I recharged with idea 3g plan of Rs1250 on 28/01/2016 but 3g internet didn't work. I called customer care many times but they told there server is slow so no information cab be provided. I waited till evening but still it not worked. Then i recharged with 3G plan of Rs23 to see if there is 3g network problem or other issue with recharge amount. This time 3g worked but as soon as rs23 plan data ended, internet stopped again.
Now when i called customer care to ask reason, they are replying that your Rs1250 plan got cancelled after rs 23 recharge so your Rs 1250 plan cannot work.

    Request for waiver o[censored]nauthorised charges of rs.35/- for vas services of biscoot store on my idea mobile [protected].

    Dear sir,

    As per my repeated request for stop & deactivate the vas service of biscoot store on my idea mobile [protected] on 12.1.2016 & same was stop & deactivated on the same day at 12.08am on 13.1.2016 within 10 minutes from message of start & i was conveyed vide 54300 from idea but eventhough i was charged rs.35/- vide bill dated 25.1.2016 a/c no.[protected] for the vas service of biscoot store which is already deactivated on 13.1.2016 at 12.08am.

    Biscoot store......12/1/1 to 18/1/16... Rs.35.00

    It is to mention here that i have requested or demanded for vas service of biscoot store and i have never utilized such services so charges made to me are unauthorized charges and i am not liable to pay such charges. As per sms received on 12.01.2016 at 11.58pm biscoot store was started which was stopped & de activated within 10 minutes at 12.08am on the basis of my sms to idea at 155223 you are requested to waive the unauthorised charges of rs.35/- for charge of biscoot store on my idea mobile [protected]. After getting confirmation for waiver of charges of rs. 35.00 i will pay the idea bill failing which i will move to the consumer forum for unauthorised charges of biscoot store for i have evidence of sms from idea for stop & de activation of biscoot store services on the base of my request made on 155223 to idea.
    Kindly convey your decision/approval for waiver o[censored]nauthorised charges of rs.35/- for biscoot store on my idea mobile [protected] vide bill dated 25.01.2016.

            I am using idea post paid connection, My sim card was broken due to some reason. so I get a new sim from idea shop (same number ). That executive ensure me that sim card will start working from this morning onwards. But still not getting coverage as I have to make some urgent calls. I tried to talk to customer care from alternative number but they are not giving me solution.

              I was requested on 9th Jan 2016 for my SD(Security Deposit) need to be adjust in Bill cycle but my request was declined due to no deposit available. how come it is??

              I try to reach all the medium to get help but received no help at all, this is quiet frustrating, please help me on this asap.

                I had activated 24 Rs. ISD calling pack on 22.12.2015. After activation of the pack i had called to USA for which i was charged normal rates of 8rs/min which is completely wrong. So i filed a complaint with customer care on 198 having complaint no. SR no. 1-[protected] on 22.12.2015. the customer care person accepted that i was wrongly charged and the amount will be refunded back. but next day i received a sms stating that my number was not reachable and so complaint could not be resolved.

                i again activated 24 rs. ISD calling pack on 11.01.2016 and made a call to USA and was again charged normal rate of 8rs/min. So i filed a complaint with customer care on 198 having complaint no. SR no. 1-[protected] on 11.01.2015. the customer care person again accepted that i was wrongly charged both the times and the amount will be refunded back. but next day i received a sms stating that my number was not reachable and so complaint could not be resolved.

                i had provided alternate contact numbers also but nobody called on those numbers if the main number was really unreachable. all this clearly shows that idea people dont care in solving the issue.

                i again filed a complaint on 198 having complaint no. SR no. 1-[protected] on 27.01.2016. now m waiting for a call from their side and hope this time again they dont give the same rubbish reason that the number is not reachable.

                now if this is not solved then il be forced to engage into legal procedures.

                also as per TRAI guidelines the details of "Nodal Officer" and "Appellate Authority" have to be strictly mentioned on the website but i could not find it anywhere on the idea cellular website.

                      Sir/ mem,

                      i am using Idea sim.I have 299 plan, when I was Purchase this number my credit limit was 700 rupees, the company automatically increase this limit to 1400 rupees, that's why I was paid last month 750 rupees approx for 15 days, i was called at Idea customer care and request for decrease credit limit 1400 to 700 rupees. One thing is that I was not using this much in last month, and again this month my bill is 1250 approx rupees. This month also I was not using this much of amount.
                      I want to know that my credit limit was 700 rupees so how can you send me 1250 rupees approx bill.

                      According to my Monthly rental i am getting 600 local & national min. and unlimited internet data.

                      I am very very disappointed with idea.

                        Sir, I recharge with PI Rs46 3G net pack in which I get 150 MB on the same day same time my Aunt recharge with PI Rs 46 3G net Pack on my number I did not get that PI.                                 When I surfed internet on my mobile a message flashes on my mobile that idea activated some VAS to my number without my consent and it's repeated so many time.

                                Kindly do not active any VAS related to 54300 on my mobile.

                                I request to refund my money or I will file a suit in consumer forum against idea.

                                  I have switched from postpaid to prepaid, hence got new idea SIM [protected] on 11th Dec 2015 and in evening I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .From that time till date I am trying 59059 but it is not connecting .

                                  When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059 .I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help .

                                  I am every day getting SMS on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting .Pls provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected] .

                                  I think buying idea was worst decision .

                                    I am facing problem while calling every call getting drop first time and second time process. After 45 second call again dropped and voice missed. I am having post plan worth 1299 per month still facing this kind service.

                                    Please resolve it as earlier I paid 2299, 2800 pm bill due to this problem I informed it to company person but they were helpless. If this time company will no refund my exes amount I will port this no in another company.

                                      Sir, my mob no is [protected].I got a call from idea cellular on[protected] regarding privilege plan benifits. I replied to change the plan after next billing date. But they change my plan on[protected] and my unbilled amount is increased to Rs 4400. My actual unbilled amount is 1050.On what base they increased unbilled this much amount that i dont know.I didnt get any confirmation message regarding plan change. I called their customer care. But they didnt give right information.This is cheating from aditya birla group. Pl be aware.

                                      Idea customer care officers doesnt call me yet and the issue is not resolved .Still my unbilled amount shows 4418 and plan also not changed

                                      I wrote complaint to this email address. I wants idea to reduce my unbilled amount and change my previous plan as soon as possible..Otherwise i will take legal steps aganist idea. I will take awarness to people about this cheating company.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                                      I am using Idea cellular service. my mobile number is [protected]. I found extra charges in my last bill. I have visited Idea gallery and executive told me that Idea has changed your tariff (45 Paisa per minute).
                                      I asked him but I dint request for the changing plan or tariff. Executive replied me that its company policy and Idea is sending message to customer regarding tariff. I dint get such message and in today's life do we really have time to check messages??? Why idea has not been informed me?
                                      Executive has reset my plan but the bill which is wrongly generated (as per my plan Idea to Idea 10 paisa and Idea to other mobile 30 paisa) that is 45 paisa for per minute.
                                      I have sent mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but dint get any satisfactory answer. How can Idea has changed tariff without informing customer. Why should I pay extra amount??? In feature also Idea can do it. What is the option for customer??
                                      This is cheating. I dont want loose my mobile number.
                                      Kindly suggest me what shall I do?

                                        When I am browsing, automatically cuts 15/- activated music pack. When recharge or complaining or replace the operator asks mobile no, address, and several questions... But activating any a pack no need mobile no, confirmation, ... It's cheating idea cellular...
