First of all, I didn't receive any reply for my previous complain #Reference Id E1-[protected].
Now, again you guys wrongly charged for my 3g bill cycle. On 2nd of November, I requested you guys to deactivate my 3g plan but you told me to call on dated 3rd November as your System was not working. Then, I tried to call you on dated 3rd, November 2015, where I requested to change my billing Internet 3g Plan along with Calling Plan but you guys only changed my Calling plan. Then, in the month of December I received more than Rs 6000 Bill which is difficult to make payment. It was your system's fault, I've been your subscriber for last 5 years, I don't want to lose this Idea Connection. I would appreciate if you can look into and provide me Waiver, so I can pay my Bill as soon as Possible. Even, my phone number still barred, I couldn't make any call or receive it. For last 3 months, my number has been barred, I didn't make any call but you guys charged me also for last three month.

Also, their idea stores, which they brag about in their advertisements, are not at all warm or Customer friendly. And then they have the audacity to tell their customers that IDEA has started to update plans for people as per their own convinience.
