Wrong blilling charges and unethical charges and idea don't believe in any waiver to the customer and I have recorded every communication had with customers care and have been customer of idea since last 2 years and paid almost 60 k and now for the waiver of 2000 for incorrect bill they are not doing it I find it unethical like never before so idea is bound to give me justification on this orelse I would have to approach consumer court.

    Heights o[censored]nprofessionalism. I have used idea postpaid and prepaid number for many years in delhi, but ahmedabad's staff suckssss!!!

    Bloody cheats! I was asked to submit various documents like aadhar, company documents, electricity bill, etc and was assured to get my number nmnp to gujarat circle within 5-7 business days. And after keeping me wait for more than 2 weeks, they refused it on the grounds they had claimed earlier.

    Ms. Priti singh of khushbu associates, akash tower, judges bungalow road, bodakdev, ahmedabad is an extremely negligent and unethical employee of idea. After giving me filthy reverts, she even stopped taking my calls.

    I won't take this crap, but would firmly complain to your higher authorities. Wait & watch!!!

    I purchased 4 g wifi dongle on monday that is 4 days back its not Activated yet and the executive delivered me is not picking my call no bill given to me thy informed that thy will mail it but nothing happen thy didn't even give me the mobile number solve this issue, if you continue this kind of poor service you have a very bad future in tamilnad

      Subject: - Outstanding amount due and payable by you to Idea Cellular Limited (MPCG) under A/c No.[protected] and Mobile Number [protected].

      Our Client: - Idea Cellular Limited (MPCG) 139-140, Electronic Complex Pardeshipura, Indore-452010

      Sir / Madam,


      Under instructions from and on behalf of our client above named, we address you as under: -


      That our client have provided the data/internet/voice services at your (“Service”) request after receiving your duly completed customer application form (“CAF”).


      As per the terms contained in the CAF, you are liable to pay the various dues, charges as are applicable for availing, retaining and using the said Service. As per the terms in the CAF, read with the monthly statements issued by our clients for said Service, our clients have regularly billed you. Despite our clients repeated requests and reminders from time to time, you have intentionally delayed and defaulted in making the payments.

      By agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of Service as well as of the CAF, you, inter alia, agreed to pay to our clients such dues and charges as detailed in the monthly statement/s of our clients. Further, you continue to remain liable for the late payments and such other charges as have been specified in the monthly statements issued by our client for the amount of such charges and fees not paid in time, up to the date of their payments. We state that a sum of Rs. 371/- is due and recoverable from you as on date.

      We further state that, you have, despite regular requests and reminders of our clients failed and neglected to comply with the demands of our clients and clear the said dues as required. In fact, not only you have failed to make payments of the dues (charges and fees) but also the reminders of our clients have elicited no response from you. Our client therefore states that in the circumstances stated herein before, you have become liable to forthwith pay to our clients an aggregate sum of Rs. 371/- along with the interest and charges that accrues till final payment, under the said agreement.

      Though our client would have been justified in taking criminal proceedings against you directly, in the interest of justice and to give you a fair opportunity, we hereby finally call upon you to carry out and comply with the requisition contained in this notice within 2 days of the date of this notice, failing which our client will have no alternative but to institute appropriate legal proceedings (civil and criminal) for the offences of cheating, fraud, misappropriation of funds, criminal breach of trust and conspiracy for recovery and strict punishment thereof entirely at your risk as to costs and consequences which please note.


      This notice is sent to you without prejudice to my client’s other rights, claims, actions, interests and contentions or any action or police complaint already initiated or likely to be initiated against you under the aforesaid agreement.


      Our Clients also call upon you to pay a sum of amount 1000/- being the legal cost incurred by our clients towards this notice.


      Without prejudice, if you are willing to make the aforesaid payment, within the stipulated time, you are requested to contact with Mr. Irshad Ahmad on Contact No. [protected] during working hours (i.e. 9:30AM to 6:30PM).             I am sorry to inform that my 3g netsetter network is persistenltly offline. I made a representation even through local office in nedumangad to look into the matter still the matter has not been resolved. We are finding very difficult to work on 3g netsetter.

            My 3g netter no. Is [protected]. I live in uzhappakonam, karipoor, nedumangad.

            I request the concerned official of idea to kindly look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue as our recharge amount will be lapsed without using the network.

            Its been more than 38 hours since my mobile is barred from all the outgoing facility. There was not even one communication from your end on the disconnection. The service is being pathetic like wise network. The amount was paid 28 hours before and till now the mobile is not activated, have not seen such a hopeless service. Appreciate response.

                I hold idea cellular postpaid connection with mobile no. [protected].
                The problem is : during this month due to descried usage requirement of internet, i had changed my iplan 499 to iplan 299 yesterday (09.08.2016). Today i just recived an sms from idea that bill amount of rs 4753.74. A big shock for me. I had changed the plan through idea website and today morning (10.08.2016) i called idea customer care and they told it is due to 'mid cycle plan change and due to data charges being on pro-rata basis'. Then they asked : you got it changed through call centre or internet. I said internet to which they informed yes on internet you don't get informed that you should change your bill cycle a day before or after the bill generation date else the charges get calculated on pro-rate basis; due to which this high amount has been generated. No warning or message of such kind was displayed on idea website when i was making the plan change. If it would have been i could have been beware. Now my problem is : i am not able to pay this huge amount. Please, excuse me of these charges. It is just not possible as our financial situation is not going well. Due to i not having a job currently. Please help me with the problem and take me out of it. I just won't be able to pay. Please help.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have received a bill of rs 1111.08 for 09-july-08aug which is very huge as compared to my previous bills. There is an extra charges of charges on data pack pro-ration # 528.52 which is extra.
                  My data usage was over and it is charged already rs25 for that but what are these charges. I have changed my plan on aug 01 via c1-[protected] but that was just change a plan and there are no charges for that. I have done that several times before too in past.

                  Please clarify and correct my bill accordingly as soon as possible.

                    There is isd calls happening from my cell no which i m not making. I don't know who is making these calls neither my call log showing this number as call done.
                    I m beinh charged 385 inr in 6 months against these calls which is on same number as[protected] and[protected]
                    I dont know this number and not making this call.
                    Kindly check how this call happen every month and whose number is this.

                    I have called ur customer care 198 to deactivate isd service. They r sayi g they cant do this.

                                There is no network in my mobile no [protected] (At my residence kothi no 513, sector 11 b, chandigarh) since last 2 years. I had lodged so many complaints verbally as well in writing again and again with their customer care and appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.Com but to no avail. My business is suffering badly for the last 2 years only due to deficiency in service by idea. I can not spoil my business in these days of hard competition only due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of idea. I had also requested idea to please give me alternate solution or port my number to any other service provider but to no avail. My business is suffering badly. What should i do?

                                  On 08.08.2016 i was browsing on 4g data in my mobile. I had 650 mb 4g data balance. But suddenly 75 rs has been deducted from my main account. I raised this issue with the customer care of idea but they are telling that your 4g data validity has been already expired. My first question is if data validity is expired then how come still the 623 mb is showing in my mobile. This is not the accurate data. Second big thing is like if i will choose 4g network in my mobile then the balance will be deducted from the data pack but if network drops from 4g to 3g or 2g automatically my main balance will be charge for that. Is your network is reliable or not? And your customer care executives such a dump persons they were not listening my concern they were keep on saying that your data pack validity got expired please use this code to get you pack details or i will send you the gprs setting.. Then why the hell this 623 mb is showing in my account.. This is misguiding the customers. Now also if 4g network is there then noting will be deducted from the main balance.
                                  Please tell me soon why these thing is happening?
                                  1) if my validity expired then generally for 3g packs all the data balance will become nill but for 4g still it is there and i can use it on 4g network
                                  2) if network drops from 4g to 3g or lower then it is not my fault. Why the hell should i pay for that. If you guys are not able to deal with this issue why the hell you have launched the 4g.
                                  I am really frustrated. This is not the first time.
                                  Please do respond soon. Other wise i have to go for some alternate network which is more reliable.

                                  I am fully satisfied from the IDEA on the way they dealt with complaint i made. But i think they could have resolved it from their customer care executive end itself. There should not be any need to file complain here and then you would be start resolving your customer problems. Anyway A Big THANK YOU IDEA for refunding my money. And please do something for network dropping issue (only from 4G to lower network). Thanks to the Consumer Complaints Forum Also.

                                      Idea is constantly cheating customer earlier also i complaied about it to customer care but they just dont care.
                                      When i just start regularly on my data pack after some time my data just finishes automatically even when i have disconnected my phone. Yeasterday i was having 150 mb data and i switch off the data connection and at home i use wifi but to my surprise in morning when i connected it is having 0 mb data and this is their routine problem...

                                      No update in application nothing but god knows even after switching off my phone how my data lost... And it has happened 7-8 times with me.
                                      They are unethically finsihes the data pack so that they can cut from my talktime balance,...

                                        I have made a payment of rs. 200 against my post paid mobile bill in the month of may 2016 through net banking but the same has not been credited to my account.
                                        It was show frustrating to call their customers service briefing every time same story, in return no fruitful result
                                        More over customer care has taken complaint verbally but unable to give compliant no. Even that guys are not sincerely replaying written e mail.
                                        It is already more than months gone but no concrete result is being provided.

                                        It is regrettable that a reputed icon in the field of mobile service "aditya biral group idea" is doing so and harassing the public and filling their own pocket
