I'm using 2g net which is very slow.. While calling the support they are telling to clear the browser cache which is not related to this.. This is network issue.. The customer service is useless.. They will not listen to our complains and will drop the call if we ask more information.. This is in acceptable!! I have put the pack and I'm not able to use it because of this issue.. Even after clearing cache many times as they told.. Max speed I'm getting is 2kpbs..

    Dear sir, My name is Biswajit Jena and i am from odisha, Bhubaneswar, I am using your idea internet 2g packs on my idea mobile number which is [protected] In my android mobile phone. But net speed is very low than expected. Speed is 2-4kbps when browsing and downloading always which is very irritating. Where other operator like airtel, vodafone, docomo and aircel gives superb speed in that location on broswing 2g packs. My friends also using idea sim for net browsing and they also experiencing same problem in other area of bhubaneswar also. I clear cookies and also clean my mobile but speed is same as previous. I am also trying with other phone by putting the idea sim but there is no improvement of net speed. Gprs speed in 2g is contineously low all the time as there is no 3g coverage by idea in this area. My friends also complaining about low speed of net by idea and they. Thinking to stop using idea and try others operator service as their net speed is great.idea net takes upto 5 minutes just to open a page which is very iritating now.Before 3-4months there was little bit speed but now your net speed contineosly low with just 2-4kbps which is not cool.if you don't take necessary steps to enhance the speed of net then we will switch to other operator of our choice.we think that you(Idea) intentionaly gives low speed for net browsing. If you doing intentionaly then have done a big mistake as customer loose faith on you gradually.     There is nothing happened against my complaint and problem remain same as before. Very low data service speed. Unable to browse webpages.even we have to wait 5 mins or more to open a web page.Wrost service provider now in our area in data service now.so guys don't buy idea sim for data. You will experience the wrost service that you did not experience ever. Idea just registered my complaint for formality and actually no work done did to resolve the issues and after some days you mentioned that my complaint is resolved at my satisfaction. What type of workdone you did and what type of satisfaction i got. Now i am hate to use idea sim.

      I raised a request for migration of my mobile number([protected]) from AIRTEL to IDEA. This month starting they successfully migrated it from airtel to idea. But they didn't give service to my number. They barred both incoming and outgoing calls. After several mails and calls to those customer care and RM's; They responded to me and stated that they activated wrong SIM instead of the SIM which they gave to me. It took 7days to them to identify that. They finally exchanged that SIM card. This time, out going calls activated but they barred incoming calls. Who ever calls me they are getting a voice message"Please check the number you have dialed". Since 3 days i am doing continuous followups/Callls/Mails to idea. Still issue is not resolved. Today morning i got a call from idea back-end customer care; stating that they need two more days to solve that. I am loosing all my important family, friends and office calls since 10 days because of worst service of idea. My complaint number C1-[protected]. The final tat for solving issue is 5.30PM today. But now its 8.30pm issue still remains. I dont know when they are going to activate my incoming calls. I want to sue a case on them. Please guide me.

      Idea is Worst shameless telecom service ever.. myself being a digital communication post graduate, feel it is as worst as it's ambassador Abhishek bachchan's acting and dancing skills..! Pity..!! Consumer inconvenience is idea's top priority..! Fake offers on 121.. ! The gprs never gets activated on completion of all process..! SHAME ON YOU IDEA. Open a tea stall instead..!
      I am a idea user wishing to port my number to any other service provider. The call rates that I am charged are too high. Idea executives advice me to recharge for another plan apart from normal recharge to reduce the call rates, but it sum to the same.
      They think users are fools to hear to their words.

      I had done recharge twice of Rs. 198 (unlimited L+N calls & 1 GB data
      for 28 days) not received any kind of confirmation from your end.
      Again made recharge of same amount which was successfully updated.

      Called up customer care they informed me that both the recharge has
      been successful As confirmed with senior he assured me my plane will
      extended till December. i have not received 1 GB data pack which
      liable according to my plan.

      Again called up in customer care senior informed me my data pack will be laps.
      every time i got wrong commitment from customer care & Senior. This
      type of wrong & falls commitment i got every time. No quality in your
      service very pathetic & worst service i have ever seen.

      Going to disconnected my Idea service due to wrong commitment from
      customer care. I am your loyal customer has they have not provided
      proper service. Customer Care department given wrong & falls
      commitment.

      When it comes to customer or store service i found IDEA is the worst than any othet operator. 1. Store wilk say call and write to customer care, customer care will say go to store.
      2. From manager level (whether its store or call centre) to bottom level all are rotten
      3. They will keep asking days but no job will be done
      4. At end yoi will fed up with a mental and physical torture by their attitude and running here and there

      All operator are not angel but trust me not the worst like Idea

        IDEA NO-[protected] Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought this number 7 years back and From last 7 years onwards I am using this number on daily basis and I have been doing my recharges on regular intervals without being fail. I have never faced any kind of problem and was happy with the services provided by Idea Cellular. On Tuesday 12th may 2015, at morning I saw my no was not working there were no network signals. It was showing “SIM NOT PROVISIONED MM #2” Emergency calls only. I Did not get the problem so I called Idea care and I got to know that my no was discontinued and the executive gave me the reason that either my no was not in usage from last 90 days or I did not do the recharge from last 2 months, which I find was not the valid reason because even on Monday 11th may 2015, I made outgoing calls and even received incoming calls. I also visited Idea gallery but did not find any kind of help. This number is in usage and I have submitted complete documents so I don’t think there is any kind of issue regarding the status of the number, even I don’t think there is any valid reason because of which my number is either suspended or discontinued. I have mailed a complaint at ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but did not get any response being a loyal customer from last 7 years I Expect you to go through it and look after my complain and reactivate my no as soon as possible.           I am Using Idea postpaid number since last 8 years .I am facing severe network connectivity issue in my office from a long time I have registered one complaint against this but one person came at my office and told me that it will be improved in 1 or 2 days but situation got worst i need to call 10 times to a number to get connected its really frustrating to use idea In every complaint they write same reason that currently it cant be improved and they closed complaints . Appellate idea nobody is picking call

            I purchased a Idea number [protected] in january and they gave me a plan for Rs 199. They kept charging high amouts despite of the free limits as promised to me and also charged me a monthly plan charge of Rs. 299. They send bill copy on the last day of payment date and charge late payment fee. The executives call and never understand our concern they talk violently. After raising complaint they said that the proper charge will be billed from next cycle and they said to pay the amount. How can i afford to pay the amount without me using the number for sucha high amount. Now that idea is filing complaint against me in court and forcing me to pay bill. And the advocates are not talking like advocates. They are telling me to come to Delhi. how can i handle this from Chennai I want to tell my point and if they charge the nominal bill amount of Rs 199 I would have definitely paid. They are cheating customers and forcing to pay the amount they charge. Please action against them. The advocate name is Kishore and he is talking violently. I don't understand how the idea network behaving like this without understanding the concern. they just fancy customers by saying they give so much free and charge such high amount and wanting customer to pay this amount. Worst experience in my life with idea. I will never recommend this to any of my friends. Kindly let me know how can I proceed further on this.

            What do you think. Sending the same bill with same amount I asked you
            for a revised bill with no hidden charges as i have not used this number
            more than the free charges said to me for Rs.199 and you have sent the
            same bill for Rs. 985.
            Please deactivate and close this number with the waivered bill amount.
            And don't threaten customers in the name of advocates to pay bill
            immediately within 1 hour or else the court will penalize me. No
            customer is going to cheat you if you are true and charge only the
            amount which you have promised and which they have used. But no customer
            will pay the amount which you tell and even after raising a concern you
            are standing with the same amount. What a bad idea!!! Really irritating
            calls. Send me the promised monthly charge of Rs.199+tax as bill. and
            not Rs.985. Please be clear.

              Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring to your notice that, My Idea cellular account (for mobile no- [protected]) has an unidentified & illogical deduction of INR 391.21 while in international roaming, without making, receiving or sending SMS. As of now my current balance is INR -391.21 (negative). Stating the same I have approached the IDEA customer care several times while I was in India (for the period- 27th April to 3rd May 2015) and the answer was unsatisfactory. Then I visited to your IDEA cellular office in Cuttack, they too not able to solve the problem. Finally, I have approached Mr. Syed Mushtaq, Appellate Authority Odisha by my first e-mail on dated 28th April 2015, second email on 7th May 2015 and third email on 13th May 2015 and there is absolutely NO reply from him. On 11th May 2015 I called him on his mobile +91 [protected] from my current residing city Dubai, he replied the same like other customer care executive ‘The deduction is made because you have sent SMS from your number’ I asked him when I landed in Dubai on 4th February 2015, the balance was INR 30 and I could not able to make neither outgoing calls nor SMS. Let’s trust that you allowed me to make an SMS now the balance is INR 5, again you allowed me to send another international sms which is INR 25, now the balance is -20, (nowhere in the world none of the cellular service providers allowed you to send international sms when the balance is negative in a PRE-PAID connection) Then he (Mr. Syed Mushtaq, Appellate authority, Odisha) replied, give me some time I will check with my team and will revert back to you. As usual he didn’t revert back to me. On Dated 13th of May 2015, I again called him and asked him about the status of my complaint, and then he started telling me a story. He said ‘ The sms which has sent from your mobile is an offline message by the local service provider which network you are using and it has sent during the mid-night’ for sending this SMS no balance is required. I asked him if I will switch off the phone and take out the SIM still I have to pay. As I’m not using the phone since last 4 weeks and since the negative balance is increasing (Please find the attached) He said give me 30 minutes time and I will get back to you. And also I have given him my Local contact no. As usual he didn’t bother. Now I’m approaching your good office to please do the needful. The issues have been pending and its resolution long overdue and please take necessity action against Mr. Syed Mushtaq, Appellate authority, Odisha.               The way Appellate authority's office handle the situation and solved it is not satisfactory.
              It seems they are rude and doesn't bothered to apologise for their mistake. I have spent more than INR- 150 by calling the Appellate authority.

              And They really does not respond to the Email.

              Why the Appellate authority does not respond to my emails after sending reminders?

              Why does the Appellate authority, asked my alternate mobile no and didn’t called me back?

              Please Answer.

                  Services to my mobile have been disconnected from past 6 days for no reasons. When contacted the customer care 12345, they said SIM issues so change the sim. I did it ( though even that was quite an harassing process ).

                  Even after the SIM Exchange the services didnt start. There was no proper response from the local office where i submitted the sim change request and so i was chasing the sales team guy who had helped me get the plan as i didnt knew any other source and 12345 is a totally helpless number atleast to my problem. He after a few calls from me says - "Sir this not a part of my job description. I am entertaining you because you are someone i know. You need to talk to the local office where you submitted the application or 12345. I did my best of escalating your complain to IT Team". He may be right that it is not a part of his job description but then as a customer when i am not getting a proper response from local office, I am bound to call the guy who sold me the stuff. Or he should atleast give me the contact details with whom i can talk about the problem. He says talk to local office who are busy fighting their system down with internet & electricity issues or 12345 who say your request is under process is all we can say. The manner of reply was very disappointing.

                  The reply i am getting from your IT Team is that unfortunately your number is stuck n the system for some unknown reasons & is not being released by the system ( or something of that sort ). This is something i really didnt understand. Is your system run by you people, or your system rules you people.

                  Even wrote about it to your [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com, but no response

                  Mobile staying out of service for 6 days in todays world is a big communication barrier.

                  I hope my issue will get resolved soon by your so called system.

                    Online recharge of amount rupees 98 had been done on[protected] at 15:05:22 for 2G data pack, Transaction ID is D[protected] the amount has been debited from the bank account (Ref No. [protected]). But the recharge of the data pack is still not recieve to the Mobile no :[protected]. Have contacted the idea customer care through call, they are asking to wait for 3hrs or 24 hrs or 2 days .Still didn't recieve the data pack to the moblie no . Its been four days please look in to these

                      Please stop using idea products... They loot arround 10Rs per day. Imagine all along 125cr peoples 50cr would be using idea network. While using data network, incase if my net balance gets over, it doesnt inform me of my net blns been expired. It informs me all after swallowing my total balance. After complainting to their customer care exucatives, they word me to solve the problems, it is fixed for at max a day and back again... This week idea ate my thousands of rupees... That to when u call them after been looted, the system says "all our customer care exuctvz r bisy, please try later". Dont know whom they keep gossiping the whole day. To their gf n bfs?? Imagine 100 rupees * 50cr peoples... 5000cr per day.

                        i requsted for prepaid to post paid migration at attapur hyderabad store. but this is not processed from 20 days. from this i loss around 2000 rupees for recharges and my job cls and bus charges so please t consider my complint on my idea store attapur hyd

                        Hi,

                        I have purchased a Idea Sim from "My idea Store, G Floor, Mangaljyot Complex, Near Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015" at 20th July 2015. But till now my sim has not been activated, due to this 3 time I went to store by auto but still they have not got activated my sim. When I contacted to custmer care, I came to know, they have not send my document to Idea. I also called them several times, but they are not picking my phone also. Please consider my complaint and take action against them.

                            I ported my mobile number [protected] from Vodafone AP to IDEA AP. Porting was successful but Idea service not activated. Idea sent a message stating that call 59059 to activate but I am unable to reach that number. Itried calling Idea customer care but they are saying call 59059. I told them I am unable to make call even then they are saying call 59059 to activate. I even sent mail to Idea care but there is response.

                              i am regular user of idea service . i having a idea kerala registered sim card. i recharged it for 123 rupees for getting 40 mb data pack on 12.05.2015 . after 4 days its showing that there is no balance remaining in the data plan. and for calling the idea customer care in kerala in roaming is coasting me a so much amount of money. if i dont get a good solution this will be the worst cellular connection i ever used. please do needfull

                                Idea can change your life to make it worst. In last one year I have ported my number with all Telecom Service Providers and I can say that Idea is the worst of all of them. I ported my number [protected] around 2 months back. On their own Idea put some 5 GB internet plan costing Rs. 850/- in my plan. On complaining they deactivated the plan and waived the charges but next month again they levied same charges. On calling your customer care, a CSE named Izhar picked the call and started talking like a mentally retarded person. He was incapable o[censored]nderstanding anything and refused to even register a complaint. Obviously I will not pay the bill with such inflated unnecessary charges imposed by Idea to fleece its customers.

                                  Sir, I have been dragged into the trap by the Sales Executive to fulfill his Target and without any payment from my side, I am given a Net connection on 28th Dec, 2014 saying that he had paid for me. I am rest assured that this doesn't work, that is why I did not disconnect my existing BSNL service. As assumed, the net was not functioning properly and it was connected from the modem of my neighbour who started complaining that his net is giving problem because my connection. After several calls the executive turned-up on 2nd of Jan 2015 and took away the Modem. From then on wards I do not have Idea connection at all but, I keep receiving the messages on my mobile that my account has been recharged with so and so amount and I am due to them. 1) When I do not have the modem how do I use their Net? 2) As per the Sales Executive, I have informed Idea Office that I have dispensed net connection. whereas, the Tele-caller could not understand and was talking in Telugu, I asked her to put me on to her Supervisor, then I held for several minutes but no one turned-up. The Irony is that the Company does not have the list their customers. This is the last warning to the company and if they do resist, I shall proceed legally against the Company.                                       I am writing you for a/c num. [protected]. when i first went at your outlet a guy said there that there is a scheme on internet usage where we get 50% off on Rs. 250/- internet plan. and my bill amount would not cros Rs.400/- as total amount would be 199+125+12.36% only. But i never got this discount on my bill. but i have been paying full payment and extra amount which i was not supposed to. I hardly used my this number as for high bill. I was also told my security amount of Rs. 300/- would be adjusted automatically or refunded to me by cheque in 2-3 months. which i never got. I want to settle my this account for this i want you to give me a fresh bill with deduction of all the extra amount i had paid and security which i have never received. on top of that IDea is humiliating their customers by giving calls from people called lawyers. I have requested IDEA many times i want to pay off my dues but first they need to adjust amount which i have paid extra and the security amount too. Thanks
