    I recharged my mobile with 1GB 3G data and the next day my data went from 1GB to 50MB. I called 198 to know the reason and there reason was that I activated some 50MB free internet service and my 1GB data was collapsed to be replaced by 50MB. I am very sure that I never activated such service and I asked for any proof of such activation and all they could do was blocking my number from further calling 198.

      Iam have an idea postpaid corporate plan. in my feb'16 bill it shows SMS-MT 4 calls corresponding to rs.200 which is credited to my account. I have not activated any of idea services, nor on my phone iam using any internert services. my billed idea no. is [protected]

        I opted my connection few months back. I think approximately 05 July 2015. and my number is +91-[protected]. i started with a plan which was 375pm rental in which i was allowed 2GB of 3g data. till 2 months due to my callings i received bill more than 1200pm in which i got 5GB of 3g Data. so i thought of changing my plan. coincidently, I received a call from costumer care and they suggested me to change my plan due to heavy usage. Then I upgraded my plan. At that time she told me that if you change the plan in middle of month your half bill would be calculated according to the old plan and from the date of change your bill would be according to the new plan. It Was all OK for me.

        A month ago my company transferred me to different state. so just like before i called them and downgrade my plan to 275pm in which i was getting 500 Mbs of 3g data to use. They told me that the bill would be calculated according to the pro data. and again they told me about the same condition of bill generation i, e. Half- Half date wise.

        According to me the bill should be somewhere around INR1800 to 2000 at Max but now its INR4600. They just calculate INR2500 for the 3g data which i used before downgrading my plan. And when i complained about it they told me ill receive call from bill department. But they gave me continuous 2 missed calls and sent me a message that your details are checked there is no change in the bill. and message followed by the previous one you just interacted with MR. ____. if you are satisfied send message.

        Finally i called 198 and asked them about the issue after 15 minutes of conversation the guy repeated the same thing which he told me several time during the conversation. '' Sorry sir i cannot help you, and you need to pay full bill''. I asked him to transfer my call to senior executive and let me discuss the issue. he then told me I am the supervisor and you need to pay the bill else we will deactivate your sim.

        This poor service i've never seen before in my life where you leave no choice for a costumer and don't give them a way out.
        I am ready to pay the bill generated by my callings but not for the data and the Mbs i've used.

        Please suggest me.

          I have a prepaid ([protected]) sim of Idea. I am in USA right now. My sim has been lost signals. I am connecting to Idea since 31st Jan. Idea registered my complaint and closed every time by mention that customer is not contacted.

          Second time I gave them mu email id and asked to mail me if I am not available on call. But second time again they closed my complaint with out sending me any mail.

          I am still trying to get the solution. They are not contacting me by phone and mail.
          I am totally disappointed by Idea services.

              On 29th Dec.2015 i give request to activate net pack of 250/m plan on my idea no.[protected].but they refuse to activate this .they said your mob.no is a corporate number so they did not active this service on my number.after this when i get my next monthly bill they charged me 250 rs in my bill for data pack.i complaint many time to idea but they did not solve my problem.i do not use any 1kb data.when idea activate this service they did not give any information to me by sms or call.i want that 250+taxes waiver for my ac.asap and some action taken against idea.

                My Father bought INR 140 Voucher from shop. After scratching the voucher the number get rubbed and i cant able to recharge. after i go to shop for telling him that my voucher no is rubbed while scratching he said i can't do anything go to gallery after i go to Idea Gallery they are telling that i cant do anything go to shop. so i am not finding any solution for this matter.

                Please help me because my father is senior citizen and asking again and again about it.

                  I have applied for a duplicate SIM and form the idea service center Muvattupuzha they told will be active within 4hrs. After 4hrs I went again to the idea service center and told, again they told it would take 4 hrs. After 8 hrs also not active. I called the customer care and told, from there side they told it would be active by 4 hrs.After that also the SIM was not active. Again I went to the same idea service center and askwd what is the issue. At that tine they told make a complaint with the customer care. This is the service the idea customer service used to provide. I have raise a complaint with the customer care, let see how they would solve the issue.
                  The idea service is very bad.

                    Dear Team Idea.
                    As I shifted from New Delhi to Ahmedabad, hence I had applied for porting this Mobile Number ([protected]) from Delhi circle to Ahmedabad circle in the month of August 2015. For this I met with Mr Mukesh (mobile No. [protected]) at your Idea Centre "Shiromani, Opposite Ocean Park, Near Nehru Nagar, Satellite Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015 Ahmedabad". Your dealer at Idea Store MR Mukesh given me the requisite form. I submitted form with residential proof etc. in the first week of August 2015 at this centre. He issued a SIM card to me. He informed me to keep running the number as information will be provided over phone. That time my all the Idea bill dues were clear.
                    Even after passing 20 days no porting was done, I contacted him for to know the reason. He told me that number had not port due to rejecting of address proof. Again I submitted additional papers required for address proof like driving licence etc. At last week of August 2015 my sim was deactivated without any information that number has ported. I tried to use the issued sim from Idea Store thinking that new SIM had activated. But new SIM was also not activated. I contacted Mr Mukesh but he could not given any satisfactory reply but insisted to deposit the balance bill. My SIM was deactivate but I was compelled to deposited bill of Rs 546.00 on dt. 13.10.15 as monthly charges. I was in need to port the SIM so I deposited the amount to Idea store.
                    I waited but my New SIM was not activated. Mr Mukesh was not replaying satisfactorily. Hence in first week of Oct 2015, I contacted to Idea Customer care. They informed me that My SIM had been ported from Delhi circle to Ahmedabad circle, but due to some technical issue new number could not be activated. Further he suggested to contact with any nearby Idea store. On 10th of Sep 2015 I visited Idea store at Judges Bungalow. Your staff tried to solve the problem but failed to do so. Again on Dt 13.10 15 she suggested to contact with senior representative of Idea Mr Neshad (Mobile No. [protected]).
                    Mr Neshad informed me that as my number has ported from Delhi hence old sim has deactivated. Due to some technical problem new SIM could not be activated. Hence we will issue new SIM to you than we will process your mobile porting. He suggested to deposited the bill as it was again due as rental charges. I again compelled to deposited dues though my SIM was not in use since 30- Aug- 2015. On date 10.10 15 again I deposited Rs.600 as dues.
                    After two weeks Mr Neshad issued a new SIM and informed me that “Now SIM status is activate”. He informed me that your mobile will start within 48 hours.
                    I inserted the new SIM in phone and waited for days but it never started again. Nobody replied the cause. Now as per Idea version Mobile service is activate but SIM is not activate.
                    After such harassment, I tried to close the service from your app also but failed.

                    Since August 2015, I am unable to use the SIM, you failed to PORT the number but again and again charging the bill in my name.
                    Please check your records, and refund my money, which you have taken by cheating practices and close my Mobile number. Otherwise I have no option to go to the court of Law.

                        I am customer of Idea Cellular. I have two numbers registered in my name. My numbers are [protected] & [protected]. I received bill of January 2016 with certain amounts charged which are unreasonable & unexplained. The details are as follows:-

                        For Mobile number [protected].
                        I changed Plan on 15/01/2015 from Special_Combo_299_HRR to PSB-12.5ksec 150+.
                        Idea Co. have charged Rs.198.29 under voice usage charges describing as Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration. The details which they are showing freebies usage are false & without details. Even My GPRS usage charges are showing zero amount charged.

                        For Mobile number [protected].
                        I changed Plan on 15/01/2015 from Special_Combo_299_HRR to PSB-12.5ksec 150+.
                        Idea Co. have charged Rs.198.29 under voice usage charges describing as Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration. The details which they are showing freebies usage are false & without any details.
                        And they also charged 650 rs. under feature charges by starting an internet plan named GPRS Core Service_SB_0_Acc_650(3G) without my permission. I had no information of plan starting and no communication for the same.

                        Even under rental charges calculation there is an mistake of calculating rent as per no. of days of plan usage in both the bills. I have attached both the bills for your perusal.

                        Please resolve these issues. Thank you very much.

                          Hello
                          I have just ported from Airtel to idea and from the day the day 1 I am facing a lot of issues. I have being charged for the data consumption even though my data pack is turned off. When i raised the support ticket the give me all sort of lame excuses and manipulating my statements. Just to close the case they make false statements and in return it is never fulfilled.

                              I am Vasant B Shinde Having Mob. No. [protected]. I made a recharge of Rs. 249/- on 30 Jan 2016 at 07:57:50 vide Transaction ID ESM[protected] for 2G unlimited . A payment of R. 249/- was deducted from SBI account through debit card, however no recharge was done .Again on same day at 12:58:49 a recharge of Rs. 49/- was made vide Transaction ID ESM[protected] . A payment of R. 49/- was deducted from SBI account through debit card, however no recharge was done. I called a Customer Care . They told that money will be refunded automatically in your account but so far no money is credited in my account . You are requested to look into a matter and refund an amount of Rs. 249/- and Rs.49/- at the earliest.

                                  i contact idea customer care and write on PAYTM but they are not solve my problem.

                                      I got a call from your side on 25/01/2016 to port from airtel to idea. I agreed that airtel network is getting worst day by day.But i had requested that yes i am comfortable with the porting process to idea. And one of the retailer sent me a person for doing the port process i had given the my proper identification proof to him and a passport size photo as well. But today i got a message that in the porting process there is some problem.See i have waited for 7 days to get porting process done.And i talked with your customer executive he was saying i have to submit the my ID to your nearest idea center and he was saying that i have to wait for 7 days more to get my number port to idea..

                                        I ported my number [protected] from BSNL to Idea on 19th january, 2016. On that day an promotional offer was activated on my number so that all local are charged at 1.4ps/2s. Recently, two day back, I got a message that there are some special offers available only for you. Among such special offers, one is: RC42: all local idea calls at [protected]@min for 10 days+Rs. 8. TT;

                                        I have activated that offer on my number by recharging with Rs.42. But Now, If I call any local Idea number, Local idea call rates are being charged at 1.4P/2S, instead of charging at 10 P/min. I contacted Idea customer care executives. Their response is not satisfactory regarding this issue and the explanation they are giving seems to be invalid.

                                        I request you to needful help in this regard.
