My name is Vikram Singh and I am using your Idea Cellular Services for more than 5 yrs now.But I am sorry to say this but your Idea Services is just going worst from bad.First of all you people sending bills which doesnt make any sense.Still I made the payment every time.But as they say everything has a limit and i am really sick and tired of your services.

The reason why I am writing this email to you is because today I made up my mind that after using your Idea Services, I want to port my number and want to go to a different cellular operator, to which I was told that make the payment in full and your number will be changed and they said they make the payment in cash so that it would be done instantly.To which I went to your Rajouri Garden store and there I made the payment to your Front Desk Officer Name : Dimple.I made the payment of Rs.1200 in cash, although my billed amount was Rs.1156.I was told that my number will be ported and after spending my whole day today I came home.

Coming back home to my surprise I received a message from Idea that my number cannot be ported because I have an outstanding amount of Rs.1156 which is ridiculous from your end.I mean you guys giving fake commitments and false answers.I called customer care number and they said that the payment is not reflecting.I have the receipt in my hand and I gave them the time the date the amount and the store name where I made the payment but they still kept saying the same thing.I called the store directly and told them why my payment is not reflecting.They just gave a lame answer that the payment cannot be updated today.I mean what the hell.If this was the case then you should have told me earlier, I wont have wasted my whole day doing this and would have paid online instead.

And now you guys stuck me in middle as the porting request has been declined.Well I am really not happy with the way you guys treat your customers.I mean till the time I was with idea everything was ok and fine and now that i just want to move out of idea you guys creating this mess.

Well all i want is a resolution to this ASAP

    How unprofessional of you are working with your CORPORATE CUSTOMERS. Your customer care executives have no idea that how to response and resolve the queries/ problem. They disconnect the call when they unable to resolve the problem. Very unethical response.

        Its been 18 days i have migrated from pre paid to post paid. Sales executive has collected Rs.700 from me for two postpaid connections and then no response from them and even registered complaint in customer care but no response. Its worst experience. when i visted idea store i got following details of that third party. Naaz Technologies and its code is HYD374. Kindly Give me a solutions don't test my patience.

        Company has taken nothing steps. I suggest them to shut down there customer care service which is of no use.. but waste of time. DSA ASM has helped me and finally the problem as solved. When company appoints DSA's they should verify there background. They have given all False promises. But one thing i want to say that i never expected this from Idea cellular..Ok.. Thank you..

              Dear Sir,
              I received a message from IDEA cellular today regarding 1 Gb on Special recharge for Rs 164...I recharged it twice this morning for the same amount assuming that i would get 2 gb. No where it was mentioned by IDEA that the first recharge data balance would be overwritten /Data balance will be just 1gb even it is recharged twice...Regarding this i spoke to the customer care office at IDEA cellular on [protected] Mr subramanian.
              He accepted that it is the mistake of IDEA cellular that they have not informed the customer about this
              but the excess amount which was credited into IDEA account will not be returned.
              He has asked me to write a written complaint to the court and he said that i will not get my money back even if i go to the court.
              I feel disappointed on the way IDEA treats the customers .
              He has challenged the Honerable Judiciary that IDEA will not refund the money.

                I lost my sim 15 days before i got a new sim from idea showroom its activated next days its works 5 days after that suddenly no network from my mobile.i ask the customer care he tells that ur number is in active.i told that no signal came from my mobile.i changed my mobile also but network not came..again went to idea show room they changed another sim but not activated.the problem still now my sim is not working last 15 days.. i went to idea show room daily last 10 days but problem still not resolved...i lost my interview call and many contacts last 15 days...

                  From last 1 month we are facing network problem at taloja central jail, kharghar, sector 35, new mumbai. Our total staff is nearabout 350 and 80% staff have idea card. So many staff members trying to buy another sim card like Vodafone, Trum, Airtel, Tata docomo, Relince.
                  Pls do somthing as early as possible.

                    I have a problem with the bill issued to me this month. I have been unfairly charged Rs.1900 whereas my bill plan is of Rs.400.
                    When i contacted idea customer care, they told me i have been charged because i surpassed my 3g internet data limit. This is unacceptable as i was not notified by idea that my internet plan is about to expire or is expired. Such a message is sent every month but it was not done so this time. Hence, how am i supposed to know i have exhausted my internet pack? It is not my job to keep checking every day how much data i have left. It is idea's responsibility to convey the same to me. I want to state on record, that i am not liable to pay this obscene amount of money because of a lack of communication from your side.
                    Moreover the call center rep and idea store employee were extremely rude and said i have to pay the bill and idea cannot do anything.
                    Furthermore, experiencing such pathetic service from idea i did not wish to continue with this network. So i applied for Mobile number portability. Upon which the employee at idea store in Anandnagar, Ahmedabad threatened to stop the MNP if i do not pay and deactivate my number if i do not pay the outstanding amount.

                    Additionally there has been no resolution despite repeated calls as they keep on saying that nothing can be done till bill is generated and no action can be taken till the 25th. They have no problem charging excess money but cannot give a timely response. I have never encountered such despicable customer service before. I am in a fix as i fear idea will reject my port out request due to non payment of bill.

                      I had applied for MNP from Airtel to Idea . It was supposed to be done yesterday 20 feb 2016 11.30 pm IST

                      My mobile network went no service since 11.30 pm yesterday, Till now i did not receive any network. I got message on my alternate number about successful portability . When i called customer care they also ensured that my number is ported but is inactive for that i have to dial 59909 number. But they said the SIM no. which is activated and what is provided to me is different.

                      So it means i was provided wrong sim, I just want to ask why i have to bear this if it is not my mistake . I am losing on my calls and important work due to all this.

                      Idea have setup in Infosys Limited at I.T Park Chandigarh. Mine is a corporate number. Person handling the operations here is really worthless. He is never at the seat. He has pasted his number on table, we have to repeatedly call him if we want to do any consultation regarding Idea.

                      That day i called Mr.deepak, he came to seat after 10 mins. I knew the offers already. I do not know in what rush he was, He just gave the sim to me without any cover nothing. I confirmed if that is the correct SIM, He said yes. Now, I am repeatedly calling him, he is not picking up the call, i even messaged him and tols this is urgent as my calls and work is getting affected and you provided me wrong SIM. He is not answering my calls.

                      My number is [protected] corporate number. I want to cancel the request for port now. Your services are just pathetic and customer handling more pathetic.

                      please note Mr. Deepak's number - [protected] and confirm what kind of services he is providing at Infosys I.T park Chandigarh. Why he is in so hurry all the time?
                      Why is more interested in TATA docomo counter rather than Idea. Why we need to call him everytime and he did not pick?

                            I have switched to idea since last 2 months and even though having a billing plan, i am unable to use my internet.
                            I have called them several times and the answer i get is 24 hours me chalu hojaega!
                            after complaining i get to use my net but the same problem started in this month.
                            Again i called the custmer care on 198 and the response which i got is " dont call on this number, they provided me another number which wasnt toll free"
                            i told him, y should i waste my money calling you on a non toll free number,
                            but the way he was responding was annoying

                                  From last three months i am not using this number.i got a call teo months before i told them to deactivate this number then i pay bill.but they didnot take any action.now they are calling meto pay the bill and abusive me.i have no problem to pay the bill.but problem is that they are unwantedly giving me threat and they have all my call details.they are calling on that number nd talking **** stories about me.i am very depressed.Day before yesterday a person call me by the name of vikram chaudhary and said he is from delhi police department.they have arrest warrant of me.so pls tell me current location.abd using abusive language.they are also giving me advocate rahul mehta number to talk on his number is [protected].pls help me.and pls take strict action against them.
