Dear sir/madam,

I A yaswanth krishna bearing phone number [protected] requested to change my postpaid connection to prepaid on[protected] in idea store located at dwaraka nagar visakhapatnam with all valid proofs. But, till today[protected] my number in out of service condition. Even today also they are not responding properly. This is not a good way to behave with customer. so, I need activation for my sim and clarification regarding worst response from idea.

    Pro rata basis charges - new idea of bluffing - faced 3rd time — dear idea,

    So at least you have cleared your one mistake that you dint activate my internet benefits & charged me for data of inr 800 per 1 day. But please note the reversal of this amount is after 3 telephonic calls & 2 emails. On all communications idea executives denied to accept there mistakes giving unexplained calculations as pro rata basis charges...& without understanding the truth they slaps caller by telling "these all are real charges". This things are really hectic & wastes lots of our time. Are you thinking us to work to make your money?

    My second complaint is yet not resolved. You have charged me inr 150 for vas - glamor world. Yesterday. I again discussed with your customer care executive at least for 10 to 15 mins, he denied to clear this issue & inform that he is nothing going to do anything for it. I am telling you the same thing again, i have not activated such service & so i am not going to pay it. If you want anything details again from me please let me know.

    This is complete forceful harassment from you.

    Please refer my previous all complaints. I had immediately informed about wrong charges applicable to me. The glamour world charges you applied wrongly.

    Regarding data charges - please note due to high charges of data from idea, i was suppose to port my number to other network. I had sent you request for mnp before 10th jan. After that your idea executive convince me to stay with idea with changed plan of 349 which has unlimited data & so no data charges. I changed that plan of 349 which has 750mb 3g data free & then unlimited 2g data free.

    I accepted the plan on 13th jan. Next day on 14th jan. I noticed that there is charges applied to me. Unbilled data in single day was rs 749. I immediately called to idea & asked why i am getting charged for data even if you have activated 349 unlimited data plan. Your idea executive accepted your fault & updated that we forgot to activate unlimited data benefits to me & thats why i getting charged.

    Your executive apologies & activated my unlimited data. I asked to make my unbilled data usage of rs 749 to zero. Your idea executive updated that - as this is unbilled amount we cant do anything however once your bill will get generated we will reduce the data charges applied & for same i have made a complain.

    Please note i already have charged wrongly before & you dint entertained that time, still i paid the payment keeping in mind the same thing will not happen again.

    But this time this will not be accepted. I really don't have time for your nonsense things. Refer previous communications or the executives who knows this matter & please remove such wrong charges.

    Such kind of poor customer service not looks good from aditya birla group.

    Please note the communication happen & commitment from your customer care executive & the further points which i want to clarify as below,

    1. On 13th jan i changed my plan. This is due to as suggested by idea executive the benefits of 349 plan which has unlimited internet. The unbilled amount till date was zero. So on the basis of prorate there was no charges for data as well as for calling. So please note you should not charge me for prorate basis for previous plan.

    2. On 14th jan i noticed that i am getting charged for internet usage. On 14th jan till 11 o'clock unbilled data usage was noticed around rs.950/- i asked this to customer care & i raised the complaint for same. Customer care executive informed that while changing your plan to 349 idea executive missed to add my internet benefits & due to which i got charged. As amount of rs. 950/- is unbilled the customer care executive confirmed that she could not do right now for this charges but once your bill will get generate ie. On 6th feb. Whatever internet charges will be applicable will get waived off.

    3. On 14th jan i noticed on my online idea account that there is something vas is activated. I raised complaint for same. Now on 15th jan i understood that there was something glamour world has been deactivated. Please note i should not get charged for this as i have not activated it.

    So please note i will not fight with you after 6th feb about above wrong charges. If mistakenly you charged me for above 3 points, please keep this mail in track & remove all above wrong charges. You already have refused before to remove such wrong charges. It will not at all tolerated this time is you charged me something wrong.

    As confirmed i should get 750mb of 3g data. Please confirm i am getting my 3g data or not?

    Dear sir,

    My number is[protected].

    I am using this number since 2012 (Last 4 years). I have taken this number from idea postpaid & was in corporate plan.

    Yesterday i changed my plan to 349 rental plan in which i suppose to get 600 min local calling +300 sms + 750mb 3g data & above 750mb unlimited 2g data. So there no any charges to be applicable for internet.
    So why you are charging me for data. It was clearly get communicated & confirmed with the idea executive who offered me this plan that i should not get charged for any internet data usage. Still it is showing unbilled data usage of xx amount. Why?

    Its really harassing that for a single day (Means from 11am 13jan 2016 to 11am 14jan 2016) it is showing my unbilled data usage is of rs.850/-

    I am not getting how idea cellular is working now a days. It was good service since last 3 years but recently from 5 - 6 months you are charging wrongly, cheating with data usage & all...

    Tell me now, even though i had decided to port my number, i stay with idea with changed plan - why?
    Because idea executive explained the benefits of 349 plan. But now on 1st day of my changed plan idea is showing how smoothly they can cheat.

    Its not at all acceptable. Any how condition clear my unbilled charges & if you are not doing so i will raise a complaint against this cheat case in consumer court.

        On 12 February 2016 I got an offer from idea of 1 GB data in rs 175.
        I made the payment from idea cellular website and they also deducted the amount from my account but did not transfer data pack on my sim.

          Hi i have recharged 150 Rs Day before Yesterday but Yesterday they Deducted My balance 80 Rs i Called to Costumer care but they telling u called to 57777 No and talking so deducted like that they responding even i didn't get my balance return friends please tel me how is it possible to talk this No 57777 ? in case we called also how much they need to deduct for minut? 80 Rs lossed simply...

            Hi,
            Before sometime I have port my reliance prepaid number [protected] into Idea. I was very happy with this service and never need to customer care through mail and phone number. But yesterday very embarrasing incident happened with me. I recharge my mobile number [protected] with rs. 175 for 2g internet of 1 gb on 15th feb 2016 through paytm internet banking debit card. This is gone successful and balance is deducted from my account and I got message for 1024 mb data received. But after 1 min I got 2-3 message . First message your request for gprs setting has been processed SR no. 1-[protected] then again one message got that your request for data service plan change has been processed and rs. 154 deducted from my account and internet plan is change into 18 days validity and with less data. I called many times to your customer care [protected] and 198 but I have got very bad answers from your customer care. They have no sense how to talk and I have also request to raise the complaint. So i am requesting you to please check this wrong balance deduction ASAP. I have attached all the snapshots.

            Very embarrassing. I got the call from IDEA social media team. Mrs. Rashmi calling number: [protected], she told me you had use USSD method to recharge your mobile for Rs. 154. I asked to her, tell me the ussd number but she refused to tell. Logically think if i have done already internet recharge of 2g for 1GB, 28 days validity from paytm and paid amount through internet banking then why should i use ussd code to recharge my mobile with rs. 154 600 mb data with 18 days validity. I told the same logic to Mrs. Rashmi but she is not listening to me and again and again saying you have done your recharge through ussd. You people think, i am a fool. I am having 5 idea sim from last 5 years back just because of facing this nonsense thing, i'll port all my number to other network. I called many time to your customer care free help line number, 198 customer care complaint number and request to Mrs. Rashmi and told to all, if you have resolve this issue then okay otherwise raise my complaint but nobody agree to raise my complaint and again and again saying this recharge is done from your site through ussd method. Mrs. Rashmi told me this recharge is done through ussd method and customer care toll free number and complaint number 198 told me you called up to customer care and told us to recharge the mobile.

            This is not a matter Rs. 154. So kindly take it seriously.

            There is always unnecessary deduction of my balance due to services which got activated without my approval or any activation..my no.is [protected] recently there is 29 rs deduction..it's always an issue wid my no.from last 6-8 months..totally pissed off..really disappointed wid idea.. :(

                Description: I have IDEA Postpaid 549 No Bill Shock Plan. I am using it from last 5 years.
                My billing cycle is 15-14. In between billing this billing cycle my 3G 2GB internet pack had over. So I wanted to add Booster pack but mistakenly added Another 300MB 3G 100 Rs pack. When i had came to know, i deactivated the pack which i activated mistakenly. I had told customer care person to activate my previous pack. But i am not sure what IDEA customer person did with my account. He had not reverted my account to the position where it was working fine. I had clearly requested customer care to make my account as it was before activating another pack.

                Due to customer care mistake there was no data pack on my account from 8 Feb to 14 Feb. So they have charged me 941 Rs. on pro-data rate basis.

                So total bill become:
                549
                + 941
                + Service Tax
                + Data Usage = 1827.

                I requested them multiple times but customer care rejected my complaint. they are not accepting their mistake.

                        I would like to bring in your kind attention that I am having a postpaid connection with Complaint no: SR# C1-[protected]

                        I received the bill for the duration 14-01-16 to 13-02-16, I got a bill of Rs 1664.27/. Generally from the very first billing the bills are stagnant to 350 to 450. I have never crossed above 500/-.

                        This is for the first time that I have received such humungous bill because of the company billing discrepancy. You have charged me more than 3 times amount under the name of GPRS and internet usage . I would like to bring in kind attention of the company that I have wifi connection at home where I spent the 90% of my time. There is no chance that the usage could be this high. Check the billing at your end.

                        I request the company to reverse the unnecessary billed amount and bill as the actual used amount. But I am getting reckless reply from your rep Mr. Ansari who called me today afternoon 15/02/16 at 3.15 p.m. that in the bill its showing and you have to pay. Am I stupid or what after having a internet connection in my home with high-speed why should I over use mobile data. I told him I will provide you the attachments of my Internet bills which I am paying every month but still he was saying the same thing. I have visited balkampet branch Idea showroom Mr. Praveen, after he checked in system and said and you need to pay as system shows. I am trying to explain him the problem and he is not at all ready to listen and told it cannot be waived off.

                        I am mentally disturbed from 6th feb after I got a messag that I have over used my mobile data and I made numerous calls and requested look into the matter but no use.

                        Its ridiculous that If anybody see my bill and previous bills that how could it be charged in matter of 30 minutes i have used 174690 volume and 73200 volume, whereas i use it very little every day. It is unbelievable by looking at that transaction.

                        Any fool cannot commit a mistake to spend 1000 rs in 30 minutes.

                        I am providing the attachments of my internet bill of 3 months, idea bill analysis for 5 months, gprs volume (which i use my mobile data mostly in my office times) and reply from customer service.

                        I am requesting you guys once again kindly looking into the matter and waive off the unnecessary billed amount which i didn't at all used.

                        Note: I am not going to pay what I haven't used at all. If you want to bar my services you may but a single penny will be not paid which i haven't used at all. I am a loyal customer who paid the bills every month without any pending's.

                        What aforesaid concern has been discussed and addressed I got a call from [protected] ( Miss Riya Bhimsen i think) and she spoke to me in entire call that your bill has been generated correctly. When I am discussing to her regarding the problem and she is constantly saying bill has been properly generated and I am not here discuss other things like call data or the past bills. Is that the way to reply a customer and she also not ready to listen my complete problem and she said thank you and disconnected the call. "I have a call recording with me what she spoke and what I spoke to her and how carelessly she disconnected the call". Is this the way your people will discuss and address to customers.
                        When you people are confident from your end than i am very much confident that I didn't used over usage of GPRS I have attached all proofs from my end. When my bill plan is 299 and I have crossed bill amount till 490/- with call data then I have paid. Because I have spent that amount. When I didn't used this GPRS then why should I pay.
                        Note:- Once again I am reminding you I am not going to pay the amount for what I haven't used, if next month you generate the bill than still "I pay I will pay" What I have used but not for this over usage of GPRS.

                          Am sudharsan from pune, my postpaid number new bill cycle started from 13.2.2016 with a fresh data package of 1gb. On 14.2.2016 there was some unknown download in my mobile without my knowledge which utilized that fresh 1gb data and later it started using post data usage in a base fare.

                          On that time while using data pack there was no sms text or any kind of intimation of data usage crossing 50% or 75% or 90% even I did not get any kind of text while the package got emptied and started using post data usage in data fare. And bill reached Rs2300 suddenly. Am shocked and highly disappointed with this kind of service which does not provide usage balance intimation while consumers use your data service.

                              I have a prepaid IDEA mobile number([protected]).For last some time I am unable to make or take any call from my mobile phone because the person at other side cannot hear my voice at all or hears extremely low sound, though I speak loudly and from congestion free net work while I clearly hear the person at other side.But my voice does'nt reach to other person.It happened many times.Some time voices from both sides break. I changed my handset several times but the problem continued and now for last 3-4 days I could not use my mobile only because of this problem.Please resolve this problem at earliest.

                                I m using Lumia 532. Network is full but I m experiencing on and off of 3g service over one week. Network strength of 3g is full but no webpage is opening. Customer care told me manual setting of internet and manual roaming selection but internet is not working. My suggestion is that idea is not perfect service provider of 3g. Idea is best in 2g network only in Maharashtra and AP. idea is providing very poor 3g service around India except Maharashtra and telangana. Idea is hiring 3g service of Airtel and Vodafone all over india.

                                  Very Cheapest telecom company in India ever ---- Idea Lied with me again and again when i sent message for port-out in last month then they said if i continue with idea they said they will change my plan from 375Rs to 275Rs so i agreed to continue with idea.

                                  Now on next bill no less in my plan as committed with me and even person on idea named as " Vishnu " from Noida as supervisor so he said we don't have any updation in our system we can't do anything then why they committed with me and now they going back from their commitment .

                                  I have Never expected from idea - and now on i don't want to continue with idea ( Liar's company)

                                        I hereby submit that i am your long term attached customer.but it is very sad that i am requesting your customer care employeesagain and again to deactivate the service of 2g pack of Rs. 199 from nov.2015.but the same was not done by your staff. You can check the call list . Whenever your idea company send me the notification i called your customer care employee. But my request was not executed .Today i again check my bill detail and i call your idea company.Today this service was stoped or not i don't know. But i want refund of last two bills and of this month also. Otherwise i will have take some hard steps. Please do the needful as early as possible.
