Yes, i am chandra babu i am using idea sim and my mobile number is [protected]. i had a offers in my mobile and i clike *121# that shows 40=40 full talk time than i recharged[protected] time is 9:21 PM) with 40 but i got only 28 what is the reason i didn't get full talk time and why? but i am waiting for the my Rs 12. please be providing my talktime.

    Dear Sir, I am a Idea post paid customer from past 9 years.TodayI got a call at 12.10 from your idea customer care postpaid office the number ending with [protected]. The lady who has called me for enquiring regarding the postpaid bill, has spoken rudely, even though my bill is paid. When i told her before calling the customer's enquire and call, she has replied me like dis " Our executives have told me to call, u don't speak more, enough and keep the call", and then she disconnected. I have not expected this kind of service from the India's top mobile company, for the postpaid customer who is in same network from past 8 years. If your recruiting this kind o[censored]nethical and inhuman kind of personnel in your company, we the customers can't expect more from you.         I bought a new idea sim yesterday morning . the retailer said that the sim will be activated on that same night . now i have full bar signal but i am not able to make calls . it asked me to call 59059 and i did . the recorded voice said someone from the company will call and verify my number . their response has been blank ever since . my idea number - [protected]

              I recharged on 5th Decmeber with Rs.299 (Magic Data Pack) Which I was seeing in Idea Helpline for my number (*125#) . The amount got deducted but did not recieve the data recharge. Tried to call Customer Care Number, but it keeps on looping and never actually gets through Customer Executive. I mailed them couple of times on their customer care mail id mentioned on site. No Response for that as well. Finally, I messaged them on facebook page, where i got a reply that they will look into. After a couple of follow up, I was told that issue has been addresses. However, I dint receive anything positive neither any recharge. When asked on what manner issue has been resolved, they say they will check and come back. But event after many follow ups there is not response now. The operator reference number has been give as 1-[protected] .

                I have ported my number for idea to another vendor. Before porting I had asked for the payment remaining and response was you will get the same after the due date only. I made some payment upfront to ensure that porting will not have any issues. The porting was done and then I get a call to pay Rs. 170 as outstanding. I requested for the bill which was sent in encrypted format. I requested the call centre doing the followup to send the bill in non encrypted format as the password was not working and I could not view the details. There is no response from idea call centre w.r.t. 1. Details of the bill - either online or via post. 2. Any way how I can pay this bill online. I understand now from vodafone that the bill is unpaid and my number will be disconnected. Would like to understand why these systems are not consumer friendly where 1. Bills details are submitted to customer before the followup. 2, Option to pay the bill online is available. Regards.

                    I have subscribed to 3G network service of India's leading telecom service provider - Idea Cellular. I have purchased Idea net setter along with 3G data pack of 10GB of Rs. 1500/-. It is promised to give the speed of 3G network (UMTS- as shown in device) but I am not able to use the internet as 3G network properly. The net setter device continuously shows HSPA network connection. Due to which I am in very trouble and unable to perform my important and necessary task. the company has advertised to give 3G service in the region but it is failing to fulfill the promises.
                    i have provided the screenshot which shows in about 30 min only 30 mb of data is used and the uploading & downloading speed which is showing is also pathetic.

                                Dear sir i have purchases a new idea sim (MOB NO - [protected]) According to Dealer & Idea December Chart FRC 103 all Std call @40 paise /Min and local 1.5 paise /sec has written in the Idea December 15 chart but my STD call is charged according with 1.5 paise/sec so i have face many difficulty this is fraud case i will take action against dealer as well as Operator because according to dealer no information or message provided him from operator so please resolve these issue i was talking Deepak & Senior Supervisor Sharma but according to them 8 december. this offer was end but no information provided to dealer if my problem will not resolve then i will not use idea sim in future & this is fraud case i m really embarrassing

                                        It is to mention here that I am receiving frequent SMS from Idea Cellular Ltd. regarding forcefully imposition of VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive without my request or Consent and renew the same without request or consent & charged Rs.90 per month for VIP Games & Rs.35 per week for Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive..
                                        I have never utilize VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive and I have been charged unauthorisedly for above mentioned VAS services which is highly illegal and charges forcefully imposed on me are unauthorized charges hence it should not be charged on me as I have not requested for VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive .
                                        Kindly STOP & Deactivate all the above VAS services immediately failing which I will move to the consumer Forum for Justice..
                                        You are requested to stop sending SMS for applicability of VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive & renew for the same as I am not interested for such services & I have never requested for such VAS services..
                                        No unauthorized charges as above may impose on me otherwise I will have move for the mobile services of other company such as VODAPHONE or TATA DOCOMO or AIRTEL and I will be compelled to leave services of IDEA CELLULAR Ltd.

                                        IDEA is worst service provider...who the hell wants this VIP game service???? give customer what they need not such rubbish things...
