Please deactivate my all vas services. Several times i send the toll free no. But they r not accepting to deactivate. Everytime message comes i have not done the activactivation properly. I did properly the no. They sent to me. They have deducted rs 75 from my account. Please credit the money back in my account. Without my knowledge they did this. Please stop the wrong practise

      Hi,

      From 10/8/2016 we are not getting coverage in idea phone network. Idea has shot down the nearby tower.

      The location is ta pai management institute, hostel 5
      Badagabettu road, manipal, karnataka, 576104

      Idea has no option in their complaint registration system to register the network issue. Here in our campus at last 100 students has idea network, none of them are getting signal. Please look into the issue.

      Dear Sir, I have recharged Idea Rs.348 (2Gb)Internet data pack from Idea cellular in Proddatur, Kadapa AP and received mesaage at 10:38 Am of recharge. At 8:20Pm I received another message of recharge Rs. 96. With this my previous data pack overwrited and data losted.

        We have taken CUG connection from Idea Cellulars. On daily basis we are getting calls from Idea Cellular sales team to increase the no. of connection. Since we do not have any further requirements we had been denied them. Off late we are receiving calls from a particular lady who had been pushing hard to sales the new connections. When we asked us not to give any further call she started using slang language.
        We had complained to idea peoples but we are getting the calls from the lady and idea employees are not taking any action.

              I am RAJU JOHN holding idea sim card, phone number - [protected]. While i was travelling from India to Dubai on[protected], my phone was lost while the luggages were checked into the x-ray machine. while coming out of the airport only i realized that my phone was lost.I couldn't find my phone anywhere. If the number is not deactivated soon, anybody can misuse this number.so i kindly request IDEA CELLULAR LTD to deactivate this number.

                I have purchase lenovo k5 note and put my idea sim and call 198 or 121 for get offer benefit they told me they does not have idea about offer and idea not give this type of offer i told its on your official site information but they neglect it and not give any offer.

                O idea is fake offer and make people fool for this type offer and give benifit to partner company (Lenovo).

                  My Idea mobile number is [protected]. I use Idea iPlan 199 billing plan. I activated a booster for 1 GB data using the BOOSTER_1GB_RS250_30D on July 26. The internet switched to the booster pack as soon as it was activated.

                  When I got the bill on August 13, I found to my horror that Prorated Overage Charges of Rs. 741 has been charged. Idea cellular alert messages clearly indicate that my booster pack is active and the data usage has not exceeded the limit.

                  The only charges that should have been made are the rental of Rs. 199, the taxes and the booster pack charge of Rs. 250. This prorated overage charges should be reversed immediately.

                    I had postpaid connection with Idea Cellular with number +91 [protected]. I Paid my postpaid bill and converted my same number to prepaid. To which i fulfilled all their necessary steps. I was given a new sim card and told that it will be activated in next 48 hours. I waited, but the sim did not get activated. I didn't bother to go to idea store to activate the number as it was not that important to me. After around 2 to 3 months, idea calls me and tells me to pay my pending bill. I had not used the phone, rather the sim was not active, how do they have a bill pending?

                    Above that, today i received a call from some number +91 [protected] and being told that a warrant has been issued against my name and i will have to pay a penalty of Rs 25000/- and also might get behind the bars. They talked to me in very rough manner and also been pressurising me to pay the amount where as i am not liable to pay. Rather i should ask for a compensation for such mental torture

                    They(Idea) also have my call recording when i had applied for converting from postpaid to prepaid. Also they had confirmed details and gave a confirmation that it will be ported.

                    I request you to look into the matter and sort it.

                        Subject: constant harassment by idea cellular mobile

                        despite making calls and using the mobile numbers appropriately

                        despite maintaining sufficient balance...

                        despite writing to customercare earlier also

                        again i have been receiving a flood of continuous threatening
                        smses from idea saying - "90 dino tak idea sevaon ka upyog na hone par
                        number band kiya jayega. Turant call / internet sevaon ka upyog
                        kijiye..."

                        ie... if services are not used for 90 days my idea number will be
                        cancelled...and this means ...all prepaid balance will be forfeited

                        the harassment does not end here. these smses are coming in almost
                        every day, sometimes more than once a day ! so much so that my sms
                        message inbox is full !

                        it seems mine are the only numbers in the world that idea is bent on
                        giving undue harassment.

                        i have been tolerating this ill-treatment earlier also, but i thought
                        may be there is some communication gap, but now this is becoming
                        unbearable, after every 2-3 months this torture starts all over again.


                        why is idea cellular harassing a bonafide customer ?

                        IS THIS THE EASIEST WAY TO FORFEIT MY PREPAID BALANCE ???
                        DO THEY WANT TO SWALLOW AND ILLEGALLY SIPHON OFF MY PREPAID BALANCE
                        IN THIS MANNER ???

                            i'm regular user of idea i recharge my internet plan every month but since last couple of month despite of my average use of internet my data is using more than before. I have notice that my 28 days plan data complete within 15 days it's impossible. I think there is a problem in my number or you are charging more data than use.Please give me proper reply of being used of so much data and my this problem.And if i didn't get proper reply or my data plan got wasted this wa i might have shift to portability becoz other companies are providing more data in this amount and very much good network hope you will reply me as early as possible.

When called back, they are not talking and disconnects after every 2 minutes.                                   My self Bhausaheb Ramchandra Aher. I have purchased Idea cellular companies prepaid sim card([protected]) on 28/08/2007 from Bhagavati medical and mobile centre, Bhausahebnagar, Tal.Niphad, Dist.Nashik, Maharashtra. I am using this sim card from last 9 years. On 12/08/2016 my stopped working. So i ask for duplicate simcard at Idea care near nashikroad. But sim card is not activated. When i ask regarding it, they told me that document of the simcard([protected]) are not matching with your documents i have submitted for duplicate simcard.
                                  Mean while i have submitted my all document at the time of purchase. So Idea cellular changed the ownership without informing me. I even told the details regarding the simcard to prove my owner ship. So please help me. It is very serious issue. Kindly help me.

                                    I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated from web for my no. [protected]. for this it took 35 rs.charges per month. After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response that call after 2 hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juice up services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...

                                      My name is varad raikar mobile no:[protected]. I recently shifted to bangalore and i have been using idea cellular network since then. I have to admit that this is the worst and poor network in bangalore as the network keeps fluctuating every now and then. I am not able to speak continously even for a minute. Such is the status of the network at both home and office location. My office happens to be at rmz ecoworld, bellandur and home location at garvebhavipalya. If this is how it is going to be then i request to return my money back.

                                        I have tried to recharge for Rs 348 Rs 3g Internet pack on 02nd August 2016. I thought recharge was failed. And i again recharged for 449 Rs 3g Internet pack on very same day and i have received success message and got data 3 GB final vol. After 15 mins i have received from idea that 348 pack is activated and final vol 2 GB data received. I should have 5 gb data or they should refund my Rs 449. Let say if i am having Rs 2500 pack for 28 days, a friend of mine recharged me 100 Rs 3g Data just after an hour, it means i should loose my 2500 Rs Data ? It can be either 2500 Rs all together 1000 costumers daily makes more than 10 lakhs. This gimmicks should be prohibited and Punished is right manner.
                                        Why should i loose 449 for nothing ? why should they get 449 Rs for free ?
