Updated by rims123 rectification in written text :my sim continuously faced severe jump calls for two weeks, and moreover for every single sms sent, 10 sms's were going to the recepient.
idea calls before due date everyday are quite irritating (in a day more than 3 calls). when idea cellular people called me for bill payment before the due date, i reported the issue. bt it was said that they dont deal the issue and said that the complaint will be forwarded. but no due attention was paid to my complaint.
then i again received their call after duedate also out of my busy schedule, where again on bill payment i asked them to resolve the issue, where by i was offered that they will not charge late payment fees. when i asked them to calculate all my jump calls and also redundant sms charges and refund that, they said they cant refund that and moreover the amount mustbe less than the late payment charges. these late payment charges, has been delayed due to companys unethical and highly unprofessional approach, what mercy are they doing. moreover the people dealing the seat are not at all disciplined.
then after that what these people are ding they are using my call history and calling most of my friends and relatives with false information like calling from the courier co. etc. who gave them the RIGHT to use my call list. and as available from various sources ideas approach everywhere is this, they do such unethical things.
so i ask idea cellular also who gave the right to use my call list, did i gave any permission to you as such or did i sign any policy of yours, where you can harass me like this and affect my goodwill for your poor services and
in-disciplined staff.
and above all calling after business hours . calling after 7, who the hell are they to harass me like this for lackings on their part,
and now this is the height whereby i received a message after 7 p.m yday, where by they have threatened me that they will come to my work place with their idea team.
i ask them to refund all money for jump calls, redundant sms and late payment charges, and also written apology from idea team for calling my friends and relatives and affecting my goodwill and assurance this illegal acts will not be undertaken by them in the future.
