From Last 2 months i am facing network issues on my idea [protected] number. it is a corporate number. it is showing as not reachable but ma network bars are full, this problem only occurs when i am in office. Office adress: THIVIM INDUSTRIAL ESTATE KARASWADA MAPUSA GOA PIN 403507.

Other idea CUG holders also facing this issue from this area network.

Feeling shame on idea, as a reputed company don't you people have minimum common sense of keeping that illeterated guys as your customer services, the worst behaviour I have faced from a girl of your service, she is just roaring as her like, is she literated or you people got her from any other place, make her to be correct and get me immediate response...

I am really not happy when i was not able to connect the conference call but when i checked with customer care with IDEA provider they said me that i have to take additional service which costs extra, this is ridiculous since other provides provide it free of cost and also i am planning to port again but they asking me to wait for 90 days since i changed from airtel to idea few weeks before and

Dear sir 3g is very low and sometimes doesn't work in my homes interior area please increase range I am using 3 connection of your company with 3g.now the time if I want to use 3g service then I have to go outside of my home.
Hope you will solve problem to enjoy your 3g speed

Service activation for Mobi films has made on 07.09.2016 for which neither I have give any message or call to any IDEA number for activation. I tale to customer care they said same was activated during download But I have not downloaded anything a s I have net pack activated in which I am getting internet on my mobile so I request you to kindly deactivate such service from my number-[protected] & refund Rs.35 which was deducted on 12.09.2016...

Idea postpaid SIM CARD No [protected] & [protected] received but not activation in the sim cards now bill payment raised and any time asking bill payment done or not by phone call . (verification call also not completed)
Last month Idea legal Advocate phone call came my self he was telling your self case failing for bill payment not done . next I am sim card Received from Idea but Not activation & Verification in Idea side in my sim...

My name is Sagar Barad and I am complaining on behalf of Bhavesh Barad (father).

I wanted to complain about a behavioral issue which my father faced while talking with one of idea’s Gujarat Level Customer Executive.

My father faced some issues in the internet and Data services in the last couple of days. He owns a Smartphone with 3g and 4g enabled connectivity and has a postpaid...

I've been using idea postpaid number [protected] from past year and on 30th July I bought new number [protected] as per the norms stated by the idea for inter communication schemes. Suddenly, on 10th August, 2016 ; I received a message on both the numbers stating that my numbers are barred and the unbilled amount is 9527.76. It shocked me as 2 days before I did the payment of 1507 for my idea number and its just 10 days my new number is into...

Mobile no -[protected] date - 09/09/2016 Then balance 150/- I have 50mb GPRS balance and ISF 4GB BALANCE. I have doubt may I uses GPRS balance then which balance cuts. I am calling customer care his solve doubt first cut your 50mb balance then ifs balance cut .But that's not right. I am continue used then my balance cut. That is my problem who can trust idea customers and network.
Please solve me . I have lost 83 balance wrong ifromation....

Without my request the company has started what they call it as pre tone service and they are charging me Rs. 3 per day.

how can we control such a notorious behaviour of company. this is not first time i am suffering from such issue, but every time they provide any excuses...
now its enough, request you to look into matter seriously to stop such harassment from telecom company....

I had requested idea cellular people to close down my postpaid card after payment of a bill which was 741 rs despite the number not working for months before I get this bill...I paid the amount at idea cellular store at Arthur road Mumbai...I was assured that no further bills will come and my number is closed..but few days back I again got bill...I am tired of repeated complaining now...they are fake and fraudulent people and loot people...

Idea netsetter is not working
I am using idea netsetter 4 G wifi around 5 months. From this month, the internet speed is not even match in 2G speed.

Idea dont even have a customer care number for post paid. outgoing calls are barred in idea postpaid number. then how can a customer can contact their service.

i dont want to continue the idea net setter postpaid service. i have to disconnect the post paid...

I, Sachin jain on 8sepember called c.care executive for obtaining information in regard of 2G Idea data pack and they told me that you may recharge by 98 rupees and will get1gb data for one month and I confirmed this by asking again.On believe of that information I recharged my account by 98 rupees within 30 minutes and then I got 410 MB for 14 days .Then I called to c.care again and told them everything as I have...

I am a Postpaid Customer in Idea No.[protected]. Since September 6rd I have been facing issue with idea network at Bablad-Parmanandnagar, Pin Code - 413220. Due to this issue I am not able to make any outgoing calls not I am receiving calls on this number. Because of this issue I have missed very important calls thus resulting in financial loss. Please take this issue with idea Cellular and get it resolved....

I am using the idea postpaid since last 2 years and now, i really frustrated from last 4-5 months, just due to the below points:

1:- call drop issue allways
2:- my friends allways complaints regarding you are out of reachable.
3:- after pic/receive the call voice is breaking.

Most of the time i face these issue, so please solve as soon as possible, otherwise we will go for another network....

But i m continue receiving messages with every seconds i have also complaint to customer care but they reply it is not idea fault its a handset fault so i have complaint to my handset (Sony) customer care they also reply me its a your network fault.

They unusually deducted my main balance through the video talkies. But i didn't do any kind of subscription. They have been continue deducting my balance rs, 90 rs has gone till that now. These are the dates details.

Unfortunately I had used Idea number for some months ([protected]) due to some official issue I had asked your Idea Customer care team to de-activate my number
And they had done that successfully. After two or one month of de-activating my number I had received a call from Idea team to my alternate number to pay the bill, immediately (she is waiting on the call) I had opened the site and tried to pay it...

I Purchased a fresh/new SIM card for Prepaid connection for my mobile on 05/09/2016 from Samart Mobile shop, near Kothrud Bus Depot, Pune 411038.
My mobile no is [protected].The shopkeeper charged me Rs. 100/- for SIM and REFILL of Rs. 35/- I noticed that COST/MRP of SIM CARD IS ONLY Rs 05/-
In effect I was overcharged for Rs60/-.When enquired with the shopkeeper he informed that Your company has authorised to sell at this price...
