complaint will be forwarded. but no due attention was paid to my complaint.
                then i again received their call after duedate also out of my busy schedule, where again on bill payment i asked them to resolve the issue, where by i was offered that they will not charge late payment fees. when i asked them to calculate all my jump calls and also redundant sms charges and refund that, they said mam we can refund your late payment. but what for the late payment charges, as the payment has been delayed due to companys unethical and highly unprofessional approach. moreover the people dealing the seat are not at all disciplined.

                then after that what these people are ding they are using my call history and calling most of my friends and relatives with false information like calling from the courier co. etc. who gave them the RIGHT to use my call list. and as available from various sources ideas approach everywhere is this, they do such unethical things.

                so i ask idea cellular also who gave the right to use my call list, did i gave any permission to you as such or did i sign any policy of yours, where you can harass me like this and affect my goodwill for your poor services and
                in-disciplined staff.


                and above all calling after business hours . calling after 7, who the hell are they to harass me like this for lackings on their part,

                and now this is the height whereby i received a message after 7 p.m yday, where by they have threatened me that they will come to my work place with their idea team. the number which sent me such message is [protected], jammu circle.

                i ask them to refund all money for jump calls, redundant sms and late payment charges, and also written apology from idea team for calling my friends and relatives and affecting my goodwill and assurance this illegal acts will not be undertaken by them in the future.

                rectification in written text :my sim continuously faced severe jump calls for two weeks, and moreover for every single sms sent, 10 sms's were going to the recepient.

                idea calls before due date everyday are quite irritating (in a day more than 3 calls). when idea cellular people called me for bill payment before the due date, i reported the issue. bt it was said that they dont deal the issue and said that the complaint will be forwarded. but no due attention was paid to my complaint.
                then i again received their call after duedate also out of my busy schedule, where again on bill payment i asked them to resolve the issue, where by i was offered that they will not charge late payment fees. when i asked them to calculate all my jump calls and also redundant sms charges and refund that, they said they cant refund that and moreover the amount mustbe less than the late payment charges. these late payment charges, has been delayed due to companys unethical and highly unprofessional approach, what mercy are they doing. moreover the people dealing the seat are not at all disciplined.

                then after that what these people are ding they are using my call history and calling most of my friends and relatives with false information like calling from the courier co. etc. who gave them the RIGHT to use my call list. and as available from various sources ideas approach everywhere is this, they do such unethical things.

                so i ask idea cellular also who gave the right to use my call list, did i gave any permission to you as such or did i sign any policy of yours, where you can harass me like this and affect my goodwill for your poor services and
                in-disciplined staff.


                and above all calling after business hours . calling after 7, who the hell are they to harass me like this for lackings on their part,

                and now this is the height whereby i received a message after 7 p.m yday, where by they have threatened me that they will come to my work place with their idea team.

                i ask them to refund all money for jump calls, redundant sms and late payment charges, and also written apology from idea team for calling my friends and relatives and affecting my goodwill and assurance this illegal acts will not be undertaken by them in the future.

                  I had mentioned earlier regarding inflated post paid bill after discontinuation of my mobile no [protected] for non payment after 1st bill amounting to Rs 381 if no services are given it is no use in sending consequent bill with rental charges also you have mentioned 5000 credit limit which is just to attract the customer . Or your company would have waited for me to arrive the bill amount of 5000. And would have disconnected there after. Which only means for fooling customers. Lastly, my above Mobile is already disconnected after 1st month for non payment of Rs 381 . Everything brought to your notice in earlier complaint Now stop sending unnecessary bills which is not going to paid by me.

                    I am very dissappointed ex idea number user. I had a postpaid number, at first the bills were exactly as mentioned in the plans. After that they started charging me attrociously, sometimes they even have the audacity to send me more than 1500 when my usage was just about 500. I then stopped using the number but the nightmares did not end then, they started calling on my alternate number every day and started asking me do you wanna switch this number on and other stupid questions when i have reminded them that i dnt want any association with your number. Anyone's help will be much appreciated. Now i feel they are just wasting my time intentionaly.

                      I recharge my idea number with isd tariff for isd call but when i call isd number my voice not transfer to other side but i hear other side voice and my amount is deducted. I complain many times to costumer care but they still say that it is not our service fault. It is your handset problem i change my handset several times but the problem not resolve.

                        On.17th july by mistake i changed my plan from 6 3g packs to 7 3g packs and after that i got a shock that i have to 1712 as data charges.
                        This is pure loot.
                        I am not gonna pay this much of amount.
                        I am feeling cheated as i increased my plan to have more data but it added unnecessary 1712 as charges which am not gonna pay.
                        Befoee changing plan by mistake unbilled amount of data was around 100 which was OK but after changing it bounced to 1700..

                          i was visit idea customer care, yamunanagar(haryana), thy told me that your credit limit is over thats why your postpaid number is deactivated.
                          but i want to know without any alert how can you deactivate my number. then i was talk to idea head office thy told me that you pay your previous month bill we will activate your number, i pay but even than my number was not activated.

                              Complaint againt converting postpaid to prepaid

                              I have am attempting to change over my postpaid number to paid ahead of time however here is the status which i have achieved after 18 days of hardwork.

                              (1) first i was given a application to submit which i submit on that day itself. (12 august)
                              (2) now they called my following 5 days to submit documents (Adhar card) now when i attempted to present the structure then they let me know that our office head is on vacation please attempt following 3-4 days.
                              (3) next time when i came to there another person was perched on the position of office head and he declined to submit the documents (Adhar card + other details).
                              (4) now when reached again they told me that affirmation mail has come. Presently present the report when head person will come.
                              (5) and when i reached to submit the document then they told me that you have filled wrongs details and when i tried to ask to give new form then they told to come after 2-3 days.
                              (6) now they are asking me to give charge of august month (339) + process charge for next few days of september = 570 rs.

                              Sir have tried my best but still they are charging more.

                                  Hello, my name is Girish KM . Port from Docomo to idea prepaid([protected]) is not yet done. I am not even getting signal on MNP Sim, then how to call 59059 ? Even I tried the sim in different slots, and Lumia, Yureka 4g and some other mobiles, no signal. Its been almost 30 days.
                                  I visited Care center personally and explained them the above, they told sim got activated, try in some other mobiles. Your service may have fault not our mobiles. Pls resolve this Asap.

Now, I have no need of it and requested them and requested on [protected] and [protected],[protected], 198 many times. But no body is interested to deactivete this number. A Customer care executive at ITL outlet, Hoshiarpur, Punjab said that this number could not be deactivate before six months.
                                    These days, I am working in Delhi and it is not possible for me to go in Punjab very frequently for requesting and requesting in idea outlet to deactivate this connection.

                                      Actually I am not sure whether I used the given number or not so when I called up the numbers provided in the email for bill details, she says i am not from idea, i don't have that information. If its not for you then please ignore.

                                      I don't know, what to do now? Not getting any details about when and who used this number and how i get that mail..
