I have received an unwanted call from someone again and again but unfortunately i have deleted that number so, I want the details of my prepaid number [protected] so i can identify the number,

He was calling again and again to my family and asking for some ridiculous questions.

    I am getting phone calls from different numbers starting with 000* and then followed by numbers which not authorized or registered so do check such fake numbers before it gets connected to me. A nd i am getting calls like such from different numbers and i could nt even find the numbers information through truecaller. This make me pissedoff past few days. Try and resolve these kind of problems.

      Hi, my mobile # [protected]. Im frustrated with the charges on datapack proration. As per my plan 399, i have 1gb free data then after completion of this i have added 197. Pack. I have got charges on data pack pro-ration # as 740/-. The explanation i'm listening from your customer care executive that.. I have completed by 1gb in 6 days thats why i have charged for remaining data (After new recharge, they will divide it by 30 days). Which is not disclosed any where in the document. Its monthly and i can use it anytime and i can add a pack right. My question is i have 1 gb free data for whole month, and i have pay for it, i can complete it anytime and activate new pack.. What is the hell he is talking about.

      dont mark its resolved. you have not give me the solution.

      i have login in my idea account. that 2g recharge is shown in my account. its means its valid and as well as non prorated pack. written on the recharge. and you also have not mentioned any thing about this recharge.
      if its not valid and had pro- ration charge. then why you shown this type of recharge in my account and you have also mention is non pro rated. your website software is not perfectly right, and its your mistake, you are not able to handle to software.

      your associate told me.. he will revert back to me to contact your senior. but i am still waiting. and dont understand why i am getting so much spam calls. its not a gud policy to disturb people.
      its not my mistake that m not paying the bill. its was from your side. so i have patience, then you should also.

              I've been trying to port my number for more than 6 days and not able to send the PORT text. I've given a complaint and only been brushed aside by giving the 48 hrs excuse. Now I've been waiting for more than 100 hours.
              Someone assured me I will be called back after two hours. I have now waited for one day.
              I'm writing to say that if my problem is not resolved in 24 hours, I'm going to throw my sim out of the window and encourage all my family to do the same. I cannot bear these cheap tactics anymore.

                So i need new sim as same number.idea outlet people want 150 rupees for sim card. I tell him

                  I am using Idea prepaid sim for past four and above years in Chennai. I m getting the good network coverage in every were. but for the last one week I cant able to make a calls in inside my office odc (previously I can have the coverage).

                    After giving repeated request and paid amount 17 hundred without calling Idea network. Till dated the staff of company was not released my Mobile number i.e. [protected] for porting to Airtel West Bengal circle. I am also approach customer care senior Mr. Sunil Kumar & Ms. Ankita ETC for released of my number. They excused for paid another bill which was not generated there after again generate porting request for doing the same (that was forth time) . I hope this type of harassment should be strongly rectifying with giving bamboo of all staff who was not followed government porting rules. I was also complain third and last time. My previous complain for the same was not also rectified. My contract No. [protected] and I am also suggested for existing Idea postpaid customer for close all postpaid connection from Idea network because get Idea was foolish Idea.

                      Without my FATHER requst illegally port HIS number from airtel to idea, HE didn't requst to idea centre and provide HIS id proof them even another person in meerut using HIS number, number is [protected]. its problem started from 26th august 2016 many times HE visited to idea service centre noida sector 22 to complain about this but there is no reponse from there side, my father never provide his id proof neither to idea nor to airte to port his number,

                      and its a CYBER CRIME AS HOW ANOTHER PERSOM ILLEGALY USE HIS NUMBER AND CONVERT HIS NUMBER IN HIS OWN NAME

                          I have activated a 250rs data pack i used it one day and after that unknowingly it got deactivated i also dropped a mail to your customer care service they didnt replied me and at the end they charged me for that data usage. after that i visited your galleries they told me that you have been charged accordingly to the pro database calculation .if they would notified me earlier i would have reactivated my pack. your service isj ust too worst and your just cheating your customers. Other operators are better than your they atleast mention their terms and conditions clearly they dont have any hidden policies like you.
                          i m going close all my idea connection its better to use other operator service than yours. your customer care people dont even give satisfactory reasons. really your service is going worst.

                            My idea number registered in my name ichit phaldessai number [protected] prepaid customer of goa .
                            I received message saying that u will receive free talktime of rs 100 after juz dialing 53111.

                            I dailed 53111 they started asking faltu questions one after another n i also kept answering till that my account exhausted as they kept me charging on my account.

                            This is cheating by idea cellelur without full information to the customer they cheated me n charged 36.00 rs n my balnace went null due to that i was not able to make important calls at that point of time .

                            Multinational companies dont send such cheap messages to their customers i could have accepted if it was by any new companies but this is not accepted .

                            Hence i request you to investigate in this with the images i had sent as there is not mentioned about the charges .

                            So plz investigate in this n compensate me on this fraudlent cheating by idea cellelur.

                                I ported my mobile network from tata docomo to idea. I was asked to call 59059 for activation of services but everytime i call that no i get a recorded message asking me to wait and an idea customer service agent would talk to me soon. And that 'soon' never seems to happen. My number is still not active! Kindly help soon!

                                  I would like to bring to your notice that from few days my main balance amount was getting deducted for no reason

                                  Then I got the reason for it it was deducting for using 4g

                                  My issue is that in spite of me having 4g data balance and validity my main account is got deducted I had some 250 INR in my main account now it's zero

                                  I tried contacting customer care and higher official but my issue isn't solved all they got to say is sir your validity has been expired
                                  I want complete refund of my main account balance deduction amount

                                  FOR THE SAME I HAVE MAILED YOU THE SCREEN SHOT OF MY BALANCE HOPE MY CONCERN GETS CLEARED HERE AND GET IN TOUCH

                                  this is my new sr number SR 1-[protected] WHICH was registered for the previous request SR 1-[protected] because my first complaint was not taken seriously by the back end team seriously .coz i had validity till 3 September but they closed the case as customer validity finished .

                                  THEY ARE REPLYING THE SAME MESSAGE AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT NOT RESPONDING THE EXACT ISSUE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

                                    Hello, I have recently changed to Idea Post Paid from Airtel Post Paid.

                                    After converting to Idea, I am facing a lot of call dropiiign issues, connectivity, No signal, Emergency call.

                                    I never faced any issues with Airtel on the same phone which I am using currrently(One Plus One).

                                    I want to go back to Airtel, But they are saying min 90 Days I have to be in Idea.

                                    This is an stupidity.

                                      I have request to port my sim from Vodafone to idea.but I didn't even get network range to call to the verification number that is 59059.

                                      I am just unsatisfied with the response from idea side as since last Wednesday I was continuously calling idea customer care service but they simply said they can not help.i have been to the my idea gallery but they are also not responsing.

                                      the number is extremely important for me and it is switched off since Wednesday.
                                      please help me to resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I will take strict action againtst idea network.

                                        i have swich old to new data pack and company have chareged for both old and new but at the time of change plan idea customer care confirm that it will not charge if you not used old pack i have follow all instruction after that activate new plan than used
