My idea number was [protected]. My bill plan was 650 now bill is 3306 .I have not used this for idea internet from 2 months because my sim has been lost and i don't want to continue . I want to permanently closed.
Please suggest me what are the closing process . i went 2 - 3 time in idea offfice for close the connection but after bill pay can be close by idea office but no close and Billing cycle continue running .
I want to pay but exact useage pay because i have not use idea last 2 months ..Please help for sattlement this amount .

As per last discussion with idea cellular Saharanpur senior executive resolved my problem 28-9-2016 and pay the money as with discuss idea senior executive but one threat call from 7428760328 and she said call from Delhi court and case against idea cellular, give one number of Rakesh Kumar Sharma 9310208239. He said pay idea bill as panelty...I don't understand why I shall be pay because my case resolved by senior executive in idea Saharanpur
I couldn't understand what is the wrong in idea management because no body is responsible . This is not good way these type of threat call by the idea..
Next time I received these type call then go to court as mental harrashment against idea
Please resolve it as soon as possible and stop threat call by above number.

Its been over two weeks that i did not hear any resolution from your end. I have been getting calls from your various service agents for the payment overdue.Can you please resolve this tomorrow. And my services are still barred any reason why?? I dont think your taking this issue seriously, i will have my next bill genrated soon. My services barred for most of the days of this bill k cycle ( aug-sep). Now this is another thing which you need to look into.
