I had subscribed to the sms pack which was valid till 7th of January. But the pack was removed from my subscribed services after 31st December. Why is it so?...

I recharge my conenction with 249 net pack & in morning it was more than 900mb & within 10 mins how when i am not usining my phone complete net pack can be finished. Hi, I have been receiving some calls from pfsindia.com guys on behalf of IDEA since last month every now and then that I have not done the due payment. When I check my account, I can clearly see that there is nothing due. I have informed them the same but still they keep on calling and speaking rudely to me. I have been charged rs 75 last month and RS 35 this month for VAS services not authorised and deactivated with hours by my request after I recieved activation message from idea . Revert me back the deducted amount or provide documentary proof of my approval of the VAS services. Also process my request that no VAS be activated on my number without my written consent...

I received offer of special recharge with 1 gb 3g internet for 28 days however after recharging i only get 475 mb for 15 days only. Yesterday there is msg for free 1 GB internet on dialing one code... I have dialed n freeplan has been activated after wards they have dedicated balance for that free balance without informing... Now executive is not talking n saying its all right deduction.. So if it is right how the plan is activated if the main balance is not sufficient for that plan... N no msg for that deduction......

I'm so tired of this constant call drop issue. I'm even unable to log a new complaint as the call drops again again. Today I have already called idea customer care for more than 6-7 times, but everytime the call drops within few mins without being able to log the complaint. They don't call back too. I want to log a formal complaint against this degraded service ....
