Dear sir,
My idea no. Is [protected]. I have using this since last one year. But since last few months i have charged rs. 50-100 additional amount for something which i have not used. But this month some additional charges of rs. 500.00 plus have been charged on me. On inquiry the idea rep said that i used extra data, which is not at all correct. Now they have closed my complain. I reached the appellate authority but in vain. Now this is my last hope. Plz take the necessary action.

    Hello,
    This is parvindar singh sahota.
    As i was a part of idea's dsa.In d same year 2016. And under that i hav given 64 postpaid new connection's. As per the rule i gave the check of 50 k to take the process. And when i hav given 64 connections so i shd get the payout., but company said me provide me bank details, i provided the same, then too they din turn up, after some days heads of this solapur circle comes and says me sorry it's our mistake the 'dd' is expired which was given to them in month of feb 2016 with the name of harshwardhan sahah. As we have given check den too i din get payout and they wer askin me for new check.. And it was vary inexcusable reason and i came with the decision to stop the process and i did the same and the person from company asked me to send resing mail.. I hav sent dat even.. Pay out was sumthin 33, thousand. I which i din get.

    Now, the connections wer off coz late payment. And the reason was holiday's for school this connection is given to school teachers under name of padmashree sharavika school. After school started i paid the bill even. Later on all teachers wanted to stop amount was sumthin 19thousandand 896 rupess. Which i was goin to pay.. So i got a call from idea company sayin dat whn i will pay the bill i said him this is teachers connection once they get the payment i'll pay it. So dat person said me pay only 9 thousand i'll give u waiver i said ok nd i paid the same it was 7th july he called me and he said pay 9 thousand and i paid i said him i want to stop dis connection he said u hav crossed due date now 15th one more bill will generate at dat tym u will hav to pay 4, 200 and bring the letter head of school written on it dat we hav to stop connections i said ok. And on 15 i did the same i went to store wid 4, 200 and letter head, i saw the bill was 13, 986 sumthin i was shocked then i called dat person who said me abt waiver he said me i'll check and cal u in 15 mins,,, he din call me, i called him from my side he said me i am dealing with wevair... I waited till 29 july den again i called him and said him again the bill cycle will. Generate whn i will pay m ready to pay. 4, 200 he said don worry. I'll call u and if it all bill generates u will only hav to pay 4, 200 and since 1st august m calling him he's phone is switched off???
    [protected] this is the number of dat person who said me about waiver and this is my number [protected]. U guys can check alll the call's and conversation between these numbers and then tell me wht i am suppose to do i[censored] hav any suggestion for me but i will not pay a singel penny even now. If i need to report dis i'll report dis even coz i hav all the proofs
    U don't hav idea how much m fedede up by joinin with idea first and den taking connections of idea is dis a way to treat us???

      Recharged my idea sim for an basic internet pack via ola money. They credited me a blackberry internet plan, however i use an iphone. I got in touch with ola on the same day and told them my concerns. They replied back saying i need to get in touch with idea. I got in touch with idea and they said they can't do anything. I spend over 3000₹ every month on my phone bill and this is a classic example on how to loose a customer.

        I would like to inform you all that "idea cellular" is has taken granted all the post paid customers, for 3G purpose I recently got ported from "Airtel to Idea" 2 months back, but I believe "idea management" is interested in fast money as they do not want a long term relationship with it's customer, For my utter surprise they have charged me INR 150 /- extra in my monthly bill of July and this extra charge is for "juice up services". (Please see attached image of my bill copy)

        On 1st August 2016 I had sent a "STOP request to 155223" as mentioned in the message sent by "idea care" but very next day morning 1st message on cell was "your subscription to juice up services is renewed & you will charges INR 150/ month".(Please see attached image of screen shots)

        To confirm the same I called "idea customer care" on 198, one lady attended my problem and she was not knowing ABCD of any services. "Then I requested her to raise a request for closing my post paid account with idea cellular, I received a very strange answer that, she insisted me to pay the billed & unbilled charges first then I can close my account with idea cellular" . As per her updates I am suppose to pay INR 150 for the service renewal. "She informed that her manager will call me in 1 hour but nobody turned up on this issue". My mobile number "[protected]" and Communication number of idea customer care is "C1-[protected]"

        As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...

          Hi,

          This is regarding my August 2016 mobile bill (a/c no.[protected].
          Bill number [protected].

          I have been travelled to UK between 18th of July to 22nd July 2016. Before that i have activated the IR request Rs. 148/- and Roaming pack 599.

          where the IDEA representative communicated that for International Out going calls Rs. 15/- per minute and incoming Rs. 15 /- per minute for the roaming pack 599 with 10 days validity and it was activated on the same day (17 July 2016). But the bill charged for the month of August 2016 not been charged under the roaming pack.

          This is ridiculous, my bill payment showing Rs. 6013.08/-. I won't agree with this.

          Please correct the bill amount as per the international roaming pack call rates. Please let me know when this get resolved.

            I requested for deactivation of gprs services in the month of may'16 and was confirmed that it has been actioned and i just have my bill plan along with calls charges. Since then too gprs charges are being levied on my number. I never even activated data on my idea number, still charges are being added to my number.
            Hence, i would like to discontinue with idea services.

            Idea customer care representative has been deducted wrong for rs 70 without any usage when i called they talked very badly & not refund my amount n did wrong commitment for refundable they are chrging unnecessary for vas very bad experience especially ms shbnam akash n mandam venkat

                Hi,

                I have a wipro corporate plan t-655 & the plan shared to be by the idea desk set up inside wipro campus says 50 paise per min where as i have been charged rs.1 per min. All the required details like my corporate id proof were shared & i chose the plan of t655 ie., 149 rental per month.
                When i checked with the idea help desk inside my office, they asked me to drop a mail to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.Com & the issue will be resolved.
                Now, when i spoke to the cc rep for incorrect/excess charges he says that it is not a wipro corporate plan & as per the plan the charges are correct. There has been no response to mail.
                This is clear case of fraud & cheating.
                I was shown one plan & in the system the plan/charges are different.
                I have attached the corporate plan for your ref.
                Request you to kindly take appropriate action.

                The issue has been resolved by Idea & now I have been charged 50 p/m for STD calls & I was informed that whatever incorrect charges that had been levied on me from Dec'15 will be reversed in the up-coming bill.

                  I took a new idea 4g LTE sim, the great service they always advertise about on Wednesday 27 July 2016. I got it activated on 28th July at around 9 pm. I paid 100 rs for the sim and it was taken from NITK campus. They promised me 1GB 4g data for 10 days and 30 rs talk-time free with the new sim. During activation their employee mentioned about this and in-spite of all my efforts contacting their poor customer service, i didn't receive any updates regarding my complaint. I tried contacting their regional manager several times in the past 3 days and there was no proper reply from him too.

                  I deeply regret my decision of taking an idea sim which have an extremely poor after service and irresponsible sales executives. Their 4g services is the worst thing i have ever seen. I took the sim because my friend recommended it. But my friend also faced the same issues of cheating.

                  I request a refund of Rs 100 immediately and cancellation of my sim. I don't require your obsolete services anymore.

                      My name is imran khalid. I requested to idea cellular to port my no. From airtel to idea. And idea vendor came to home on[protected] and he collected my documents (Address proof + photo) and gave me a new idea sim card. After few days i received a call from idea ([protected]) and she said that "we have provided wrong sim card and i will give you new correct sim card on[protected]". Today[protected] i received a sms from idea that is "welcome to idea your no. Will be switched to idea on[protected]:00". But my i didn't receive any new sim card from idea. Idea did fraud with me.                       I, Kapil Sindhwani, would like to complaint that my contact number has been blocked without any reason, due to which i am suffering with heavy loss. I am not satisfy with this type of act and want to disconnect my number with innidiate effect. Also I want the accommodation for this loss.

And idea vendor came to home on[protected] and he collected my documents (Address proof + photo) and gave me a new idea sim card. After few days i received a call from idea ([protected]) and she said that "we have provided wrong sim card and i will give you new correct sim card on[protected]". But my i didn''t receive any new sim card from idea.Idea did fraud with me.Please give me sim card because i don''t want to loose my no. Mobile no. for porting= [protected].

                          Hey hi... I am using this idea postpaid connection from last 3months. Two days before they barred my line because i have rrached to my credit limit which is very much fair enough. And 2 days before they asked to wait for today, so that they can generate the bill today and i can pay the bill and use my connection accordingly. Today they didnot provided me any bill yet and i spoke to miss chitralekha fromidea postpaid customer care bangalore end and she refused to send the bill in my mail id and she is asking me to wait for another 24hrs. Not only that where i can see my bill amount in text msg as 2374 and she is telling me as 3000 above. Iam using this connection for business purpose and iam not able to make calls for last 2 days and the customer care associates like miss. Chitralekaha from idea postpaid customer care bangalore mislead there customers like anything with bad behaviours. Please look into this matter on priority and sort it out asap.

                              I m out of india for 11 months, my number [protected] is kept in safe custody before leaving india. Now i had been told to contact store and extend safe custody. I did it and now my number is permanently disconnected saying we did not received your request. I have all proofs to show but now i list my number which i was using from last 10 yrs. Worst service. Dull service by idea. They doesn't care about their customer. I will logged complaint in consumer court once i reached india.

                              Ive ported my number to idea a week ago for the sake of 4g. Ive raised a request for activation of 4g services after 2days of activation of my sim.
                              But till now they have not activated 4g on my number, while calling to customercare they are not responding properly and are talking rudely.
                              As I told you I am not in INDIA right now, if want you can contact me on[protected] or do mail me on [protected]@gmail.com
                              You can refer below mentioned communication ID raised by me with idea customer care in last one month. In last communication I had been told that my requests should come before safe custody of mobile gets expired (I think 1 month advance period is good enough). I have asked representative to forward this call to your senior or manager for details discussion but she put the call on hold for long time finally I disconnected it.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had subscribed an internet pack which was about to expire at 11.59 pm on 1 August, 2016. At around 10.00 am I subscribed another pack of internet keeping in my mind that I may forgot to recharge at night which may effect my job for which I needed internet 24*7.
                                Unfortunately, company deducted a my previous data balance. They haven't mentioned it anywhere that i[censored] subscribe one pack over other, previous one will get stop.

                                I had paid to use a service till certain period of time, I need it and will use by that time.

                                I need my deducted data balance back now.

                                  My idea no is [protected]. I called your customer care no on 9.55 am 30/07/2016. I asked for how to check data balance in my mobile. I have activated 4g unlimited for 28 days for 5+5 =10gp. A lady saying that she is a senior official and told me to know the balance in unlimited data pack dial *800*125*3#. I also confirm the code given by is correct again and again and also she say that this is new code recently included. And also asked her name she refused to give. After that i dialed the above code from my mobile it reduce my balance of rs. 125/- and activate 2g net for 750 mb. Which not necessary for me i have already have 4g data balance. So cancel the above 2g deta and credit rs. 125/- to my mobile balance. Again i called your customer care but no one give me correct answer. This is cheating done by your customer care higer official.                                         1. After repeated complain against Idea cellular customer care. Idea cellular Staff of Orbit Hall, shevoke road silligure staff was not give Clarence for port Punjab postpaid connection Mobile No [protected]. After repeated request on customer care punjab staff they all the time refused my request with excuse of there is no connectivity of said customer care.

                                        2. There for request again Indian consumer complaint for give suitable instruction pass to said Idea cellular for strictly followed port out ruled.

                                        3. I am also promised to consumer care please solved for help my problem for port out to another connectivity. Thereafter I never goes with Idea Network.
