I want to register a Complaint regarding the customer service delivered at below mention address :

Surabhi Marketing Shop.No.2 3 & 4, Opp.Govt High School, Madhapur main road, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500016

Contact Person : Shekhar


Complain : I ported from Airtel postpaid to Idea Postpaid .I Submitted papers and this person gave me MNP sim for my phone. After that i got a message that port is completed and my sim will be activated from 1.02.2016 mid night .

After this time till now there is not signal in the sim .After many try from other phone when i reached to customer care they said that my sim is wrong .

I am holding a wrong sim .

This is not done .They should inform me before port is going to be implemented .

Now they are saying as the shop is closed, please come tomorrow morning .That means my sim will be in active for more that 24 hours .


I want you to take strong action regarding this mis conduct and i need update on this .

I want to talk to the regional manager of your company for this region regarding this.

    I have purchased idea magic card of Rs80.00 when i scratched the card the numbers are not visible, the same i have contacted customer care they have asked me to contact the local distributor, when i contacted the distributor he have asked me to contact sales officer, when i contacted him he told he cannot do any thing whatever you want to do you do, this was the response. I have contacted the customer care again they told we cannot do any thing.

    I have wasted my time and money to going to distributor and sales officer but no one turned up.

    I request you to give my recharge amount of rs.80.00 along with my travel worth of Rs 200.00

      On pre paid mobile no -[protected], INR 200/- recharged on last sunday night (31 JAN 16 ), however 200 mb was made free along with this charge, but suddenly today it was seen that only 80 /- balance is left .This is really surprising, Pl do take action and keep us ever lasted IDEA Customer .

      This kind of case happened many months before .Pl do take action and acknowledge .

        My previous Postpaid account[protected] is closed in august 2015 and the balance amount of -106.5(Bill num: [protected]) is not refunded till now. I sent many mails, called customer care and visited idea showroom but my query is not resolved.

            Sir,
            I am serving in the CRPF which is fully nationalized job. during my posting at west bengal a mobile number-[protected] purchased by me from Uninor cellular. Due to cancellation of licence o[censored]ninor (West Bengal) i was port-in my aforesaid number to Idea cellular(west Bengal) and used continue for the period of 2-3 years.

            As mentioned, i was transferred from west bengal to Delhi during august-14 and using mobile No. [protected] continue. But due to burden of roaming charges i want to port out my aforesaid number into BSNL(M.P.) i.e. my Home state and a roaming free network. for this i was applied with BSNL a/w unique UPC No. on 05/12/2015. I was provided UPC No. again two more time to representative of BSNL Chhindwara, M.P. and also contacted the representative of Idea Cellular West Bengal through mobile Number and through email i.d. appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 25/01/2016, 28/01/16 and 02/02/2016 but neither my Number ported out to BSNL(M.P.) nor any fruitful response received so for.

            Kindly look into the matter and take remedial action.

              Due to unaffordable 3g rates.i decided for porting.And i sent a port request.A representative of idea called me and assured me that i will get one gb 3g for rs 72.the same is not availed till date.if tge situation continues i have to register a complaint in consumer forum against the service provider

                      On 31st January, I was using internet, suddenly internet was disconnected and within few minutes the signal changed to No Service .
                      I restarted my phone, took out the sim and put it again still the same thing.
                      On 1st Feb at 8am, called Idea customer care and they are saying that the SIM is inactive since I might have not used it for 30 days or due to external/internal damage. I told them till yesterday it was working fine, how come I am not using it or its damaged, those people dont have the answer and are stupid call center executives who dont listen to customer concern and keep on repeating the same sentence like a robot.
                      I have my balance and 3G recharge amount in that sim. Now they want me to visit customer care and again get a new sim and pay money to get the same number.
                      My idea mobile is [protected] and alternate number is [protected].
                      IDEA changes your life is the slogan and this is what it has changed.
                      I want the concerned authorities to check this and activate my sim with the same number.

                        I am post paid customer of Idea. Without my knowledge idea added 1147 rs(437 last month and 710 this month) extra on my bill in the name of VAS CHARGES, i never agreed of or asked confirmation of. There simple excuse is that while surfing some pop came on my browser and idea paid that company the amount, without even asking the customer's agreement about it. Is idea now trying to play a BANK here.

                          I made the recharge of Rs 47 through Internet banking. The amount got deducted from my from my bank account but I did not get the recharge in my mobile number [protected]. And also when contacted the customer care they told they are not allowed to take the complaint regarding the issue and disconnected the call without listening to me. It seems to be an unpleasant service from idea and looting the money from public. Feeling ashamed of your service. And decided to move to other good service providers.

                            I registered one complaint about the network issue(indoor). At that time my complaint was registered and one of the idea executive call me and ask my details and told that my concern will we resolve in till 30th Jan 2016. And after that one of executive again called me and he told that our engineers working already on it. After some time my complain closed and till now there is no changes in the networks, problem remains same. My SR No. for the same was 1-[protected]. Please help me to resolve this problem.

                              Dear sir, i recharged with 150 on 28 feb, 16 on 1:58pm...there was a offer on *122# that 150:240 and 240:240 on 5th option.but i got only 150 rs, , then approx 6times i called to cusmer care n they told to wait for 6 to 48 hours..n today they said there is no such offer so that they will not credit the extra talktime...sir why there are fake offers? n m very disappointed from idea, , , there are no good offers not even idea to idea calls n internet packs...so m very frustrated now nd going to port all my 5 numbers of idea into other good companies...i am also attching photo of that offer as proof..

                              Bhai choor company hai aur paiswa wapan nahi degi... Mere paas bhi aisi images hai jise company accept nahi krr rhi hai. Idea Application pe dikha rahaa tha ki 147 ke recharge pe 6000 MB Data but i got only 600 MB amd when i complaint than they said that there is 600 MB i said check the screenshot but they did not provide me rest data and also not refund my money.

                                      Date of incident - 27/01/2016

                                      on the above date i got my cell reacharged with a balance of rs.65 after few min. The company deducted my balancec of rs. 35 .
                                      When i called the customer care centre regarding this problem they said that i have activated a request on 24/01/2016 and earlier also a balance of rs. 5 was deducted and now rs. 35 have been deducted for the renewal of it . But the fact is that i have not made any such request aand this was an invald deduction . Their higher authorities are also not replying of the mail sent for the same.

                                        As per given recharge offer in Idea Cellular Chart i have done recharge of Rs.106 having 9000Min.for 14days validity.but this offer is totally fake n misguides customer.I already made call to 198 but employee unable satisfy / answer to me and my question. I request you to take my complaint seriously and proceed it as soon as possible.
