On 31st January, I was using internet, suddenly internet was disconnected and within few minutes the signal changed to No Service .
I restarted my phone, took out the sim and put it again still the same thing.
On 1st Feb at 8am, called Idea customer care and they are saying that the SIM is inactive since I might have not used it for 30 days or due to external/internal damage. I told them till yesterday it was working fine, how come I am not using it or its damaged, those people dont have the answer and are stupid call center executives who dont listen to customer concern and keep on repeating the same sentence like a robot.
I have my balance and 3G recharge amount in that sim. Now they want me to visit customer care and again get a new sim and pay money to get the same number.

IDEA changes your life is the slogan and this is what it has changed.
I want the concerned authorities to check this and activate my sim with the same number.
