This is the mail which i have sent an email to idea but i did not get any response from them, I even called couple of times to them they are not giving any results so i am raising a complaint as a customer.
Dear Idea team,
I am writing this email with lot of pain and unhappiness.
I am valuable customer to IDEA since 2004, My mobile number [protected], Name: Mohan
I have recharged 650 special recharge on this month 15th, later Inserted my SIM in dongle and doing office work from home. next day(16th) checked my balance was deducted.
I am worried and called customer care(198), asked for explanation, your team informed me like this 16th morning(6 AM) i called idea customer care and asked for another recharge and they confirmed it it seems.
My concern, I didn't call any IDEA customer care for new recharge after my 650 recharge( I did from idea website)
I didn't send any message for new recharge.
I didn't send or received any confirmation message.
I cannot do all the above because my SIM not inserted in mobile. Check your logs and I demand for explanation here.
I am not all happy with the service, I am badly escalated from my managers for your worst service.
yesterday i called your customer care, your team said we will email to some other team behalf of me and return my special recharge with in 12-18 hours.
Morning I did follow up again on this issue, team confirmed me by Evening before 7 PM i will get my special recharge back
Today 5 PM clock, got a call from your team, saying like we will give only rs.25 and repeated the same version - please send email, team will help you.
Kindly do the needful, look into my issue and close ASAP.
