Dear Sir,
I am a Idea post paid customer from past 9 years.TodayI got a call at 12.10 from your idea customer care postpaid office the number ending with [protected]. The lady who has called me for enquiring regarding the postpaid bill, has spoken rudely, even though my bill is paid.
When i told her before calling the customer's enquire and call, she has replied me like dis " Our executives have told me to call, u don't speak more, enough and keep the call", and then she disconnected. I have not expected this kind of service from the India's top mobile company, for the postpaid customer who is in same network from past 8 years.
If your recruiting this kind o[censored]nethical and inhuman kind of personnel in your company, we the customers can't expect more from you.
Please take up the matter, i expect you to take necessary actions on such kind of employee.
