My idea no. [protected]. I was using my phone one pop up come in which written you have charged 109 rupees for default or something type written in that. Please check why it happened and give my balance back I am so frustrated due to this they always deduct some money from my balance this time it's 109... Please solve my problem and give back my money please... And solve it for future I don't wanna suffer by these stuff in future .

I port my reliance number to idea due to good network but find that idea is much poor as compare to reliance, i had submit online complaint but still no response.

Recharged for Rs.251 with data benefit of 2gb 3G/4G +1GB of 4G for 28 days. After finishing the first 2gb, I am not able to browse internet. I received the message again, so I recharged for 251 again and got the same data benefit, but the 1 gb of 4 g data still cant be used. Now i have 2gb of 4g data which I can't use.

    Could you please help me with the status of my below request

    Dear Customer, your concern on Billing Discrepancy is registered with us and would be actioned by 03/09/2016 05:10:20 PM through Communication Id C1-[protected].Thank you.

    I have received a call from your end on the 3rd of September confirming that an amount of 1800 rs has been waived off. And the same would be reflected in my idea app.

    But that doesn't seem to be happening. I m getting messages and calls to pay of the entire amount. Could you please look into this asap. I'm not going make any payments untill i am hear from you on this. N also the company has barred my
    Services.

    As per your pervious email 6GB benefits were assigned to me. So could you please confirm why i am charged with internet charges(1844 rs).

    Its been over two weeks that i did not hear any resolution from your end. I have been getting calls from your various service agents for the payment overdue.Can you please resolve this tomorrow. And my services are still barred any reason why?? I dont think your taking this issue seriously, i will have my next bill genrated soon. My services barred for most of the days of this bill k cycle ( aug-sep). Now this is another thing which you need to look into.

      Hi,

      I went to port my IDEA postpaid number which is older than 7 months to IDEA prepaid but they denied to do that.

      I went to IDEA shop, they said go to normal shop, here we handle only postpaid.

      Then I went to normal shop they said we don't do this.

      So I think your IDEA shops should do all things including prepaid.

      I want this complaint solved as soon as possible.

        My idea number was [protected]. My bill plan was 650 now bill is 3306 .I have not used this for idea internet from 2 months because my sim has been lost and i don't want to continue . I want to permanently closed.

        Please suggest me what are the closing process . i went 2 - 3 time in idea offfice for close the connection but after bill pay can be close by idea office but no close and Billing cycle continue running .

        I want to pay but exact useage pay because i have not use idea last 2 months ..Please help for sattlement this amount .

        Hi Idea management As per last discussion with idea cellular Saharanpur senior executive resolved my problem 28-9-2016 and pay the money as with discuss idea senior executive but one threat call from 7428760328 and she said call from Delhi court and case against idea cellular, give one number of Rakesh Kumar Sharma 9310208239. He said pay idea bill as panelty...I don't understand why I shall be pay because my case resolved by senior executive in idea Saharanpur I couldn't understand what is the wrong in idea management because no body is responsible . This is not good way these type of threat call by the idea.. Next time I received these type call then go to court as mental harrashment against idea Please resolve it as soon as possible and stop threat call by above number. Regards Vipin 9818790081

          I am using Idea Postpaid Mobile. Idea charged me Rs.100/- under cinemasti
          head which i refused n paid that much short & also lodge complaint with appealing authority. From the very next month they started charging Late
          Payment Charges which again i denied. After strong follow-up n personal
          visit their Sr.Executive Mahavir Desarda sent me mail stating that you have
          to pay full charges of current bill & in the next bill we will give u Cr of Rs.300/-
          Accordingly i paid but they failed to fulfill their promise.

                I am really not happy when i was not able to connect the conference call but when i checked with customer care with IDEA provider they said me that i have to take additional service which costs extra, this is ridiculous since other provides provide it free of cost and also i am planning to port again but they asking me to wait for 90 days since i changed from airtel to idea few weeks before and

                    Service activation for Mobi films has made on 07.09.2016 for which neither I have give any message or call to any IDEA number for activation. I tale to customer care they said same was activated during download But I have not downloaded anything a s I have net pack activated in which I am getting internet on my mobile so I request you to kindly deactivate such service from my number-[protected] & refund Rs.35 which was deducted on 12.09.2016 from my account.                         My name is Sagar Barad and I am​ complaining on behalf of Bhavesh Barad (father).

                        I wanted to complain about a behavioral issue which my father faced while talking with one of idea’s Gujarat Level Customer Executive.

                        My father faced some issues in the internet and Data services in the last couple of days. He owns a Smartphone with 3g and 4g enabled connectivity and has a postpaid plan by the number: [protected].

                        The issue was that the internet service on my father’s phone was not working. He went to the Idea Executive store in my city Bhavnagar-Gujarat where he was told that there an ongoing server issue because of 4g connectivity and changes. So my father launched a complaint with the Customer care service by calling on the number which charges the call.

                        He was 1st reached out by a customer executive named Amit Nizama (I might be wrong in my spelling ) who didn’t understand the complaint and was then forwarded to Jenima Gupta, a female executive who also didn’t understand the issue and forwarded the call to a supervisor named Vivek Sharma.

                        Now, Mr. Sharma had taken up my father’s complain by the registered mobile number but he didn’t approach and explained the issue to my father in a normal manner.

                        The supervisor was being really rude and was not able to meet the expectation of my father so he ended the call in between the conversation without assisting my father properly.

                        I want the complaint team to look out to t​​he issue and assist my father with it.

                        And I also request the team to take strict actions against the supervisor who misbehaved and was rude with my father.
                        I also request you to take care of the internet service and resolve the issue as soon as possible and compensate my father for whatever data he hasn’t used or for the days the data was unused.

                        My father had a heated argument on 12th Sept 2016, on the retail of Idea Cellular in our city Bhavnagar (Gujarat).

                        I also got a call from the Complaint department saying that we are working on the issue and the solution will be provided as soon as possible.

                        Yesterday evening the Data service started and it was all working properly now, can you please let me know the reason behind the resume of the service?

                        Also I have a doubt that the service resumed because of the heated argument of my father or was it because of my email to the complaint department.

                          I've been using idea postpaid number [protected] from past year and on 30th July I bought new number [protected] as per the norms stated by the idea for inter communication schemes. Suddenly, on 10th August, 2016 ; I received a message on both the numbers stating that my numbers are barred and the unbilled amount is 9527.76. It shocked me as 2 days before I did the payment of 1507 for my idea number and its just 10 days my new number is into activation stage. I called customer care for the same and I was not satisfied with the response I got.
                          I chose 399 plan for my [protected] and on 6th August, 2016 I shifted to !Plan 999 in which I can choose 50 packs accordingly; So I chose 48 3G Packs and 1 STD and 1 Local Pack. Being in my usage limits, on 9th August, 2016; I again shifted to !Plan 199 and the next day I got my services barred without any prior notice.
                          On 2nd September, my numbers came into use as barring being removed but the billed amount being generated as 11736.39 which is
                          I've been using Airtel number also and I use to do that but never faced such problems. I don't think its appropriate to deal the customer like this, suddenly barring the services without any intimation.
                          Kindly resolve this problem properly regarding the barring of both the numbers.

                                I had requested idea cellular people to close down my postpaid card after payment of a bill which was 741 rs despite the number not working for months before I get this bill...I paid the amount at idea cellular store at Arthur road Mumbai...I was assured that no further bills will come and my number is closed..but few days back I again got bill...I am tired of repeated complaining now...they are fake and fraudulent people and loot people by doing such stupid business...if response to my matter is not given promptly I shall take this atter to the court of law...

                                  I am using idea netsetter 4 G wifi around 5 months. From this month, the internet speed is not even match in 2G speed.

                                  Idea dont even have a customer care number for post paid. outgoing calls are barred in idea postpaid number. then how can a customer can contact their service.

                                    I, Sachin jain on 8sepember called c.care executive for obtaining information in regard of 2G Idea data pack and they told me that you may recharge by 98 rupees and will get1gb data for one month and I confirmed this by asking again.On believe of that information I recharged my account by 98 rupees within 30 minutes and then I got 410 MB for 14 days .Then I called to c.care again and told them everything as I have mentioned in above, but they did not address my complaint.
                                    I attach some screen shots of text messages which I got.
