I have bought an smartphone from snapdeal.com on 7th February 2016 and smart phone model is Intex Cloud flash 4G. The additional offer given with purchasing this Smartphone is from Idea Cellular Network : Offer 512 MB free net for 2 months.
I have also got mail regarding this offer but when I'm doing the offer avail process after entering all valid details of my new smartphone & otp etc.. @ i4all.ideacellular.com/offers (as the link given on snapdeal) in final page showing terms & accept / decline option .. I accepted but the page that comes after accepting shows "Sorry
Offer Detail Parameters (keyword, bearer, authKey) not found "

What the hale it is..!! Give my offer now.. Idea cellular cheated me..
Don't cheat public please... Give my internet offer fast..

Thus whole benefits shown on Intex mobiles really benefits idea company bcoz new sims are brought ..I have also faced the same problem.my invoice no was shown incorrect despite being same on bill.

      Dear Idea,

      This is complete forceful harassment from you.

      Please refer my previous all complaints. I had immediately informed about wrong charges applicable to me. The Glamour world charges you applied wrongly.

      Regarding Data charges - Please note due to high charges of data from Idea, I was suppose to port my number to other network. I had sent you request for MNP before 10th Jan. After that your Idea executive convince me to stay with Idea with changed plan of 349 which has unlimited data & so no data charges. I changed that plan of 349 which has 750mb 3G data free & then unlimited 2G data free.

      I accepted the plan on 13th Jan. Next day on 14th Jan. I noticed that there is charges applied to me. Unbilled data in single day was Rs 749. I immediately called to Idea & asked why I am getting charged for data even if you have activated 349 unlimited data plan. Your Idea executive accepted your fault & updated that we forgot to activate unlimited data benefits to me & thats why I getting charged.

      Your executive apologies & activated my unlimited data. I asked to make my unbilled data usage of Rs 749 to zero. Your Idea executive updated that - as this is unbilled amount we cant do anything however once your bill will get generated we will reduce the data charges applied & for same I have made a complain.

      Please note I already have charged wrongly before & you dint entertained that time, Still I paid the payment keeping in mind the same thing will not happen again.

      But this time this will not be accepted. I really don't have time for your nonsense things. Refer previous communications or the executives who knows this matter & please remove such wrong charges.

      Such kind of poor customer service not looks good from aditya birla group.

        Issue: On Nov 16th 2015 I went to the store to switch my No. to MNP (Idea A.P to Idea Karnataka). I payed all my previous A.P bills. She said except DATA(INTERNET) all services are chargeable. I have previous data of 800 MB (APPROX.) used that before Karnataka sim was activated. For that I got Rs 3200/- bill (10 days ). So I asked her she accepted that his mistake and said that she is to his manager and till now she didn't take an action. And I can't pay that much amount. please take an action ASAP.

          Such a stupid customer care executives who are not even able to take the complaint, , voice problem is too much, call failure is so severe that could not even complete one call since last six days and not even a complaint call on customer care.

            From last three days no signal on Idea Cellular network. For that I have been suffering so many problems. I don’t understand, what have I to do? Anybody suggest me? 1st time I have faced this type problem. Several times my grievance is explained to customer care but no response.

                1. I have an Idea 3G Smart Wifi connection (Dongle) since Aug 2015. SInce inception, I have faced frequent breaks/ drops in connectivity and have to log in frequently, IN SPITE OF ALL FIVE BARS in the network. Connectivity breaks happen IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS AND WITH ALL 5 BARS CONNECTIVITY!
                2. Number of complaints filed so far - Q1 -[protected] and 2nd one complaint was S1- [protected].
                3. However, my complaints have not been addressed so far.
                Please address my complaint urgently, else I will be forced to escalate my complaint appropriately.

                  I am Soumit pal. working at Durgapur Chemicals Ltd. (A Govt. of West Bengal Enterprises) in Environment Fire safety department.

This number on hold form 11.02.2016, receive a massage that mobile [protected] disconnected due to incomplete documentation. This types of same problem occurs last one year ago. on that time i was submitted all the documents on that time. Improper documentation of Idea cellular is creating poor service and we have not lots of time to solve same problem on regular basis.
                  why this types of harassment occurs in regular basis, this is a very important and emergency numbers.

                    Now my no. is successfully ported but I have not received the balance from my old sim

                        Hi,

                        I'm using idea postpaid and have always been paying bills on time. Last month a subscription(cinemasti) was activated automatically without any confirmation or consent for which i have been charged 90rs. And this month i saw that on my bill. When I spoke to customer care executive, he said it was activated via web. Even customer care executive was not able to hear me properly because of Idea's service(network distortion most of the time). I was on roaming since last 2 months and I din't had time to activate roaming plan then why would I activate such useless things? If possible check for my usage of that service and then confirm if I have used that service or not.
                        Please look into this ASAP! Else surely I'm not going to use idea cellular anymore and will port to some better brand and service.

                          In the next minute I got one more sms confirmed the above request is processed successfully.

                              On 29th Jan 2016, I have ported to IDEA.

                              In spite of having a 3G connection, I am not getting even 2G network. The network is so much fluctuating, that any moment signal from 3G goes to 2G & suddenly it disappears. Network fluctuates a lot. Even if the network is showing 3G connectivity, a image of 17kb can not downloaded or uplaoded. In fact the Idea app itself does not open with the kind of network.

                              For reference, I have attached screen shots. You can check the date & time at which suddenly network goes off.

                              Every time I complain with the customer care, they were not taking complains & just ask to do settings in the handset. But even after doing that the situation is same.

                              And for every call to customer care I get a mail that there was some concern with my connection. And the next mail is that the issue had been resolved.

                              Frustrated with loading signals... I wanted to port out of this mobile service.

                                Almost last 1 year I complaining about coverage in my area. We society people never get coverage for IDEA. Many people shifted from Idea to some other network. Still we @600 people faith in your network. We want to know that have you think @ any solutions for the same. You are saying that we have plan the site at your place, now we want to actually know where you plan the site or tell us to shift from your network. Please ask some technical person to actual visit to our society & visit to me. We as all loyal customer want the solution from you.
                                Please consider our request on priority basis.

                                  I own a postpaid connection in idea cellular for which lastly i received a bill of nearly 1500...which i have not paid i assured the company to pay it shortly but yesterday i received a call from [protected] saying that its a call from chennai advocate office, the lady spoke in the call used an very abusive language..which hurted my self esteem she also threatened me that she also call to all my frequently called customers and spoil my name, she did as she told...highlight is she made a call to one of my female customer and spoke in such a third rated manner which has hurted and abused my customer very personally...the lady who has called from the number [protected] has spoke and behaved like an arrogant abusive person.

                                    I purchased a new idea postpaid number from Idea - [protected]
                                    all the documents had been submitted successfully
                                    even then verification happened two days back.
                                    the person informed the connection will work within the same day.
                                    i am not able to contact any of the idea customer care since it is not connecting.
                                    help me with this.
                                    i have paid for the VIP number. need it as soon as possible,

                                      It was recharged on 06.02.19 through Paytm.com with Rs. 249/- but still no service/data has been received.

                                      I contacted paytm.com who confirms that it was successfuly recharged. Below is email received from paytm.:-

                                        I have received so many messages from Idea Cellular, these all messages are not related to me .Even I informed so many times to Miss - Priyanka &Miss - Mamta from customer care executive ).I told them to dont send me once again such kind of messages.

                                        Irrelevant message : -
                                        idea repeat follow up you have a failed to pay bill O/S Rs - 9164/- of IDEA BA[protected] request to attend LOK ADALAT at PUNE court on 13.02.2016 .

                                        This is not related to me, why they are sending me daily and distrubing my mentality and wasting the time also.
