I received a message from IDEA cellular today regarding 1 Gb on Special recharge for Rs 164...I recharged it twice this morning for the same amount assuming that i would get 2 gb. From last 1 month we are facing network problem at taloja central jail, kharghar, sector 35, new mumbai. Our total staff is nearabout 350 and 80% staff have idea card. So many staff members trying to buy another sim card like Vodafone, Trum, Airtel, Tata docomo, Relince.

Called to enquire about my plan as I was being overcharged. Customer care put me on hold and could hear them talking to another person. Dropped my call then n charged me double (1 Rs). Called again and then they said system was down and then charged me double again....
