I am sorry to inform that my 3g netsetter network is persistenltly offline. I made a representation even through local office in nedumangad to look into the matter still the matter has not been resolved. We are finding very difficult to work on 3g netsetter.

My 3g netter no. Is [protected]. I live in uzhappakonam, karipoor, nedumangad.

I request the concerned official of idea to kindly look into the matter and...

Dear sir/madam,

I have received a bill of rs 1111.08 for 09-july-08aug which is very huge as compared to my previous bills. There is an extra charges of charges on data pack pro-ration # 528.52 which is extra.
My data usage was over and it is charged already rs25 for that but what are these charges. I have changed my plan on aug 01 via c1-[protected] but that was just change a plan and there are no charges for that....

I have idea broadband connection and since last 3 weeks i am not able to get internet access for my idea wifi internet connection account no.[protected].
I did complains so many times, every time they said idea server is down and service will start within 24hrs. Since last 3 weeks no internet access and now they sent me bill for whole month.

I would like to file case against idea broadband...

SIM No.[protected]. Recharged on July 23 and August twice. Unable to make calls to my brother and sisters. IDEA sent false SMS/Emails saying your problem will be solved on Aug.09, 2016(Sept.08.?), you are not reachable. I gave two alternate nos.[protected] or [protected]. There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since last 2 years. I had lodged so many complaints verbally as well in writing again and again with their customer care and appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.Com but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 2 years only due to deficiency in service by idea. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only...

On 08.08.2016 i was browsing on 4g data in my mobile. I had 650 mb 4g data balance. But suddenly 75 rs has been deducted from my main account. I raised this issue with the customer care of idea but they are telling that your 4g data validity has been already expired. My first question is if data validity is expired then how come still the 623 mb is showing in my mobile. This is not the accurate data. Second big thing is like if i will choose...

I am trying to change my bill plan from last 2 months. I have raised multiple requests to change the plan. But none of them successfully completed.
The idea services are too poor to explain. They have levied lots of charges on me.

Idea is constantly cheating customer earlier also i complaied about it to customer care but they just dont care.
When i just start regularly on my data pack after some time my data just finishes automatically even when i have disconnected my phone. Yeasterday i was having 150 mb data and i switch off the data connection and at home i use wifi but to my surprise in morning when i connected it is having 0 mb data and this is their routine...

I have made a payment of rs. 200 against my post paid mobile bill in the month of may 2016 through net banking but the same has not been credited to my account.
It was show frustrating to call their customers service briefing every time same story, in return no fruitful result
More over customer care has taken complaint verbally but unable to give compliant no. Even that guys are not sincerely replaying written e mail.

I was using idea i plan 599 fro my number [protected] and because of excessive usage my data plan finished within 5 days of my billing cycle. Since i needed more data i changed my plan to idea i plan 999 on 21-jun-2016. Everything seamed normal since i was getting constant notifications on the available data which obviously increased after changing my plan.

Please solve the network issue, can't even talk for 1 min to any person when I am in office located at RMZ-II kandanchavdi chennai even though it is at top floor of the building, and also seeing so many other persons in my office are also facing same network issue with Idea.

I'm already activate Roaming pack but idea company nevertheless company charge roaming pack also charges incoming calls i'm complaint costumer care he says dont worry sir this amount will not coming in your bill but when i recieved bill this amount added in bill,
please look into the matter removedthe added amount
