Sir/Mam,
I have been using idea services for about one year and have considered it as one of the best service provider in India. I could watch videos on YouTube without buffering and do a WhatsApp call even on 2g Internet . But about last 10 days, the Internet has become unstable. I am unable to watch videos on YouTube and neither unable to do a WhatsApp call.
I would like you to look into my problem and take quick actions.
A favorable response will be much appreciated.

    The provider is not responding for my network courage issue. They are provided good signal for last 4 years. So we join with their network. But from last 3 months there is a mager courage problem, although thier tecnical team not doing real time job.

        This is to bring to your notice that all my friends and relatives are getting call from +91 [protected] claiming from Delhi court and informing that some court case has been filed for non-payment of Idea bill. I was idea customer and now since then happily shifted to airtell.
        For bill i had already complained to idea with the faulty system of calculating data bill once you port out.

        This is a complete breach of trust by IDEA CELLULAR who are sharing my dialed numbers with 3rd party to harass me.

        Criminals calling and threatening calls on behalf of Idea, this is not accepatble. This needs police FIR urgently from my end.

              Dear sir,
              I have port CUG plane from airtel to idea in dec-2015, due to your company representative Mr. Pradeep chourasiya come to Me and give plane of internets 3G in my selected numbers of CUG in which he give me to use internate at 3G speed upto 2GB and after that 2G for unlimited at Rs.249 only so I said him to please port my CUG account from airtel to idea.But after that when I got my first bill then I was just shock because at time of porting all comitments given by Mr.pradeep was all fauls then I go to Mr.Rajwardhan Singh employee of idea in ujjain office then he told me they will get vaver to reduse or deduct unnecessary bill amount within three month's but after that they both cheted me and my number was stoped by them and now they are saying that vaver of bill was not posible and you have to pay whole remaining amount.
              I request you to please look after this matter and take strick action againsed both of them.

                GUYS,

                SHAME ON YOU GUYS, YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO HAVE BEEN USING YOUR SERVICES FOR LAST 7 YEARS. This is the Bill that I've received on 3rd, August, I have been telling you guys for last two months that I need to change my bill plan, there was guy picked my phone and said "You are required to Call on 3rd of May to change this plan", I repeatedly said that I could not contact you guys on 3rd of May because on every 2nd, of month, I've billing date. But he refused to make any changes. Then, I contacted on 3rd May, asked to lady to change my Bill Plan then I was shocked by their words "You were needed to contact us on the 2nd of May", I don't know what guys you are doing. Then, she told me to wait for next billing cycle(June 2nd), they will check me recording and change it.


                Then, I waited for long one month, on 2nd june I received Extra bill which I should not been charged then contacted over customer care and
                I explained these numerous time over customer care but they refused to do anything. I was frustrated, bill was wrongly charged, it was happened in past also. Then, they have barred my all the "Incoming", "Outgoing", "Internet", I could not make even call to stop my Bill plan on 2nd of July. I was not using any services, then they have sent me Bill of Rs 4500. I could not believe this is happening with me since I took Idea Service. What should be done in this case, so that I can pay my due bill and stop this nonsense services:-

                1.Remove all the charges which was made for the "June", "July" month

                2. Deactivate my Internet plan which is I'm not using for last 2 months

                3. Don't ever make false promise and give false information over phone.

                4. You guys don't have manner how to talk to your customers, if you are asking to pay the bill, there was man who was souting and drop that call, I could not believe how pathetic your customer service is.

                "I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW I CAN USE ANY DATA OR SERVICES IF YOU BARRED HIS OR HER NUMBER" RIDICULOUS!

                Today, again its 2nd Of September, 2016, I requested you guys over phone to Cancel my 3G Services which is activated on my account but they denied and by saying that you are required to contact through the same number ([protected]) WHERE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THIS SERVICE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS HOW IT COULD BE POSSIBLE TO CONTACT WITH THAT NUMBER WHICH HAS BEEN BARRED FOR LAST TWO MONTHS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME SAME THING AGAIN AND AGAIN TO CONTACT FROM THAT NUMBER WHERE YOU HAVE ACTIVATED THAT SERVICE. I COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALL AS YOU HAVE OVERCHARGED MY BILLS, I'VE ALREADY COMPLAINED MANY TIMES.

                IT'S HAPPENING FOR LAST 5 MONTHS, WHEN I CALL TO DEACTIVATE MY SERVICES, YOU GUYS ASKED TO CONTACT 1ST THEN SOMEONE SAYS CONTACT ON EVERY 2ND OF MONTH. WHEN I CONTACTED AGAIN YESTERDAY AND TODAY, THEY ARE SAYING SAME THING AGAIN & AGAIN.

                I WANT TO DEACTIVATE MY 3G SERVICES (RS 599 PLAN) THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST WARNING, IF YOU WOULD HAVE CHARGED AGAIN EVEN I DIDN'T USE, I COULD NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT AS YOU GUYS ARE TOTALLY RIDICULOUS, DON'T KNOW HOW TO HELP CUSTOMER.

                IF- IAM NOT USING 3G SERVICES ON MY BARRED ACCOUNT, WHY THIS HAS BEEN CHARGED FOR LAST 3 MONTHS. PLEASE DEACTIVATE IT AT THE GIVEN NUMBER: [protected]

                My no is [protected], every 28 of the month my bill generate but this time it's showing 374 extra charges for 4 premium SMS charge, but I have not use any this kind of service. I am requesting to Idea company kindly waiver this charges.
                Its been 5 Days, I didn't receive any Email or phone calls on my Number. You guys have permanently Barred my number, I could not use this anymore.                 I could not believe this is the service you provide to IDEA customers, without any action on my filed petition, you sent me Generic response in my Email.                       Sir,

                      I am having 4 connections of Idea Cellular. Out of 4, three connections (Mobile Numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]) were deactivated stating the reason demography change ( I donot know what it is, they said some documents I submitted did not match, but I am having those connections for more than 3 years). I submitted all required documents on 30.07.2016 and the show room incharge assured that the connections will activated by Monday. Monday when I contacted the customer care man by only active number [protected], said it will be activated by next day. Again I contacted on Tuesday a new person (Mr. B. Venkatesh) attended and assured that it will be activated by next morning. Since the activation was taken place I tried to contact on Wednesday, but inspite of my waiting for almost 45 minutes nobody attended my call. Kindly do needful for reactivation.

                        For all dues paid connection for cancellation how much inconvenience you are causing you have no idea.
                        It is a bad idea to have a idea connection.
                        Include in your web portal a facility to cancel post paid connections by just giving last payment made reference number and just disconnect.
                        You can not lock in the post paid customer to ever stay with you by not cooperating with disconnection request and keep sending bills.

                            I am using my idea pre paid number since 2014 before it was BSNL network. I ported to idea on 2014 . Suddenly yesterday I.e.[protected] my number not working.when I called idea customer care they said my number is inactivated and turned off. I was astonished why it suddenly happened when I asked idea customer care they don't have any information why my number inactivated and even they saying it cannot be activated again. Nobody giving information...

                                  I was using @ 399 plan of 1 gb data. On 01.07.16 i received a call from idea as per caller introduction offering to switchover to plan @499 easy share plan with 2 gb data which i agreed and then my tariff plan has been changed on 01.07.16. Thereafter whenever i used net massages start coming on gprs charges/ unbilled amount etc such charges doesn't used to come in my previous plan. To seek clarification on these i even contacted on 02/07/16, 03/07/16 7 04/07/16 to customer idea care executive namely akashdip, manu & pbmanisha but none could give satisfactory reply to this problem. So much so one of them told me to ignore these massage as it ll be deducted in final bill.In pre plan hardly rs 600-700 come in one bill cycle even after overuse of 1gb data. Now i received an bill amount of rs 1616.68 which is comprehensible.In this connection sms receive from idea care showing monthly charge rs 99, features charge rs 400, vas rs 883.3, total bills rs 1616.68 which do not match with the head charges shown. This is a cheating case to gullible customer in the name of lucrative plan just to mint money. I want immediate redressal of my grievance.

                                      This is regarding my bill no. [protected] against my postpaid connection no. [protected].In the bill you guys have excessively charged me by adding some non-sense pro - rated charges of rs. 3041.76. On contacting the customer care zillion times, they were also unable to resolve the issue, and tell me the logic behind the pro-rated charges charged in the bill. Lastly i went to the idea local office at dehradun, where they told me some lame reasons, which were totally worthless, moreover of which they were also no clear. I am a new customer of idea and belong to the telecommunication sector, but i am seriously shocked by the bogus charges which idea is charging its customers to get money. I am lodging this complaint in this portal to get a feasible solution of the same and get my refund back for excess paid for bogus charges. Kindly provide me with the solutions within 3 days or else i have no choice but to move to the consumer court for my hearing.
