First of all, I didn't receive any reply for my previous complain #Reference Id E1-[protected].
Now, again you guys wrongly charged for my 3g bill cycle. On 2nd of November, I requested you guys to deactivate my 3g plan but you told me to call on dated 3rd November as your System was not working. Then, I tried to call you on dated 3rd, November 2015, where I requested to change my billing Internet 3g Plan along with Calling Plan but you guys only changed my Calling plan. Then, in the month of December I received more than Rs 6000 Bill which is difficult to make payment. It was your system's fault, I've been your subscriber for last 5 years, I don't want to lose this Idea Connection. I would appreciate if you can look into and provide me Waiver, so I can pay my Bill as soon as Possible. Even, my phone number still barred, I couldn't make any call or receive it. For last 3 months, my number has been barred, I didn't make any call but you guys charged me also for last three month.
