I Sanjay Ghuge, got a bill for my postpaid Idea connection([protected]) for the month of Jan’16. This is special CUG connection for company- Mahindra & Mahindra.

In this bill, I have been charged Rs.600 for “MH GPRS ARP 600 (1GB_3M)” package of GPRS which I have not confirmed with any executive from Idea or I have not activated any plan by my mobile.
And this is not at all accepted to me. From 2 and half years I am using Idea service and never activate GPRS service on this no.
Immediately I have registered a complaint on Customer care – Communication ID- C1-[protected].
I have a return call for this issue yesterday on 8th Feb’16. But the lady executive not able to resolve the same. So as Executive said, I wrote a mail to Customer care mail ID to cut down the illegal charges & resend the bill after correction.But they were unable to do it and said that plan was activated by my side, but this is not a truth. I deny this and I never recieved a massage regarding activation of any new plan.
After 5 to 6 mails and phone call to cutomer care executive, I wrote a mail to higher authority of Idea Mr. Devendra Shrivastav through mail ID appelate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. but no responce from them also. Only autoresponce emails I am recieving. I also visited Idea Office at Mahatma nagar, Nashik, but they said that they are helpless.

5th Feb- Registered a complaint on cusromer care.
8th Feb- Return call from Idea & suggested to mail to Idea
11th Feb- Registered a complant by mail
15th Feb- Reminder given to Idea by Mail
15th Feb- Recieved mail from Idea and asked for details
15th Feb- All required details mailed to Idea
19th Feb- Responce from Idea mentioning they are unable to cutdown unuthorized charged
19th Feb- I denied and asked to provide proofs
20th Feb- responce from Idea that you that they are unable to provide me any call recording as a proof
21st Feb- I wrote to higher autority through appelate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com.
22nd feb- I visited My idea office at Mahatma nagar, Nashik
22nd feb- I again wrote to higher autority Mr. Devendra through appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com.
22nd Feb- automated response from appellate.
24th Feb- Call from Idea customer care Executive giving same reasons.
So now I am frustated to take this issue with Idea team ahead.And I am fully dissatisfied with their service. I need help from this forum.
