It is to mention here that I am receiving frequent SMS from Idea Cellular Ltd. regarding forcefully imposition of VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive without my request or Consent and renew the same without request or consent & charged Rs.90 per month for VIP Games & Rs.35 per week for Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive..
I have never utilize VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive and I have been charged unauthorisedly for above mentioned VAS services which is highly illegal and charges forcefully imposed on me are unauthorized charges hence it should not be charged on me as I have not requested for VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive .
Kindly STOP & Deactivate all the above VAS services immediately failing which I will move to the consumer Forum for Justice..
You are requested to stop sending SMS for applicability of VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive & renew for the same as I am not interested for such services & I have never requested for such VAS services..
No unauthorized charges as above may impose on me otherwise I will have move for the mobile services of other company such as VODAPHONE or TATA DOCOMO or AIRTEL and I will be compelled to leave services of IDEA CELLULAR Ltd.

It has come to my notice that a sim card of "idea cellular" (Mob. No.[protected]) has been issue by some unknown person on my I.D. (ANIL KUMAR T., QTR. NO.74, TYPE-2, P.S.JAGATPURI, DELHI, and this number is misusing by the user. In this regard a case of "fraud" case has been registered at police station Usman Pur. In that case all conversation were from this mobile number. I contacted "idea customer care" to disconnect the number as I have not been issued this sim with my I.D. on 17.12.2015. But they refused to do so. So you are requested to take necessary action against cheaters as well as "idea cellular" for not making prior/proper verification before issuing sim card. Hello Everyone, My name is Amrit Pal Singh and my mobile no is [protected] and I am using Idea network. I have port my number from Vodafone to Idea for best 3g services and I felt that idea is best in 3g network no doubt. But I have very bad experience in billing in December bill. I have selected the 1299 plan for my mobile with 5gb 3g internet and free calling even in roaming. so with taxes it will be 1450 rs maximum. But I was surprised when I check my bill, but they charge me 1651 rs with extra vas services and roaming pack. I have also paid it 2 days before i.e. 1650 rs from my bank account and even I have a proof that Idea have received my money. But today I again received a message that your bill 356 is pending. When I call to Idea customer care they said that you didn't pay all money. 356 rs is left from your side. I was shocked that how it possible. I said that I have paid all amonut from my end, but she is very rude and said that I don't know i tell you what I see. This is not acceptable now. Even I have a proof my bank statement for 1650 rs paid and messages from Idea for 1650 rs payment. How they charge extra cost to customers. Now I am looking for legal action against them. My idea mobile no is -[protected]. deduct amount is my main balance without any reason deduction.my main balance 28:00 date on 15/12/2015 &today is 4:00 but I not used any service from idea after deductions. please solution my problem with idea cellular.

Dear Sir, I paid for idea recharge for mob no.[protected] through by net banking account. Rs 249 is deducted but recharge is failed while processing transaction with following message on www.billdesk.com Rs 249 is deducted from my KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK ACCOUNT having ref no.[protected] dt.17/12/2015 The account statement showing deduction is enclosed for reference.

When i activate 3g servise of idea everyday unwanted VAS activated and charge Rs.150, Rs.75.add on my account automaticlly.

My mob. No is [protected] Idea dump people r charging unknowingly for data usage. I hv installed wi fi at home. Then y I use data services. They charged me around rs. 400 for data usage without any intimation. Also they blocked my no. And I m unable to use services. It is my official no. I can't through this out. Call me on alternate no. Dear Sir / Madam, Primary number - [protected]‎ Supplimentry number - [protected], [protected] I purchased the above three connections from your agent on [[protected]] to avail the benefits of easy sharing features referenced above.‎ As I could have received the same plan features in all three connections against fraud without any verification, I believe the connections was misrepresented to me and I therefore wish to make a complaint. My data is getting dedicated somewhere becuase I am not using it 500 mb in 5 days my usage is of 1 hour daily in which I use watsup something is wrong rest of the time my data is off No resolution from customer care even the deducted money without giving any answer

This is the mail which i have sent an email to idea but i did not get any response from them, I even called couple of times to them they are not giving any results so i am raising a complaint as a customer. Dear Idea team, I am writing this email with lot of pain and unhappiness. I am valuable customer to IDEA since 2004, My mobile number [protected], Name: Mohan I have recharged 650 special recharge on this month 15th, later Inserted my SIM in dongle and doing office work from home. next day(16th) checked my balance was deducted. I am worried and called customer care(198), asked for explanation, your team informed me like this 16th morning(6 AM) i called idea customer care and asked for another recharge and they confirmed it it seems. My concern, I didn't call any IDEA customer care for new recharge after my 650 recharge( I did from idea website) I didn't send any message for new recharge. I didn't send or received any confirmation message. I cannot do all the above because my SIM not inserted in mobile. Check your logs and I demand for explanation here. I am not all happy with the service, I am badly escalated from my managers for your worst service. yesterday i called your customer care, your team said we will email to some other team behalf of me and return my special recharge with in 12-18 hours. Morning I did follow up again on this issue, team confirmed me by Evening before 7 PM i will get my special recharge back Today 5 PM clock, got a call from your team, saying like we will give only rs.25 and repeated the same version - please send email, team will help you. Hi sir, My balance deduct from main account I have in roaming and I can use data as per instruction from the customer care executive.. But still they deduct my approximately Rs.49/- So, I request u to plz solve my problem as idea cellular communication done this type of deduction twice in a month.. Please see this matter seriously and resolve my problem as the customer care executive don't listen my query and tell that it's all ur fault.. So plz resolve this asap.. Hi Very bad idea customer care support, i using postpaid sim pair numbers i called up to customer care to activate roaming pack to one of my number, They redialing to call from same number and tried the same to call from that number but not able to connected to customer care, Twice i called up customer care for the same from my number [protected] But this is sad to say very bad service, requested your people and explained the situation to activate the service horrible All the way my alternate number is on roaming charging for all incoming calls. I recharged my cell idea ([protected]) on 18/11/2015 with 449 rs for 45 days and 1.5 gb data but today it is showing 0 balance as yesterday it was showing 480 mb so where my 480 mb are gone please specify me about it..

Dear Sir, I recently (sometime between 12:50p.m. and 2pm dated 16 Dec 2015) lost my phone Sony Xperia L with a functional IDEA sim, number [protected], in Greater Noida. The sim was issued from the Idea store, Jagat farm branch in Greater Noida. issued in name of Col. Krishna Mohan, used by my daughter Aishwarya Mohan pl revert on pixie.[protected]@gmail.com alternate contact: [protected] Upon calling (since the number is still functional) the call remains unanswered. please help in it's tracing by providing map location based services as the phone contained important and confidential data.

You guys really make us fools and gain much. Spread like this a special offer and we customers (who blindly believe in you till that night) recharge for 25 rs or else. We got the message like we get that 3.5 gb as you offered. And it just lastes for that night, next day that data wasn't there. only mb i usually will get for 25 rs. So you played it well huh? You guys have to give us back the same offer of 3.5 GB. It is somewhat difficult for us to believe that it was a technical mistake and you didn't notice it and correct it until crores of customers loss 100s of crores of cash just to get your damn fake offer. Unless you give us a justifying and reasonable responds, we will sure have to file a complaint against this. Hope you will remember, you have cheated not only a 10 or 20 customers.
