My name is balla suneel i used idea mobile [protected], but from last 2 weeks i got problem with amount deducting, without intimation.
Two times i already called to idea customer care and explained about this problem
But im not satisfying with them and my problem is there till now.

Ex:10/08/2016 i recharged with 20 rs but they deducted from me 20 rs.

Ex:16/08/2016 i recharged with 36 rs but they deducted from me 26 rs.

Ex:24/08/2016 i recharged with 36 rs but they deducted from me 15 rs.

    From the last 45 days i am waiting for idea customer care to activate the double data offer. Till now no response from idea customer care. As per idea recommendation i have submitted scanned copies of purchase invoice, imei number etc, still no action. Escalated to idea appellate kerala, but no use.

    I have called 5 or 6 time to idea customer care, nobody knows about this offer, also putting the call to long wait and gives some wrong information. Note that idea is charging us for these calls and making money by putting us into long wait.
    Idea customer care has no idea on the business and promotional programs they are engaged into.

    Lot of service request behalf of this (C1-[protected], c1-[protected], c1-[protected], c1-[protected]...) i dont know which one is the active one, even if i mention the previous service request, idea customer care opening new service request and closing automatically. Making confusion) and funny thing is, in none of these calls i am prompted for the feedback rating

    Customer care and appellate total crap.

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am Ashish Chaturvedi customer of Idea since long time my no.is [protected] (Postpaid).
      In last month suddenly i got messages for deduction of amount for VAS services.
      I Immediately called to customer care & they stopped services & assured that you will not charged further for this type of services as we stopped it.
      But i continuously received that type of messages & same time i called again & again to customer care & they replied same. This dramma continued for 10 days & they continuously replied that you will not be charged in bill.
      & When i got the bill there was total deduction for VAS services of Rs.2, 812.00.
      I again & again called for complain but this time they told that it is charged & can't be reversed.
      So even after due date i not paid the bill.
      Since the long time i even not delayed my bill for even single day. As i am a loyal customer of Idea.
      So you are requested to look into the matter & arrange for reversal of above said charges otherwise i have to go to consumer forum for justice.
      & I have to switch from Idea to other service provider.

        I recharge with 247rs 2g (2gb) plan of idea for month, and over it i did recharge of 148rs 3g (600mb) plan on same number for some work which can complete only in high speed. After i used my 3g data, it consumed my main balance. I was shocked. I make call to costumer care for it, then he said you have 2g balance 1500mb remaining, which was lie, he want just end his head ace. I am using idea from long time and i know well we can check balance by *125# for both 2g/3g, so i feel he saying lie. He was talking very nervously. I said to him that i will call again if it will not 1500mb in my account, and he said ok. And he consume my more balance in keep hold phone during the check my problem. I did not find any data in my account ater check. I made another call and now new customer care recieved my call, he said your balance data is zero, your 2g data laps due to 3g recharge. Again i was shocked. There is not any pre and post information about this deduction and neither it has meaning. (Note: idea do not give high speed on 2g plan, it take different price for 2g plan and 3g plan, and in such they can deduct what ever they want,). I said him i was not know this policy, and neither you gave warning or notification on retailer or in process of recharge. I also do recharge in other operator but they keep different plan together. He was also confuse and he asked to me to transfer my call to a senior. I said okay. Firstly she (His senior) said we have such policy and we can not do any think in this. When i feel her that she is for help me not for to say to make correct company faults. Then she convinced and make a complain from me. And give me the date of 23/08/2016, and complain number 47595 and time 3pm. I also said i will get back my data (247 rp data was not used and it worth much for a student) but for making my complain your company did consume my two 20 rupees recharge, who will pay for it. She said company will do it, if they found it right, but she can not do it personally. She was looking agree with my complain, and i feel i will get it back on 23 aug. But today i receive call from [protected] at 2:50pm, he said he is mahesh regarding for my complain and your data was laps and they can not do anything, and also said to ask any other complain? What is suck is this? I asked him that without company notification how could a costumer know about it, and how you helping me. He said that, hence you will not recharge over a plan.
        What a nice justice from the company, his reply make me mentally harsh.
        If i am right, then i want there should be double or more penalty on company and if may possible on that person too, because every one is not literate in the country, and few do complain. So such companies and person do what ever they want.
        I wish my county will help me over it.

        i get call only from idea customer care. and again and again they tell same thing, that we can not do any thing your last data laps due to new recharge and we can nothing do and They will take it as feedback only by me that they should give information before, doing such cheat. But where is the justice with me? Idea is just doing formality to calling me and just say always that they can not do anything. why they calling me?
        I did not get justice at all according to me. And its stupid by idea, that "you should confirm about recharge by calling idea to every plan and conditions. I think i should write to now communication minister for it.

          I have made online recharge (Ideacellular) for my prepaid idea cell no. [protected] on 21/08/2016 at 19.18.10 for rs. 110/- as tt amt. Transaction id is - gurp[protected], the amount debited from bank account, but actually recharge is received on my number. I have made call to idea, they said the amount will be credited to my bank account, but till it is not credited.

            I have a idea cellular postpaid connection. The bill which was generated by idea cellular it includes 1300 something amount for internet usage. But i didnt use internet for this. When idea turn off my services the remaining amount of net was 8mb. If 8mb was my remaining amount how can i exceed the amount given in the bill. I will definitely pay the remaining amount but its my request please rectify the bill and revert me with it.

            Even though your company stopped my cellular service due to non payment then also you are sending bill amount of over Rs 381 towards rental your outlet is not cooperating at nerul when I visited to stop the service. Also I am not staying at the address you send the bill. Since service is stopped you are still sending bill is of no use

On 16, july, 2016 satuday my mobile phone is stolen by a thief and then i tried to block the sim card but idea customer care, noida has told that we can't do anything today and on next day that is so i am afraid that within this if the thief will do anything wrong with my sim card then only idea customer care will be responsible...
              Please consider it seriously because anything wrong if occured i can't take the responsibility it will be solely responsibility of idea cellular customer care

                  I am amit chavda owner of idea connection [protected]. I am working at goa location of persistent systems ltd.

                  It's been very unpleasant, unprofessional and heart breaking experience from idea.

                  To avail better facilities, i decided to convert my pre-paid connection to post paid. On my request, my connection convert to post paid on 22/07/2016 with corporate plan rs 425. With some calling benefits this plan also provides 1 gb data with 3g speed and later unlimited data with 2g speed of 10kpps.

                  On the same day, i also called to customer care to activate mca (Missed call alert) service for which i was ready to pay rs. 75 for 6 months.

                  To my surprise, they activate another pack "mh_2g hh 399_3gb ul" of 399 which i came to know about on 4/8/2016 when i receive the bill. As i already had unlimited internet in the plan, on next day 5/8/2016 only i raise complaint about the same and proactively asked to deactivate 399 pack so that i will not be charged in future too.

                  Again to my surprise they deactivated 399 pack but also deactivated mca service which i activated for 6 months by paying rs 75.
                  I have already complaint about this issue to almost 10 different idea executive but no-one able to provide proper solution and reversal of additional charge of 399, which i never asked. I tried to explain them that as i am already having unlimited internet service as per my base plan, i never required to avail any other internet pack, but they are still not ready rollback that charges.

                  Also due to deactivation of mca service, without my approval, i am facing loss of business.

                  With very unhelpful behavior from idea i am feeling very disappointed and cheated.
                  I am tired of explaining this again and again to them but they are not ready to provide any proper solution and just wasting my time and effort.

                  Kindly provide some help for this.

                  I have already inform idea customer executive more than 5 times since 5/8/2016. They only blame me for activation of that net pack by showing false approval from my side. Idea team is cheating with consumer's by taking approval for one service and activating another service.
                  They did the same for deactivation of net pack too with me.

                    In my recent bill ([protected]), before bill generated data usage left is more than 300 mb and i changed my data plan in between and at that time my data is left. Now idea charged me pro-ration 334 and gprs usage charges are 102 and my data was still left around 300mb. I am still not able to understand why this charges are applied to me when my data is left. This is kind of fraud. You should mention these charged before changing the plan. Idea postpaid is worst postpaid connection i have ever seen that forcefully apply charges to customers.

                        I am jitendra barge (Mobile number [protected]) had complained in regards to the irresponsible behavior of idea cellular - dsa. I received a call from from the lady sapna that she will send my documents and also the cash which her pick up guy had taken and for that almost 16 days have passed... No reply
                        Now that i have ported out of idea to airtel i have been receiving calls for the same that please join us back and every second day and also receiving sms that the other number which is [protected] has been rejected and kindly contact our sales executive for guidance...
                        The message is as follows

                          Idea company claim charges of rs 800 for internet usage for using facebook. But there is neither any application installed on phone nor having any facebook account so as to login from browser.in-spite of having wifi connection at home, usage of mobile data is very limited. They told that i had exceeded my data plan and henceforth charges of rs 800 are applied to me.
                          I mean what kind of service is this.
                          For the same, i registered 2 complaint at service center for which no response was generated from their side. Customer care complaint was then registered from which which they claim that they cannot help regarding that. Email complaint was thereafter registered which is ignored and now my idea number is deactivated from their side.

                              My idea mobile no. Was :[protected] on 26.07.2016 wicore funny videos vas service was automatically activated and rs.35/- was deducted from my mobile balance and again on 02.08.2016 rs.15/- was deducted and again rs.150/- was deducted on 17.08.2016 as renewal charge totally rs.200/- was deducted from my mobile balance unknowingly. I was talked to the customer care peoples and they answered there is no possibility to refund my money and they have rights to deactivate the service only. I was cheated rs.200/- please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
                              I don't want any vas services and i have no time for using these vas services i want to activate dnd to my mobile no. And refund of my money immediately.

                                    I was an idea vonsumer from last 8 years. Last month i migrate to vodafone by mnp. I akso paid all my debits with 200 rs extra. After migration idea issued me bill of rs.2833. it is pure black maling as idea knows costumer is already migrated so lets punish him...! I have called customer care of idea and visited idea office several times, only answer I got was..you will have to pay the amount. Bill issued me is against pro reta base or something. I havecpaid bill and now I am going to launch complaint in consumer court asap.

                                      6 months ago i had taken idea mobile postpaid sim cards from idea cellular for me and my spouse. Later we have very poor signal in our home. We have given multiple complaints. I had applied for idea isd service for one of my number and i paid advance of rs1000/- in online. The online system says it will be activated in 24 hours. Later it was not activated for 5 days. I was keep on contacting idea cellular customer care for more than 2 weeks and in response i was getting the information that they could not enable my isd service for one of my sim card due to technical reasons. It went on for one more week. So at last i have decided to disconnect two of my idea cellular numbers because of their pathetic and poor service. I have received my deposit amount after 3 months of disconnect. As i have disconnected both of my numbers and at present i do not have idea connection. I had to take lot of pain while handling with idea customer service for more than 3 months. Now idea cellular is harassing me to pay the outstanding amount of nine hundred rupees for the poor service which they have provided. I had only 3 months of idea service and i had to disconnect their service because of only their poor service. Please contact me on my email. I will provide you more details.                                       Your Idea customer care team called me and I have clearly explained the issue. Still they could not understand the problem. I think your team is not eligible to work as customer care. Because of poor quality of your service I could not continue the Idea service. Your customer care still insisting me to pay the outstanding amount of Rs 881.05/- for the poor quality service which Idea communication has provided. I told the Idea cellular is NOT deserved to receive the outstanding amount because of the poor quality of service provided. I would request you NOT to call me on my number because of the outstanding amount.

                                      Today I have received an email from your customer care as below.

                                      1) Please be informed that final bill for the connection has been generated after disconnection as per billing cycle on your Idea account.

                                      2) Moreover, currently Rs.881.05/- outstanding amount is reflecting against your number request you to clear at the earliest.

                                      3) Further, we have taken note of your feedback. At Idea, we immensely value your feedback and suggestions for further improvement of our services. Thank you for writing to us at Idea.

                                      4) Hence, we express our inability to waive off the charges as the same has been charged correctly.”

                                      Answers to above points:
                                      1 Answer) Since I have taken the connection from Idea cellular I have a poor quality of service. So whenever you generate a bill it doesn’t matter for me. I was keep on communicating your team regarding the poor quality of service and your customer care could not improve the good quality of service.
                                      2 Answer) I have clearly said Idea Cellular doesn’t deserve to receive any amount from me. Instead you have to pay me back for the time I have spent to explain your poor ineligible customer care representatives.
                                      3 Answer) Please recruit right people as customer care to understand the problems from customers. They are not able to understand the problem at all.
                                      4 Answer) I am not asking you to waive off the amount. 881.05/- is not a big amount for me. Still I am not paying because “you do not deserve to receive money”. Your service needs to improve and your organization need to understand the importance of customer care. That is the reason you have only 21% of customer satisfaction rating in Consumer Complaints forum.

                                      Till Now I have received 14 calls from your team with communication ids as below. Not even a single person could not understand the problem. They do not know what is the communication medium. They do not know meaning of voice quality.

                                      After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????
