I had applied for MNP from Airtel to Idea . It was supposed to be done yesterday 20 feb 2016 11.30 pm IST
My mobile network went no service since 11.30 pm yesterday, Till now i did not receive any network. I got message on my alternate number about successful portability . When i called customer care they also ensured that my number is ported but is inactive for that i have to dial 59909 number. But they said the SIM no. which is activated and what is provided to me is different.
So it means i was provided wrong sim, I just want to ask why i have to bear this if it is not my mistake . I am losing on my calls and important work due to all this.
Idea have setup in Infosys Limited at I.T Park Chandigarh. Mine is a corporate number. Person handling the operations here is really worthless. He is never at the seat. He has pasted his number on table, we have to repeatedly call him if we want to do any consultation regarding Idea.
That day i called Mr.deepak, he came to seat after 10 mins. I knew the offers already. I do not know in what rush he was, He just gave the sim to me without any cover nothing. I confirmed if that is the correct SIM, He said yes. Now, I am repeatedly calling him, he is not picking up the call, i even messaged him and tols this is urgent as my calls and work is getting affected and you provided me wrong SIM. He is not answering my calls.
My number is [protected] corporate number. I want to cancel the request for port now. Your services are just pathetic and customer handling more pathetic.
please note Mr. Deepak's number - [protected] and confirm what kind of services he is providing at Infosys I.T park Chandigarh. Why he is in so hurry all the time?
Why is more interested in TATA docomo counter rather than Idea. Why we need to call him everytime and he did not pick?
