    I m from goa my mobile no is [protected] yesterday i had recharged rs 19 sms voucher which got activated, i had also sent 5-8 msg from it but today messages r not sent, so nwo at around 12:15 i took loan from idea cellular and recharged a offer of rs 5 for sms pack but the charges are taken from my main balance and not from my sms pack please help in this problem

      For the last 3 weeks I am getting message from [protected] to my mobile number [protected] saying "Request processed. Final balance Rs xx.xx". On 24th Oct 02:12 Final balance is Rs 95.76. On 31st Oct 01:34 Final balance is Rs 86.32. Again on 7th Nov Final balance is Rs 73.44. When I enquired with customer executive of idea by calling [protected] couple of times on 10th Nov 2015, they say that we are not charging and that number [protected] is not theirs. Towards the end, they did not resolve my complaint but charged at the rate of 50 paise per minute.

        Hi, This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaisd number is [protected].It is Ap circle number.iI shifted to pune recently.So i changed this number to pune circle. The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages were coming to my mobile.I complained to customer care.They were not responding properly.Not even one technian not contacted me to my alternate number that i had gven. Think once how we can manage mobile with out incoming.Iam facing this problem since 5 days, So i decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey.My sugestion is please improve your service.Surely it is worst service i never faced.My alternate number is [protected].

        This is seshu.I am customer of idea since 10 yeras.My postpaid number is 9848986844.It is Andhra Pradesh circle number recently shifted to pune.So i changed this number to pune circle. New sim taken from your agent Pandurang in Accenture Pvt Ltd(PDC3).The sim activated after verfication.But no incoming calls and messages on the day of activating. Think once how we can manage mobile without incoming.I am facing this problem since 5 days. So I decided to say good bye to Idea after long journey. Please Activate my mobile for incoming then I can port to other network. Surely it is worst service I never faced. My alternate number is 9146772634 Now its working

          I applied for porting on 26th October to Idea, but it started the proceed on 2nd November and I got a message on my number on 09/11/15 that the connection will start working by night at 10:30 and I had to call 59059 to tele-verify my number, but when i call them they say the documents do not match the details I provided. I had given a copy of Passport to the idea dealer of my location and the staff couldn't even enter the details correctly even from a Passport and now I had even submitted another copy of passport but they hadn't updated the info even now. Up-till when I have to wait, that too because of the fault of the dealer entering wrong info from my passport copy. please make it fast coz I had only this number.

            Sir i was requested to tata docomo for port my number meanwhile customer care of idea call me many times and offer many plans and officer plan with Rs. 499/- per month included 1500 minute local + 250 std +1.5 data 3G +2G data unlimited and extra rebate 50/- per month if bills exceeds Rs. 499/- But when I call again customer care and I know about my plane then she said me that only 1000/- minute will be available in this plane then i said to her please registered my complaint regarding cheating and take departmental action against all employees of your company who cheated me. But no response till date received. You can hear conversation made with customer care. You are requested to take action against them and please intimate what action taken. Further network of my number is not working since morning.

                    Dear sir/ma'am I feel very disappointed after seeing the bill of my postpaid mobile no. on 16 sept 2015 for the month Sept -Oct 2015. As I have changed my plan for monthly Rs. 1599 to" I plan Rs. 999" in month of September 2015 and got message after the monthly postpaid plan got activated. But when I saw the bill, rental of Rs. 999 was charged but no benefits were given to me as per plan I have chosen, and bill is of Rs.7900. My average monthly bill is in between[protected] INR earlier. When I called customer care they refuse to rectify the charges and told that they cannot waive the charges as plan I have taken is not applicable for Punjab circle. After that I spoke to company's store, they also told the same. Also emailed the issue to senior authority, they also refused for the same. Some following points to be consider 1. Why plan (I Plan 999) got activated on my number if this plan is not for Punjab circle. 2. When I called customer care executive after plan got activated, he said that plan is activated and you will get plans benefits later. According to I Plan 999 following benefits should be given which was charged in the bill 1. 1200 local free minutes 2. 1000 STD free minutes 3. 2.5 GB 3g Data 4. 300 Local + national SMS 5. 300 Roaming free minutes. I want bill to be generated again with benefits as per plan or waiver of wrong charges in the bill. Already paid Rs. 1600 as per my usage. Thanks and regards Ved Prakash Singh Mob. no. [protected]

                      Idea cellular company making fool to customers for on line recharge-Service Request -1-[protected]

                      Today, I have recharged my Mobile with below pack for 3G Data but after recharge I got SMS your mobile has been recharge with 2G data.
                      To see this SMS, I am very disappointed with IDEA cellular services. I needed urgent 3G data activation for urgent work but I am struggling to making complaints with you and unable to complete my work with 3G data.
                      I think Idea cellular company making fool to customers for on line recharge. Its better I made activated 3G pack with other service provider SIM.
                      Please rectify this issue as soon as possible.

                        Hello sir I have purchased sim of idea .sim is blocked now and error shows that temporary hold the services. When I purchased this sim I have submitted all the Xerox copy and mentioned documents along with photo.                             Dear Sir, I requested to 3G data pack from Idea for mobile#[protected] and same was done last month but my mobile bill increased to 3500/- Middle of the Oct month Idea disconnected my outgoing call for the reason is My credit limit exceeded hence I paid Rs.1500/- immediately to work efficiently. Idea cellular has to answer my below questions:- 1. I am not used 3G pack more than a limit. 2. If it's there why there is no information sent to me? 3. I requested to Idea customer care staffs to change the pack from 3G to 2G at the same time no information given by Idea customer care staff. 4. If our usage increased to more than a credit limit we are receiving a message saying that please pay the bill and increase the credit limit. 5. Why idea cellular system not providing any information while increasing/decreasing the data pack and they can start the data process after confirmation received from the customer. 6. Also I requested last month Idea cellular customer care staff for what reason my bill is increased to big amount but customer care staffs not able to provide proper reply for the reason is “bill not generated” 7. We can take any report at any time in the system hence customer care should not tell wrong answer to the customer. Note:- I already paid Rs.1500/- for disconnection of my mobile connection.                             AGAIN...AGAIN AND AGAIN...!!!

                            After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????

                            I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader MR. PRAKASH SURTI (Because he knows my problem) but MR. SURTI not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally MR. SURTI spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change ( Before MR. SURTI was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).

                            IN YOUR COMPANY NO ONE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE ANY OF THE PROBLEM WHICH FACING CUSTOMER.

I have switched from Idea to other network due to network and call dropping issues, now my outstanding balance is in negative i.e. -377 to be exact. after switching to other network i am not able to login to Idea's website that is pretty much understandable but i dropped the mail to the customer care regarding my refund but got no fruitful reply. Please look into the matter. It has been around one month and i am not getting my money.

                              The due cheque was ready on 16/10/2015 itself, but they were not giving without any complaint.
                              i got the cheque on 15/12/2015, with a notice that it'll expire within 3 months from the date of issuing.

                              So in short they kept the cheque for 2 months thinking that, i'll not make any complaint. and if not they would have not given it to me.

                              By the way, got my money. :)

                                With reference to complaint SR NO.-1-[protected] lodged through
                                Idea web portal, Please find below the detail of case :

                                I recharged 5 GB 3G data through idea portal @ Rs 545 for my mobile no
                                [protected]. On 06/11/15 I received following SMS at my mobile no
                                [protected] :
                                "Dear privileged customer, now you are eligible to get 50MB FREE
                                internet for 10 days. To avail this benefit, please dial 121100 &
                                press 1"

                                By following above instruction my balance 3G data around 4.5 GB got
                                vanished and 50 MB got credited.

                                Due to this miscommunication I lost Rs 500 at the cost of Rs 50.

                                It is no where indicated in the above SMS that existing balance data
                                will collapse.

                                It is looting & Robbery by IDEA. Strict action should be taken for
                                such misdeed.

                                Necessary action against such Fraudulent Policy is requested from DOT,
                                TRAI & IDEA Corporate as more than
                                loss the way it has happened is pinching me. If the policy is like
                                that then immediate review is requested by policy making bodies.

                                  They provided me incomplete info which said 500 mb free wid a no. Which I dialled to get further details...bt that led to reduction of 125rs from my balance and my old data of 1000mb 3g leaving me with 500 mb 2g data...when I discussed the problem with customer care service they denied to give my money back nd also retrive my old plan...many times they charge rs3 or rs20 for various stuff which I dont know or have asked for

                                    I moved from Airtel to Idea Cellular using Mobile Number Portability in August 2015. Since moving to Idea, I am unable to dial any landlines numbers, local or STD on my phone - [protected]. I have complained 7 times on their helpline and at their local store. They raise a complaint and after a few days, close the complaint marking it as 'resolved', without actually resolving it. I have also complained to the Appellate Authority and have received no response.

                                      1)Idea Mobile number is [protected] and the alternate contact number is [protected](Document submitted 1 time Without doing the verification given as Negative)

                                      2)I have given idea number [protected] number for the network change from Karnataka idea to andhra idea. submitted documents 2 times.almost 2 weeks completed UPC code was expired for this number. Both the times negative feedback given by the 3rd party without coming for the verification.

                                      3)Please change the 3rd party verification team they are not doing the proper verification.

                                      4)Compare daily how many numbers are going for verification how many they are giving negative feedback. i assume that 80% they are giving Negative without doing verification.

                                      5) In my case i didn't get the call to idea number and alternate contact number. If this is continues i will change the network operator.


                                      5) Please let me know do you want me to wait for verification to complete or else will go to other network for MNP change

                                        I am Kaushal Sharma (+91 [protected]), I am very much frustrated with this IDEA as this cheated me by its Fake Commitments/Marketing.

                                        I was using my Vodafone Number (+91 [protected]) for long and was happy enough with but one day one of Idea Sales Team member called me and made me a Victim of Its Fake Marketing. Actually Idea offered me a plan which could prove very useful for me as it can fit in pocket as well easily and assured me to have faith in and all the commitments will definitely be come true once you port your number out in IDEA so as the offered plan was sounding very good then I decided to port out my number.

                                        But none of their (Idea) commitments came true, I complaints in their customer care but haven't got any resolution, I want all the facilities which were offered me at the time of MNP by IDEA.
