Dear Team, My Idea prepaid Number is: [protected] Name: Prashant Krushnat Patil Alternate Number: [protected]. I started using my Idea number from 2012 onwards & since then I have been regularly using & recharging my number. It was still deactivated on 15th Dec’15 without any prior intimation through voice call or SMS. I had called on Idea customer care helpline number where I spoke to CCE Sandip who had no knowledge at all & gave incorrect information. Then I spoke to one of the seniors "Pratiksha" who gave a different information stating that the number gets blocked after 45 days of non usage where as I had recharged my number in the month of Nov’15 & had also made calls in the month of Nov’15. She referred me to visit Idea store to get it activated, however at Idea's Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra; store, executive said that it cannot be activated as it gets deactivated within 30 days of non usage. Since I was note getting correct information from anywhere, I, on my own did some research & found the attached TRAI press release stating that a number cannot be deactivated within 90 days of non usage. On the 14th Jan'16 I received a call from Idea informing that the number was deactivated in Aug'15. And did not have any other information. This is the type of working information I am getting from everyone from Idea & my number has still not been activated. After sending mail to Appellate authority (appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com), I did not receive any response. Suddenly on 10th Jan'16, I received a mail from "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" stating the following: "We would like to inform you that your number is permanently disconnected from our network due to post to pre migration with effect from 22 February 2012." Where as there was no such request sent by me. My number is still inactive & I am facing difficulties in contacting my family due to this. Please resolve the issue on priority.

As per your instructions I did send a mail on 18th Jan'15 on the mentioned email address, however I have not received any reply till now, nether I have received any call from your team. I am shocked that even after complaining on this web site your attitude has not changed. I a taking daily follow ups on the mail marked by me initially.

Dear Team,

I have once again received copy paste mail from [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, "We would like to inform you that your number is permanently disconnected from our network due to post to pre migration with effect from 22 February 2012." .

I want to know why and how my number was deactivated within 90 days of non usage. I want my number activated once again. If you cannot activate it let me so that I can escalate it further since as per TRAI mobile numbers cannot be deactivated in 90 days of non usage.

    Last month1900 rupees asked by the idea team pay half amount 900 rupees i paid now the billing amount is came that 3500 change but is more to compare and without knowing every month is generating like this amount a common man cannot use mobile service. as i was in the plan 199 rupees now but the bills are coming tripple or more than the amounts of bills. how the bill generation teams are generating this type of bills without using. this is worst service generating the bills highly is impossible

    Today i got disconnected without information my service is disconnected and there is no phone call saying that we are disconnecting the incoming and outgoing calls . i am getting the message as No service in my phone and message is "authentication required " warning message. there is no other option is not visible. what a worst kind of this messages always saying we will let you know and get back what is this even customer care and service executives. i did not get even a single call and asking about amount information they are saying wait upto feb 1st. if so what about my outgoing and then why shou;d i have to wait and if i want to pay the bills OTP i srequired i had given my mobile number but still my phone is showing as "No Service" message. Why these kind of services are providing and why dont you respond immediately.
    my complaint is not resolved and now the bill is came 4029 how it is possible and also disconnected the service how it comes for 4029 rupees bills. Customer service peoples are only reading the lines and listening my words. even i am explaining from initially also they are not verifying properly.
    always generates like this bills even i have not used(disconnected service) how can the bills will automatically thousands it is too bad service and i am not geting the fast reply from any peoples of customer service/any one

      Sir, I Sivaprasad.R Mobile number [protected] from Pondicherry, one year back transferred from Pondicherry to Hyderabad, and mobile is using in Hyderabad also, without information from 31/12/2015 it is not working & blocked, i contact costumer care, they says it is blocked & u can activate with your local proofs submission it will reactivate at your current state, but in local dealer (at Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad.) not accepted this transaction. whit i do now? is it accessible or not, reply me to my email id ([protected]@yaoo.com).

        I had applied for a new idea connection 7 days ago through Mr. Sunil(Idea representative) and the amount of Rs 300 was charged as a security deposit from me. I got my sim 3 days ago and was informed about the verification at my home address. Mr. sunil informed me to keep my voter-id handy at the time of verification. Verification personnel asked for my office-id in original(I was misguided by Mr. Sunil) which wasn't available at that moment. After dissatisfaction from the documents provided, he marked the verification as unsuccessful moreover he tagged my mother as my wife in the form he filled.
        Now, Mr. Sunil responded after 12-13 calls and on inquiring provided me the Activation deptt. number [protected] and [protected] for re-verification, of which [protected] is permanently switched off and [protected] never answers (got busy message sometimes).
        Now, I again called Mr. Sunil and he again refused to answer my calls.
        This is frustrating!! This is absurd!!
        Please get this resolved ASAP else I will port my other IDEA connection. This time re-verify at my Office address.
        If nothing can be done please refund my Money.

          I had subscribed to the sms pack which was valid till 7th of January. But the pack was removed from my subscribed services after 31st December. Why is it so?

            I recharge my conenction with 249 net pack & in morning it was more than 900mb & within 10 mins how when i am not usining my phone complete net pack can be finished. When i call customer care, first exceutive was so rude & blunt, directly said "me apko jo karna ap karte ho". Is this the way to talk to your customer. First of all i was already in pain of losing my complete data pack & my balance got zero then when i took 10 rs loan that also got deduted within a fraction of secs even without using it. Isaid to make complaint 7 let me talk to senior she put my call on long hold. Is this is the way to treat customer.. Airtel is 1000 times better than u.

                Hi, I have been receiving some calls from pfsindia.com guys on behalf of IDEA since last month every now and then that I have not done the due payment. When I check my account, I can clearly see that there is nothing due. I have informed them the same but still they keep on calling and speaking rudely to me. They are Sneha Patil([protected]/[protected]@pfsindia.com) and Prateek.

                Today when they called, I asked them to send me an email id where I will mail them the proof that nothing is due. They sent me a Pfsindia.com email id and not idea email id. So I refused to send them the details on which she replied "you want to send then send otherwise don't" and disconnected the call. Now when I surf the forum, I can see many complaints about Pfsindia.com. Is it really under IDEA? Nend clarification.

                  I have been charged rs 75 last month and RS 35 this month for VAS services not authorised and deactivated with hours by my request after I recieved activation message from idea . Revert me back the deducted amount or provide documentary proof of my approval of the VAS services. Also process my request that no VAS be activated on my number without my written consent

                      I received offer of special recharge with 1 gb 3g internet for 28 days however after recharging i only get 475 mb for 15 days only. After contacting idea customer care a number of times even i donot get my problem solved and moreover insteaf of giving desired solution they told to file complaint where you want and cut my call.

                            I ported my sim from airtel to idea, and the sim get off by airtel, after that the idea postpaid sim is still not started, idea customer care ecicutives said that the port in request is rejected by donor (airtel) and airtel customer care exicutives saidthat we dont have any details o[censored], ur s8m is ported to idea.. wat should i do.. plzz help.. sim is off from 2days...

                              I had a offer of 1 Gb 2G data for recharge of Rs 58 in my no [protected]. I recharged at 12:37 pm . But after 4 hours of recharge I get only 500 Mb data. Please take an action.

                              I received a call from idea customer support. They tell me to send an email to idea customer service.
                              But I already sent an email to idea with SR no Q1-[protected] and they reply me " We wish to inform you that the 2G data pack of RC 58 made by you on 14/01/2016 12:27:37 has been credited successfully with 500 MB 2G for 28 Days benefits as per revised pack. "
                              They are reluctant to solve this issue and making excuses. If I have the offer so why I don't get the full benefits of the offer.

                              Idea is also start to cheating. Please take an action against it.

                                      Hi, I am totally fed up of receiving calls from "HOME CREDIT INDIA FINANCE PRIVATE LIMITED Third floor, Tower C DLF Infinity Towers DLF Cyber City, Phase- II, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122002". I told them more than 100 times that I dont the these people but they call me more than 30 times in a single day.I blocked more than 25 numbers of these company but again and again the are calling me.                                         This happened on 12th Jan 2016, [protected]. My net pack was expected to expire at 12 AM, 13th Jan, for which I turned on my data on 11.30 PM to use internet. It would have been merely 30-35 minutes when I closed my Internet to be surprised with a deduction of Rs. 465!! Later next morning I called the customer care number and asked him about details, following which he asked me to contact after 4 hours. Then on the morning of 14th Jan., I called up again, he heard my issue but seemed reluctant to sort it. He also said that it would cost me around 250 for using 1GB of data. Now, even if I have forgotten to close the Internet, How would the phone automatically use a enormous 1GB of data, especially when all the downloads are configured to happen only when connected to a WiFi. He agreed that 1 GB of data has not been used but didn't help upon the matter any further. When I asked him to refund, he simply said "That's not possible". When I asked him to file a complaint, he ignored - he avoided - he refused. I have all the call recordings, and my data usage. Please Respond [protected]@gmail.com
