Idea is the worst service i have come over...and specially the customer service they are the worst...even after i paid my bill i was getting the calls from idea for me to pay the bill...and when u call the call center they will never speak properly and so freaking rude its like they are giving a free service to us.freaking tired off this bull and yes also the network sucks big time my phone keeps getting disconnected.i don't know what kind of service is idea providing.spending on the ads is not going to help help your customer that need a good service not some from your employees, i have never come to such customer service...its bad i cant even explain...its the worst i have come trough...i getting other service provider because i cant deal with this idea.

    Sir this messege is long but problem is also like dis Sir i want to tell u that i was given offer for 156 rs. Of 3g internet I recharged it on 12th november and got 1.4 gb And total balance was 1.8 gb I was not able to check my data balance using code *125# Another day i called customer care and told to restart my phone and whatever told i did but nothing changed then after few hours i again called customer care they told i only have 199 mb left even though i didnt used my internet much And afterwards at night i again recharged my phone of 156 rs. And my total was 2400 gb, today in morning i used some internet for few minutes and again it is saying i only left 198 mb . Plz help me about this I am facing too much problem and also i m not able to check my data balance every time it says connection problem But other codes are working And money is going all waste Sir/madam plz help

        My mob. No. Is [protected]. Today 35 rs. Is deducted from my account for video talkies service. I was just searching something on google. what i clicked cant explain. Also i deactivated the service by sending sms. Also spoke to 198 representative. He told me that there is no refund. Idea cellular has to refund my 35 rs. and be candid to customer.

          I dr kanhaiya agrawal was a postpaid idea member, on the 13th of october 2015 my unbilled amount was shown as -723 rupees it was due to internet uses, for which i was not informed that my data of 600 MB is over, after this i went to idea centre near chowk in lucknow for conversion to prepaid, till 14th of october there was unbilled amount of -723 rs and my number was blocked for one day for conversion to prepaid and from next day it got converted. i paid rs 2500 in which bill of rs 1500 was deducted for september bill, and extra 1000 was depositted for october, now as the bill is generated there is negative amount of around rs 2521.74. i am attaching a copy of bill. according to me this bill is fake so i request u that please recty it. i shall be highly thankful to you another incident after i was a prepaid user, mr. ishwar misbehaved with me when i called customer care, eh said that he cant repaeat again for the plan, when i told him that i will complain against you, then he said ok, u do. when i went to delhi on 1st november 2015, i recharge of roaming service for one day of plan rs 6, and i did not get any benefit for this and my rs 50 was deducted for many incoming call, and when i call at customer care, again i was not got any proper information regarding this and my problem was not solved, so i request u that please take it in higher priority and solve it as early as possible. please call if possible, i m bit tensed by ur service and i am planning to drop your service. with regards dr. kanhaiya agrawal [protected] lucknow,

              Hi, My idea no is [protected] and currently using post-paid rental plan of 1299. This plan also includes 5GB data free. Once this free data is about finish, I have added addition pack of 2GB data using IDEA mobile app. But I can see, as I have added 2GB data pack, my 5GB free pack became absolute and charged me additional 3100 Rs.

              I called the customer care and they are saying I supposed to do booster pack instead of additional pack. Then i asked them whether it is mentioned in their website or not, then that person not able to answer that and he is saying before doing so i should have called customer care and do so.

              My concern here is if I am paying 1299, at any of point time my free data should not changed to pro rate basis. I have just have added additional pack and it should charge me for that pack only.

              I am just new customer to Idea and last month only converted to IDEA. If you care for your customer, please revert back the charges.

              I got call from your representative for reference number C1-[protected] and as per her she cant help anything on this complaint. She suggested to me send complain to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com.

              Why cant someone of your team take the ownership and get it sorted out. I am a new user for IDEA and not aware of what kind of weird rules you have in your system and neither you guys bother to explain the same to the user too.

              My query is very simple. I am having monthly rental plan of 1299 and in that plan 5 GB free data included. I have added additional data pack of 2GB when my 5GB data is about to finish. in what logical way you charge me that 5GB data as pro rate basis????? and if there is a rule too(????), then why cant you high light the same to every new customer.

              Please let me know if you guys are going to fix that or not, if not i might switch to other service provider.

While my plan is 2G why idea deduct my balance and loss of data. Now TRAI rules how they can do. I have all evidence regarding it if you don't take any action consumer court will take action

Instantly I got 150rs main balance after few days I got messalikelike thank you activating new service like cinemasti, caller tones etc...                         Today i recharged Idea 3G plan of Rs.105 for 11 days for some quick work. But what i encountered was worst. Its 3G speed slower is worst than 2G speed of other service provider. I was looking to do some mobile shopping using 3G of Idea. But looking at the speed, i dropped my plan. IDEA has worst mobile internet service in 3G network I regret to have choosen Idea as my service provider for mobile.

                            Dear Sir I was bought a Sim on 09.11.2015 and No is [protected] activated 11.11.2015 and after 1st recharge I found Rs.100.00 talktime and 1753 Mb data I shock To see data after that I check *125# and *121# many times and also retailer check data on *125# after that I used data with my Dongle in my Laptop. Today I found that My Talketime Balance is Zero and also Data. I complaint your help line nos many times but customercare didn't raise my complaint in this matter. It is not my fault and your company machine fault, Please refund my talktime balance Rs.94.00 Approximately as soon as possible.

                              I'm receiving flash messages from idea for one or two months. I called the customer care about three times to stop the flash messages. Initially they said, "your request has been submitted and the flash message service will stop within 48 hrs." But the flash messages did not stop coming after 48 hrs and so on. So, I called again and the same thing was told to me. The third time I called customer care, they said that it can be done only from your mobile settings by deactivating the broadcast messages. I told them that I've already tried out each and every option, still the messages continues to come. Every time I lock or unlock the phone it causes me a disturbance and many times money was deducted for some tips I receive through messages containing some nonsensical subjects.                                 Hi,

                                This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaid number is [protected].It is Andhra Pradesh circle number recently shifted to pune.So i changed this number to pune circle. New sim taken from your agent Pandurang in Accenture Pvt Ltd(PDC3).The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages on the day of activating. Think once how we can manage mobile without incoming.I am facing this problem since 5 days. So I decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey. Please Activate my mobile for incoming then I can port to other network. Surely it is worst service I never faced. My alternate number is [protected].

                                  Idea is the most pathetic company we have in india. There call center agents don't care what you are saying but you have to listen to their. If you are not satisfy with their answer, never mind, they will simply hung up upon you. I had instance in past and i had very bad experience today as well. They will deduct balance from your account and upon calling them will give you some explanation which is no where near to what you want from this so called customer service centers. Calling them is complete waste of time and if you are not satisfy with their answer they will give you an email address to escalate the matter, from which you are not going to get any reply. Today they send me a message stating “you have been charges rs 50 and your current balance is ***”. Upon calling them they states you have downloaded a game at around 3.30 am, which i didn’t. After spending so many hours with them i said “ okay you win, at least send me the link so that i can download that game” and they have no information what i downloaded. Oh what a holy , may god save us from them. These has happened at least 10 time times with me. They will deduct money from your account stating you have use internet, inspite of fact that i you have 2 or 3 gb balance available in your account. I mean if they have already decided, they are not going to help their customers then why they are spending their money on this fake call centers.
                                  I am done with this filthy and flinder idea( too much for us). I will move on.

                                    My number is [protected] I have Idea 3G data pack benefit plan. This plan has expiry date of[protected]. I got the message from your side in that it is clearly mentioned that expiry date of[protected]. But from your side more then 150 Rs. is deducted from my main balance on 28 or 29 october. Your customer care representative is telling that plan is expired on 28 october. So money is deducted from my main balance. But as I get the message from your side that it will expire on 30 october-2015. So money should not be deducted from main balance. I have attached the screen-shot of message. It is very unprofessional. I am unable to call any body. I want my main balance money to be refunded by amount 150 as soon as possible. Thanks, Rahul Chokhra,

                                      Today morning i have got a message saying that 1GB 3G internet for RS74/-only i made recharge now it came 300mb. where is the remaining data . and the most irritated point is customer care people saying that they will connect to higher authority making me wait for half an hour for 2calls what they people doing just making to wait and simply cutting the call stupids
