My name is Vijay Urade and I am using Idea services and my number is [protected]. since the day i switched to idea, i am continuously facing problems like network issues, call dropping and 3G connectivity. i m providing you the details below for all the complaints that i have raised till date. whenever i raised a complaint they never resolved any issue but sent me a message that my problem has been resolved without even confirming from me. At first i opted for the plan of Rs. 1599/- as i am using the idea postpaid service but due to very poor network and 3G services, i downgraded to Rs.1299/ plan. Professionally i am a businessman and most of my work is done by communicating with client on phone and sending them details about my project through email and whats-app. Last week without informing they disconnected my 3G services for 6 days. How can a person in 21st century stay away from internet for so many days ! Please help me out ! I have complained so many times that i am at the threshold of my patience now. I personally have undergone a tremendous business loss due to Idea's extremely poor services which led to my mental agony and affected my health in a extremely bad way. Due to all this mental harassment and business losses my family life has been disturbed alot. I am highly disappointed. so i would like to take a legal action against Idea company and I would also like to claim for the compensation of 5 lakh rupees to at-least recover my business losses. I look up to you with great hope in getting justice. PS: heights of the network issues are that even Idea customer care calls keep dropping and no 3G services in metro city like Mumbai. Dear Sir,
Even after continuous request to the appellate several times, my problems of poor network and 3G services are still remain unresolved. I have also requested the appellate and the customer service desk to send the Technician at my billing address to rectify my issues and install a booster i[censored]nable to sort it from the nearest tower but to my disappointment no body showed up. Seems that 'Idea' really won't bother about their customer problems and only intend in pulling customers money. On top of that Idea is continuously sending me messages that my concern related to call connectivity and data is successfully resolved without confirming it from me.

Instead of resolving my issues and offering me compensations for my losses & sufferings, Idea has now disconnected my outgoing and 3G services from last 5 days. I have clearly mentioned to the appellate and to the customer service department last month in January 2016 that I won't be paying the bill unless and until you resolve my problems completely. I am now continuously receiving messages and calls regarding the bill payment but to my consciousness I never ever got a call regarding my pending issues still exist...am I satisfied with the services ?? no courtesy call ever...
what a pitiful mission statement...'An Idea can change your life...'

[protected] and [protected] would like to inform that I have recharged at 19:10pm Rs 154 for 1GB 3G for 28 days on offer and RS 15 FULL TT/Rs 35, WERE AS full amount not yet credited in my account.when checked with CE IN 198 at 22:000pm said that they have technical problem in the server.

      I have recharge of rs.80 on2nd Jan and checked that there's no balance in my account. Customer service is not responding about it. I have talked several times but neither get the balance nor satisfied answer from idea. Very poor service which I have observed till the time.

        I have an idea mobile network. But it has very very poor services like slow internet speed poor network etc etc.. Whenever i call someone than call is automatic disconnect and show the messege is call failed than i trt to re call than message is come and display the call failed. I told your executive which name is SAGAR at 12.05 pm but he argue that was fault in my handset than i checked my phn but there is no any fault in my handset. So you should improve your network and pls hire to qualified staff. Your executive sagar gave me very pathetic answer even he does not know how to respond customer..           Team, I was having more than 200MB 3G Data till today. Since am in Situation today to consume Internet usage highly today, I have recharged RC164 for 1GB 3G using main ac balance. However am shocked to see my 3G Data 200MB got lost badly. Whence kindly help to claim to Cr. 200MB 3G Data towards Mob# [protected] so that I can continue to pursue Idea seamlessly.

                I recharged my phone on 12/01/2016 with 147 Rs. But on the next day i came to know that i had been given just 2 days validity where as it should have to be of 28 days. when i tried calling customer complaint they denied me for the benefit and put my no. into a black list. and since then i'm not able to use the internet so i must get a proper benefit against this third class service. Another thing is that i'm bearing with the call drop problem whenever i try to call someone it just shows busy network with sounding bips

                  I came to Karnataka recently and I want to MNP my Andhra idea number to Karnataka idea . I have submitted the documents to the idea service center at marthalli bridge they said it take's one week, but after one week when I asked they said it was rejected and when I asked them what is the reason they said they don't know. I said give me the documents as you said it was rejected they said we don't have your documents. They responded very carelessly and told me to come back after one week. Even after one week the didn't response properly and I am wasting my time and money for both incoming and outgoing calls.Any way it was clear that idea has proved it's negligence and improper service to its customer. Thanks to idea services I am shifting to another network not only me I also insisted my brother to change his idea network to Vodafone. This year Idea deserves the best in its customer service keep up the good work.

                            I requested for a new broadband connection, installation guy calls, offers to come @2pm but I was unavailable so said could he come @6pm. He uses lowly language and starts swearing and abusing me over the phone. IDEA hires criminals and thugs?

                            I doubt i'll ever use or recommend idea's service to anyone. This is becoming big problem in india, even if you fire the culprit he'll join other company, because he doesn't value his job so he doesnt care for the company or its customers .

                            I don't have idea mobile number, I applied for a new wifi broadband connection which I clearly mentioned in my email. its stupid demanding me idea mobile number twice instead looking into my complaint. Anyways someone called from Idea saying they'll forward my complaint to the branch where I made the application. No empathy towards customers!

                              I had an IDEA connection and due to frequent network issues i thought of porting my number to some other service provider. Once a got a call during the porting period for confirming about porting, and they also asked whether i am interested to continue with IDEA. That they will clear the network issues, and asked me to use for one more month and check the network. I was not interested and so the customer executive said that They will forward the details for porting. I was using idea 999 plan which had 6GB net free benefits and there was no discontinuation for my net usage or call until the number got ported. I did not receive a single call from IDEA regarding any issues on my net usage. My number got ported and few weeks later i received a bill in which i had data proration charge of Rs. 15, 759.360 and a total bill of Rs. 18, 356.610. Which had no more details, it was just mentioned that over usage of freebies. I had conversation with customer care executive again. Then came to know that since i ported my number between my bill cycle i had only half of freebies and that was why extra charges came. I asked the executive why such thing was not informed during the porting period and why i had no warning messages?? He said that it is not their responsibility to inform the customer. Then what is their responsibility? Is it just to send a bill and call customer when the bill is not paid? Today I received a call from an advocate office and he asked me whether i am interested in settling the bill, if so they will talk to IDEA Executive and try to waver some amount. When the y called from IDEA they are telling that will waver 10% from the amount and still around RS. 15000 I will have to pay, else if this will be informed to my current service provider then they will debar my service and all. I just asked whether they have a practice of informing the customer about this proration at the time of porting. He said yes we inform customers. I didn't receive any such call from IDEA regarding this matter. The their explanation was it might have been informed. They call customers if we use excess calls or excess internet then asking us to change our plan, telling that they have a better plan where you will have free usage and all. These things are properly tracked, but while a customer has taken a decision to stop their services then they have no responsibilities nor any tracking. The one who called me from idea and he himself said customers use the net thinking that they can use their benefits as other months but it not so. From that it was clear that this is not for the first time that they are fooling their customers. He also said that they inform this to customer, when i said that i didn't receive any such call he remained silent. I have been using idea for the past 4 years and now i have decided to port the IDEA numbers used by my other family members also. I think they have found this as a money making source. Because now i have seen a lot of similar complaints for the same IDEA network. I am ready to pay the bill according to bill plan. This was not pre notified and so not willing to make the additional payment. I never made any delay in payment of my bill though with IDEA or with any other service provider.

                                Had ported from airtel to idea thinking the customer service would be better but its not..its worst till now, had applied for a new connection along with porting number, got a new SIM (NUMBER. [protected] [protected]) after two weeks i got the number [protected], now when following came to know it has been cancelled, and says i had requested cancellation while i didvnot requested cancellation, they did it on their own. need a reply from the company and a new connection and refund too

                                  I am facing the problem of call Disturbance at my home location sec 4 Rohtak. 3 times I have lodged complaint for the same at idea customer care but all are in vain no action and support was provided by idea. It has been a month I facing the issue all 3 complaints has been closed by them saying that we are working on it and we have to install a new tower or some kind of crap in your area. Now idea cellular has generated bill for the month without any waived amount and when I had a talk with there senior person Madhuri she said we don't able to do anything in this matter I have to pay the full amount.                                     Respected sir/madam, Iam srinivas with mobile number [protected], had 3g data balance of 7.79Mb and 4g balance 1048Mb with an expiry date 20/01/2016 Today I recharged the above number with 253Rs an shocked to see only 1048 Mb 4g instead of 2096Mb data and other interesting thing is I got added my 3g previous data of 7.79Mb with 2096Mb of 3g data When I was known from customer care that if anyone recharged with the same pack that he had already recharged previously, he can expect only the recharged amount for the current one and previous balance like bribery for the next recharge comes into idea account or eaten by idea This is the only disgusting network in India that is forcely taking out previous balance from customer hands. what the hell are u thinking of customers a? If so make changes in the following also ** for example if any customer in his idea mobile account has 1000/- main balance and further if he recharged with 10/- top up clear his 1000/- balance, let him/her find his/her main balance 7.73/- instead of making 1007.73/- balance. Then u can't even find the meanings for the words u hear from them, and finally u won't find even a single customer in idea network. Think practical in the view of a common man.dont do such brainless and worst acts and u will surely pay for that Do what ever u want I need my 4g balance to be 2096Mb.solve this issue not only for me for all o[censored]r customers and not to lose the valuable customers like me Thanking you.

                                      I bought the above given sim card on 12 January 2016 from a local store, here Meppadi, Wayanad, Kerala. When I called 59059 the next day evening as instructed on the packet I got the answer that the call could not be completed and directed me to call the customer care. Nothing could be done by calling the customer care of the company. Then the dealer called the service center and they told that it would be activated the following day. I get the same answer everyday and my sim remains inactivated till date.

                                      I have submitted all the documents they asked from me and I have also contacted the touch point( Idea Cellular)at Meppadi, Wayanad Kerala. She told me that there was a technical error and it would be activated on the same day, but nothing happened. The sim remains inactivated even after seven days!

                                      I dont know what is happening at your service centres in Wayanad. It is a duty from your part to check it.
                                      It is none of customers fault if the documents have not reached you. The people concerned should collect it and activate the sim on time.

                                      Regret to say that you are giving false excuses for not activating the sim.

But today i got message that LDR service has been activated on my no. Before activation of LDR my balance was 242 rupees. But now 35 rupees has been deducted from my balance showing that LDR service has been activated on my no. I want to say that i don't know what kind of service LDR is and how to use it. And i haven't subscribed for any of these services. After that i called customer care and deactivaed the service.                                         I did not request for it and even i dont know what it is. I sent message asking to deactivate service as mentioned in message. Hence i request you to refund the money deducted.
