Before sometime I have port my reliance prepaid number [protected] into Idea. I was very happy with this service and never need to customer care through mail and phone number. But yesterday very embarrasing incident happened with me. I recharge my mobile number [protected] with rs. 175 for 2g internet of 1 gb on 15th feb 2016 through paytm internet banking debit card. This is gone successful and balance is deducted from my account...

Sir, I have idea prepaid number[protected] in MP/CG circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargeable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid....

In spite of paying booking amount to the sales executive of Idea Cellular, the subject mobile was activated for some other customer & now company after repeated reminders is just playing hide & seek with us without any concrete decision. After all the proofs were submitted & after every reminder mails, we keep receiving the message that we are working on it.

I received the bill for the duration 14-01-16 to 13-02-16, I got a bill of Rs 1664.27/. Generally from the very first billing the bills are stagnant to 350 to 450. I have never crossed above 500/-.

This is for the first time that I have received such humungous bill because of the company billing...

Am sudharsan from pune, my postpaid number new bill cycle started from 13.2.2016 with a fresh data package of 1gb. On 14.2.2016 there was some unknown download in my mobile without my knowledge which utilized that fresh 1gb data and later it started using post data usage in a base fare.

On that time while using data pack there was no sms text or any kind of intimation of data usage crossing 50% or 75% or 90% even I did not...

I am Using Idea sim since 2010. Initially it was prepaid, but then i switched it into postpaid.(march 2015). Now it is not affordable for me, so i tried for prepaid again, but my nearby idea customer care executives are not responding (ACE COMMUNICATIONS DIst thane. State Maharashtra).
