Idea company deduct my balance continues from three days without any uses.I am depressed by idea company.many times I complaint in customer care services but they not satisfied me.my balance deduct by company are below,
75+246+80+150+246+46. When then I recharge by these amount, after few minutes company deduct all balance nd show zero balance in my account.plz help me in this

    To whomsoever it may concern,

    Hello there

    I am Using Idea sim since 2010. Initially it was prepaid, but then i switched it into postpaid.(march 2015). Now it is not affordable for me, so i tried for prepaid again, but my nearby idea customer care executives are not responding (ACE COMMUNICATIONS DIst thane. State Maharashtra).

    so i didnt pay bill for last 2 months, now my idea is disconnected. Now i will pay bill but pls accept my request for postpaid to prepaid.

        Its been 1 month i am in new delhi .before that i was in pune(maharastra). so i have maharashtra SIM postpaid sim and its been 1 month i have been trying to convert my SIM into delhi network and change into prepaid connection.I went to idea office many times . they have collected all the needed documents and i did everything what i was asked to do. but finally i have became that much frustrated that i am doing this.I have this number from approx 6 years. and i don't want to change my number.i am completely pissed off from there process and all that. they literally refused ny saying "ye nahi ho paega". please solve my problem. i am paying roaming charges from 1 month.

            Hello my name is advaiya mokal using idea postpaid number [protected] that number was not in use as i was in ladakh where i wasn't able get any network by which because of that i had a payment due of 3410 rs...as the number get permanent disconnected i paid my bill and the store operater sais number will get activated...but not there are saying it is not confirmed i want to activate that number at any cost i have submitted my documents again still number is not activated...please help me its my business number it will be alot Losss for me if i didn't get that number...

                I bought a new idea Post-paid connection([protected]) on 5th Feb 16.
                I have a serious problem with the activation of my new idea Post-paid connection(Gaurav Jain – [protected])

                I was called by the Idea sales executive Ms. Priya and was informed that if I book a new connection then connection will be functional within 2-3 days. I have booked the connection immediately and deposited Rs 300 (Activation charges) but today is 7th day and your executive is saying the activation process will be initiated by 13th Feb then post address verification number will be activated. According to her number will be activated in 12-15 day after booking and I need to use this number asap.

                This is the first time when I’ll be using Idea connection and It just starting and I am struggling/chasing for connection activation. Is it the kind of service do you provide?                     Hi team, I have complain against the idea mobile company. They are going cheated their customer by provided half detail of offer provided them.
                    Yesterday(12 Feb 2016) i got a message from idea that just recharge the 129 and you will got 1 gb 3G data balance for 28 days. I have recharged by phone online, and got message of recharge successful but not got any internet data.
                    I have wait for two hours then called the idea customer care, they told me you will got balance within 6 to 48 hours. I have told them i required data urgently but they told for wait.
                    Today (13 Feb 2016) I have checked again but still did not got any balance. I have called to customer care again, now they told me that you have got the balance please try again, i have did the same, but did not got any result.
                    I have called again to customer care now they told me other story, they said me that this data offer only idea smart phone user not the normal smart phone user, I have asked them then why your company did not provide all this information in the offer message which was sent to me. they told me you need check before recharge, but i don't know hows it will be checked.
                    I want my 129 balance back and I'm requesting you please stop these fake messages from the companies like idea, so that other user will not suffer like me.

                      In spite of having two no [protected] & [protected] 3G connection, I am not getting even 2G network. The network is so much fluctuating, that any moment signal from 3G goes to 2G & suddenly it disappears. Network fluctuates a lot. Even if the network is showing 3G connectivity, a image of 17kb can not downloaded or uplaoded. In fact the Idea app itself does not open with the kind of network.

                      For reference, I have attached screen shots. You can check the date & time at which suddenly network goes off.

                        I was suffered by idea cellular company a lot. They had deduct my balance without my permission.
                        When I called customer care they had ignored me and had not given me any satisfactory answer. Whenever I recharged my number they had deduct my balance without any prior information. I had not used any service for which they had deduct my balance.

                          I'm Karun Kaimal M, from kerala, using idea network in last 4 monts. Since last 4 monts i use idea internet regularly. Yesterday i bought idea 49/- internet voucher. After i scratch and use the number for recharge but i cant get recharged. The replay is the voucher is not active please contact custmer care. I'm buy this voucher in a shop at night. I have lot of bank transactions in every day. That day i buy this card with the trust of comapny. So the card is not recharged and i loss of lot of transaction. I have lost my connections and transactions of the reason of ideas problem.. so imust get resonable replay and comensation from idea side. So plz take further actions from my complants...

                            Rs 200/- was recharged to Idea Mobile vide operator reference no. WB[protected], Paytm Order No [protected] at 3:52 pm, Feb 07 2016 was done through a/c of my brother. A few Rs. only used. But After two days I noticed that the balance came down to Rs. 3/- . On inquiry, customer care told it is too late to recover.

                                  I have posted a complaint including my telephone number regarding Yatra.com I recieved a call from [protected] and person was asking my Account number and IFSC code as well as explaining me that they cant do online money transfer so I have to go at near by ATM and follow a procedure which he was explaining me using transaction ID generated by him.

                                        I have bought an smartphone from snapdeal.com on 7th February 2016 and smart phone model is Intex Cloud flash 4G. The additional offer given with purchasing this Smartphone is from Idea Cellular Network : Offer 512 MB free net for 2 months.
                                        I have also got mail regarding this offer but when I'm doing the offer avail process after entering all valid details of my new smartphone & otp etc.. @ i4all.ideacellular.com/offers (as the link given on snapdeal) in final page showing terms & accept / decline option .. I accepted but the page that comes after accepting shows "Sorry
                                        Offer Detail Parameters (keyword, bearer, authKey) not found "

                                        What the hale it is..!! Give my offer now.. Idea cellular cheated me..

                                        Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Thus whole benefits shown on Intex mobiles really benefits idea company bcoz new sims are brought ..I have also faced the same problem.my invoice no was shown incorrect despite being same on bill.
