I replaced my existing idea postpaid sim to micro sim. They had taken alternate number for verification. Its been a week and my sim not yet activated. When I called customer care they informed me that verification rejected as no one responded call which is done to alternate number. When I checked about the same with idea office, I got to know that they entered wrong alternate number. Again I corrected my details and waited for the verification call. When they actually called my alternate number, , I was in office attending meeting and couldn't receive call. Without even trying to call me after sometime they again rejected my verification. Customer care and idea office people blaming each other for their mistake. Worst response. Also idea office guy was so worst that he disconnected my call. Don't go for idea. Idea office am talking about is located in Yelanka New Town, Bangalore, Karnataka

I cannot call customer care again as there is no support from them. Please activate my number [protected]
Idea Cellular - Please know the update. I called idea office today and without even knowing my issue details, person directly asked me to send SMS about my issue. This shows lack of interest, least bothered about customers, unprofessional. Please guide them to respect their customer. The worst part is they disconnected the call two times when we are telling our issue. He indirectly slapped my face saying not to call him anymore and talk to customer care. If I call customer care they will ask me to inform idea office. What am I supposed to do?
I am postpaid customer and let me remind you I will have to pay my bill even to the last week for which I didn't use any service from you. Hope this don't extend this week also.

    On 19-Nov-2015 I did an online recharge for my number 986****419. The denomination was Rs. 200. An entirely different number got recharged. It is not a case of typing error. The number that got recharged is: [protected]. I have called up Idea Customer Care many times to get a refund. Some of their call centres executives are dumb. Some of them are rude. And some both. But there is something common between them. All of them flatly refused to refund the amount or correct the error. Fortunately I have recorded all the conversations that I had with the Idea guys. But I have no clue whom to send those recordings to. Probably YouTube is a good idea.

      Idea prepaid deducted 35 rs. many times from my main balance without my authorization for some unknown service I am unaware of. every time I have recharged it deducts Rs 35 for some renewal of service for which I have not authorised the company. My cell no. is [protected].

        I was a postpaid customer of Idea Cellular. I recently ported out of Idea Cellular. Now since I ported out of the network they still billed for the time was not with the network anymore. Also in between the porting time, they changed my plan and sent me the bill for the plan I switched to and billed me for old plan and new plan and plus the no of Days I wasn't with the network anymore.

          My cell no is [protected] from idea cellular. i received a msg on[protected] from [protected] stating that request processed and balance is Rs 128.92. again on[protected] i recd another message from the same number stating that request processed and the final balance is Rs 114.80. i did not make any request, but my balance is reduced. when i tried that number, recorded msg comes that the number is not in use. whom should i approach for restoration of the charge illegally made against my balance. any one to help me.             They are charging high rate for data usage with out my knowledge. There is no transparency in charging data usages. Today (19.11.2015 by 6 45 pm. I have used the data for 5 mins and max my usage may be 3 MB but they have charged Rs 70 for that. When ever my 3g offer ends they are charging a high rate for data usage.                   Dear Sir, I have recharged idea data pack of Rs. 25 on 14/11/2015 on my mobile no. [protected]. Against recharge I have got idea message as detailed below: "Special recharge activated, Debited Rs. -25.00 Credited Vol Mb 500 Final Vol Mb 500 Expiry Date 19/11/2015 00Hr PRP: Data Trial Pack expiry19/11/2015" and I am also getting daily SMS against end of data pack date which is: "Aapke account me bacha hua data 19-NOV-15 ko samapt ho jaayega.Expiry se pehle ise istemaal karein.Data bal jaane *125# par" Screenshots are attached of above SMS from idea. Now today 19/11/2015 they deducted Rs. 60 from my balance against use of Internet. For the complaint I have dialed Idea customer care no. 198. But the care executive told me that Data Pack is ended on 18/11/2015. Data Pack is for 5 days so it ended 18/11/2015. If end date was 18/11/2015 they simply inform that expiry date is 18/11/2015 why they daily sending SMS that expiry date is 19/11/2015. So it is therefore requested to you kindly arrange to revert my deducted balance and remain data balance and take a legal action against Idea Cellular for giving wrong information to the customer.                       Sir\Madam, I'm using Idea post paid connection bearing the contact number [protected]. I had activated unlimited internet pack of 650 Rs\month from past 6 months according to which I should get first 3GB usage in 3G speed after the usage of 3GB the speed would automatically reduce to 2G. However, This month of internet pack which commenced from the date 24th October 2015 was completely misrepresented to me by the Idea as I had used only 2GB of the data and I got the message saying that your high speed quota for the current cycle is over on 11th Nov 2015 which I used to receive after the usage of 3GB every month. Even after complaining to the concerned department 4 times, they failed to resolve the issue which has led to lot of inconvenience and loss to me. Kindly oblige Yours Sincerely, Sagar M V

                        Mera naam deepak mehra hai.Mein karib 7 yrs se idea ka upbhokta hoon.Mera idea ka postpaid plan rs998 for 2 yrs ka hai.Mera pichle month tak 50paise per minute call rate a raha tha.Lekin november month mein idea walo ney mere se bina puche meri call rate 75 paise per minute kar di jo ki ek fraud hai mere sath.Agar idea apne call rate kuch changes karta hai to kam se kam customer ko intimate to karekaga jo idea ne mujhe nahi kiya.Na hi phone karke aur na hi sms ke jariye .Ye complaint mein isliye dal raha hoon ki jo mere sath idea ne kiya wo aur kisi ke sath na ho .                           Idea cellular network gives pathetic service...I don't get d desirable speed even after recharging with highest value 3G net pack...not just my place I don't get speed anywhere even at the places where I used to get before...it's just hopeless and waste of money...

                          Idea is the most pathetic and worst service provider. Why do you say 3G when you people can't even provide a basic 2G speed. Charging high and delivering the lowest, you people are just cheating your subscribers. I am porting to another service provider today itself. Bloody losers.

                            My idea no is [protected] and i recharged rs 220 on 16/11/2015 from the retailer and they told that i[censored] recharge for 220 u will get full talk time but i got only 189 rupees and when i call idea custamer care they were telling they changed the thariff and for 220 min talktime is 200 and maximum is 300 but still i got only 189 if the minimum is 200 still i need 11 rs this is a cheat and i want my full talk time or either refund

                              Dear Sir, I was an idea customer for [protected] and [protected], In my office all are using idea CUG numbers . in this instance i was also like to choose idea and the executive suggested me to take another idea number for my home which is in kerala. he also said that we can Currier the sim to kerala and there is a Roaming pack which will be added to it every month. as he advised i purchased another sim [protected] and the first month charge was only 183/- rupees. from the second month unfortunately i checked my un billed details i was shocked to know that it is now 354/- rupees. I immediately reported to the same executive who helped me to take the sim and he suggested to wait for a few days . after one week i checked the same but there was no change and the amount was crossed 500/-. i wrote a mail letter to idea executive with the screen shot of my Unbilled bill and again requested to revise what is happening in the background. there was no action on this . Days passed and the bill amount came as 1700/- rupees. please see my credit limit was only 1000 rupees. I again contacted Idea executive and there was no solution at all. I was having another number [protected] in which till today no due or no issues occurred, But for [protected] number i am receiving legal notices to complete the Bill payment, I had received reminder calls from Idea and every time I told the same problems explained above, none of them helped me to resolve the issue. due to this i raced a complaint in customer court and meanwhile the legal notices are threatening me every time i come to office. I request you to refer the attachments enclosed with this mail to see the proofs that i made along the period. Requesting you to take Immediate action to resolve my issue. -- Jophy

                                I am zahid alware. My contact number is [protected]. I started using idea with no bill shock 399 plan. at first the service was ok, so I applied for upgrading my and my wifes number to easy share 900. First the people from gallery did in proper plan setting. They were charging me for both plans. It took them more than a month to rectify this issue in which i had to pay unnecessary charges. I bared those charges. Now after the plan setting were changed, I am being charged on both the number for same plan. Notified Idea customer care about the same. They keep saying it will get rectified and adjusted. I was giving an assurance the complaint will be resolved by 17th nov 2015. They just keep assuring things and do nothing on the actual problem. I am not getting proper benefits of 1000 free mins as well as free data plan. I have been complaining both idea cellular and idea customer care on the same and they don't do there work properly. They just talk and dont do the actual work.

                                Hi,

                                I received a call today from customer server stating the information was incomplete, which was absolutely wrong. I had mentioned all the problem details properly as I was being charged unnecessary charges on my easy share numbers. I need actual resolution not sweet talks.

                                Please work on your customer service, the worst service I have come across in my 20 yrs of mobile usage.
                                I wont pay the bill till the problem is resolved. The first company which keeps repeating the problem again and again and earning on cheat money.

                                    I m a prepaid user of idea cellular Punjab and I m unable to do outgoing calls from past one week... Incoming is there but there is a problem with outgoing calls... When doing outgoing calls a BEEP sound comes along with a message SYSTEM BUSY... Not only I but everyone else who I using idea is reporting this complaint... Pls do something otherwise CONSUMER COURT might be asked to solve the problem..

                                      I have twice recharged my idea 3g netsetter postpaid unlimited data plan no-[protected] by amt. Rs.1070 dated 17th nov, 2015 order nos-FCMA[protected] and FCMA[protected].

                                      Amount got deducted from my SBI account debit card. But I didn't get confirmation that recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I retried to do the recharge and the first and second recharge both got successfully done.
                                      Kindly refund the recharge done second time Rs.1070.
